We know that the family was in court in Fall 2018 – it was confirmed by Nicole PERIARD’s son “Anthony” on 20 January 2019 – In addition, he confirmed that they knew BOUVIER (CSIS) – and that the SON was not Mark’s child. IN addition he confirmed that the GUERTIN, Michelle and Anton the SON, were not dead. Why did the FAMILY go to Court? I strongly suspect, they reversed the case. Instead of being a Family abuse case in Mark’s favor (using gathered material in 2007 from Treatment Centre – yes a file exists). They reversed it as means to dissociate him from the FAMILY and blame me for brainwashing him – By dissociating him from the family, whatever was locked until his name “Mark TREPANIER”, would have been released to the family estate and then rendered to the GUERTIN.
In other words, they high likely didn’t need to grab and kill him anymore in order to release what they sought.
But they kill him anyway because when they realized on 10 DECEMBER 2018, he was going to recuperate and I was going to FIND OUT what they had done, they, on 11 DECEMBER 2018, a doctor told Mark he had terminal cancer (out of the blue). Mark believed in doctor’s words as words of a god, and agreed to be transferred to a palliative centre on 12 DECEMBER 2018.
On 13 DECEMBER 2018, he wanted to get out of there. He wrestled the nurse, he shouted to take him out of there. By the next day (14th), they comatosed him. On the 15th, he was in a coma and he died in wee morning hours of 16 DECEMBER 2018.
A few hours before he died, I had the foresight to cut 6″ strands of hair. If forensic analysis was to be done, it would show the guy didn’t have cancer. The sample has been properly preserved to this day. Interestingly, NICOLE PERIARD told everyone he died of stomach cancer like his grandmother then she changed it to lung cancer.
As well as the hair sample taken on 15 December 2018 around 3:30pm. I have another bio sample dated 24 January 2018 taken TWO days after the laser shot of 22 January 2018 which caused the start of seizures and health decline.
My my someone should have her take a polygraph test – this is a very nervous character – would high likely fake sickness to try to avoid taking it. I know she would fail the polygraph – there is so much detail on this site that an experienced person responsible for preparing the questions has all the material required to come up with the right questions and develop a productive questionnaire for the polygraph exercise – Would you like me to prepare it for you? I’m serious.
The guy was recovering and now . .. imagine having him walking healthy and discovering what they did. That’s why they had to kill him.

Smear her – in fact put her in criminal databases, on a watch-list under continued aerial surveillance and monitored. Let someone else kill her (me).
After his premeditated murder, I continued to be surveil, monitored and stalked.
On 6 February 2019, I called CSIS. When I said my name, the operator IMMEDIATELY without checking a database or pausing, immediately said BY-y-Y-ye (sarcastically) and hung up.

THIS IS COPIED FROM THE POST BELOW (DATED 25 AUGUST 2020) BECAUSE IT WAS THE RUNNING RUMOR WITH CERTAIN OPP OFFICERS (SERGEANT FLINT) IN SUMMER 2018.
Rumor was >> on 21 DECEMBER 2011, I crashed the home of the LAVERGNE and went there to beat them up with a baseball bat << rumor from NICOLE PERIARD who tried to have me falsely arrested with false claims. She was confident enough – protected by GUERTIN. About 21 DECEMBER 2011 we have two witnesses that would swear under oath.
(1) 21 December 2011 – I visited Theresa and Jean-Paul LAVERGNE. People present were Theresa, Jean-Paul, Bobby Lavergne and his girlfriend Jessica – 4 people. Reason why I went was to tell Theresa to stop trying to get Mark to leave the house. Why? because he was on house arrest and if he had left he would have been arrested.
How was she trying to get him out of the house? By calling daily crying in distress claiming she needed protection. Please help me Mark. Please Mark. This went on for two weeks and on 21 December 2011, I decided to go visit her.
Why was he under house arrest? Because of the fraudulent arrest that he had missed two weekends, 28 years ago, when MICHELLE GUERTIN had defended his case in 1983. SHE FRAUDED in 2011, planned to have me blamed but it backfired. So, she didn’t SAVE HIM in 2011. Instead, she let him rot in jail. The two weekends in 1983 (the last ones) were approved – weekend jail surpopulation – he was a first offender (18-19 years old).
When I was at their house, Bobby Lavergne yelled obscenities at me. I was sure he was going to assault me, so I had a small stick (approx. 1 1/2 feet long – 18 inches) – I wanted to speak to Theresa but Bobby LAVERGNE threatened me refusing to let me talk.
The visit turned upside down. I would tell Jean-Paul Lavergne that they couldn’t wait for him to die (Theresa confided in Mark that she couldn’t wait for him to die, she also told other people) – I also told Bobby Lavergne to shut up – I called him a pedophile, told him to stop selling ecstasy to minors as means to sleep with them. Then, I turned to his new girlfriend Jessica and told her that the running rumor started by Nicole PERIARD was >> she had stolen $60 out of Nicole’s purse (a pure lie to make sure people distrusted Jessica – didn’t like her).
After I left, Nicole PERIARD came on site, Jessica left because she was afraid of PERIARD. And PERIARD called police claiming I had been there to beat everyone with a baseball bat.
A witness outside told police that NICOLE PERIARD had replaced JESSICA before they answered the call >> Jessica had left and PERIARD had replaced her. So we have two witnesses, the person outside (who I know very well) and Jessica.
Police came to my house and based on what I told them, it confirmed what the person outside had already told them. They actually asked what the hell was I thinking to go over there, surrounded by some of the worst people in the community. They even told Mark to change his phone number.
PERIARD insisted that I be fined with a trespassing ticket. She cried, dramatized and insisted. They shut Jean-Paul Lavergne in his room – in fact the police even mentioned it. Jean-Paul LAVERGNE in January 2012 confided that he already suspected they wanted him dead . . . I had validated what he knew. So imagine, the nightmare of being told what you suspect “they want me dead” then the perps call police on the person who warned Jean-Paul . . . to make things worst they shut him in his room. Wow. Twilight zone – horror demonic movie material.
The police told us that he tried to tell them it wasn’t true but he was quickly talked over and shoved back in his room. I’m so sorry JP.
I KNOW THEY KILLED HIM. They (via GUERTIN) triggered major health decline in March 2011 – same time that GUERTIN fraudulent arrest warrant for Mark 11 March 2011 – and then gauged to make sure Jean-Paul DIED before Mrs. Anita LAVERGNE, his mother of 92-93 years old. Her death was the release of the LAVERGNE ESTATE. He had to die before her. The family showed relief when he died before the old lady. I am not the only one who noticed. That was very disturbing. Demonic hag females indeed just like Michelle GUERTIN. Different class of society but same cloth. Demonic.
After Carmen Chenier died (granmother who they feared – blackmail 1979), Michelle GUERTIN came out of the woodwork and started the strategy of premeditating Jean-Paul’s death (using the medical system) and at the same time, GRAB Mark by SAVING HIM and blaming me – if it had worked, Marcel Trepanier would have faced jail time for cocaine. The FAMILY was involved in that stunt – it failed because I didn’t call police on Marcel (March 2011).

Well . .. that running story-lie of “baseball bat” was RUNNING in summer 2018. Apparently, I was the trouble-maker for the family. And the OPP, more precisely Sergeant Flint, refused to help us in AUGUST 2018 (audio exists).
This sergeant was also the OPP who was with the so-called INTERPOL agents on 22 JUNE 2018. They visited to announce that Michelle and the SON GUERTIN had been arrested and WARNED ME TO DESTROY THE RECORDINGS.
When I didn’t they fake the suicide of the SON, 10 days later because instead of destroying the recordings, I worked on the material at full pin.
I was blamed for his suicide – – – Tell us Mark why did your SON kill himself? >> He killed himself because Lyn Champagne didn’t destroy the recordings and she uploaded things on the Internet and it triggered my SON to kill himself.
How did he kill himself Mark? My SON cut his throat in the bathtub.
Gee. . . just like Mr. Phelps did (real suicide) in front of his wife Julie a few months earlier . . ..

ON 21 December 2011, Nicole PERIARD insisted I get a Trespassing fine that I get ticket – surreal considering I was their landlord a few months back. There are no trespassing signs – insistent I get something. It was so surreal that to this day, I’ve kept a copy of that ticket, click here to see it.
Did they use that as an excuse in summer 2018 and most likely during Court in Fall 2018? MOST LIKELY . . . yes, she got a trespassing ticket your honor it was so awful, the woman was a menace to our family . . . . blah bullsh!t blah blah.
in August 2018, the word on the street was I was brandishing a baseball bat to beat Nicole Periard’s elderly parents on 21 December 2011. THEY SMEARED me sufficiently that the OPP didn’t want to help us (we have recording) – By 2018, the two constables in 2011 were no longer in our community. Current OPP Staff in 2018 in Rockland, sided with the family and when you consider that the OPP was collaborating with the fake INTERPOL agents . . . well . . . must I say more? Right? Right.

In 2020, there were many things I didn’t know – I didn’t yet realize HOW MUCH they had smeared me during 2018 into 2019 . . . would only discover in summer 2021.
So below is more exploratory . . . trying to figure out what the heck was going on. I knew nothing other than the smearing and character defamation regarding the incident of 21 December 2011.
Interestingly, when I drafted what’s below on 25 AUGUST 2020, next day I lost access to this website for four months and forgot about this post until a few days ago (10-11 NOV 2023)

When flyovers ceased on 29 November 2017 – I thought it was because of my docu-presentation – this is what I sent to MUFON – 0-LIFEQUEST-2003-18.Months-to-live.pdf – I got the sense that they thought I was a threat until they saw my docu-presentation – EMPATHY – UNDERSTANDING – NO THREAT. – – – But in retro., the next ones I’d do should have re-ignited if MUFON was the cover being played out from my end. THEY STOPPED BECAUSE I’D JUST PUT OUT IN A DOCUMENT TWO POINTS IN TIME THEY ARE RESONSIBLE FOR 1999 (MY SON’S ELIMINATION) AND 2003 – BAD TESTS DONE ON PURPOSE AND IT TIED TO THE 2009 FORGERY PHYSICIAN’S REG’D LETTER THEY DID.
But when they came back in September 2018 (item 5) – I thought they were friendly – for our protection as BOUVIER stated and MARK believed 100%. Check your logs – here’s my trail date stamped:
In retrospect, next docu-presentations I did & uploaded SHOULD have continued with fly-0vers because they were in the MUFON theme.
TODAY, in retrospect, I wish to bring attention to 1999 when my son was kidnapped the day after my father suddenly died – He was scheduled to be killed – he escaped. That point in time, ties with 2003, 2006 (SS-CUBA) – the 1999 point in time might be the reason why they gave some command order to stop the fly-overs – then to mention 2003 another point in time – I believe they are responsible for 1999 and 2003.
That must have blown their minds – unexpected docu-presentation – life is stranger than fiction. POOF! no more fly overs even thought the next docu-presentation are more “out there”.
Item (3) below – falls into the misdiagnosis of 2003 – but (3) happened in 2009 – I also found it suspicious that I should be diag which such a chronic ailment (18 months to live) I recall someone asking me “how are you able to stand ? very bad”- I was fine – I was getting checked because of tightness in the chess when stressed.
(3) 18 DECEMBER 2009 = MEDICAL SIGNATURE – there must be one – IN 2009, they realized I didn’t have a medical file that could be used in the future – here’s what they did:
I got a registered letter from my physician stating as mentioned a few days ago, because you do not want to follow the treatment for your condition”
I have the letter – it is a photocopy and the signature is a copy of a copy – it is not in my medical file – nor did I meet with the physician in 2009 as my health card was not renewed – it was expired since 19 July 2008.
Also the treatment for my condition was NOT TAKING THE HEAVY MEDICATION for Chronic heart disease in 2004 – my physician was glad I didn’t take them. I was scheduled to die by February 2005 – 18 months to live – 11 months into my death sentence I was announced as misdiagnosed.
WHERE THEY PLANNING TO USE THIS LETTER AS “TREATMENT FOR MY CONDITION” without thinking further? or was it just to get me to find another physician to build up a medical history to be twisted later on?
THEY MADE UP A LETTER – forged the physician’s signature – In 2017, I met with the physician to get a copy of my medical file – the test results before and after – the wrong tests were done purposely – I suspect MED-SS network was already at it.
NO medical file – get me to start consultation with a new physician – it didn’t happen – I haven’t seen a physician since 2004.
About the forgery letter > > > To date the physician is not aware of the existence of the forgery letter on her behalf – Fraudulently created and the flaws show physically on the letter which I have in hand. The content is also a red flag > > states: we had met just the other day.
IN MID-APRIL 2018, MICHELLE GUERTIN WAS SEARCHING FOR A MEDICAL FILE ON ME – SHE WASN”T SUCCESSFUL – in 2018, I wasn’t in the system – my card was not renewed – too dangerous – I WAS RIGHT and remains a problem – HOSPITALS are a DANGER to me until this case is resolved.
(1) 21 December 2011 – rechanging the story-lie which NICOLE PERIARD dispensed as she replaced Jessica – I’d just told Jean-Paul Lavergne they can’t wait for you to die – now they were dishing out a violent story demanding I be arrested on the spot. The Constables didn’t believe her. We have two witnesses who could attest to this – as well the police call report would read the right story – The family was insistent I get a Trespassing fine I get the ticket – surreal considering I was their landlord a few months back. (2) 9 MAY 2018 – They threw me out of the court waiting room – I would be arrested on the spot if I persisted and wished to TRY attend my COURT case as complainant / victim – THEY with hatred barred me from court premise – WHY? TO FALSIFY my statement – replacing my video interview with a FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT – using the one-pager constable and I signed attesting it was a true interview – took a photocopy and slapped it on the multiple abomination that was most likely written by the two enslaving females Michelle and NICOLE.

I do not have a criminal record – These FIVE factors with a twist (their story-lies) are most likely what was propellant to profile me WITHOUT MY PRESENCE.
