13 DEC 2021 >> Forged MEDICAL Letter – Leveraging 2003 FAKE TERMINAL DISEASE – GET ME MEDICATED under FALSE Diagnosis- GUERTIN MEDICAL CRIME in 2009

Fraudulent letter dated 18 December 2009  – I received a registered letter from my physician, announcing she would no longer be my physician  – To urgently find a new physician . . .

            Excerpt:

“in reviewing your medical record, as you and I did the other day, it has become evident to me that you are unwilling to comply with the medical advice that I have given you for the treatment of your condition. it is extremely important that you continue this treatment.”
. . .
“I urge you to find another physician as soon as possible . . .”

THERE WAS NO CONDITION THAT NEEDED TREATMENT – We had not consulted her for several years – why push this forgery?

A FEW REASONS COME TO MIND . . .

To get a new physician meant >> FIRST I HAD TO RENEW MY PROVINCIAL HEALTH CARD which was expired since July 2008.

VERY LIKELY KEY REASON >> in 2003 I was misdiagnosed with 18 months to live.  In 2009, GUERTIN had access to my medical file archived at the cardiovascular centre – the erroneous test results would be archived and would show I needed urgent treatment for my condition.

SINCE IT WAS A MISDIAGNOSIS, TAKING ANY MEDICATION WOULD HAVE BEEN DETRIMENTAL and most likely KILL ME. 

In 2003 upon learning I was dying, it took 11 months to discover it was a fraud <– they would not have known this in 2009 – Luckily in 2003, I took the medication for one week then stopped “I followed my intuition”  — they would not have known I had independent tests from another source to confirm the terminal disease was fake.**

Had I been in the system they could then manipulate my medical file – slap any disorder – they would most likely falsify using a psychological disorder – mental health <– their medical signature.

In March/April 2018, we learned she was frustrated searching for medical information about me – “was I ever glad I followed my intuition and had not renewed that health card for past 10 years”  <– Hey! Michelle GUERTIN now you know why you could NOT find anything to medically manipulate.

The GUERTIN are the worst medical perversion to Humanity – worst nightmare because they do MEDICAL CRIMES – one day you will need to go to the hospital . . . “snicker” just a question of time.

BACK TO 2009 . . .

IF I WAS NOT IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM SINCE JULY 2008 AND HAD NOT SEEN THAT PHYSICIAN SINCE 2005, WHERE DID THEY GET MY NEW HOME ADDRESS? 

EASY.

IT IS A GUERTIN FORGERY – THEY KNEW WHERE WE LIVED (THE NEW ADDRESS SINCE MAY 2009) – THIS IS THEIR DOING.

Another proof that it was their doing?  I got a copy of my medical file in November 2017 from my former physician’s office.  This letter was not in it nor did she mention it.

Why did I want copies of my medical file in 2017?  In 2003, I was misdiagnosed with 18 months to live .  . . it took 11 months to discover it was not true.  I wanted copies of the test results -> terminal heart disease.

The GUERTIN were not in my life at that point (2003), not until 2009.  However, the misdiagnosis of 2003 was/is suspicious.  I refrained from taking the medication which is why I did not develop the prescribed terminal medical condition – if I had, I very likely would have developed that terminal heart disease.  That’s what saved me. in 2003-2004.  Seems I was targeted before GUERTIN came along.

Three months after discovering the terminal diagnosis was fake.  I was offered a free trip to CUBA which I tried to refuse but pressured to go.  In CUBA, Cuban Secret Services attempted to kidnap me – one attempt was clandestine and the second attempt at the Airport – I was escorted with two guards carrying machine guns – the last passenger to board the plane – it almost left without me – I was held by SS.

It is very likely possible that the NEW PARTNERSHIP that allied with GUERTIN in 2015, has connection with my situation as a targeted individual since childhood.

So imagine, how they thought they’d won the jackpot when the universe matched Mark Smith with Marie Anne Lyn Champagne (me). Insisting the only way to get Mark Smith was by using me as the “Kill Bait” – very insistent to the point of trying crime setup operation and suicide operations.  Especially since they had their GRAB on three occasions >> End of January 2018, 9 and 28 February 2018.

In my case (Pre-GUERTIN 2009), I truly have come to believe my father is very likely the connection why I was a targeted individual.  And, of course, now with this case in the open (website), well . . . you be the judge as to my status as “targeted individual”.

MEDICAL CRIMES ARE THE ULTIMATE TRAP.  ONE DAY YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL.  JUST A QUESTION OF TIME.

IN OUR CASE, GOD FORBID WE WOULD EVER CALL 911 >> Throughout 2018, that was the trigger to GRAB HIM and ultimately when we thought BOTH GUERTIN WERE DEAD and Mark had won the FAMILY ABUSE CASE,  we went to the hospital.

When they realized he would recuperate (from the sickness they provoked for one year), they transferred him to a palliative care centre – convinced him he had terminal cancer (false diag to get him to the care centre)  and then killed him off “euthanized” within few days of admission.

The DEATH TRAP – ultimately that’s who they grabbed/killed him >> 12-16 DECEMBER 2018.

23 November 2018 – Case Won but BOUVIER Stops Contact | 29 Nov >> Montfort Hospital – Mark Stable |12-16 December 2018 >> Transferred Palliative Care “The Death Trap” – Euthanized “Killed” by 16th

THE HOSPITAL, THE MEDICAL WORLD BECAME the HOUSE OF HORROR AND DEATH. THEY MAKE IT SEEM NATURAL.  WOULD YOU CONTEST THE DOCTORS?  UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE IT.

IT SURE WAS FOR MARK SMITH – RIP 16 DECEMBER 2018 – PREMEDITATED DEATH USING THE HOSPITAL SYSTEM – the right term is EUTHANIZED “premeditated homicide”.

ON 11 DECEMBER 2018, WHEN THEY REALIZED HE WAS RECUPERATING AND THAT AN OUTER FAMILY MEMBER WANTED TO TALK TO ME (MOST LIKELY TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT THE FALSE FALL 2018 COURT CASE) >> THE PHYSICIAN AT THE HOSPITAL ANNOUNCED HE HAD LAST STAGE TERMINAL CANCER AND WOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO A PALLIATIVE CENTRE (12 DEC 2018)

AFTER ONE DAY, ON 13 DECEMBER, HE BEGGED ME TO TAKE HIM OUT OF THERE AS HE HELD THE NURSE’S WRIST, SHOUTING “NO YOU DON’T!”  THE SYRINGE SHE WAS HOLDING FLEW OUT OF HER HAND.  HE SHOUTED / BEGGING THAT I TAKE HIM OUT OF THERE.

I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED.  HE DIED THREE DAYS LATER.

NOW IMAGINE IF I WOULD HAVE REMOVED HIM FROM THERE.  HE RECUPERATES AND THEN DISCOVERS THAT THE FAMILY ABUSE CASE WAS A SCAM IN FALL 2018.  IN ADDITION, TO DISCOVER THE SON WAS A COVER WITH HIS FAMILY IN 1979.

THEN TO DISCOVER THE SON AND MOTHER GUERTIN FAKED THEIR DEATH.

THEY HAD TO KILL HIM OFF – DON’T EVER LET MARK SMITH RECUPERATE –  THEY KILLED HIM OFF ON THEIR TERRITORY – GUERTIN MEDICAL CRIME SIGNATURE PREVALENT THROUGHOUT THIS CASE.

FROM JANUARY TO AUGUST 2018 – THEY PROVOKED AND AMPLIFIED SEIZURES AND SICKNESS >>> GOAL BEING THAT HE WOULD BE SO SICK WE WOULD ULTIMATELY HAVE TO CALL 911 >>> THEY MONITORED THAT CENTRAL HUB AND EACH TIME MARK SMITIH OR TREPANIER WAS MENTIONED, IT TRIGGERED AN ALARM.  HIS SISTER PROVED IT THROUGHOUT 2018 WHEN INDIVIDUAL WITH SIMILAR NAME WERE SIGNALED ON 911.  SHE WOULD THEN CALL ALL HOSPITALS TO FIND OUT WHERE THE PERSON WAS ADMITTED.  VERY DISTURBING, OFTEN OUTER FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD ALERT US AS TO WHAT NICOLE WAS DOING – SHE WAS CALLING EVERYWHERE “EXCITED” <– DISTURBING INDEED.

SHE NEVER CALLED OUR HOUSE TO CHECK IF MARK WAS AT HOME OR WAS HE THE INDIVIDUAL ALERTED VIA 911.
