2018-2019 – Character Assassination – False Flags, Isolation & No Help

By summer 2018, they made up horror stories especially about me.  We were perceived as unstable, trouble-makers, heavily involved in black magick, undesirables to society in general.  Apparently, I was the main instigator who influenced Mark Smith.

Character assassination was a means to get people to stay away from us including local law enforcement.  And coupled with intelligence from electronic monitoring, our every moves were known and counteracted.

We became what is known as targeted individuals – no ambulance, no police, no outside help – when you try it’s counteracted – you are put down before you can outreach to anyone.

No one will help you.  No one wants you near them.  In addition, the family had spread rumors Mark had AIDS because of me.

Since 2013, the family spread rumors I was a witch, a super psychic able to curse people by inflicting diseases as well as cure them.  Rumors started right after PERIARD had an emergency “out of the blue” intestinal operation. 

Why?  Because it coincided with a comment made two weeks earlier:  “Nicky is full of shit – she needs to regurgitate her own shit for once”.  I’ve come to strongly suspect this “out of the blue” operation was a GUERTIN special.

In 26-30 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN insisted that I assume responsibility and she threatened to arrest me for it – persistent – a mental case.  It was as if she had been waiting for this moment and here we were from 2013 to 2018 finally she could dish it out – too odd not to suspect foul play operation onto PERIARD by GUERTIN – Medical crime.

On 13 July 2014, PERIARD ran to my car exclaiming: “Lyn! Lyn! Did you know you cured me of three cancerous tumors?!!” Another person overheard.  We just looked at one another and shook our heads.  Thirty minutes later she was slandering me on FACEBOOK with Cynthia Rosebush. PERIARD was/is renown for crying “cancer” – a recurring theme.

This email (click here to read it)  went viral because Bobby Lavergne sent it to everyone who despised PERIARD – they were evicted two weeks later – Ran out of Rockland, Ontario.  This is the email that CSIS used to false flag PERIARD in 2017 and I will venture GUERTIN protected PERIARD many times from prosecution (PERIARD owed GUERTIN who owned her)  >> Mar-June 2017 – Get Nicole On-Board to go along with Father-Son Trust Program – They did a successful False Flag Operation

ABOUT THE WITCHCRAFT RUMOR . . .

I’ve come to suspect that GUERTIN might be behind the witchcraft rumor.  A witch who inflicts disease and can cure them . ..  hm . . .wait a minute that sounds like something someone with ties to the medical system would think of  I strongly believe Michelle GUERTIN may have planted that seed in PERIARD’s psyche in 2013 -Then NICOLE spread the rumor at large.

Interestingly throughout this case the GUERTIN used Witchcraft excuses and story-lines – a recurring theme.  I noticed it they seemed superstitious and knowledgeable in the dark arts.  After the SON’s trust was lost (2 April 2018), I would psychologically use their beliefs, fears and superstition against them – My greatest asset was being monitored.  They reacted.

The word was that I had brainwashed Mark.  I was controlling him psychologically.

Interestingly, they projected what they did to Mark Smith from 1992 to 2007 – IN 2007, they lost “control” when he was saved from suicide they highly triggered.   I recommend you read these files:

In summer 2021, my niece Mary-Ann told me how in 2018,  PERIARD alluded to how I had brainwashed Mark – PERIARD recounted how I was brainwashed by the Secret Space Program (SSP) – Apparently I was brought covertly to Area 51 and psychologically manipulated.

8-9 MARCH 2018 – During the LURE program, there were two agenda: Trick Mark to join same organization as the SON “a means to grab him”  and the other Lure was to grab me under guise of privilege in order to then make me disappear.

In my case, the SON announced:  Since Mark was joining the organization, I would immediately be joining SSP.  I refused.  There was no SSP, it was a means to kidnap me >> same lure used on 12 October 2017 (Plan A).

“If they cannot  make you buy in their false narrative, then they will make you one of the bad guys in the narrative.    Those who believe in the false narrative will outcast you, be wary and/or fear you”.

First hand information obtained July-August 2021:

• Mark had changed his last name from TREPANIER to SMITH because he was in a Witness Protection Program – He had been an informant in a big drug bust.

• Mark had contracted AIDS from me – That’s why he had lost tremendous weight and looked very sick.  They propagated that rumor throughout the community including Bobby Lavergne. “they covered their abomination of making him sick by blaming me for making him sick” refer to Sick List by date & who provoked.

• I had brainwashed Uncle Mark “that’s why your Uncle is a lost cause”.

• I was going to shoot family members “Aunt Lyn is a retired police who had to retire early because she is mentally deranged . . . trigger happy”.

• They claimed I had violently tried to attack them on 21 December 2011 and a continued threat throughout the years running rumor with local OPP – which in turn made it that the local police ignored our calls for protection in August 2018. No help.

• They told people I would shoot them on sight  – Told my 13-14 niece:  “Aunt Lyn is going to shoot your Dad when she sees him – tell your Dad to be careful”.

• I was a practicing Witch in the dark arts –  I had been brainwashed in a cult tied to “aliens” – I’d been manipulated at the secret AREA 51 base.

• She claims to see UFOS – > “ridiculed”

• I was a hybrid, a super soldier who worked in black budget operations << I shake my head as I write this, could the following docu-presentation have been an inspiration point for new partners?  This was published first time in early December 2017 >> 0-LIFEQUEST-2014-DREAM-security.walk.pdf  which might have been also inspiration for the next false allegation about hybridization.

• I was part of a hybridization program in secret military underground bases <– As well as NICOLE and her SON, Michelle  Guertin alluded to it as early as 26-30 January 2018 as means to scare Mark and it had worked.

• Why would he believe Michelle GUERTIN (26-30 Jan 2018)?
  Between 26 October and 29 November 2017 I had used the story line that I was a reptilian hybrid as means to get him to stop listening to the SON – Most people fear the possibility of  reptilians >> I used it to my advantage.   I told him that the black helicopters flyovers were for my protection.

• Why come up with this story line?
  First off, the flyovers started when I got an email from a MUFON director in response to an email I sent the day before.  The nature of my email was to provide recommendations to improve the MUFON online public reporting form found on their website.  The fact that MUFON responded within a day made an impression on Mark – The new partners made it seem that the flyovers had to do with MUFON.  Here’s a black helicopter on south side of the house.  Notice the object flying next to it, click here.
  

• So the hybrid allegation scared Mark and made him stop listening to the SON who was dishing out perversions as means to instigate conflict.
  

• In addition, I had discovered how to get flyovers to appear when I needed them (no fail) >> Five minutes before they would appear I would warn him “you and your son better stop – uh oh too late, they are coming – I can’t stop them” and sure enough, a flyover “black helicopters” low directly above the house would occur no fail.  They stopped completely on 29 November 2017 – I lost my protection against the SON and Mark.  To know more refer to Timeline 2016-2019 PDF file available at 2016-2019 – Timeline of Events.

• Another reason why he possibly believed Michelle GUERTIN (26-30 JAN 2018) >> On 9 November 2017 he had a Staged Managed Dream and I was portrayed as a reptilian female – same facial features.  (refer to that period in the timeline pdf file link above)

• Another allegation >> I worked in covert operations in conspiracy with MILAB Secret Space Program in abducting people and doing medical experimentation “you better watch yourself you might be her next target”.  The new partners via SSP would spread that rumor in summer 2019 to scare certain people in Connecting Consciousness.
  

• I had put 24/7 surveillance cameras in the house to keep track of Uncle Mark’s movements “that’s why he can’t go anywhere without her”

• The false handwritten statement they wrote to replace my police video statement given 23 April 2018, their forgery stated we were practicing witchcraft and that MARK and I were SATAN worshipers.  That blew my mind >> a reflection of what they are.  Horrible inversion.

And it carried into NOVEMBER- DECEMBER 2018 while Mark was at the hospital:

I had 24/7 surveillance cameras on Mark Smith while he was at Montfort hospital and at the Bruyere Palliative Care Centre  – Apparently I watched him die via my surveillance operation centre in my house. <– this blew my heart and mind away – Shame on you Nicole and your son Richard – nasty and cruel.

NICOLE HOW DID YOU KNOW HE WAS AT MONTFORT THEN AT BRUYERE?

As part of the crime circle, this woman was alerted the moment he set foot at Montfort – And the camera story line would be something she would do – They most likely panicked when they realized he would recuperate.

ON 10 December 2018 (in the evening), when they learned that an outer family member tried to contact me, the next day (11^th)  he was tricked to believe he was dying of cancer.  I made the mistake of reporting the contact attempt by putting this together, click here and uploading it online, well knowing BOUVIER (CSIS) would see it – I trusted him, he represented CSIS.

Imagine if he had not been tricked to believe he was terminally ill with cancer and had recuperated – There would have been hell to pay  – But at the time there was nothing I could say to dissuade him otherwise, why? “because it came from a doctor”, unfortunately Mark was one of many people who believe 100% whatever a doctor will dish out.

I don’t by experience (2003-04) – The doctors stayed clear of me – never available to talk with me.

On 12 December 2018, he was at Bruyere.

On day 2 (13 Dec 2018), he wanted to leave and I should have listened.  But we were stuck in a loop – to return to Montfort would mean again being dished out with the false cancer narrative.  We were royally screwed.  Checkmate on his life.

The worst part > > NICOLE had surveillance intelligence on Mark the moment he stepped in the hospital system on 29 November 2018 – once he started to recuperate they transferred him to a Palliative Centre and provoked his death four days later (12-16 December 2018) >>

on 13 December 2018, as he held the wrist and shaking the “smiling & nonchalant” nurse who wanted to shoot him up with cancer medication – He yelled , “No you don’t!” then he begged me to take him out of there.  I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED and FIGHT the HOSPITAL because he was dead three days later.

FIGHT THE HOSPITAL?  The GUERTIN were in the power seat in the medical system.  Checkmate.

It was so suspicious and unnatural that the day before he died while he was in a coma (suddenly dying), I cut 6″ strands of his hair – I was afraid to get caught and I remember thinking of  George Charles Smith on that fateful day when he clandestinely registered himself as the father of the one-day old infant “afraid to get caught by the doctors” – George had saved the boy from being sold the first time 12 September 1965.

GUERTIN have a foot on the dark side of the medical system (nazi/eugenics medical ideology) whereas  NICOLE has access to the gossip mill of local hospital systems – well connected on the dark side. Nicole was alerted each time a 911 call came in for anyone called Mark TREPANIER and Mark SMITH.

On 29 November 2018, we thought both GUERTIN were dead –  We thought Mark had won the family abuse case – We thought NICOLE was powerless and hospitals were safe.  We actually served MARK on a satanic medical plate.  Exactly what we feared when they were alive.

After his murder, the charade continued in January 2019 >> NICOLE made belief she did not know Mark was dead – She made it seem I had been heartless and cruel by telling a family member of Mark’s passing, four weeks later.

She already knew  but to cover herself, on 18 January 2019, she sent police to my house to confirm his death.  Afterwards she called family members to announced he had passed on 16 December 2018 – She announced he died of stomach cancer just like Carmen Chenier (grandmother)  then with time she changed it to lung cancer.

I audio recorded events of 18 January 2019 when visiting the family member – Michael Trepanier (brother) freaked.  When he saw me at his door, he still believed I wanted to shoot him – He threw me out of his house. 

Here’s the clencher . . . this person used to have firearms – odds are NICOLE believed he still had access to guns.  I truly think that she hoped he would shoot me thinking he was defending himself –  Mark and Michael used to have illegal firearms well before I knew them.

Another factor . . . Twenty years ago, NICOLE caused so much trouble that MICHAEL grabbed her by the hair and put a gun to her head. 

Do you think Nicole forgave him?
Nicole does not forgive.  Nicole gets even.

17 OCTOBER 2019 – I CALLED POLICE

In late September 2019/early October 2019, I was working on instances when the family was abusive – It was so flagrant and dark that I called police on 17 October 2019 – the officers did not listen.  They continuously dismissed my claims they’d kill him.

I asked both officers if they knew LUKE BOUVIER from CSIS.  No sooner out of my mouth, they both, like soldiers, they stood straight and in unison said NO!  << wow, the body posture in unison and replying too quickly in unison while looking straight ahead clearly showed that was a lie – In another setting, I should have told them:  “At ease men, at ease“.

At one point, one of the officers (Laroche) with a look of impatience, asked me to describe in five words how they killed him.

Well sir five words is not sufficient but sufficient enough to pull the wool over your eyes so that you don’t listen and continue to protect criminals.  Was that part of your calling? If of course you had a calling.  Not all officers are called.

It seemed as though these two police officers were focused on 18 January 2019 – they already had made up their mind’s about me  – “horrible that it took 4 weeks to inform the family Mark had passed away . . . ” <— this was in the police database because NICOLE had called police 18 January 2019 to confirm Mark was dead – it was to put a marker for her innocence.

Then one of the officers with unease said:  “. . . yeah but you also see UFOs” to which I replied “yes in addition to this case . . . “.

Most of the UFOs (UAPS) experienced since 2016 were man-made – they appeared as small orange dots flying through the sky including tennis ball size fireballs  – they usually appeared after I went outside (within seconds <– Satellite watch on us)- – – each sighting (UAP) has been documented to include “appearance, time, date, location, in-house/online ongoings before, thoughts during, afterwards” –

I realized by 2018-19, they were fabricated <– what a good way to tarnish someone’s credibility – they faked it, then when one reports it, one is deemed unstable and ridiculed “chuckles . . . quite the set up”.

But here’s the thing, I also had videos and photos and over the next days, I sent via email those .mp4 and .jpg to the officers.  There you go guys . . .

ANOTHER MISCONCEPTION OPP OFFICERS HAD WAS due to TWISTED STORY OF 21 DECEMBER 2011 – When PERIARD replaced Jessica (Bobby’s Girlfriend) and falsely accused me of violence.

During summer 2018, here’s another claim from NICOLE PERIARD and GUERTIN – Local OPP >> Rumor that I had harassed the family on 21 DECEMBER 2011 – that’s the day I told Jean-Paul Lavergne >> they can’t wait for you to die – It confirmed what he already suspected.

On 21 December 2011, Nicole Periard went to her mother’s house, called police and told them I had been there to violently harass them.  Jean-Paul tried to stop them (Theresa, Bobby and NICOLE) but they shoved him in his room.  Jean-Paul tried to warn police that they were setting me up – They talked over him and again shoved him in his room – Now imagine the emotional horror Jean-Paul must have felt.  He trusted me and knew I was right and here were these people angry and willing to set me up.

We have two witnesses including a child (niece Mary-Ann) who was 6-7 years old at the time and the two responding police officers.

That 2011 story was twisted during summer 2018 to get local OPP to believe I was a problem to the family – On 18 August 2018, we call OPP for protection – Sergeant Flint (OPP) told me to shut my big mouth, I was the problem to the family and not the other way around – This officer was the one who accompanied the two so-called Interpol Agents on 22 June 2018 to announce the GUERTIN duo had been arrested  – For details about 2011, please read: 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015 – FALSE FLAGS & CHAOS by Family with Guertin lurking in background

Then we have summer 2019, where ladies, members of a spiritual group, were harassed / under the influence of  the Secret Space Program criminal faction.  They were convinced I was complicit in abductions with MILAB, Secret Space Program  <– it became a problem “Fear and Distrust” to the point I had to remove myself from the group by August 2019 in order not to divide the group.

By fall 2019, one of the ladies permanently left Canada for her own safety.  She escaped those, in CANADA, who pose as Secret Space Program >> That lady’s husband cut his throat in front of her shortly BEFORE that excuse was used to explain how the SON committed suicide (July 2018).  They used the same excuse – pure evil mocking a real suicide under the influence of SSP “suicide program” – – fake son fake suicide cutting his throat – effronté.

To this day, I do not trust the Canadian medical system because of GUERTIN’s continued influence.

If I was ever to be admitted to a hospital, I fear for my life. Getting rid of me is the next logical step.

Hospitals are their crime territory.  They have carte blanche access to private medical information stored in the provincial database and influential to sway doctors to work with them.

As a result, I am not in the provincial health care system – I have no health card nor wish to have one.  I refused to be in a compromised system, especially one that leads to life endangerment.

Their mindset exudes / is reminiscent of ss gestapo, nazi eugenics medical crimes.

Depraved indifference to life – Unabashedly committing crimes against humanity as if entitled – as if normal  – as if they were pet owners and we are the pets.
