I might have never controlled anyone but I sure learned a lot.  Experiential learning – nothing can beat learning on the job – First be the target and if you survive the experience, then be the investigator.

The golden tool is electronic monitoring no matter what size or nature of the operation.

Mark Smith Operation – After mid-September 2018 we were fully surveilled “human animals in the dungeon – constant observation – intel used against us, to control us, to get the job done”

PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIPULATION as means to mentally torture your targets or mentally/emotionally lead them into false reality “get in their heads”.

 

You want to get close to someone or a situation?  Monitor and learn all you need to know, strategize and make your move to create false realities and illusion of choice.  Make your targets  lives go from illusionary bliss (the lure) eating right into your palm then make it a living hell (end-game). Gotcha.

Be ahead of the game to counteract any action your targets are planning to do – be the one guiding them where you want them – get to know their predictability factors.  Find out their hopes and fears and psychologically used it against them – be the predators (shhh!) and then save them. Even without electronic monitoring, Michelle GUERTIN was an Ace at it up until the day I stopped them in mid-July 2014.

Create scenarios, dish out their worst nightmare – of course blame someone else and rescue them – “come come eat out of my hand, you will now listen to me – I know best – illusion of choice” and you know you’ve succeeded / sense of accomplishment when the target even thanks you,  right Bouvier?

Mark died fully trusting BOUVIER and CSIS and looking up to LOUIS GUERTIN.

Online monitoring began in 2015 – confirmed by Fall 2015 (because of their cockiness of using online activities and then putting the family at forefront faking a synchronicity using my previous day online activities “do a search on shadow people and next day family dish out they were visited by shadow people”).

I strongly suspect IN-HOUSE ELECTRONIC MONITORING (in-house voice outs) started by January 2016.

WHY?

I believe we were lured away from the house on 24 December 2015 so that the house could be equipped with listening devices  – Just a theory >> 1 JAN 2022 >> 24 December 2015 – Christmas Eve – Nicole Insistent Pleas I attend – a LURE for In-House Bug Installation? | 1 January 2016 – Family At Bay Since 2014 No Longer Afraid – Back at Creating Chaos

They monitored all COM points be it online, in-house, geo-location on foot or in the car  – wherever one would be – one could not hide anywhere on the planet. 

Starting in Fall 2015 into 2018, they played out various psychological scenarios/techniques – they were able to gauge what to do next and what not to do especially when the game was at its peak in 2018.

The GUERTIN “mother and the SON” played out for 110 consecutive days – BOUVIER ran for 120 consecutive days.

PSY-BASED TECHNOLOGY

ON 6 March 2016, they started to create UAP sightings by having amber-orange dots appear in the night sky a few seconds after I would step outside onto the back porch.

Why did it start on that date?  A few days earlier, on 2 March 2016, I was journaling ONLINE (IPHONE) regarding a UFO experience.

The 6 March 2016 UAP sighting did exactly the maneuver I had described in my online journal.

UAP = Unexplained Aerial Phenomena

And that’s why 2 March 2016 online journal entry was very likely used as inspiration point to start UAP sightings a  few days later.  

2 March 2016 was the last time I would journal electronically – To this day, I used pen and paper because it cannot be monitored.

By end of 2016, I had visualized 148 UAP sightings.  They have all been documented.  By early 2017, I decided I would report to MUFON.  When I saw their online reporting form, I realized it was unsuitable.  So I created my own database modifying it to include what was missing in the MUFON form. 

On 26 October 2017, I contacted MUFON to suggest improvements to their online reporting form.  So all those UAP sightings served to improve the MUFON form.  If you go on their site and look at the form today, I am pleased to announce that they have contributed to the improvement of the new online reporting form. 

By the way, when I emailed MUFON, the Director (Marsden) replied next day (26 October 2017) and that was also the start of black helicopters for next 35 days. 

Do I think contacting MUFON was the cause?  No – just a cover to make us think it was the case.  I wonder what they told Air command to justify flyovers – first priority on demand.

By mid-September 2018, in house movements were tracked “where you are in the house” – your body movements <– Mark thought it was for his protection and gladly agreed to be fully monitored for his imaginary protection courtesy of CSIS via Luke Bouvier.

The use of psy-based technology started in June 2016 –  Soon after I issued a request to be a Connecting Consciousness (CC) member on 29 May 2016. 

Did they start using it because I joined CC?  No.  It was an inspirational point >> they were already psychologically toying with key CC members.  So they resorted to use it on us.  I believe that’s where they got the idea.

Psychological triggering to inject obsessions or certain behavior or train of thoughts.

Staged Managed Dreams “fabricated lucid dreams”, songs and laser devices were ways to inject obsessions and behavioral changes.

Laser devices induced a trance-like state where the target was ready to be filled up with new or modified memories (via telephone) – hypnotic state rendering a new personality with different recent life remembrance which become the basis for conflict.

On 22 January 2018, he was lased – hypnotic state “The Strangler” – The package:

Personality:  He was a hardcore dude recently out of long term jail sentence. An expert with knives – while in jail he beat one guy a day. Ready to beat up my son-in-law, military special ops (2018).

Recent Past Memories:  While away I partied in his house, I had men over – I was telling everyone on the Internet how I hated that he was back.  And the double crossing point?  >> He went to jail because of me, I’m the one who ratted him out. 

He thinks we’ve been fighting about all of this.

He was lased through the window then the SON called – “ok ok hm hm ok yeah ok bye” – The moment he hung up,  I started to record:  20180122-2321-Lasershot-GUERTIN-Call-Hypnotic-State-Killer-False-Memories.mp4 – This is the first video/audio in the recording collection.

Next day (23 January), I unintentionally broke the hypnotic spell. He had his first seizure – I called 911.  The seizure on 27 February 2018 validated  what we knew already >> we couldn’t go to hospitals – GUERTIN trap.  I strongly suspect that all the sickness hits they provoked was means to get us to call 911 and have him rushed by ambulance to the medical lair of their choice or simply taken away.  Refer to: List-sickness-to-death-by-date-who-provoked.pdf << they provoked first 16 entries in list.

On 21 November 2015,  Mark was very likely LASED behind the leg.

There were three small sacs of liquid lodged in his leg. I removed them carefully to make sure none of them burst open.

MOVIE – SUICIDE PROGRAM – TRIGGERING – This type of suicide program is called “Slow Dagger”

Suicide journey started on Christmas Day 2006 – Mark was an alcoholic, an addiction developed after his stint at the Royal Mental Hospital in Ottawa.  Rejected by his family, he began to replay the movie LEAVING LAS VEGAS. 

The movie is about a Hollywood screenwriter who lost everything because of his alcoholism, arrives in Las Vegas to drink himself to death.

It was so powerful that at Treatment Centre, it was discussed and watched as part of therapy.  Mark’s dry date was 16 January 2007.  The man never drank again.

The family is responsible for triggering his suicide attempt – he was saved by someone who didn’t know his name – That in itself saved him because each time his name was said on 911 line, PERIARD was alerted.

ON 3 MAY 2018, AGAIN FAMILY TRIGGERED SUICIDE

On 3 May 2018, we discovered Family were in conspiracy with the GUERTIN.

Staged Managed Dreams “fabricated lucid dreams”

The first series of staged managed dream involved a projection of a Tall grey called Thor – Thor’s purpose was to foster trust then once he trusted Thor he would comply to Thor’s requests (demands) – these dreams started in April 2017 >>  Controlled Dream Technology – Trust & Compliance – Training the Target (Mark Smith)

The last Staged Managed Dream with Thor was on 9 November 2017 >>  9 November 2017 – ORGANIZED – Staged Managed Dream – Sexual Obsession & Infatuation – In Prep for Crime of Passion in Jan 2018?

HAVE I HAD STAGED MANAGED DREAMS?  YES

These were most likely staged by new partners (CSIS) as means (1) to  instill distrust in CC leadership and (2) & (3) as means of retaliation (with death dreams).

(1) I was National CC Canada Coordinator, we had revived CC in Canada on 15 May 2017 – Three days after launching a global initiative called “Focus on Earth”  – on 24 September 2017 (dream) >> I was ushered in a room and Simon Parkes appeared.  There were slight variances on how he looked – since it was a projection, it didn’t have any expression – I knew it was a dream, I did what I do best, observe so that I can document it after.  When he disappeared, the next figure was a demonic anime version of my friend Alex.  Each time the projections disappeared, a black square appeared for a split second.  It was fabricated – the black square seems to be a blank screen when the projection fades out.

I believe the purpose of this dream was to make me fear Simon Parkes and Alex (CC UK coord) so that I would think they had a hidden agenda . . . . AND >>  This is exactly what they pulled on CC members in 2016 >> which led to closure CC chapters in North America by 25 February 2017.

With the help of three other members, I revived it in Canada on 15 May 2017 because we didn’t buy in the false narrative which led to closure.

(2) 27 April 2019 – The previous evening (26 April 2019), I worked on a paper about the Conflict Routine Cycle they played out no matter what psyop “program” was in progress – I had noticed a pattern >> The five-stage life cycle of conflict.

And in that paper I used caricature images of a DEMON I called D – Little D the demon cartoon appears in 7 different frames throughout the document.  PAPER.on.CONFLICT-PROGRAM-Scripted Routine-1.pdf.  And of course, I monologued as I created the document – convinced they could still hear in-house (April 2019). 

NOW WHY WOULD I REPRESENT THEM / ASSOCIATE THEM TO DEMONS?  Because a year earlier, on 26 April 2018, while having a UAP sighting, this thought-form came to mind:  “The female and her son are incarnate demons” – indeed.  1 APR 2022 >> What do 26 April 2018 & 26 April 2019 have in common? >> “Demons”

When I woke up (27th) my car was inundated 2”  of water inside the car – all  windows were tightly shut.  In addition I had a lucid dream of falling off a 200 Ft cliff with my car into a body of water.  In the dream, I was dreading the pain more than the prospect of dying  – A voice said:  you will not survive the fall you will die.  That evening,  my dog Big-LOUIE died.

(3) 12 September 2021 – Mark’s birthday – I dreamt I was driving with a passenger. On the right side of the road was a 20 ft cliff with water at the bottom – As I drove, I notice a large black square and I ping’d “Hey that’s like the projections” suddenly I got pulled in.  The car went under water – I came out alive but my passenger drowned.

19 March 2017 >>  I had an informal meeting with an EBEN – We seemed to know one another very well – at ease.  A comedian . . .  we had a blast.

How do I know it was not fabricated by them? 
For the next three days, a huge white owl followed me everywhere on the land – The first morning it flew to my window – it was impressive – it was friendly, very unusual behavior for a wild animal – almost felt like asking it:  “So do you talk?”

What’s the connection between EBEN (or greys) and OWLS?  Well do your research, often after contact with greys, people experience owls with unusual behavior.

This dream occurred TWO weeks before the start of the Thor staged managed dreams.

My dream (because I talked about it at home – in- house voice outs monitoring) was very likely the inspiration for new partners to use the Thor character from Stargate SG-1.

6 JULY 2017 >> Meeting my father on a ship to brief him on my next project, the nature of my next mission (I was excited)  – Also wanted to show him the sphere that had been given to me, a dodecahedron >> 20170706-Dream-Father-dodecahedron.pdf.

31 December 2017 – Again meeting on a ship with my father – He was proud of me.  Told me that phase I of my mission was successful – It tied with Orion.  I remember waking up and repeating Orion don’t forget it’s Orion – As if, making sure I would remember when I woke up later that morning.   In retrospect, I had no idea at the time what he meant by Phase I was successful.

Since then, I’ve concluded he might have been referring to the fact the 12 October 2017 kidnap lure had failed (I hadn’t fallen for SSP (CSIS) deceit).  In addition, I hadn’t been duped / participated sexually after Mark was psychologically injected with limerence on 9 November 2017 – If I had participated, the psychopaths would have most likely succeeded to have Mark kill me, a Crime of Passion.  To conclude, he was right,  Phase I was successful.

So now you get to know my stance / frame of mind as we entered 2018 – I, in a sense, saw myself as an experiential operative – of course, not knowing the future – but being mindful by adhering to the rule of non-emotional entanglement / non-attachment thus minimal ego interference – like on a mission.

This state of mind actually was injected in mid-September 2016 during a profound life changing “spiritual” experience.   Here’s a statement that would get them angry (increase conflict during calls) like stoking a fire >> “Hey Anton, I’m sovereign of self”.

2014 – Then we have this staged managed dream where I was working off-world (it seems) in a security position – this was one of three of the same kind >> 0-LIFEQUEST-2014-DREAM-security.walk.pdf  – This was the third dream in this series – I am always wearing a short sleeved beige colored uniform and wear a cap – These dreams occurred before new partners came on-board – they started in early 2013.  Chuckles, in this dream, “Robe” felt bad for testing me – I felt his unease – Had he not been holding the baby, I would have hugged him “awww, there, there it’s ok” – pauvre pitre il se sentait super mal – c’est correct Robe.

Often in these scenarios, people don’t help, they freak and run away when they see Robe holding a baby.  For me it was totally normal, I actually scolded Robe – told him to be get away from the cliff side and to be careful and by all means, please hold the baby correctly.

The above docu-presentation was uploaded/sent to MUFON in early December 2017.  I was hoping black helicopter flyovers would return (because I was using them under guise of protection from the SON and Mark).

Other psychological tricks were voice projections, holograms and  fabricated supernatural-like experiences.

VOICE PROJECTION EXPERIENCES

30 August 2018 (4-6am) –  VERY CRUEL – I BELIEVE IT WAS DONE IN RETALIATION – PUNISHMENT

MARK >> VOICE PROJECTION most likely in retaliation because I was working on the List of Recordings – A few hours earlier they had discovered recordings were never destroyed (as faked in mid-August)  — Since 29th @ 10pm, I’d been working non-stop on updating the list of recordings – We wanted to have the family and Michelle GUERTIN criminally charged for the abuse, life endangerment, sickness and suffering endured throughout 2018 including the pending charges from 2007 (family).

On 30th, by 4am, I had finished the updates.  The moment I pressed SAVE for the last time, all hell broke loose in the house.

Mark was awoken by voices >> intimate giggling and talk between a male and female.  He woke up and came rushing down stairs convinced he would find people having sex.

For at least 30 minutes, he searched inside and outside the house. He wanted to leave.  He got very sick, the dogs howling, vomiting, retching.  Our house had become a house of despair and horror.  These psychopaths from Hell were sitting back e-listening.  I recorded, here are extracted clips recorded between 4 and 6am on 30 August 2018, go to pages 5-6 >> click here.

Have I experienced voice projection?  Yes, on 19 JUNE 2016 and 24 JULY 2016. 

As I mentioned earlier (above), the idea of using psy-based technology might have come from the fact they were already psy toying with key members of Connecting Consciousness – that’s where they got the idea to use it on us.

HOLOGRAMS

From early October 2016 up until 13 November 2016,  my Son experienced  holographic demonic looking characters.  Since he is a reborn Christian, he thought he was being attacked by demonic entities.

Notice the start period . . . that’s when they stopped running a suicide program onto me – it ran from June to early October 2016.  Then they realized it was ineffective and switched to my Son.

By mid-November 2016, he was on the brink of suicide – in addition, he reminded me of a preacher man who banish demons.  They really did a number of him.  Why do I believe they are fully responsible?  because after sending an email for Urgent Help for my SON (13 November 2016 email), the oppression completely stopped.  Why did I believe they were holograms?  because his description was the same texture and look than what I had experienced on 19 October 2015.

Interestingly, that email might have stopped oppressing my son but I strongly believe that a week later they agreed to start a new strategy in new year 2017 – operation “Terminate Champagne / Get Smith” – in fact, if Smith died it would be convenient also but the GUERTIN followed a well worn routine >> they use the medical system to remove people – by removing me, they had him.  There were two agendas at hand -> New partners >> terminate Champagne and Smith belonged to GUERTIN.

IN PREP to have target think that the so-called Secret Space Program are interested to have me on board?

There are so many instances of fabrication.  Here’s one of them:

On 31 May 2017 around 3am,  I had the urge to launch the ISS Live CAM feed and this is what I captured:  20170531-ISS-CAM-2-SHIPS.mp4.  When I woke up the next morning (11am), I noticed a triangular formation marked on my stomach, click here to see it.  It was visible right into September 2017.

How did I feel about this?  I was insulted.  How dare you mark me like cattle.  Do I think it was ET?  No.  Since they electronically monitored my IPHONE, they knew what I had seen and recorded.

I strongly suspect they used it to their advantage. Of course, I took a photo of the marking using my IPHONE >>- so they would know.  What they wouldn’t know, is how I reacted to it.  I didn’t share with anyone nor talked about it “in house voice-outs”.  Did I think they did medical procedures?  OF COURSE NOT! it was to make an impression / get an emotional reaction and then make assumptions.  I was simply insulted, it wasn’t done by ETs it was man-made.

Early experimentation in 1990s with nano – neuro-technology on unsuspecting subjects in psychiatric settings?

ANOTHER STRONG SUSPICION is POSSIBILITY that Mark was part of early psy experimentation involving introduction of nano technology inside the human body.

It would have occurred in 1992 and after.  That’s the period when MICHELLE Guertin, her 13 year old SON and his sister NICOLE PERIARD provoked a meltdown (clueless it was them) – – – Thinking they cared, he agreed to be mentally institutionalized and gave GUERTIN Power of Attorney and appointed his sister as his legal caretaker.

As confirmed on 10 August 2018 by a Dr. Boyd who slipped up – it confirmed that Mark was telling me the truth >> he was experimented a lot (psychiatric setting).  He also mentioned surgery which for a long time I had taken with a grain of salt . . . “surgery? in a psychiatric medical setting?” 

Quite possibty they were experimenting in mid-1990s with that technology – early trials.  If so, it could explain the bouts of personality change as early as February 2015, summer 2016 and in 2017 before the GUERTIN were provoking which started in Fall 2017.  Those early bouts of personality switch on/off occurred in sync with events relating to my activities (i.e. online writings and chat discussions) usually focused on humanitarian projects.

Here are dates:  22 November 2012, 15 February 2015 , 21 June 2016, 22, 24, 26 July 2016, 26 August 2017, 11 September 2017 – eight times <– each instances were very remarkable in behavior in sync.  It was as if he was remotely controlled – Switch on and off.

ABOUT 15 FEBRUARY 2015 >> the switch on/off came a few days after I commented on a YOUTUBE video which I believe brought attention onto me – possibility that it might have led them (new partners) to discover the GUERTIN agenda.  I’m putting out there as a  likely possibility – Please read this file in which I’ve elaborated on the YouTube comment and the type of video >> Primer Notes >> Electronic monitoring for Crime Operational Intel.

22 NOVEMBER 2012 – information to events available on request.  I don’t believe in coincidences, the events of 2012 and 2015 are similar in nature but different circumstances (not YouTube) nor online in 2012.

And to FINISH OFF . . . Picture this:

One evening (10-11pm), I was working on website development, a site about global consciousness of humanity.  I had just discovered this perfect quote and it would be on the front page of the site.  So I did – I was super pleased – just the perfect quote.

I changed it to “the greatest threat to this planet and humanity is thinking someone will save us”

Perhaps 4-5 minutes later, DRING! DRING!  Mark answered “Hello?”   It was an individual claiming to be a CSIS operator – – > “Mr. Smith?”  yes.

“Mr. Smith are you safe right now.  We have a safe house ready for you – we can pick you up tomorrow at 7am . . . Are you sure Mr. Smith? . . . . Where is the female right now? . Are you sure Mr. Smith . . . ”

I always wondered if they were inspired by the quote I’d just inserted on the front page of the new website. . .  you know . . .  the word “Save”, “Safe”.

But here’s also the twist >> “the greatest threat for Mark Smith is thinking someone will save him”

They were monitoring “LIVE” – and on the spur of the moment were inspired by the quote – able to twist it around as means to attempt to grab him for eventual death.

These were the type of stints pulled late at night which caused fear and sickness.  And to think they sat back, e-listened and mocked.
