For the record -> GUERTIN alliance with  NEW PARTNERSHIP (who used CSIS) was detected in Fall 2015.

The following might well be their doing.

Some time between 18-20 November 2015, Mark had a marking on the back of his leg – He noticed it because it itched  – Mark confided aliens must have done this to him – overnight it grew considerably in size – very odd configuration – not a boil – rather a repository for little sacs of liquid.

I carefully removed three small sacs without bursting them – there was no irritation nor blood.  It left a crater hole behind his leg.

When he told his mother what I had done, she responded too quickly >> “it was a good thing they didn’t burst! it would caused to cancer!” – I found it was an odd comment said too quickly – she knew about it – a simple woman suddenly knowledgeable with little information . . . .

In addition, it concurred  with the time period when the new partnership came on board (FALL 2015 when family seems to be included with GUERTIN and partnership – back on track after having been halted since July 2014).

HIS FAMILY WAS IN on IT.   >> His mother (Theresa Lavergne) is not good at hiding / she’s transparent.  The woman was usually confused in her thoughts, low education.  Her response was quick, clear and precise.

THIS WAS NOT DONE BY so-called ALIENS  “give me a break”  –> It was done using unacknowledged technology in the hands of those who partnered with the Guertin / Family faction. 

From that point forward, he had problems with that leg (left)  – the physician referred him to a specialist who wanted to cut him open (hip and spine surgery)  – – They insisted, he refused convinced it was an over exaggeration (today I believe it was) – however the left leg became slightly smaller than the other leg – by 2018, he walked with a cane.

Oddly and now suspiciously, his cousin (St-Martin) apparently worked for Secret Service on the Quebec side, had recently died of leg cancer – developed within a year to his death – short time span – now I deem it suspicious.

Today, I highly believe Mark was lased behind the left leg  – most likely the first laser shot.

Second time is on 22 January 2018  – after being shot, the Guertin called “power of suggestion” he hung up and came to see me ‘a change of personality” in hypnotic state I called him “The Strangler” – the spell was broken the next day (23rd) and the start of seizures – see List-sickness-to-death.pdf

The third lasing occurred after the Interpol agents told him he would no longer be stalked –

By end of June/early July 2018 >> carefree Mark went fishing and lased again (behind the leg) – this time he was on his back for three days with influenza body ache symptoms even his hair hurt. 

By early May 2018, seizures subsided  – He had seizure on 26 July 2018.

A laser beam, by itself, cannot conduct electricity because it contains no charge carriers such as electrons to produce a current flow. … When they are shone on the body of the person to be stunned, a high-voltage pulse is injected using the two ionized beams, resulting in a non-lethal, but debilitating hit – what’s the payload  in the laser shot is the question.  Here we had three laser shots each with different results.

On 29 November 2018, at the ICU (Montfort Hospital Ottawa), the X-RAY showed the marking done by the laser shot on 22 January 2018 – it had hit below the heart – the left lung area – – – this is what the X-RAY looked like: 20181129-Lung-29nov2018-1.JPG.png

WHEN DO I THINK THEY PARTNERED TOGETHER?  by mid-2015

What might have attracted attention that led to partnership? My comments on YOUTUBE may have gotten me noticed – And when I was checked out, they found out about Mark and the GUERTIN/FAMILY hidden agenda. 

If that’s not the case, then the GUERTIN sought out assistance – THERE IS AN IMPORTANT FINANCIAL GAIN – considering all the trouble they went through by taking over for the GUERTIN/FAMILY in September 2018 to get the job done.

Why partner together? 

MONEY at the end of the day, the GUERTIN made deals with psychopaths in power of authority who have access to sophisticated mining software for intel gathering and covert use of technology to commit crimes.

Honey trap for the GUERTIN but they were not in position to refuse – resistance would be futile and a health hazard.  Too many incriminating things overshadowing in their lives – surely beyond the Mark Smith Tick-Tock LIfe Enslavement since 1979.

In no position to argue – Michelle Guertin reduced herself to a demonic state of mind – criminally insane woman.  Her son a sexual deviant – I called him Dr. Death.
