THEN AMP IT UP SO THAT HE WOULD REACH HOMICIDAL RAGE AND KILL ME AND MOST LIKELY KILL HIMSELF  – A CRIME OF PASSION.

OVERARCHING PROGRAM “CRIME OF PASSION” RAN FROM MID-OCTOBER 2017 UNTIL 23 APRIL 2018,  COURTESY OF NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) WHO WERE THE DIRECTORS OF THE OPERATION.  VARIOUS PSYOPS WERE PLAYED OUT WHERE THE END-GAME WAS ALWAYS TO ACHIEVE A “CRIME OF PASSION”.

 

AFTER THE LASER SHOT ON 22 JANUARY 2018, SICKNESS (seizures) STARTED.  EACH TIME HE WOULD REACH HOMICIDAL RAGE, HE WOULD SEIZE /  BREAK DOWN HAVE A SEIZURE OR VOMIT / RETCHING, UNABLE TO DO IT BECAUSE HE WAS TOO WEAK.  AT ONE POINT, I STARTED TO THINK I WAS CAUSING THIS (see stage 3 in diagram).  I WASN’T –> THEY WERE.

I strongly suspect Mark SMITH might have had a  MAOA Gene Deficiency also called the warrior gene.  If so, it would have surely been discovered while he was in the Royal Mental Hospital (Ottawa).  Mark was subjected to several psychiatric experiments.

Nicole Periard, his sister gained full trust in 1992 after the Break-up/Rescue Operation.

Nicole Periard controlled him by playing the victim and getting him out to beat up people.

Eventually, he caught her lying, stealing, betraying and mocking him. She lost full trust by early 2000.

Nicole Periard recovered full trust after 25 December 2017 and permanently lost it on 3 May 2018.

Theresa Lavergne, his mother whom he never trusted before,  gained full trust in 2007 via treatment centre counselors acting as mediators.  She permanently lost his trust on 3 May 2018.

Michelle Guertin had full trust since 1979.  She lost it on 3 March 2018 and permanently lost it on 26 April 2018.

Anton Guertin lost full trust by 2 April 2018 but regained trust on 18  April 2018 (psyop by CSIS) but lost it permanently 8 days later on 26 April 2018.

Louis Guertin had full trust since 1979 and never lost it. 

Luke Bouvier from CSIS, had full trust by mid-July 2018, almost lost it in late August 2018.  Bouvier regained full trust by mid-September 2018 by coming in as the SAVIOR.

• Mark trusted and respected Luke Bouvier and Louis Guertin right to his death.  They had his undivided trust (100%) over me.

On 30 April 2018, Mark told me to never let him listening to either songs again – he claimed they had spells on them.  That’s one way of putting it.  In reality, these songs have psychological triggers.
