I designated 26 AUGUST 2017 as the day the Director of Operations aka Psychological Mindwar Specialist started full-time to coach the SON on how to foster a trust relationship with SMITH “father-son trust bond”.  Once I’d be removed, SMITH would run to the SON.  Job done.

From this point forward, it was structured.  Calls were daily.  Coaching the SON on how to  foster a trust relationship with SMITH who believed he was his father . . . the 1979 lie when close family sold him (age 13) to the GUERTIN.  Tricking the youth to believe he had to go with his new family.

Once trust was sufficiently established, they could then make me disappear (Poof!) so that SMITH would run immediately to the SON for help.  Full dependency because if I was gone “out of the blue” imagine the shock and  gas-lighting that would ensue, depending on them for updates (wow)   He could not stay in my house, homeless. Family was already onboard with GUERTIN and their CSIS contact .  Job done October 2017.

BUT ALSO ON THIS DAY . . .

In early evening, MARK SMITH psychologically changed “on a dime” into a demonic like personality – It was instantaneously triggered by what had just appeared on TV – an ogre creature.  At the time, I was convinced he was possessed.

TODAY WE KNOW IT WAS NEURO-TECHNOLOGY. 

How could they make it coincide with the creature in the movie?  easy.  We were monitored in real-time just make it coincide.  BOOM! looks damn well supernatural / demonic right? Right.  Wonderful.

That’s how you do it. Also makes an impression on the job.

BELOW I EXPLAIN HOW THAT WENT DOWN AND THE VIDEO CLIP TO SHOW WHEN THE (DEMONIC-LIKE) CHANGE OCCURRED. 

But first, briefly about 2016 –> FIRST PSYOP – SUICIDE PROGRAMS.

They targeted me then my son – It ran from Mid-May to 13 November – They were high likely forced to stop on 13 Nov 2016.

• END GAME –> To isolate and grab SMITH, institutionalize him and premeditate his death using the medical system (GUERTIN’s killing field).
• 2016 FIRST CHOICE TO ISOLATE HIM –>  My removal via suicide to isolate SMITH. Organized suicide is killing at a distance where no one gets involved – no contact.  How safe and comforting it must have felt.  Open/shut case. None the wiser.  GUERTIN must have been elated.

Targeting me was detected as early as 16 MAY 2016.  Although it became ineffective on 14 September (life game changer), they didn’t know and continued up until early October 2016. I had the foresight of journaling points in time when V2K was high likely used on me  (log entries on GDrive).

Then they turned to my son.  It ran from mid-October to 13 November 2016 the day it stopped after I emailed details to someone located in UK who was electronically monitored by intelligence agencies in Europe and most likely USA.

And this might well be why they had to stop –>  Exposure which meant other intel agencies would get curious and want to know what they were up to.  The word would get around in the intel community. Uh-oh.  In 2016, there would have been a very short list of agencies in North America who had access to neuro-technologies.

2016 failed. 

And this is why it would escalate to the point where GUERTIN and FAMILY would be pushed to interact – Exposure – Similar to a project scope creep  . . . escalation of involvement just a little bit at a time until it was full-time participation, full blown psychopathy and not hiding it.  They were used like puppets . . . would become a far cry from the promises and hopes of 2016 & 2017.

Whatever they had hanging over their heads (most likely blackmail material “do this or else”), by 2018, it sure got them to dance and prance for the Director.  Gee, they had to fake kill off the SON and Michelle GUERTIN.

Keep in mind, in 2017, they were confident the job would be done –>  My removal and his abduction.

Spoiler alert –> 2017 would be a wasted year just like 2016.

2017 – Second PSYOP Strategy (because 2016 failed)

TIMEFRAME:  February to 12 October 2017

• End Game:  My removal to isolate SMITH who would run to GUERTIN (like he had always done in the past when in trouble).   Instead of suicides, it would be a lure to get me to believe I was joining Secret Space Program (SSP) when in reality it was my removal (disappearance).

  With my sudden disappearance, Mark SMITH, falling to pieces, would immediately run to the SON and Michelle GUERTIN for help and guidance on what to do next.  Job Done.

2017 – THREE PHASES

26 AUGUST 2017 is PHASE #2

PHASE #1 – FEB-MAY 2017 –> Get family on-board more precisely Nicole PERIARD & Theresa LAVERGNE –> CSIS at forefront  –> BLACKMAIL Family, it was easy because they are criminals (petty theft, ID Thieves, collection agencies were looking for them).

• The family ended up aiding and abetting, exposed 3 MAY 2018.  Their CSIS point of contact was most likely character Luke BOUVIER.

Now that family was onboard, they needed to get SMITH to trust the SON – no contact for past 12 years.

PHASE #2 – mid-JULY to mid-October 2017  SON started to call once a week, short calls, no conversation – just touching base.  (Most likely waiting for the Psychological Mindwar Specialist to come on the job).

• The SON’s story –> Just moved to Montreal with wife and infant son. He claimed to be a forensic morgue doctor – many jobs interview – settling in Montreal.  Very busy. Mark was impressed, my son the doctor – he didn’t question.

Once in a while, Michelle GUERTIN would come on the line. She played the defensive one protecting SMITH.  She claimed to be an Acting Director at CSIS.

The SON’s job was likely to establish contact, prepping until the DIRECTOR of Operations came officially on board on 26 AUGUST 2017.

I think they hired a Psychological Mindwar Specialist (yes the job exists) and this guy, I will assume it’s a man, couldn’t start before end of AUGUST 2017.

Once the Specialist was on the job, the SON was more structured, coached on how to foster a father-son trust relationship. 

The speech changed to how Mark was now accepted by his SON.  Now that he would be super rich –>  inheritance.  The golden hook-in.  The SON dished out pipe dreams of different class and more, the millionaire club bullcrap.

The Specialist sent Michelle GUERTIN in the background under guise of cancer remission.  Must concentrate on the SON and get that trust solid enough to pull Plan A which they did 47 days later on 12 Oct 2017.

PHASE #3 – THE END-GAME –> 12 OCTOBER 2017 which I call PLAN A my removal – it failed.

• On 1 NOV 2018, I sent details of 12 OCTOBER 2017 to BOUVIER (CSIS) – Soon after, he ordered me to never send this kind of information ONLINE . . .

As I mentioned above, on and after 26 AUGUST 2017, there was a shift.

I designated 26 AUGUST 2017 as the day the Director aka  Psychological Mindwar Specialist  started full-time (full attention) with real-time monitoring in-house conversations and online communications.

HE MADE QUITE AN ENTRANCE – THROUGHOUT THIS OPERATION, I NOTICED THIS DUDE WAS INTO SYMBOLISM, DATES, CREATING FAKE SYNCHRONICITIES, ETC. –  A DARK COMEDIAN, HARDY HAR HAR.

ABOUT THE SUDDEN DEMONIC-LIKE POSSESSION . . .

The video clip below is very disgusting but very BEFITTING to mark 26 AUGUST 2017 as the arrival of the Psychological Mindwar Specialist – This is how he made his presence known to me.

How appropriate to project his energetic signature / frequency.  From that point forward, this perp had no qualm reaching levels of crimes against humanity.

Here’s how it went down . . .

So we were getting ready to watch a movie called R.I.P.D. which is the story of an after-life police force who hunts down “deados” << demonic entities who possess human beings.

Perhaps 10 minutes in the movie, the moment we saw for the first time a “deado”, POOF! Mark SMITH changed / triggered – just as if he was demonically possessed.  He became an ogre creature like on TV.

Here’s the scene.

 

He changed the moment the  Deado appeared.  He threw himself on me, grunting, groping, slurping.

And just as he was about to lick my face, I pushed him away.  I got up and stood between the sofa and the wall-mounted big screen with movie still playing.

He got up, still in character, while the scene was playing out. I remember looking from him to the big screen and he wasn’t letting up.  Totally oblivious, this was real.

I had a deado in the house!?

• Was this a demonic possession triggered by the movie?!  It wasn’t in my consciousness that it could be technology.

I had a deado in the house and I was as stunned as the RIPD cop, on his first day on the job?!

Un-believ-able. 

IN RETROSPECT, HOW SYMBOLIC. 

• This is why 26 AUGUST 2017 has been marked as the date the Psychological Mindwar Specialist started working full-time in prep for my removal (mid-Oct 2017).

On 17th, through a series of event, I became impermeable to it (didn’t affect anymore) and on 26th they had a  message for me.

• 11-26 JULY 2017 – Car Tampering Failed – SON Calls – A Message For Me “You’re wasting your time . . . Watchers are coming” (2 short videos)

On 26 AUGUST 2017, I referred to this heavy dark energy as  “Blanket of Doom”, a blanket of evil.

• Here are words to describe the essence of that energy (his frequency) –>  putrid dark killer insanity decay satanic torture scent of blood pedophilia suffering, enslaver, sexual perversions, reveling in cruelty “getting off on it”, eating flesh, blood splattered everywhere.  Corrupt.

So I ran outside to the forest (mid-evening) and as I stood in the darkness of night, this kept rolling in mind  –> “It’s here, It’s arrived” as if I’d been expecting it.   “Blanket of Doom” was here to stay.

BUT AT THE TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS SUPERNATURAL / PARANORMAL / DEMONIC ENTITIES.

IN REALITY –> IT WAS ALL SMOKE & MIRRORS –>  IT WAS DONE USING NEURO-TECHNOLOGY.

• At the time, I thought was targeted because I was Canadian Country Coordinator for Connecting Consciousness which had been maliciously closed off in February 2017, it was organized.  But myself and three other members persuaded the founder to revive it in Canada
  .
  Another factor to re-enforce the perception –> They were using similar tactics experienced by previous Coordinators.

• At the time, I thought neuro-technology was sci-fi, fringe, woo-woo.  Because of my lack of knowledge and my cognitive dissonance,  we all thought it was supernatural / paranormal / Extra-terrestrial and in my case I will add –> instigated by the criminal fake Secret Space Program (and that’s why 47 days later on 12 October 2017, I didn’t fall for the Secret Space Program lure – it’s a bunch of posers, not the real thing).

IF 2016 HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL, the SON would not have had to come at forefront to foster a trust relationship.

• Nine months earlier, 25 October 2016, SMITH contacted Michelle GUERTIN (lawyer) to ask if she would look into what was going on with his (fake) inheritance.  The family had been dangling this since Fall 2012.  Mark excitedly, said twice “Mitch! I don’t drink anymore!  Tell Ant (the SON)! Tell him to call me,  tell him ok?”.

• WHAT TRIGGERED SMITH TO CALL MICHELLE GUERTIN?  –> Day before,  I answered the phone and spoke with his mother (Theresa LAVERGNE).  After she confirmed he was getting an inheritance, she cryptically advised me to move away, sell my house go anywhere but go far very far – It was delivered with a calm voice, almost whispery, and she ended with “Ok, Lyn?  Bye” click.

  She was basically telling me to run for the hills because they were coming for me.

  I didn’t understand her message,  The thought of being targeted for Mark SMITH was absolutely not in my consciousness.  I thought I was being targeted for other reasons which were supernatural or metaphysical.  For instance, I experienced twice voice projected at a distance and most importantly life-changing event of 14 SEPTEMBER 2016.  There are many other things – Documented.

• Phone call on 25 OCTOBER 2016 is how Michelle GUERTIN and her SON were able to walk in our lives, without them having to figure out how to GET THEM in the picture – He hired her as lawyer for (fake) inheritance “THE GOLDEN HOOK-IN” for contact and gas-lighting.
  .
  When Mark’s mother asked him “Why did you call her!?”, Mark responded “She the mother of my (fake) son”. His mother didn’t say a word.
  .
  Imagine if she had said “Hey Markie, he’s not your son.”  . . . what a can of worms that would have opened.

• To close off on 2016 . . .  here’s an interesting point –> We didn’t hear from Michelle GUERTIN again until 15-16 NOVEMBER 2016 which was a few days after the suicide program targeting my son was forcibly stopped – Where they banking that my son would kill himself?  he almost did >> October – 16 November 2016 – Suicide Program 2 of 2 – Target: My SON Using Neuro-Technology – First Contact with Michelle GUERTIN

TO CONCLUDE, 26 AUGUST 2017 is the day the OPERATION BECAME STRUCTURED FOR PLAN A MY REMOVAL.

Because it failed, they were disorganized for 35 days.

• October 2017 – Disorganized – Retaliation pressing Sex Perversions like SODOMY and Black Helicopters flying over head for 35 days

NOTE:  ONE YEAR LATER, on 26 AUGUST 2018, Mark SMITH, had woken up.  He didn’t want contact with BOUVIER (CSIS) anymore.  I remember at the time, thinking how symbolic it was . . . one year to the day, the Psychological Mindwar Specialist had failed.

Interestingly, on 27 AUGUST 2018, they high likely were behind a fabricated SUPERNATURAL event involving the demonic.  How symboilic.

• 26-27 August 2018 – MARK Avoids BOUVIER (CSIS)? Oh yeah? They Retaliated By Faking a Supernatural Event

Few days later, they faked killed off Michelle GUERTIN.
