QUICK RECAP

From Mid-May to early October 2016, I was targeted for suicide – Killing at a distance, no one would get their hands dirty.

That was the actual first PLAN A on how they expected to eliminate me in order to get him.

After more than four months of suicide targeting, by early-mid-October, they instead, turned their attention to my son for suicide.

Keep in mind, the GUERTIN via Family at forefront had been at it (getting me out of his life) since mid-2009 but it didn’t involve death until they allied with New Partners (CSIS) in 2015.

New Partners (CSIS) became the Directors of the SMITH Operation, the ones with technology (i.e. Electronic monitoring all points of com including in-house conversations, satellite feed on property, infrared highly suspected by Fall 2018).

What else was going on?

• Since early October 2016, the FAMILY began playing mind-games with release of the (fake) inheritance.  Their latest excuse  for delay was that the Executor (Jean-Louis LAVERGNE), had defrauded the Lavergne Estate – so everything was on hold until further notice.

On 24 October 2016, I asked Theresa LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother) for an update.  She gently cut me off and in a cryptic calm voice said: “Lyn sell your house and leave, go far, anywhere but go, go far, very far, ok?  Bye.”  

• Theresa LAVERGNE most definitively knew they were targeting me for termination.

Next day (25th), Mark called Michelle GUERTIN, his life-long savior, asking her to please investigate what was really going on with the release of his (fake) inheritance.  She agreed.  Unknowingly, we had just opened the door to allow her to come at forefront.

• According to Mark, she usually reacted quickly – We expected to hear back from her in coming days – but we didn’t – Mark found that odd.

Meanwhile, my son was going down . . . By 11 NOV 2016, I was in constant  telephone communication – He lived 120 miles away.  I was already monitored, they overheard all conversations. Mood, etc.  Amplified / Tweak.

By 13th, my son was on the brink of killing himself.

I had to do something so I sent a long e-mail to someone in the UK  describing in details the situation and more.  Although the email recipient didn’t read it immediately, within a few hours, targeting stopped.

IF my son was about to do it, why stop?  –> The email was intercepted, I am convinced they were FORCED to stop using neuro-technology.

Since 25 October, we hadn’t heard from Michelle GUERTIN.

Then a few days later (15-16 NOV), we did.  It took 3 weeks later to hear back from her.

I’m convinced her New Partners advised her to sit back and wait for my son’s suicide.  When it was forcibly stopped, they got her to call back starting with Mark’s mother.

• His mother called him asking “why did you call HER Mark?”  to which he replied:  “She’s the mother of my son, she will get the inheritance released as my son is my primary heir”.  His mother could have come clean and say “Not your kid Mark!”  but she didn’t.

After 13 November 2016, it calmed down.

• I noticed that these psychopaths seemed to stop for Christmas holidays – They resumed by February 2017.

ABOUT THIS POST

By February 2017, many things were going on at the same time.

This post that you are about to read, is more complete than this one written in 2023 >> Mar-June 2017 – Get Nicole On-Board to go along with Father-Son Trust Program – They did a successful False Flag Operation  << It only focuses on events with Nicole PERIARD on they most likely got her to come in their circle of trust.

CERTAIN INCIDENTS WHICH AT THE TIME, I PERCEIVED AS UNRELATED ARE NOT IN PREVIOUS POSTS 

WHAT FOLLOWS INCLUDES EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON WHILE THEY WERE TWEAKING PERIARD.

Overview

Although they were most likely forced to stop using suicide, they still had to do the job.

Now they would resort to traditional psyop tactics – It would take them 9 months to be ready to execute PLAN A: my removal (12 October 2017)

First step –> To bring Nicole PERIARD in the operation, as family point of contact.  Since 1990s, she had been working with Michelle GUERTIN.  I believe GUERTIN did legal favors for PERIARD – GUERTIN owned PERIARD.

Now they had to get her back in the game with the new agenda (my removal) and to do so would use an email I wrote that listed crimes by PERIARD – The email content was used to tweak (scare her) and ultimately have her eating out of their hands (CSIS and GUERTIN) –> I strongly suspect BOUVIER became her CSIS point of contact.

• 13 JULY 2014 Email Becomes Future Pay Off in 2017 for New Partners (CSIS) – PERIARD Must Be “Onboard” Before SON Fosters “Father-Son” Trust Bond (Summer 2017)

Second Step –> Once she was on-board, the SON would come in Mark’s life as the long-lost SON “Dad! I’m ba-ack . . . Love you Dad!”  The purpose was to get the foe SON to foster a father-son trust relationship so that once that was established, they could then play out PLAN A:Remove Champagne (12 Oct 2017).

Third Step – Completion – Execution –> PLAN A successful – Once I suddenly disappeared, Mark in shock and lost, would automatically run to GUERTIN for guidance and full support “What do I do now? Help me.”.  He trusted them with his life.

From March to May 2017, while they were tweaking PERIARD, from March to May, we had a whole thing going on with Connecting Consciousness (global group) which they would leverage.

• In 2016, that group in North America was psy-op’d.  The purpose was to close it off by discrediting the founder of CC.  It was achieved in early 2017.

Then in April 2017,  we had the start of staged managed dreams targeting MARK with the projection of an ET who called himself Thor.  They were inspired to do this because of a lucid dream I had with an ET – They overheard me talk about it and they stole/copied the idea.

(Spoiler alert:  The ET was a projection, man-made  – exposed 9 NOV 2017)

• The purpose of those staged dreams was to tweak Mark to trust this ET who would come and visit “oh what a honor” – Then get him to obey orders to fight / slay entities in those staged dreams. I called it “Training the gladiator“.

It will have taken 9 months to execute Plan A:

1. March – May 2017 – To Get PERIARD on Board
2. July – October 2017 – To build Father-SON Trust Relationship
3. 12 October 2017 – Execute Plan A

Step 3- failed.

Like 2016, 2017 was a wasted year for them.

FEBRUARY 2017

In June 2016, I started to think I was targeted because, on 29 MAY 2016, I had joined a global group called Connecting Consciousness (CC).  By this time, there was already a satellite feed on the property.  And, I started to get flyovers in sync with CC activities.

New Partners (CSIS) used the CC cover in July 2016 right into 2018 to make it seem it was the reason why I was targeted.

Keep in mind that the suicide program on me started about the same time I had joined Connecting Consciousness (29 MAY 2016) however based on handwritten notes dated 16 MAY 2016, “out of the blue” suicide thoughts had already started two weeks before I joined CC.

• To really make me believe it was caused by CC, here’s what they did:

• 26 JULY 2016 – First email exchange with CC – I responded to the “Welcome New CC Member” email –  Within 5-7 minutes, a helicopter flew over the house, flashing intense light in my face (animated re-enactment) >> 20160726-Animation-helicopter-2.UAPS.(after CC Reg-d).mp4 –> In addition, there were TWO star-like objects in the background – it looked choreographed.  Since 6 March 2016, I’d been having star-like sightings – Were they associated with the helicopter? Same network? Seemed so.

  Why was I targeted?  My first thought was “It’s because of Connecting Consciousness, the email”.
  .
• Now think about this . . . A flyover, 5-7 minutes after sending the email –> It confirmed monitoring which, I suspected as early as 2015.
  .
  “Yes-s, let’s make her think she’s monitored/targeted because of CC” – A great cover for real reason –> Removal, Mark SMITH (GUERTIN) Operation.

• A few hours later, when Mark was getting ready to go to bed, he suddenly changed (poof!) and shouted “I should kill you and the dogs!” – Here are handwritten notes where I wrote in French “If I’m found dead, Mark and his family of low-lives will most likely be responsible” >> 20160726-Killing-everyone-including-the-dogs.png

The above incident occurred during suicide program on me which ran from Mid-May to October 2016.

Interestingly, at the time, select members of Connecting Consciousness were targeted and that was well before I joined.

Why were they targeting Connecting Consciousness?  My best guess is to close it off in North America.

By 24 February 2017, CC was abruptly closed in USA (primary target) and Canada followed suit.

• After closure, I investigated and concluded it was foul-play –> neuro-technology, staged dreams, holograms, instilling spiritual fear with allegations of reptilians, witchcraft, astral rape, etc. – All smoke and mirror bullshit.  They had succeeded to close it off by using psychological/spiritual warfare tactics.  Bravo.

But on 15 MAY 2017, myself with three other members, with permission of the founder of CC, revived CC in Canada.  I became the National Country Coordinator.

Although, at the time, I suspected being targeted because of Connecting Consciousness, it wasn’t going to stop me.  My stance was –> If they were targeting CC, then it meant they feared something about CC – It had to be brought back especially in North America. Bring it back, let’s start with Canada. There you go.

• You need to know –> By 2004, I had lost fear of death.  In October 2003, I was tricked to believe I had 18 months to live – It took 11 months to uncover it was a lie.  But that 11 months was a gift.
  .
  As well as losing fear of dying, I became heart-centered, self-aware,  harder to influence by those who play emotional mind games – A dispassionate observer with humans who have ulterior motives – ICU.
  .
  I learned to live in the present “in the now” (11 months of practice).  The real gift was the expansion / maturity of consciousness.  Thanks.

In addition, on 14 September 2016 I had a life-changing experience that changed my perspective of this life as Lyn Champagne.  This is also the day when the suicide program on me became permanently ineffective.

New Partners (CSIS) had tendency of hiding themselves under several covers. 

For instance in 2018, they impersonated/made it seem that they were Knights Templar. Were the Templar (Freemasons) also targeting Connecting Consciousness? Were the Templar  contracted to terminate me?  Were the Templar monitoring, protecting, stalking us, working for the GUERTIN?

I sure thought so at the time. That was the perception New Partners (CSIS) had successfully conveyed.

MARCH 2017 – STEP 1 – GET PERIARD ON BOARD

Sometime in March, two CSIS agents appeared at Nicole PERIARD’s home.  Surprise.

They scared her by warning her that she was in major trouble – They had a copy of the 13 JULY 2014 email but she didn’t know that.  They were listing the stuff from the email and she was freaking out.  I will assume  Michelle GUERTIN gave it to them.

The most incriminating info found in the 13 July 2014 email was the list of aliases she used to de-fraud.  In September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) would enumerate them “Bradley, Trepanier, Lavergne, Periard, Bedard, Cleroux”  to give the impression he was on Mark’s side for Court (family abuse) – She also used various first names and erroneous SIN numbers.

Theresa LAVERGNE as well as Nicole PERIARD, her husband and her two sons lived together. 

Anyone who called was immediately warned their phone line was tapped by CSIS because of Nicole PERIARD.

For next few months, on a daily basis, at daily chit-chat with Mark, Theresa LAVERGNE would tell us when CSIS and GUERTIN were visiting or calling PERIARD . . .  How it made PERIARD sick.

GUERTIN GAVE US PERCEPTION THAT SHE WAS STRAIGHTENING THINGS OUT FOR THE RELEASE OF HIS (FAKE) INHERITANCE.  

FROM PERIARD’S PERCEPTION –> GUERTIN faked being on her side, scolding her, dishing out scary information as to how much she was in trouble . . . not sure what to do with CSIS on your back , , , blah blah blah.

Together, CSIS and GUERTIN gas-lit her, playing “Bad cop, Good cop”.

Calls here and calls there.  Then the creditors started to hound PERIARD – calling and knocking at the door.  Everyone in her household were warned not to answer the phone or door during the day.  I will venture that the ID thievery using the aliases listed in the 13 JULY 2014 email is what CSIS awoken.  PERIARD was freaked out.

Nicole PERIARD was having a melt-down.  But we never suspected anything else than PERIARD finally getting caught for all the fraud / ID Thievery she was renown for doing.

• If you were to pull out her medical records for this time period, you would notice she went often to the walk-in clinic and hospital.  Most often after CSIS agents would leave or after a bad call with GUERTIN who had screamed at her.

19 MARCH 2017

Disclaimer:  I wouldn’t include what follows unless it was relevant – Also wish to add this was the first time I experienced a lucid dream with a grey ET.  One might think it’s just a lucid dream, from my subconscious and I agree but what followed next indicated otherwise.

I had a lucid dream with an ET who looked close to the image below – Scene is pretty accurate (A.I. Art by me).

We were in a classroom setting.  The sitting arrangement shown here is spot on. The being was wearing a white shirt, open collar.  This guy was laid back and had a great sense of humor.  It seemed as if we talked for a good while like old friends. I don’t remember our conversation other than it was relaxed, we knew one another.

That morning when I walked in the kitchen, a huge white owl flew directly to the window coming at me – We made eye contact, it swerved off and perched on a nearby tree watching the house.  

This owl followed me on the land for three days.  It was fixated on me.  It was organic.  Because of the owl, this staged managed dream was high likely NOT organized by them.

ABOUT OWLS and GREYS (Youtube video – 2:30 hours) >> The Mysterious Connection between Owls & UFO Contact | Mike Clelland (2021) – This guy has collected hundred of experiences.

After the owl experience at the kitchen window, I told Mark about the dream – actually talked about it for three days in line with the owl following me on the land.  Mark even noticed its unusual behavior.

APRIL 2017

Another disclaimer:  I didn’t know staged managed dreams were possible . . . not until 9 November 2017.)

Two weeks later, Mark started to have (staged) lucid dreams with an ET called Thor.  I’m convinced they overheard me describing the dream (19 March) and were inspired by it for SMITH.

At first, I thought he was making it up.

Since I never described what the ET in my dream looked like – They projected the Asgard ET called Thor from Stargate: SG1.

Throughout April almost on a nightly basis, Thor would visit Mark in scenes where Mark was outside and Thor would appear.  Sometimes Mark would be on a ship with Thor giving him a tour, etc.  Mark enjoyed/looked forward to Thor’s visits.

MEANWHILE, Nicole PERIARD was spiraling down as she dealt with CSIS who would often appear impromptu at her door . . . Then Michelle GUERTIN calling and screaming.

Many people despised PERIARD and so people mocked her including her teenage sons  “finally she’s getting what she deserves . . . hahaha”.

MAY 2017

By May, those staged dreams became violent such as Thor making Mark fight a reptilian for food or taking a walk with Thor where Mark with a scythe would slay weak entities laying in gulleys because Thor said so (June 2017).

And that’s when I realized something wasn’t quite right.  A Grey ET encouraging Mark to slay and fight?  Mark following orders from Thor no questions asked?  WTF.  They heard me, I didn’t spare my words as to how low-consciousness this entity was.

• On 26 JULY 2017, this projection manned by a human thug had a condescending message for me while I was preparing a CC global initiative called “Focus On Earth” – Mark knew nothing about this initiative.
  .
• On 9 November 2017, they used my online stuff to fabricate a sex scene in a staged dream with Thor.  The goal of staged dream was to inject psychological / emotional obsession in Mark towards me.  That’s when it confirmed that Thor was a projection, manned by a human thug who was projecting his low consciousness through this ET projection.

MEANWHILE WITH NICOLE PERIARD

CSIS asked her if she knew Lyn Champagne?  She said yes and then with leading questions they got her to send them a copy of the 13 JULY 2014.

Soon after she called our house and with fear and seriousness >> “I didn’t have a choice, I had to give CSIS your email . . you’re in trouble with CSIS” – Nicole and Mark were in fear . . . . it’s CSIS.  Uh-oh.

To which I replied: “Sure – Tell them to call me.”

They never did.

She thought she was giving them an email they had never seen before when in reality they had been using it from the start.   Through this email, that how they discovered the aliases she was using for fraud, hence why the creditors came to her door.

In 2014, PERIARD immediately shared it with GUERTIN – That’s why they had stopped coming after us after 13 JULY 2014 – GUERTIN and PERIARD feared me – We had peace and quiet up until New Partners (CSIS) joined them (mid-2015).

2017 “Mrs. Periard do you know Lyn Champagne?” YES, I do. Then she gave CSIS the 2014 Email – CSIS & GUERTIN Blamed LYN for NICOLE Problems | Gets Nicole On-Board >> SON TRUST & LYN as Kill BAIT for Mark GRAB

NICOLE BECAME RELAXED.

I can just imagine the euphoria she felt when they finally brought her into their circle.  She was willing, in agreement that I be disappeared/removed as means for GUERTIN to get MARK SMITH – She knew once they would get a hold of him, they would institutionalize and kill him.

BY MID-MAY 2017, PERIARD WAS ON BOARD WITH THE AGENDA.

AS FOR CONNECTING CONSCIOUSNESS . . .

On 15 MAY 2017,  Connecting Consciousness in Canada was officially back on the map.  I was National Country Coordinator.  Membership had dwindled from 80-90 members down to 18-20 members who were willing to come back.  Spiritually unafraid . . . mostly those who hadn’t fallen for the psyop.

  Was it the psychopaths?  Most likely not.

• Another observation –> if the suicide program on my SON had not stopped on 13 NOV 2016, would I have remained a CC member if my SON had killed himself?  If so, would I have stepped forward to revive it?  Most likely not.
  .
  I’ve come to believe that other factions were in the sidelines observing what they were doing.  I got support / encouragement in the most unusual ways . . .  Heart-felt thank you to you.

Next day (16 MAY 2017), I had my first black helicopter visit, coincidence? >> 20170516_102124-BLACK-HELICOPTER.jpg – Give the perception it’s because of Connecting Consciousness, yes-s that’s why you are targeted . . . It worked.

On 31 MAY 2017, I was ready to send the first MAIL OUT to those who had been Canadian members (before closure) – First call letter to bring them back – 18-20 members came back.  (Today 18 NOV 2024, CC Canada has over 5,340 members.)

Before going to bed, again I had a “Look Now” moment, so I launched the ISS Live Cam app on my smartphone and sure enough captured two objects >> 20170531-ISS-CAM-2-SHIPS.mp4.

That morning, after showering, I noticed a triangular marking on my abdomen (faded by September 2017).  Was it due to the sighting?  –>  They leveraged the sighting to somehow “stamp me” with a triangular shaped insignia.

• They were able to make it coincide because I was monitored – They knew I had launched the ISS Live Cam app and video’d.

• 31 MAY 2017 – Sighting & Body Marking – Was it ETs? No, man-made, a psyop, a means to an end in the MARK SMITH Operation

In my opinion, this was part of the build up / escalation to then come in using the Secret Space Program “Come and Join Us” Lure on 12 OCTOBER 2017.  On 9 March 2018, they would pull the SSP lure again. I refused to join anything.

• Starting 6 March 2016, I experienced in 2016, a total of 148 anomalous star-like objects that would appear in the night sky always in the general direction I was looking – Each incident has been documented and recorded.  For 2017, I documented  228 sightings.

• Wow . . . How come?  –> Satellite feed on the property, zooming in on me.
  .
  Since I knew I was/am monitored, I document(ed) by hand – Why by hand and not use those snazzy online apps? –> Because they can’t eavesdrop my handwritten notes. That’s why.

6 JUNE 2017

Another sighting, this one captured on video and photo (back of the house) – Captured on photo what looked like entities:

Do I think it was them?  I lean toward NO but I really don’t know.

As I mentioned before, there seemed to be other factions observing in the sidelines.  In some instances, I got support in the most unusual ways.

After PERIARD gave the 13 JULY 2014 email (which they had all along), they all blamed me for her problems.  Now she was on board with them.

By JUNE 2017,  Nicole PERIARD was relaxed.

I will venture they paid off her creditors and most likely made criminal charges go away.

She blamed me for all her problems – She already hated me but now she was in agreement that I be permanently removed (disappearance, death) – Gone for good.  She hated me with a vengeance and her new allies fed her hatred.  They approved.  She was on cloud 9.

Her new alliance with rogue CSIS and GUERTIN most likely made her feel euphoric, free – And most of all –> Part of the team.  The team that now would do the NEXT STEP which involved introducing the foe SON in our lives.

I am convinced that BOUVIER (CSIS) was part of the PERIARD tweaking stage and remained her CSIS contact, her handler throughout the Mark SMITH Operation. 

Why have I come to this conclusion?  –> Nicole PERIARD’s autistic SON knew and liked BOUVIER, that’s why (20 JAN 2019).

P.S.:  About Connecting Consciousness . . .

In Summer 2019, I stepped down as Coordinator – A  member who was psychologically tweaked by the same criminal network who actively participated in the Mark Smith agenda, started a fear mongering rumor –>.  She was convinced I was a hybrid reptilian / super soldier working with MILAB (Military Abduction) and as Coordinator I was scouting for potential abductees.

How about that . . . similar tactic that led to the closure of CC in early 2017.

On 2 August 2019, I stepped down and concentrated full-time investigating the Mark SMITH case.

In early 2018, the criminal faction posing as Secret Space Program became her handler after they had provoked the suicide of her husband who cut his throat in front of her – Quite a shock factor.  Afterwards, they had her eating out of their hands until by Fall 2019, it got too intense for her.  To escape them, she permanently left Canada – dual citizenship UK.

Interestingly, about the fake suicide of the SON (July 2018) as to how he kill himself –> He cut his throat in the bathtub . . . yes-s.  They used the method used in a REAL suicide they provoked a few months earlier.  Same goddam network.

Chilling, isn’t it?

On 21 September 2021, I returned to Connecting Consciousness and when I did . . . chuckles, they pulled the old black helicopter flyover trick.  I wrote to them (Google Drive) and told them something like >> “Sorry boys, this time that trick doesn’t work – Time to grow up.”
