QUICK RECAP

On 12 October 2017, PLAN A failed. They had worked from February to October 2017 to execute my permanent removal. They didn’t have a contingency plan – Nine months wasted.

By 14-15th, the SON who had been nice up until PLAN A failed, became nasty – He used the father-son trust relationship to gas-light and push sex.

The SON played the role of psychiatrist “My SON, the Doctor” – He claimed that the reason why I didn’t engage sexually was because I was playing him – I was stalling for his (fake) inheritance.

It escalated to rage conflict right into the wee morning hours. Mark never got sick (not until 22 JANUARY 2018 laser shot).

Reality was –> Since November 2012, Mark and I had a platonic relationship, we were not lovers, we were friends “best bros”.

Why since 2012? We’d been together since 2009. I came to realize that Mark was psychologically traumatized as it related to sex. Each time sex was brought up, he would get stressed and nauseous – He dreaded it – From 2009 to Nov 2012, I can count how often we sexually engaged (18 to 22 times).

I wasn’t going to be the sexual predator – A mind-game player for sex “dish out or else”. I fully understood where he was coming from. The pressure to have sex and perform. I got it. I had compassion.

Mark was sexually traumatized in youth by Michelle GUERTIN and who knows what else Dr. B.A. BOYD and his psychiatric acolytes did in 1990s.

As days went by, the SON escalated his speech by recommending perversions such as anal sex – He pushed it for several days using that phony smooth talk that many in that pseudo-medical profession use. A psychological influencer.

The “trusted” SON was able to psychologically morph him into a sexual predator – Dirty, pushing perversions, Mark reminded me of John Holmes – Showing up naked at my bedroom door, brandishing his cock with vulgar language (if you don’t know who is Holmes, look him up.)

When I criticized / questioned the SON’s motives, it was turned against me – “Dad she’s avoiding, she’s underhand and evil . . . ” – MARK >> “My SON is a doctor! He knows what he’s talking about . . . you question and resist because you have something to hide . . . he’s a doctor! pfft!”

I truly believe the name of the game was:

HUMILIATION – DEGRADATION – MOCKERY

As pressure for sexual perversions continued . . .

ON 26 OCTOBER 2017, black helicopters started to fly over the house several times a day. In my mind, it was due to my contact with MUFON – I was recommending enhancements to their online reporting form.

Thinking it was because of MUFON, was an illusion (to give us that perception).

In reality, they high likely gave out disinformation to air command to fly by – My neighbor (commercial farm) was convinced that his farm was under surveillance -In January 2019. he discovered the black helicopters were for us.

On 9 NOVEMBER 2017, SEX gas-lighting by the SON stopped but took a different spin involving sex. (new tactic –> a means to an end to get us close, dish out gut-wrenching disinformation and ultimately effect a Crime of Passion << new game).

The SON continued to push sexual perversions – I was not going to give in – Get bent.

But then I started to see the patterns of black helicopter flyovers.

Each time, I emailed, texted anyone about anything, within 22-24 minutes a black helicopter would fly over the house (walls vibrating – super noisy – get the dogs barking).

Oh yeah? So I started using/leveraging the flyovers to my advantage.

When conflict got too intense, I would secretly text more often than not, my Russian friend Alex . . . sending him things like this >> 20130619-little-dude.mp4.

Then 15 minutes later, I would warn MARK that if he didn’t stop listening to his SON “the doctor”, a black helicopter would fly by to CHECK ON ME because they were protecting me. Sure enough without missing a beat, 5-6 minutes later, a black helicopter would fly over the house.

It scared MARK – He’d go quiet and stop listening to the SON for the day. Good. There you go. Now imagine, using governmental/military resources to carry out an organized crime operation – most insulting (if I was them), is to know today that they flew by for pictures of the dogs, mantids in the garden and little dude. Wow.

They overheard me (in-house monitoring) –> I’m convinced they used my story-lie of protection a year later in Fall 2018 (with Mark).

On 16 SEPTEMBER 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced CSIS was protecting MARK and that black helicopters were flying over to check on him for protection.

Who was my Russian friend Alex? At the time, he was the Connecting Consciousness Country Coordinator for United Kingdom (UK) – I was the Canada Country Coordinator. We worked together but also became good friends – We are still good friends to this day (2024).

In 2021, while in investigative stage, I wondered if New Partners (CSIS) had leveraged the fact that Alex was Russian (UK citizen) for flyovers –> Perhaps a means to brand me as a Russian spy? The idea came to me as I watched the series “The Blacklist” when FBI Special Agent Elizabeth Keen was falsely accused of being a Russian spy because of her estranged mother “Katarina Rostova”. I wondered if that was the disinformation piece they used with air command for frequent flyovers in 2017. Alex is originally from Belarus.

By this time, I was able to stop the SON from pushing sexual perversions more specifically anal sex.

What was the obsession for pressuring sodomy? hm? Humiliation until they reorganize themselves? Keep in mind, since failed PLAN A, they were disorganized.

It’s also a way to break a target especially in satanic circles – yes, that’s what they do to children, women and men for men the old term is “Buck breaking”.

In satanic circles, SEX is always involved especially perversions. Ancient psychological tactics to break your victims.

So I focused on Mark –> I was able to stop Mark from listening to the SON when I compared him to Francis Lee PERIARD, his sister’s junior husband.

The PERIARD couple boasted enjoying anal sex, told everyone – bragged doing threesomes, bragged being try-sexual which means “will try anything”.

Around the same time, I voiced out loud, addressing Blow-Boy “the SON” –>> “Hey Anton, do you have a bunch of old farts, sitting around at the monitoring station, waiting, listening? What?? What?? Are you going to do some coke and then masturbate each other or do blow-jobs among yourselves?”

That was pretty much the end of pressuring for sexual perversions.

29 JUNE – 2 JULY 2018 –> I monologued in-house, focused on this time period (sex perversions) as I targeted the SON – I wasn’t nice.

Also, at the time, I was putting together pieces of period 24-27 FEB 2018 (Full Force Kill Program) – I monologued as I worked. Among the many atrocities in Feb 2018, they had repeatedly and impatiently demanded that I commit suicide as if they were entitled to it.

A few days later (2 JUL 2018), they faked his suicide and blamed me for it.

That evening, I had a SKYPE conversation with a friend (located in Montreal).

For the first time online, I told someone about the VOICE PROJECTION experienced on 19 JUNE 2016.

On 19 JUNE 2016, as I was starting my evening, I was standing in the middle of my front room (14 x 18 ft) when suddenly from one corner of the room, I heard loud and clear, a man’s voice that said: I NA NA.

At the time I didn’t know who Inanna was but the voice seemed to come from the projected image on the wall which had first appeared on 2 January 2016. That by itself is quite a story, I would come to call this figure “Abram”.

In addition, after telling about this experience ONLINE on SKYPE, I uploaded an image of Inanna.

I discovered who she was on 8 MAY 2017 but never told anyone until 6 NOV 2017.

So you know, next day on 20 JUNE 2016, the light burnt out. I grieved Abram like a father.

He came in on 2 JANUARY 2016 just as the family was back at forefront in our lives. They had been kept at bay since 13 JULY 2014. And now Nicole PERIARD was back super cocky and bully-ish at instigating conflict in our household. At the time I couldn’t understand what had changed for the family to be no longer afraid of me.

NEW TACTIC – OPERATION: CRIME OF PASSION

The goal here was to have me fall for MARK – Create a loving, intimate relationship – To do it >> Instead of porno sex, it would be “making love” poetic, romance, I was his QUEEN, his GODDESS –> Yes-s call me Inanna, Sumerian Goddess of Love and War.

After we would get close, intimate, trusting one another as lovers, a couple in love, then come JANUARY 2018, Michelle GUERTIN would come in with horrific gut-wrenching disinformation that would tear Mark’s HEART to pieces.

Then push push for conflict and BANG! get him to kill me out of rage of deep emotional betrayal. And if they were lucky, he would then commit suicide (Mark wasn’t afraid to die).

So in a nutshell, that was the plan.

(On 6-7 JAN 2018, when hag Michelle GUERTIN crashed our lives, she and PERIARD were super confident the Crime of Passion would be done within a week or less.)

Since they had realized that the SON would not be able to instigate SEX using the porno tactic, they resorted to effect a staged managed dream to inject limerence, lust/love infatuation in MARK towards me.

Instead of using the John Holmes pornographic approach, they psychologically implanted feverish love similar to what we see in movies as it relates to Love spells. They most likely thought since he was polite, head over heels into me –> I would fall for it.

Imagine the good things (healing) that could be done using DREAM TECHNOLOGY – But since they are perverted and satanic, they used it to emotionally twist him.

Since they were experienced, how many times do you think they’ve used dream technology to twist the psyche of targets in order to destroy their lives? wow . . the psychological twist that can be done to our target(s) such as going on a killing spree, overnight sexual obsession for the 7 year old little girl who lives across the street, etc. Let that sink in.

He was feverishly “in love” with me. Feverish, clammy “I can’t li-ive if living is without yo-ou”.

STAGED MANAGED DREAM – 9 NOV 2017 – I heard a lot about it, here’s how it went down . . .

First off, let me explain that since April 2017, Mark had recurring (staged) dreams with an ET who called himself THOR. The ET was actually a projection manned by a human (staged dream). THOR character knew I disliked him.

On 26 JULY 2017, THOR had a (condescending arrogant) message for me – In response, I told THOR he was a low-life just like a human thug – If I ever saw him, I would grab him by his scrawny neck and shake some sense into him – Keep in mind in JULY 2017, I thought he was an ET >> 11-26 JULY 2017 – Mocking Me via Staged Lucid Dream Technology -> “You’re wasting your time” *snicker* – I Was Creating Global Initiative “Focus on Earth” (2 short videos)

THOR ushered Mark in a room. In the room was a reptilian female with my facial features being fvcked by a dude dressed like an Ancient Egyptian High Priest – Sex action was on an altar.

In addition, two small grey ETs were suckling at each breast. When Mark saw the whole scene, they both stopped copulating and made eye contact. The moment they did, he became obsessed. Bang!

When I asked him to describe what the dude looked like, he basically described to a T, the dude (earrings and all) who had hunted me down on 12 OCTOBER 2017 (PLAN A). On 18 APR 2018, I discovered this guy was from CSIS.

The reptilian female with the two greys is a good representation of the Inanna image I had uploaded on 6 NOV 2017 in SKYPE – The owls are the greys –> This is common knowledge in the UFO community that greys and owls have some sort of connection.

DO I THINK THEY WERE BEHIND the hologram experience, the medallion acquisition and the apparition of Abram? I don’t think so. Although these experiences happened 9 years ago, to this day I’m still unsure that THEY were behind all this.

Why give me a heavy (antique) pure silver medallion? What? What? You kill the target and take the medallion back? (12 OCT 2017 if PLAN A had succeeded?)

They were surely not behind the apparition of ABRAM as this energetic figure helped me to become disciplined and learn how to master/transform my fiery temper to good use. Since the FAMILY were back with a vengeance in our lives. In retrospect, they were a practice run for what was to come in 2018.

BACK to 9 NOV 2017 . . .

The moment Mark describe the (staged) dream, I knew right there and then that THOR was a projection manned by a human (e-monitoring). No way, did Mark know about my ONLINE material. I didn’t share that part of my life with him. He knew nothing.

That would be the last time THOR comes in his dreams.

Meanwhile, I was working on recommendations for MUFON so that they could enhance their public online UFO reporting form.

Black helicopters carried on – no change but then SON desisted. They most likely sat back and listened to Mark’s begging. I NEVER CAVED IN. I actually dressed like a plain jane, wearing tent clothes, no perfumes, no make-up, looked very drabbed. It didn’t matter to him. Just my smell was enough to get him begging feverishly.

19 SEP 2022 >> 9 November 2017 – ORGANIZED – Staged Managed Dream – Sexual Obsession & Infatuation – In Prep for Crime of Passion in Jan 2018? Most Likely.

Throughout November, I worked on the MUFON stuff. After I was done, some time in mid-November 2017, I mentioned that on 31 OCT 2003, I had been diagnosed with 18 months to live (dead by FEB 2005). But that in March 2004, my former husband and I experienced / saw faces of light beings no more than 2 ft away from us. Then in September 2004, we discovered I didn’t have the terminal disease anymore.

Mrs. Marsden (MUFON) alluded that perhaps the ETs had cured me. She asked me to document what had happened.

By 16-18 NOV 2017, I started to write about it. Meanwhile, black helicopters continued.

In early-mid-afternoon, I emailed her the finished document.

If you read the document (link below) it might not be what you expected. At the time, when I started thinking as to how I would write about 2003-04, it sent me on a life journey, a life quest >> 0-LIFEQUEST-2003-18.Months-to-live.pdf.

SPOILER ALERT >> ETs did not heal me. Terminal illness diagnosis was most likely organized. After we uncovered I wasn’t dying, two months later, I was offered a free trip to CUBA.

Medical System Compromised – Life Endangerment – 2003-2004 >> 18 Months to Live

ABOUT CUBA — > I accepted the free trip after two weeks of refusal – I didn’t want to go but they convinced my SON that it was a gift from him making my SON feel hurt because I kept refusing. That’s how they got me to go.

Once in CUBA, Cuban Secret Police attempted to snatch me (at night) – it failed. The second time they tried to detain me at the Cuban airport (can’t leave the country), it failed and exposed the order to “snatch me” came from Canada.

Without Canadian source knowledge, the Cuban SS took initiative to detain me using the airport – a mistake – Canadian source wasn’t prepared – nothing in databases to keep me.

After sending the “18 months to live” document >> NO MORE BLACK HELICOPTERS FROM THAT POINT FORWARD (until 16 SEPTEMBER 2018).

BLACK HELICOPTERS that started on 26 OCT 2017,
stopped on 29 NOVEMBER 2017 = 35 days

At the time, I couldn’t make sense as to why they had stopped . . . was it my document? It didn’t ring true, just couldn’t put my finger on it.

Through investigation, once the whole mosaic was laid out, I developed a theory as why they might have stopped:

The 2003 terminal illness diagnosis was most likely organized by people associated with NEW PARTNERS’ network. So they read the document (29 November 2017). I will strongly venture it’s not what they expected. But now they knew how I had uncovered it wasn’t true. I even included copies of the test results.

The other incident mentioned in the document is the organized kidnap of my SON in early JANUARY 1999, a day or two after my father passed away. He was kidnapped and told he was to be executed but first they would torture him.

High likely the same party who in 2003 organized the terminal diagnosis and the 2004 CUBA operation.

(and here they were again with another opportunity to terminate me via the GUERTIN agenda – they came on-board in 2015)

AT THE SAME TIME, the OTHER CAMP >> GUERTIN . . .

In December 2009, GUERTIN was most likely behind the forged letter using my former physician’s signature stating I had an urgent health condition and HAD TO find a new physician to deal with my urgent life threatening condition. << GUERTIN pulled those test results from the provincial health database – They had unauthorized access to my medical files >> 18 December 2009 – Forged Medical Letter – Leveraging Terminal Disease Test Results as means to get me in the medical system -> GUERTIN organized crime territory – In April 2018, Michelle GUERTIN was bitching because she could find any medical files (nothing new) – Impatient as if she was entitled.

Former physician forgot to put a note in the system to mark test results were false.

AT THE TIME, I DIDN”T CLICK IN ABOUT MY SON nor CUBA, BUT THEY WOULD HAVE HAD A KNEE JERK REACTION (something like) –> “Oh shit she’ll see the connection, add 1 + 1 together”. Indeed.

I wanted black helicopters to come back. In my mind, they kept Mark in check – he was still feverish, begging that was the theme of our evenings until he fell asleep.

At the time, I thought black helicopters had started because of MUFON. So I decided I would do presentations about a few experiences and send them to Kathleen Marsden (MUFON).

If they had been flying because of MUFON, the following should excite them, so I thought.

Black helicopter flyovers hadn’t come back no matter what I tried to bring them back.

On this day, I decided to start a docu-presentation about my shadow people experiences. Next day, the SON announced he was going on holidays – No contact until 2018.

In my mind, that was a good thing – I assumed that once his mother would be back from cancer convalescence (JAN 2018), the SON would behave. I was looking forward to meeting Michelle GUERTIN. Brave woman who had cancer surgery in late AUGUST 2017. Yes-s another one, like PERIARD, who fakes/d cancer.

I was working on an illustrated docu-presentation to recount 1963 and 2015 shadow people experiences – Since they monitored, they knew what I was up to (saw the content as the doc was being drafted) –>Again just like 13 DEC 2015, they inserted the family to mock me so I included their story-lie at the end of the docu-presentation.

THEY WERE SITTING BACK MOST LIKELY MOCKING. I believe that most shadow people experiences are man-made –> technology as early as the 1960s.

That night, I had a lucid dream with my father. As usual, we were on a SHIP. On 6 JULY 2017, I was debriefing him on the “project” I was embarking on – I was excited about it (really? yes) . . . but at wake up, I didn’t remember what it was only that it was going to be exciting and I was looking forward to it.

Things/events started to happen within a few days – The SON started calling by mid-July 2017 to foster the trusting relationship with Mark.

On 31 DECEMBER 2017, on the SHIP, there was a gathering for me – congratulating me. My father was proud of me – at the time, I didn’t fully understand – Today I do:

They tried to embed the psychological notion I was special, a goddess perhaps I-NA-NA – I expected it and that’s why it took a long time before I would tell anyone online. When I did, sure enough, they used it for that staged dream on 9 NOV.

I strongly believe that’s why I was being congratulated (in the lucid dream) –> for not falling for it and not giving in to the psychological “in love” trickery done onto Mark. This guy was calling me his Queen, his Goddess, his everything “my world revolves around you” type of situation and, at the time, he meant it.

On 5 OCT 2017, when I was doing the Heavy Metal docu-presentation for events of 1983, I already knew I was monitored. At first, I wasn’t going to upload it because they would think I think I’m the girl in that movie. Sure enough, one week later they executed PLAN A using Secret Space Program lure, at the time, I thought it was because of my uploads. It got serious when I realized this guy (CSIS) on 12 OCT 2017 was hunting me in the store – I kept evading him.

This guy fits the description of the Ancient Egyptian High Priest on 9 NOV 2017 (see photo above).

In the lucid dream, my father (most likely a projection) told me we were associated to ORION. I didn’t want to forget so I woke myself up, I sat up in bed and kept repeating it’s Orion don’t forgot it’s Orion, it’s Orion.

To close off, this was high likely a staged managed dream but not from New Partners (CSIS) camp.

As the year ended, our lives were about to change – Let the killing games begin.

A week later (6-7 JAN 2018), Michelle GUERTIN maliciously crashed in our lives attempting to provoke violence – the beginning.

BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ENRAGE HIM SUFFICIENTLY IN ORDER TO EFFECT THE CRIME OF PASSION.

AFTER 9 NOVEMBER 2017 (Staged dream), I HAD NOT FED THE ILLUSION – I HAD NOT SEXUALLY ENGAGED. I STAYED AWAY.

After two weeks of trying to get him to attack me, they resorted to artificially trigger him.

On 22 JAN 2018, they induced the gut-wrenching emotional state they required for him to effect a CRIME OF PASSION.

They laser shot him and he became a killer personality with false memories of gut-stabbing betrayal That’s when I realized they were trying very hard to kill me.

Next day (23rd) I broke the hypnotic trance – Moment it broke, he fell to the ground and had his first seizure of 10 more to come. At the time, I thought I was singled out, targeted just like the past – No idea of the real agenda –> He was GUERTIN’s prize – New Partners (CSIS) first choice to get this guy for GUERTIN was by terminating me – I was their prize.

NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) WANTED THEIR CRIME OF PASSION
AND THEY WERE USING MICHELLE GUERTIN AND HER SON
AT FOREFRONT TO GET IT DONE.

Last try for Crime of Passion was 18-23 April 2018 and this time they succeeded in getting him enraged and full of hatred – I knew there and then that in a few days, I would be badly assaulted.

On 23 April 2018, Terrence LEPAGE from New Partners (CSIS) announced that I was the ONE who was the major threat to his life – They convinced him that I had psychologically abused him.

In addition, this character claimed “She thinks she’s a Goddess” << yes-s that was what they hoped I would believe/fill my head with, and it pointed to time period October-November 2017, the prep period to effect a Crime of Passion.

I called 911.
