27 FEBRUARY 2018 – Day I Knew They Wanted Him Dead or Alive | Psyops played out January to February 2018

Mark SMITH was moving out on 28 February 2018, I was looking forward to it.  But after the full force killing game from 24-27 FEBRUARY 2018 when on the 27th, he fell to the ground in full seizure, I knew then they wanted this guy alive but better dead .

Since they could hear in-house, they expected me to call 911.  I knew if I did, I was delivering him on a silver platter.  Of course, I could have made belief I didn’t know and just get him out of my life  –But I knew he was the real victim, they were gas-lighting, they tried different psyops – when one failed another psyop played out.

Here’s timeline January to February 2018 – A quick list.  To make it easier, I called each psyop a program.  When one would fail, they would try another tactic, then another, I kept counteracting them.

7-18 JANUARY 2018 – Years 2016 & 2017 My Removal Covert Tactic Failed – Year 2018 Monster Out In The Open – With No Shame Intentionally Provoke Murder / Suicide – A Crime of Passion  – She came in super confident, even NICOLE PERIARD was involved (happy suddenly talking to me using a baby) then on 18 January 2018 they all quieted down – I thought “good they have stopped”  was I wrong, they high likely stopped to organize the laser shot and hypnotic killer personality operation – have him do a crime of passion and kill himself (22 January 2018)

22-24 January 2018 – Lased through Window – Ex-Con Personality w/t False Memories Who Wanted to Kill Me – Broke Trance Next Day – First Seizure– laser shot and hypnotic trance induced via phone call – new set of memories with a killer personality (an ex-con out of a long jail sentence – I ratted him out – partied in HIS house while he was incarcerated – telling people on the Internet how I hated that he was back) – he also mentioned that he had figured out in 2009 that I was the one who ratted him and Marcel Trepanier in 1983  (wow) – what I think is that he figured out that Michelle GUERTIN was behind the crime setup in 1983.

On 11 March 2011, Mark was arrested for missing two weekends in 1983  (it’s in the system check it – it’s fraudulent)  >> Yes, 28 years late (2011), she defrauded >> she was supposed to come in again as the Saving LAWYER – After all, she had SAVED him in 1983 and sent Marcel Trepanier to jail  – but in 2011 SHE DID NOT because I was supposed to take the blame a week earlier which would have included getting Marcel Trepanier & other people BUSTED.

She forged her 1983 case which she set up in 1983, the goal was to break Mark and Marcel’s relationship and get Mark to come back to her (Marcel was in the way) <<< AND THAT’S WHAT HE HAD FIGURED OUT when he mentioned it in 22 JANUARY 2018 under the alternate personality (laser shot) – Ironic to try that tactic again in 2011 – (It was safer for her to defraud her 1983 case, right? So that she could come in as SAVIOR.  In 2011, I was to be blamed and Marcel jailed again.  But I messed up the plan. Instead, she let Mark rot doing excessive jail time  – you have to read the details – Marcel Trepanier was also going to be affected if ONLY I had done what she  expected of me – I didn’t fall for it – read the details.

Mark’s mother was involved in this underhand scheme – By 2011, family had been trying to get me out of his life since Spring 2009  – The two main females in Mark’s family were NICOLE PERIARD and THERESA LAVERGNE (link above).

26-30 January 2018 – Disorganized – Michelle GUERTIN Forefront Puppet Angry I’m Alive? She Talked Too Much – Demon hag Michelle GUERTIN lashing out at me – angry – most likely because they have perhaps never seen someone able to break someone under an hypnotic state.  I did 18 hours later.  She seeped being responsible for the unnecessary operation on Nicole PERIARD just to fit the Mark SMITH agenda (crime against humanity again).

2-9 February 2018 – “Facebook Cheaters Program” – Causes Mark many Seizures – Departure 9th Cancelled >> Because your Uncle discovered she’s coming after us once you get your money  – He was leaving on the 10th, but they canceled his leave and reeled him into homicidal rage – get him to kill me.

10-15 February 2018 – Dangerous Personality – Murder / Suicide Setup & What Stopped It – Led To Damage Control to Cover Their Arses (audio clips)– get him to kill me – – they thought we had guns – we didn’t but we sure had knives and swords, I would have been impaled.  Recording and uploading them to SKYPE and sending to people, stopped the killing game but then they resorted to setting me up with a crime – I will venture to forcefully remove me from my home and most like effect an organized suicide stunt “she killed herself in her jail cell”.

13-18 February 2018 – Uploading Two Recordings Changed to Organized Crime Setup & Escalated to Full Force Kill Program – 5th Seizure – I am very lucky that I overheard them – now that I knew – I had to find a way to stop them.  I did by uploading very incriminating files to SKYPE and sharing them with people.

Chuckles, during this program,  anything goes, they repeatedly demanded that I kill myself as if they had been promised, as if entitled (and they were promised in 2016 and during the Crime Setup Program) >>  24-27 Feb 2018 – FULL FORCE KILL Program  in Effect – audio & Skype screen included – This Material first published 2 July 2018 is reason for faking suicide – Blamed for suicide of his fake son – Mark resentful died thinking his child committed suicide because of me

As he was having the seizure on 27 February 2018, I knew they wanted him dead or alive – I couldn’t call 911, why?  This guy was a victim and they were using him.  They were banking I would call 911 after everything they had provoked since start of January 2018.  Thinking I didn’t know they were behind it all, or thinking I was like them “and I would just call 911 to get rid of him” . . . . like they would do, their kind which I am not.

Not calling 911, made them disorganized and . . .

OUT OF FRUSTRATION, on 3 MARCH 2018, demon hag Michelle GUERTIN showed her true colors.  She basically told us what they wanted to do >> 3 March 2018 – After midnight she called in a fury to sickness until 3am

WHICH WAS >> ONCE WE GRAB YOU, STEP 2 is PUTTING YOU IN A MENTAL HOSPITAL then STEP 3 >> euthanize. The former psychiatrist Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD would assume his role for Step 2 and 3.  The seizures started after being laser shot on 22 January 2018.  They knew what it would do >> CLICK here to know more about laser technology.

He had 10 seizures in total – after the 3rd one, he started to feel weak after seizures- the more seizures he had the weaker he became.  He reminded me of a boxer in the ring getting hit too much and who by round 6, is having difficulty focusing and continuing the fight.

So you can appreciate when I tell you they EXPECTED me to call 911 on 27 February 2018.  Because I didn’t, they didn’t call for a few days.  They really thought I was going to deliver him to them.

On 3 March 2018, I am pretty sure she went behind the “Strategist”‘s back – her actions were unsanctioned.  Her arrogance made her explode – frustrated waiting since 2016 >> 3 March 2018 – Use of Power of Attorney for forced hospitalization – Her own Initiative? or  Peeved with New Partners?  Was she frustrated with Promises & Delays Since January 2018?

After that explosion of threats, she could NEVER again come in as his SAVIOR – She lost the trust he had in her since 1979 and sealed in 1992 with Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD, the malicious psychiatrist who experimented on him by creating multiple personality disorder, trust fixation, triggers, addictions, etc.  all for GUERTIN’s agenda.

GUERTIN do organized medical crimes – Mark is not their first, they are experienced – organized crime. And I will venture it’s generational – I would put them in line with Dr. J. Mengele after all they do carry NAZI signature – medical crimes.

How appalling that these people are treated as if above the law.  Mark is not the first nor would be their last.  These are criminals who most likely had illegal operations running on his head (identity) – and I will strongly say that these illegal operations are high likely crimes against humanity such as human trafficking, prostitution, slavery, pedophilia ring ring (high likely since they were associated to old man Lavergne, a pedophile who sexualized his children who then became themselves sexual predators with children – Lavergne is the point of contact for the sale of Mark Smith – But first he tried to pedophile the child (12) and young Mark refused so then he sold him to GUERTIN clan), weapons, drugs, etc.

This is what is being protected.  It must be lucrative because the new partners who used CSIS from an operational perspective wanted IN. And wouldn’t stop until the job was done.  They were relentless.

To add insult to injury, by using CSIS assets and resources (e.g. people, technology, aerial flyovers), we, the people, taxpayers paid for this criminal operation.
