GRAB STRATEGY to capture Mark Smith — PLAN A- REMOVE ME “Kidnap/Terminate” scheduled to happen 12 October 2017

First foster trust relationship between the SON and Mark Smith so that once I’m removed, Mark runs to his SON.

The SON came in our lives in mid-July 2017 – Mark hadn’t heard from him for over 12 years – The SON played nice up until mid-October 2017  >> as means to foster a father-son trust bond – the purpose was once I was removed, Mark would immediately run to the SON for help – Mark would be falling to pieces – I would (1) disappear and never seen again or (2) disappeared and found dead – in both cases it was a termination.

When PLAN A failed, it was a game changer –  the SON turned nasty (details for that period, click here)

What follows is  detailed account that led to summer 2017

On 25 October 2016, Mark called Michelle GUERTIN because the family – his mother Theresa Lavergne and uncle Jean-Louis Lavergne –  were playing mind-games with the release of his so-called inheritance from the Lavergne Estate.

They had been dangling the inheritance carrot since Fall 2012 – for past four years, excuses for delay and story-lies were dished out surrounding his inheritance while apparently other people such as Bobby Lavergne had gotten their share and stories about spending foolishly abounded.

He called her because he trusted her 100%.  After all, she was the mother of his SON and the SON would be primary heir to his Estate when he would pass away one day . . . from natural causes (so he thought).

What was the trigger point that made him call her?

The day before, his mother called and I answered.  Since he was in the shower, we did small talk and then I asked her specifics about his inheritance.  And she replied that he had an inheritance but it was better that I leave.  That I put my house up for sale and move far far away, anywhere but very far away.  She was very cryptic, whispering and calm – talking in codes. THAT’S WHY HE CALLED MICHELLE GUERTIN.

As I stood next to him just before he hung up with Michelle GUERTIN, he said:  “Mitch tell Ant to call me and tell him I don’t drink anymore!”.

Nine months later, in July 2017, the SON called – Mark was overjoyed.  The SON told him he’d just arrived in Montreal from overseas with his wife – They were moving permanently to Montreal.  Mark was very excited because we lived 100 KM from Montreal.  He was looking forward to seeing his SON but understood the kid would need to settle in first.

NOTE:  Notice the time span between 25 October 2016 and July 2017 <– that the time they needed to get Nicole PERIARD on board – the successful false flag operation – end game:  To use the SON and establish trust bond – then once that would be solidified they would do a removal operation of Lyn Champagne.  Once out of the picture permanently, Mark would run to his SON and his mother Michelle GUERTIN – Mark was lukewarm about PERIARD – didn’t trust her fully – not too sure about her most probably since mid to late 1990s. But if Michelle GUERTIN and his SON supported PERIARD “vouched for her” then Mark would have gone along with it.

The SON started to call a few times a week – Michelle GUERTIN would sometimes get on the line.  They were cordial.  They seemed like nice people.  I was looking forward to meet them.

Michelle GUERTIN claimed she was a retired court judge and now worked as an Acting Director at CSIS.

When she said that, I  told her if she wanted to check me out, she should start with CSIS GOC Personnel Security Screening Unit.  My last security clearance with CSIS was TOP SECRET, Special Access – Also named a few people at CSIS, inter-colleagues.  I had worked 5 years at Department of Justice, then Canada Revenue Agency and Border Services at the Internal Affairs and Fraud Unit as Manager, Information Security – go ahead check me out.  She didn’t react.

 

THIS NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED . . . .

In winter/spring 2017, while they were false flagging NICOLE PERIARD, Mark began to experience staged managed dreams “Lucid dreams” with a character called Thor (from April to July 2017).  A staged managed dream is an artificially induced dream state using technology.  Often in these dreams, the dreamer will encounter strange off-world characters such as Thor, who are but projections – Thor was a tall Zetan (grey).  In reality, the character is a projection, and is manned by someone on the ground “human intelligence” not some off-world ET entity.

The goal of first dreams was to gain Mark’s trust  – to get him to trust Thor (what an honor it must have felt like that THOR the ET was interested in him) like a scene from Stargate SG-1 with Colonel O’Neil and Thor the Asgard. Thor visiting, bringing him on ships, etc.  Then those dreams changed, Thor started to make him participate in fights with reptilians then it escalated -> Thor successfully got Mark to slay people who laid in  gutters as Thor and Mark walked down a path (in the dream).  Mark listened to Thor, his ET friend.

On 26 JULY 2017, Thor had a message for me >> “we let you think you make a difference, we let you play but at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what you do . . . the watchers are coming.”

I told Mark to tell Thor, he reminded me of a low-live human thug.  Told him to fuck off.  <- keep in mind, that by 2016, they could hear our in-house voice outs.  After that incident, Thor would no longer appear in dreams until 9 November 2017 (crucial point in time – documented in later post).  Mark silently resented me for blasting/criticizing Thor and blamed me why Thor didn’t visit in dreams anymore.

LET’S GO TO END OF AUGUST 2017.

Meanwhile the SON and the mother would continue to call – short calls – cordial – nothing unusual so it seemed.

26 AUGUST 2017  THINGS CHANGED  –

That’s the day, I would officially mark as the point in time when the NEW PARTNERS came at the helm “Directorship” may the games really start – > Blanket of DOOM.

• 26 August 2017 – Director of Operations Detected – Makes an Entrance – SMITH Demonic-Like Possession? It Was Neuro-Technology (clip included) – The experience was horrifically demonic.

Meanwhile, I had kept pressuring to meet Michelle GUERTIN and the SON.

By end of August 2017,  the SON announced that Michelle GUERTIN had been rushed to emergency surgery – she had CANCER – it was a successful surgery and she would be convalescing until new year 2018.  We could then be scheduled to meet.

WHAT A BRAVE WOMAN we thought.
I wished her well and looked forward to meeting her in January 2018.

The SON continued to call a few times a week – nothing out of the ordinary – Mark was happy and getting close to his SON.  Mark felt that his SON accepted him – No longer saw him as a low-life, drunk and drug addict.  With his inheritance, he would be rich and accepted in his SON’s circle.

On 12 October 2017, while doing groceries, I was accosted by an individual who impersonated being with the Secret Space Program – At the time, I anticipated SSP . . . that it could possibly happen because of all my online writings of my experiences and numerous online  meetings with ET experiencers, doing clearings, videos of aerial phenomena, etc.

In evening of 12 October 2017, I documented the incident in detail. I text my Russian friend via Whatsapp, told him what had just happened without alluding to SSP.  I even drew a composite and more,

Shortly after, he told me to never send him things like this again “do I understand?”  << like being scolded for doing something wrong / a breach of sort  – His reaction puzzled me because, for past week, I had sent him among other things this document 30 October 2018 – stalking surveillance,.

Perhaps, this time, I had hit too close to home for BOUVIER (CSIS)..

In 2017, I didn’t know the “12 October” individual was from CSIS.

When did I find out?

On 18 April 2018, we ran into one another, he tried to hide his face – I stood 5-6 ft away from him staring for at least 5 minutes – He was trapped in a car waiting for his partner – another CSIS individual.  Oh, he was wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo on upper sleeve.

ON 12 October 2017 >> He hunted me down in the store but before he did, he tried to have me come to him using “honey trapping” <– tried a few times and when it didn’t catch he hunted me down – He stopped in his track when Mark finally arrived to meet in the store – he left and I followed him dragging Mark behind me – The purpose was to engage in conversation and lure me to his black tinted windowed SUV – which high likely had people waiting to grab me.

Here’s what he looked like – I drew him with the smirk he had – He exuded confidence he would succeed – I’ll venture he’s done it before and rarely failed.

It takes 3 seconds to grab someone if you get your target close enough to the vehicle – I call it the 3-second grab, click here  to see what I mean.. 

For the record, I have been kidnapped before, in 1973-74, I escaped as my captors got distracted beating a man possibly to his death – There was blood everywhere (literally) – as they beat him to a pulp, I ran – This happened at Diplomat Hotel, second floor, room next to exit stairs in Hull, Quebec (verifiable source).

 

SO THE FATHER-SON TRUST BOND WAS SO THAT ONCE I DISAPPEARED, MARK WOULD RUN TO THE SON AND MICHELLE GUERTIN – JOB DONE.

IT HAD FAILED.  THEY DID NOT HAVE A PLAN B.
It sent them in disorganized mode.
