14 MAY 2020 – ANOTHER KEY DATE – OPENS INVESTIGATION
By 14 MAY 2020, I realized the DIRECTORSHIP of the grab SMITH operation was not GUERTIN but came from an overarching governance body that I have come to call New Partners (CSIS) throughout this website. CSIS is the operational aspects.
The Strategist is most likely a psychological warfare specialist (job description exists).
They report to an executive governance body which I call “New Partners”.
There were points in time when the GUERTIN didn’t seem in control of the narrative – They reminded me of programmed automatons or people with bouts of amnesia . . . a lack of continuity in remembering what happened from one day to the next and often in the same evening.
I remember thinking >> Are these people hypnotized or psychologically re-arranged?
I wondered if these people were on drugs – amphetamines, cocaine, meth.
By the end of April 2020, I had completed full assemblage of the chronological trail of events like a mosaic, completion of a jigsaw puzzle. I decided to examine the points in time where there was obvious disconnect.

Let’s start with this point in time that almost cost the lost of SON trust.
(1) 1 MARCH 2018
On 27 February 2018, after three grueling days and nights (24-27th), Mark fell to the ground having a full blown seizure – It was either the 4th or 5th since 23 January 2018, the day after being laser shot through the window.
On 27 February, the seizure happened 20 minutes after hanging up with the SON.
After the seizure, no one including his mother called until 1 MARCH 2018. Although Mark called them including his mother no one was available, everyone was gone. I believe they had expected us to go to the hospital but that’s the day we realized the game >> hospitals were a GUERTIN trap. He was scheduled to move out permanently the next day (28th), we canceled the move – the 27th is also the day I realized they not only wanted me dead they also wanted this guy, dead or alive. If alive then they would use the medical system to terminate him (make it look natural) – GUERTIN medical organized crime signature. Experienced.
On 1 MARCH 2018, without missing a beat, as if nothing was, the SON resumed the same speech he had 20 minutes before Mark had a seizure on the 27th. Programmed behavior. Obvious.
There was no mention of “Hey dad how come you didn’t move out to your new apartment?” or “Dad are you OK? you sound unwell” – Instead the SON ignored Mark’s remarks that he had a seizure and was still weak. The SON just picked up where he left off on the 27th – unnatural.
The SON went right into pushing that we have sex – pushing sexual engagement was his signature after the 12 OCTOBER 2017 failed PLAN A to remove me. Soon after, Mark started to question, doubting “his” SON the doctor (Dr. Death GUERTIN).
The SON jeopardized the father-son trust bond. They overheard our conversations and the next day, on 2 MARCH 2018, they did damage control to secure SON trust.
The GUERTIN likely didn’t know what was happening after they hung up – that’s monitoring Intel.
Blind being guided / directed as if they didn’t have access to direct live feed monitoring but were trusting the intel from the source who was on first base. They were following orders when to call and what to say.
WHEN they saw this website, it must have been a kick to the psyche to read / to hear what really happened after they would hang up.

Here’s another point in time when the SON was disconnected in behavior and speech.
(2) 10-15 FEBRUARY 2018
On 9 February 2018, Mark was leaving the next day. Next morning, they canceled his leave stating I was going to trap them. So they made him turn around to have him kill me. I called this period “Reliable Source Program”.
During this program, the SON and mother phone swapped . . . talking over Mark with a rehearsed discourse of gas-lighting, things like this (but crude and vulgar which I’ve left out).
From 10 to 12 February 2018:
Dad!! Uncle Mackie Potvin (Montreal) discovered, she’s the leader of an organized gang, she’s coming for us with her people . . . her people are stalking me, waiting for her signal, . . . they’re on stand-by waiting for your inheritance to come in then she’s coming after us that’s why she’s cool about you leaving . . . Dad you can’t leave, it’s a trap!
Dad I’ll call you back with more information . . .
. . . My mother’s sources at CSIS are confirming what your uncle and Sasquatch (biker leader) found out. I’ll call you back more to come Dad (then beep beep in the background) . . gotta go dad”
Mark! she is after our SON! Mark! She is dangerous. She is not what she seems, OPEN your eyes!!!!
Dad, Mackie Potvin said if he was you he would deal with her in a split second, get rid of it. She’s evil Dad . . . how come you can’t see it Dad?!! . . . please do something because you can’t leave until you take care of her Dad”
The above said in distress, faking concern and outrage, different variations of the same themes dished out for three days – They usually started around 6:30pm and it would go on all night.
“Don’t you talk against my son and his mother ! Don’t you dare say they are lying! – I’m his father. – – – Uncle Mackie and Sasquatch don’t lie! Pfft! I should do what they would do if they ever grabbed your f&cking #(*$*#((# . . . CSIS Intelligence knows everything EVERYTHING! you f&cking &$$*#@” . . . Connecting Consciousness is a cover for organized crime you f&cking #$)(*#$#!.
Now imagine, portraying a spiritual group aimed at helping humanity as being an organized crime faction – total inversion (that’s what they do) . . . “my people” stalking the SON . . . wow. At the time, I was the Connecting Consciousness Country Coordinator for Canada. They maliciously made my job difficult – Demonic – A reflection of what they are >> satanic – detrimental to humanity.
In early morning of 13 FEBRUARY 2018, I knew if I didn’t do something I was going to die – so I uploaded recordings to SKYPE, told them I didn’t have a choice they were going to get me killed and also told them I knew they monitored (surprise).
It stopped the Reliable Source Program.
In early afternoon on 13 FEBRUARY 2018, Michelle GUERTIN called stating they were not sure anymore if Lyn Champagne was the threat. I knew then that the recordings uploaded to SKYPE had stopped them. She suggested he hired a private investigator called Terrence LEPAGE who would do it for free << this character was part of the CSIS Team, might have been BOUVIER doing a voice impersonation. Character LEPAGE had a slight British accent which comforted Mark because of his great grand-father George Charles SMITH. He immediately trusted LEPAGE.
Keep in mind that Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch were not involved. They (GUERTIN) as per their coach (Strategist) were told to use these people’s name to trigger homicidal rage and bring out the gangster personality.
If Mark would have had firearms, I would have been shot. It’s easy to shoot someone. It’s quick and less messy than a machete, a sword and hunting knives.
The picture here are Mark’s knives collection. And trust me, he was experienced at handling them. Also, on 22 JANUAR 2018 (video exists), the alternate personality of a killer with false memories, told me how good he was . . . . and with distress in voice said “I I I might not be able to stop myself . . . it’s not my fault”. RIGHT.
After 13 February 2018 (become of uploading recs), they didn’t call anymore since Michelle GUERTIN had suggested that (fake) private investigator Terrence LEPAGE. when she did it was calm and short, whispering conversations.
I thought >> “Good, it’s over . . . the recordings made them take a step back”
(Was I ever wrong. A few days later, they started a new strategy which involved setting me up with a crime as a way to forcefully remove me.)
ON 15 FEBRUARY 2018, they had to do damage control – closure . . . now imagine if Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch discovered their names had been used to trigger homicidal rage for an agenda to terminate Mark. Since CSIS was involved, and these people were in shady business, I’m not certain what they could have done – too dangerous, brings heat.
On that day (15th), character Terrence LEPAGE called first to open the door.
The next caller was Sasquatch followed by Mackie Potvin. In both conversations, it went something like this >> “Mark don’t worry when we find out who it is that piece of sh!t will get shot in the head“. (Gangster talk)
Do you think THEY (CSIS or GUERTIN) contacted Mackie Potvin and Sasquatch? I doubt it. They would have told Theresa LAVERGNE to call them (perhaps earlier the same day 15th) and claim someone was after Mark.
Potvin and Sasquatch are old friends of the family (Marcel Trepanier) – If someone wanted to hurt one of Marcel’s boys, they had better watch themselves. So Theresa Lavergne would have been the one asking them to call Mark using her frail voice in order to be perceived as in distress (fake).

The last caller “the SON” was the jewel – The disconnected one.
The SON was huffing and puffing, outraged and said: “Tell her that my father is a REAL Templar . . a generational templar!!” – TOTALLY left field. Last time we had heard from him was perhaps two days earlier.
When Mark heard the SON was hurt and outraged he repeated like a parrot – His father? really? Hey Mark you’re not a Templar . . . I couldn’t say it. Any criticism against the SON would have ignited rage.

Observation regarding TEMPLAR
Each time I spoke positively of Knights Templar, soon after the SON would call threatening the Knights Templar would deal with me.
What were they feeding him as Intel?
A few days before 15 FEBRUARY 2018, I had written a poem called “Tragedy of the Lost Templar”. You know, the SON claimed to be a Knights Templar and acted like a psychopath complicit with his mother. Since 22 January 2018, I knew they wanted me dead – confirmed when they canceled his leave on 10 February 2018 – the start of the Reliable Source Program.

How did I find out he was with New Partners (CSIS)?
Because of events of 18 APRIL 2018
Since 1 APRIL 2018, after the failed kidnap attempt in Ottawa, Ontario, the SON was no longer trusted. Both mother and SON GUERTIN were out of service. They tried to come back but did a few blunders on 6, 10, 12 APRIL 2018. They had no influence – In no position to call. Mark openly called the SON a “f&cking clown”. They heard everything.
Seventeen days without GUERTIN influence . . . finally it was over (was I ever wrong).
On 18 APRIL 2018, late morning, Terrence LEPAGE called – He rarely did which was a smart move – He was like an Ace card in their back pocket – Trusted. So he called to announce he had almost completed his investigation (started 13 FEBRUARY 2018) – He was about to produce an official report that would identify who was the real threat to Mark’s life. The report would come out on 23 APRIL 2018.
In my mind, it was clear that is was GUERTIN but LEPAGE then assured Mark that the SON was not a threat. LEPAGE portrayed him as a weak boy at the mercy of his mother who held the purse strings. Portrayed him as weak-minded enslaved by his mother.
Soon after LEPAGE’s call, the SON started to call again . . . and this time, instead of “Dad” it was “Daddy” with a whiny voice – he played the role. Mark believed it hook, line and sinker . . . My SON it’s not his fault, it’s his mother.
Not longer after, I went to do errands – On my return home, I stopped to put gas.
LO’BEHOLD, I encountered the individual who was the LURER on 12 OCTOBER 2017 (Plan A my removal). He tried to hide his face but it was too late . . . He was stuck in a vehicle waiting for someone, a sitting duck. I stood no more than 4-5 feet away from him as I put gas – I noticed the CSIS crest on the upper sleeve of his jacket. Holy shit.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY WERE LEAVING TOWN . . . They had finished meeting / planning / launching the return of the SON in our lives – LEPAGE was part of this organized crime team.
NEXT DAY, on 19 April 2018, to cover their tracks as to why they were in town . . .
Mark’s mother, Theresa LAVERGNE announced that two CSIS agents were at her house the day before (18th) in order to do a bug sweep of her house – a courtesy call? hahaha (not funny). Apparently, they had found bugs (listening devices) but the CSIS agents had no clue why they were bugged and by whom.
A very lame excuse because of the encounter day before. They were trying to cover for LEPAGE / SON re-entry – the new strategy.
Gee . . . thank you for confirming the presence of CSIS in this organized crime agenda as well as confirming that the individual who was charged to make me disappear on 12 OCTOBER 2017 was indeed from CSIS.
It would have been wiser not to say anything.
In addition, keep in mind that we knew since Winter 2017, CSIS had tapped their phone lines – Anyone who called them was immediately warned the phones were tapped by CSIS because of Nicole PERIARD. Also keep in mind, once NICOLE PERIARD was on board (May 2017), the FAMILY stopped telling people about CSIS’ involvement. By mid-July 2017, the SON appeared in our lives – was nice until PLAN A failed then turned nasty.
This time, by 19 APRIL 2018, I was in danger of being arrested for psychological abuse. The SON convinced Mark that I was the abuser and he was siding with the SON.
On 23 APRIL 2018, when the Official report came in, Mark showed hatred – now they had succeeded in having him reached homicidal rage. LEPAGE announced I was the threat all along as was first uncovered in mid-February 2018 . . . yes-s the time period where I was sure I was going to die . . . we were back at that. I called 911 – If he didn’t kill me in coming days, then I would be falsely arrested for psychological abuse (ironically twisted to slap WHAT they were responsible for doing).
So the SON since 18 APRIL 2018 was back – but it would last only eight days . .. on 26 APRIL 2018, the SON with his mother assaulted Mark in a shopping mall parking lot. It was stopped by Marc Trepanier, brother of the late Marcel Trepanier. Marc Trepanier overheard Nicole PERIARD give the signal to Mark’s location.
Why would they panic and try to grab him that day?

On 26 APRIL 2018, the SON and Michelle GUERTIN were permanently distrusted. Several kidnap attempts occurred between 26 APRIL and 9 MAY 2018. The last attempt was by using COURT (9 May 2018) – it would have been organized by the CSIS Team – In fact, the individual who delivered the false written police statement was so arrogant that he made it a point to make sure I noticed him – I nicknamed him “Prince Cockatoo” – I would re-encounter him on 10 January 2019 . . . again his ego was his downfall to being recognized.
On 22 JUNE 2018, two so-called INTERPOL agents with a OPP Officer (Sergeant Flint) announced the SON and his mother had been arrested and deported to France. They warned me to destroy the recordings. I didn’t believe them so instead of desisting, I worked fervently on the recording material – The lie of arrest motivated me.
On 4 JULY 2018, LOUIS GUERTIN announced the SON had committed suicide because of what I was doing. I was blamed for his (fake) suicide.
Tell us Mark, why did your SON kill himself? >> Because of Lyn Champagne.
Because of pressure from BOUVIER (CSIS), by mid-August 2018, I faked destroying all recordings. On 29-30 AUGUST 2018, they discovered they still existed. Mark wanted to press criminal charges against his FAMILY and Michelle GUERTIN. It led to faking Michelle GUERTIN’s death on 4 SEPTEMBER 2018.
LOUIS GUERTIN pressured Mark to attend her funerary service – persisted for 7-8 days – Mark stated how he hated her. In addition, his former psychiatrist Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD attempted to meet/greet Mark as means to grab him (10 September 2018) – it failed – I crashed the grab attempt.
But here’s the thing . . .
I WILL VENTURE >> if, in July 2018, they would had invited him to attend the funerary services of his suicided SON, it would have worked – job done.
THAT WAS A MISSED OPPORTUNITY.

The above was some of the points of time that showed inconsistencies – there are more.
Based on investigation, since Fall 2015, the directorship was New Partners (CSIS), the Strategist. GUERTIN were coached following a script and without access to first hand intel from monitoring source – They were fed whatever needed to be said (intel) to get them to buy in, react and perform accordingly.
WHEN they saw the website which I know they did, it must have been a kick to the psyche to see / to hear what really happened especially after they would hang up.

FAKING CANCER
At the end of AUGUST 2017, Michelle GUERTIN claimed coming out of cancer surgery and would be convalescing until January 2018. Apparently, she had been an Acting Director at . . . wait for it . . . wait . . . . CSIS!
Interestingly, 26 AUGUST 2017 is the date I have pinpointed when the New Partners’ Strategist came on board full time – assigned to the project.
He comes onboard and Michelle GUERTIN withdraws to the background, faking cancer while the SON is nurturing / fostering FATHER-SON Trust BOND – He was nice until they failed PLAN A (12 October 2017)
Faking cancer was a recurring theme with Nicole PERIARD (well before I came along). But she tried it with me >> On 13 July 2014, she ran to my vehicle, with a big smile flalling arms in the air, shouting >> “Lyn! Lyn! did you know you cured me of three cancer tumors?!! hm?!”
I ignored her, turned to look at the other person who heard her. When she saw I ignored her, she returned to her house head down. She then slandered me on Facebook with Cynthia Rosebush (Mark’s former wife) and other people. It was so aberrant that cousins of Mark came to our house to tell us.
That’s when I wrote the confidential email dated 13 JULY 2014, click here to read it – It’s the email CSIS used during Winter 2017 to tweak Nicole PERIARD. In Spring 2017, creditors were calling her house, Theresa Lavergne who lived with her was told not to answer the phone during the day. In May 2017, PERIARD warned me that she didn’t have a choice . . . she had to give a copy of the email to CSIS. She then warned me that I was in big trouble with CSIS to which I replied, “Good tell them to call me”.
I strongly suspect they paid off her creditors and convinced her I was too blame for all the trouble in her life. She joined them for the Mark Smith Operation – FIRST CHOICE >> Terminate Lyn Champagne.
Today (November 2023), Nicole PERIARD truly has cancer . . . the law of attraction does not discriminate. Apparently, she is not doing too well . . . it’s terminal, incurable . . . might leave this plane of existence in 2024.
Before I knew she had terminal cancer . . . In summer 2023, I had a lucid dream that she was on her death bed and she did a death bed confession. The next day, I contacted Mark’s former sister-in-law to tell her the dream and that’s when she announced PERIARD was terminally diagnosed with cancer – not faring too well.
I would recommend that this individual be questioned and polygraphed. I will venture the GUERTIN are looking forward to the death of PERIARD – one less vulnerability.
After they premeditated Mark’s death under guise of terminal cancer – Nicole PERIARD told everyone he had died of stomach cancer like grandma then with time she changed it to lung cancer. How interesting that she should ALSO use the fake diagnosis they used to cover Mark’s murder. I didn’t tell her, right Nicole?
Now cancer she has for real.
In my opinion, the FAMILY and GUERTIN lived in a false reality being fed whatever intel was needed to make them perform like demonic puppets . . . Extension arms of the real strategist behind the scene.
. . . and that brought up questions as to WHY did the directorship want to terminate me? why was that the first option?
Later in investigation, I uncovered that I have been targeted well before GUERTIN knew me. Pursuing the option to terminate me is what caused the delay.
I was New Partners (CSIS) kill prize whereas Mark was the GUERTIN prize.
About being targeted . . . I have pondered about this for a good while now . . . Targeting started a a day or two after my father passed away – he passed on 31 December 1998. A few days later, my son was kidnapped not for ransom but for execution (they told him). He escaped because the perpetrators tortured him for 2 days.
By third day, they fell asleep and my SON escaped naked, caked with feces and blood., running in snow (January 1999), he entered a TIM Hortons coffee shop and threw himself in fetal position behind the counter in shock. The perps got off so much on torturing him that they failed to execute him because he escaped – they took too long.
THEY ALWAYS GO AFTER THE ONES WE LOVE AS MEANS TO GET TO THE REAL TARGET.
My father was high likely the primary target – Why? I’m not sure but he was a former military officer stationed in Germany for 3 years (early 1950s) – Top of his class in physics, math – he knew everything about W. Von Braun and space program including early neuro technologies.
At age 4, I was attacked by a shadow man – in reality it was a hologram – My father had recourse to Dr. Charles Katz, a german scientist and close friend. After Dr. Katz was made aware, it never happened again . . . UNTIL 2015 when New Partners (CSIS) came on board. Now isn’t that interesting?
They went after his family – I was/is the only one left standing. I was kidnapped at age 13 and escaped. Two kidnap attempts in Cuba by Cuban Secret Services (ordered by a Canadian source) and then we have the termination option from 2016 to 2018 for the Mark SMITH agenda Since they couldn’t terminate me, they character assassinated me – put me in criminal databases – Keep in mind, I do not have a criminal record, I used to have Above Top Secret clearance, worked in critical government agencies with CSIS inter-colleagues, have good credit, pay my taxes, etc.
Just think of 9 February 2018 (Facebook Cheaters Program), the GUERTIN finally had their human (Mark) and then canceled it to come after me full blast. This was not GUERTIN’s decision this was from the DIRECTORSHIP. I wonder what they told GUERTIN to make them turn around? The GUERTIN knew they were dishing out disinformation. Doing a favor for New Partners (CSIS)? It backfired because on 13 FEBRUARY 2018 I uploaded recordings that showed what they were doing which led to GUERTIN to go quiet and attempt a crime setup >> make up evidence and frame me.
Although he was moving out permanently on 28 February 2018, they pursued with a crime setup (16-23 February) then full force kill operation (24-27 February). Those orders came from the strategist, New Partners (CSIS).
I’m convinced that on 3 MARCH 2018, Michelle GUERTIN rebelled out of frustration (she had been at it since early January 2018) . . . . which led her to make the mistake of openly telling us exactly what they wanted to do from the beginning – grab – incapacitate – euthanize – of course the grab was by removing me, make me disappear so that he would run to her as his Savior like he’d done throughout his life.
On 3 March 2018, they lost the Ace card to have Michelle GUERTIN ever come in as his savior . . . a card she held since 1979.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE on 3 MARCH 2018, she went behind the back of the DIRECTORSHIP. She was frustrated with all those posies and promises since 2016 . . . then that failed PLAN A in mid-October 2017 . . . then having to get directly involved starting January 2018 being at forefront with her SON . . . she had enough.
I can just imagine her frustrations especially since she let him slip through her fingers on 10 February 2018 by turning around, cancelling his leave and attempting to kill me. That order came from the Directorship – I can just imagine how peeved she must have felt on 3 March 2018.
Because of her stupidity, she went down the rabbit hole and here we are today with a bunch of material that show what they did. Awkward oops.
