This case ran on psyops, gaslighting and false flags using the golden tool for Intel >> electronic monitoring >> online, in-house communications including geo-location with or without GPS as well as in-house body movements (mid-September 2018).
They went from one false flag to another – Why? Because when one tactic failed, they would stop “regroup” to re-strategize and then resumed with a new plan – usually a variance in the misinformation package.

PSY WARFARE TACTICS
Psychological Warfare – 1943 – Different era, different backdrop but the same age old psy warfare tactic – worth watching. Not for children.
After World War II the Nazis were prosecuted during the historic Nuremberg trials. Judges were puzzled by the fact that Hitler had been able to get the support from the majority of the German people, for his insane mass murdering of millions of innocent people. Hitler’s right hand, Hermann Goring, explained how they did it:
“It’s easy. All you have to do, is tell them they are being attacked, and… they will follow their leader – whoever they think it is. This works in every nation.” Basically Goring said: “simply make the people afraid, and they will do whatever you want, in order to feel safe again”.

PSY WARFARE TACTICS – PRINCIPLES
If you tell him a lie, don’t tell him a small one, tell him a big one – shock the hell out of him – undermine the one he trusts (me) – Fuck him up “gas-light”, he’ll wonder how come he never saw it coming – that will be shocking – “make him go out of his mind”
When he questions, tell him / push that the reason why he doesn’t see it coming is because he is mentally unfit / unstable >> “Mark / Dad you are mentally unwell – she’s taking advantage of you”. you are unfit Dad, I’m a doctor I know.” And this message must also be conveyed by the family, more precisely the one who was appointed legal caretaker, his sister NICOLE PERIARD.
On the plus side >> He trusts the source of (mis)information, considers them reliable, caring and truthful – it’s my son and the mother of my child including CSIS – powerful reliability factor.
As for his family, he trusted them with a grain of salt because of past psychological abuse but if Michelle GUERTIN vouched for his sister then trust factor increased up until 3 May 2018 when he realized the family was in conspiracy with GUERTIN all along.
On 3 May 2018, the family brought him on the brink of suicide just like they did during Christmas 2006. By 26 April 2018, Mark didn’t trust Michelle and Anton GUERTIN because they had attempted to grab him in a parking lot.
Undermine my credibility
When I was able to calm him down, almost convinced him they were wrong, they would undermine my credibility. How? Easy.
Because they e-listened between calls, they knew when to call back and what to say in order to twist my words . . . . beep beep latest CSIS Intel report . . . . “oh Dad be careful, she’s manipulative, she will tell you this and that” and this and that was usually what I had said to calm him down but now it was twisted.
And that folks, was a classic example of using electronic monitoring as Intel to undermine someone’s credibility. False flag tactics with a oomph! >> electronic monitoring.
I bet the NAZI would have just loved this – The golden tool – it’s like knowing the lottery numbers.
To put weigh to it, they character assassinated me – smear campaign – Police must never trust me – they must believe the false narrative. Making sure my credibility was shot so that no one would help.

This is how it worked . . .
On 12 October 2017, new partners attempted a “kidnap lure” (me), it failed (refer to 2016-2019 timeline of events).
A few days later, the SON who was now trusted, began to create conflict pushing sexual perversions such as sodomy under guise of being a doctor and couple therapist.
“My son is a doctor who are you to question him. You are questioning because you have something to hide . . . my son says you’re just waiting for my inheritance!” . . . . (wait for it) . . . dring! dring! . . . “Oh Hi Son, you were right, she’s hiding something – pfft! she said you don’t know what you’re talking about – yes, she knows you’re a doctor . . . I know I know Son, ok call me back”.
The Son ran with this >> I was a hustler, a gold-digger with a colorful hidden past, marked in Intelligence files. I was very manipulative and intelligent – If she loved you Dad, she would have sex with you. She’s not because she’s waiting for your money to come in.
Around 6-7 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN crashed in our lives – On her first call, she dished out shocking information about me then with drama exclaimed how she would defend him – here’s an example of a Michelle GUERTIN special >> “if this evil woman (me) does anything to you Mark! I will come after her . . . CSIS Intel report confirmed what I’m telling you Mark” – – Followed by her SON >> “Dad Dad be careful, mom got Intel information and it’s true Dad . . . . beep beep . . . gotta go Dad that might be mom with more Intel, she was waiting for a call – I’ll call you back soon Dad”.
Then they would hang up, electronically listen in, then wait 5-20 minutes (depending on what’s going on in the house – strategizing what to say on next call back), then they would call back to tweak/escalate based on the content of the on-going in-house conflict . . . then hang up, e-listen a little bit more then call back to stoke and escalate – days in, days out.
The GUERTIN crashed in our lives for 110 consecutive days. Both permanently lost trust key on 26 April 2018. Louis Guertin only did cameo appearances. The FAMILY permanently lost the trust key on 3 May 2018. BOUVIER from CSIS ran for 120 consecutive days.
Mark blindly trusted both GUERTIN including Louis GUERTIN and Luke BOUVIER from CSIS. If I argued about the misinformation and/or criticized any of them including the authenticity of the CSIS Intel reports, I risked escalating him to rage.
AND
Since they e-listened, they would call back to counteract my criticism – I would get punished for it. In return, it made me look more suspicious especially with CSIS Intel reports to validate the misinformation.
In our situation, this case was based on these precepts >> to convince Mark I was the enemy and dishing out “days in, days out into the night” horrific shocking information – no sleep for weeks on end.
The goal was to make him reach homicidal rage so that he would do the unavoidable >> kill me. OR be so disgusted that he would willingly leave to join them. If that didn’t work, the mental confusion would lead to sickness and he would have to go to the hospital <– A Guertin means for entrapment.
When I was able to calm him down, they would re-call and re-ignite, then I would calm him down, it led to so much emotional confusion that after the laser shot of 22 January 2018, the yo-yo up and down emotional roller coaster led to seizures and expanded sickness to include vomiting, retching, gagging, defecating on self.
He was in need of medical attention but unable to trust the system because the GUERTIN used the medical as means to entrap – The GUERTIN seemed to be adepts at using the medical system to incapacitate targets – following a well worn path / routine – experienced and influential in the medical system (911 alerts, ambulance coordination and physicians in conspiracy willing to work / help the GUERTIN).
One has to wonder if they had other people enslaved like Mark Smith. Why not make it lucrative? When she was pregnant, she could have fucked more than one target – you have many daddies boy. Now work with mama and papa who’s in the sidelines approving – give the boy a lollipop and a pony – good boy.
They most likely thought Mark still carried guns. If he had been, I believe the chances of killing me would have been greater especially during the Reliable Source Program (10-13 February 2018).
In earlier years, Mark told family specifically PERIARD that we carried firearms – it was a deterrent to ensure people didn’t come on our land at night. Mark made me bigger than I was. Oh yes Nicky she’s a good marksman . . . if anyone comes on our land . . . They believed it including Michael Trepanier. In addition, before 2007, Mark did carry. Did we have any firearms at home? No, I forbade it. If you want a firearm then get a permit – it’s non-negotiable.
If he had killed me, it would have been closed off as a Crime of Passion. Then they could jail him for life and if they needed him dead . . . well, just organize a suicide operation in jail “he hung himself in his jail cell” just like Epstein.

When they crashed in our lives in January 2018, they were confident they would get the job done within a few days instead it took 12 months.
Satanic behavior and open about it.
A kind of frenzy – demonic – controlled. They reminded me of “programmed automatons”. By mid-May 2020, I uncovered that another BODY directed above the GUERTIN >> New Partner with CSIS had first hand monitoring intel and coached them in specific psyop techniques.
They directed the operation and used Michelle Guertin and her SON as their extended arms. The GUERTIN followed directives and often lacked continuity in stories – like amnesia – like but in reality it’s because they were running with second hand Intel or another way of putting it >> they were told what need to be said in order to tweak them into action . . . . they reminded me of programmed automatons – no mind – running on psychopathy.
These people acted like criminally insane people. Here’s the best picture I could find to convey what they seeped. They remind me of vampires on a frenzy feed.
And she claimed to be a judge and lawyer? And the SON a doctor? Are you crazy? They performed like demons for their puppet masters who were electronically listening. They enjoyed it and were angry at the end of each day because it wasn’t working.
The GUERTIN knew they were overheard as they attempted to destroy – They were like auditory exhibitionist showing off how cruel and cunning they could be. Showing off – A sort of bravado display for the ones sitting back and listening to the calls.
Were they trying to impress their coach? They became psychopathic and enjoying it – they seeped getting off on it – malice.

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE – PSYOPS, False Flag and Gaslighting.
What do PSYOP do?
Psychological operations (PSYOPS) are operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.
USUALLY is combined with false flagging and gaslighting.
To get targets to live in fear, in a false reality to then fabricate a false sense of security – CSIS with BOUVIER at forefront did a PSYOPS from mid-September-November 2018 – the Fraudulent Court Case – where Mark thought BOUVIER was representing him on FAMILY ABUSE Charges against the family. Mark trusting BOUVIER eating out of his hands.
The bad guys were the FAMILY and CSIS sided with us (so we thought).
The premeditated murder strategy started on 11 December 2018 “how are they going to kill him following medical procedures and protocols?”
Once the fraudulent court case was over, the GUERTIN didn’t need CSIS anymore other than get monitoring Intel feeds if necessary such as when I reported that an outer family member wanted to speak to me on 10 December 2018.
With that INTEL, the following day, the GUERTIN got the physician to willingly tell Mark he was dying of cancer and that he had to be transferred to a palliative centre (12 December 2018). On t3 December 2018, Mark strong, demanded I take him out of there – I should have listened. He passed away three days later.

False flag operations
A hostile or harmful action that is designed to look like it was perpetrated by someone other than the person or group responsible for it.
The GUERTIN played FALSE FLAGS – THEM, MARK and ME – the triangulation.
2 FEBRUARY 2018 – Here’s a video recorded moments after he hung up with the SON and the Mother (phone swapping) – he comes in the front room accusing me of cheating on him on FACEBOOK — 20180202-2123 – DISINFO-2-CONFLICT-2-EXPECTED-BREAKUP.mp4 – the start of the Facebook Cheaters Program (2-9 February 2018).
Here’s a classic example of them retaliating onto me . . . if I pushed, they twisted and made our lives worst.
24 February 2018 – I uploaded a small audio asking why she wanted my shipping bag from Thailand, click here to hear it. Twenty minutes later, they called and turned it against me. I was a snitch, I wanted to see her in jail, I had people stalking the SON and more. This period lasted three days (24-27 February 2018) – it was one of the most dangerous times – I call that period “Full Force Kill Program” – In addition, they repeatedly demanded that I kill myself. I wrote screenful after screenful of “please help me” hoping perhaps someone at the monitoring station or maybe a janitor or IT person would see it and do something independently. It was a shot in the dark. Indeed.

“I’m your sister, I love you, watch out for her, she’s a mentally deranged retired cop . . . she’s been bragging if she sees you she will shoot you on sight – be careful I care for you and I’m worried.” . . . Response: “Oh yeah . . . I’ll bash her f&cking face in with a baseball bat” . . . His sister thought he was still packing like in the past – hoping he would shoot me on sight.
After all, a few years ago, he held her by her hair and put a gun to her head “she never forgave him for that” – How delicious it would have been if he had shot me – Both brothers (Michael and Mark) used to deal in illegal firearms – common knowledge – she thought they still carried.
A false flag is an incident that is designed to deceive people into thinking it was actually carried out by someone else. Like pitting groups or individuals against one another via misinformation or a setup scheme “framing one of the parties” – it’s puppeteer at its best without getting your hands dirty. A classic variance is where the other party, the “someone else”, or “negative situation” is also resolved by the saving party – the predators are the saviors but the target doesn’t know that.

In 1992, Michelle GUERTIN played the role of the ex-girlfriend, the “mother of his child” (as well as in 2018).

ON 3 March 2018, both GUERTIN pressured that he be declared mentally UNFIT to take care of himself – That came about, a few days after they had played out >> Full Force Kill program (24-27 Feb 2018) – They most likely thought we would have called 911 for ambulance on 27th. We didn’t because we knew then that they wanted both of us DEAD – it was real.

AS IT RELATES TO THE GUERTIN, THEY PANICKED.
The GUERTIN were not experienced enough to sustain / pull it off without eventually messing up. By March and April, they incriminated themselves and had to be killed off (fake death) by July and September 2018. Michelle GUERTIN who had full trust since 1979, lost it on 3 March 2018 because of her ego and frustrations – In my opinion, she put the operation in jeopardy and gave away incriminating information. She burnt the possibility of ever coming in again as a SAVIOR.
On 26 April 2018, both mother and the SON GUERTIN were permanently mistrusted. That’s the day they tried to grab him in the parking lot of a shopping mall.

- Distorting reality to trick the target in believing s/he is making free will decisions and subsequent reaction to action. Will follow the agenda convinced it’s the best course of action <– it comes from the SAVIOR, the trusted source.
BOUVIER (CSIS) was proficient at psyop “likely trained” – – He delivered and sustained a false reality from mid-September to December 2018.

When he died on 6 June 2012, Theresa Lavergne (Mark’s mother) asked us to help her dispose of them. When PERIARD found out, she took over – we could never talk of it again – a taboo subject – very like they were returned to Jean-Louis LAVERGNE and/or GUERTIN.
I have strong suspicion that these items were given to Old Man Lavergne when an agreement was reached in 1979 with GUERTIN (Human trafficking Mark Smith 13) – The GUERTIN as well as New partners carried the Nazi signature similar to the Klu Klux Klan (same ideology).

In summer 2016, I was told 4 times I should be killed.
21 JUNE 2016 – Provoked by the family – I was told I should be killed, I stretched my arms, took a step forward and said go ahead. It stopped.
22 July 2016 (sacred day of Mary) – again I was told I should kill you – I just shrugged it off and ignored. It stopped.
24 July 2016 while watching a podcast, where someone was being accused of false allegations “smear campaign” – I had a very strong thought form >> I knew that person was being character assassinated – – – again shortly after, I was told I should kill you. I replied: Ye-es Ishould, shouldn’t I. It stopped
But on the 26 July 2016 that was the most hurtful. That’s the day I responded for the first time to the new membership email to Connecting Consciousness – Since 21 JUNE 2016, I hadn’t read emails – since that time things were abnormal in the house (New Partners who used CSIS made its presence felt) – ON that night I was told: I should kill you and the dogs <-- that one hurt. NOW THEY KNEW HOW TO GET TO ME EMOTIONALLY. An interesting observation >> they seemed to have something against Connecting Consciousness Group in 2016.
