Shock – Psychiatric doctors – Legal consent to keep him incapacitated (1992+) Guertin + Periard

Michelle Guertin and Nicole Periard committed him to the Ottawa Royal Mental Health Hospital, the same people who abused him earlier in life – Michelle Guertin with his own family enslaved him at 13, to believe he was the father of her baby – he’d been abandoned at 13, door locked on a school night – he lived on the street in a cardboard box for 2 weeks – no one was looking for him until his grand-mother discovered almost two weeks (few days shy) that they’d (his mother and step-father) had locked the door with a garbage bag on the doorstep and told to leave – don’t come back.

in 1992+, they ruined his livelihood, he fell to pieces and they picked him up and assigned themselves as Power of Attorney (Michelle Guertin) and legally primary caretaker (Nicole Periard – immediate family) and committed him to the Ottawa Royal Hospital – – –the psychiatric doctor(s) kept him incapacitated – with legal consent from Michelle Guertin and Nicole Periard.

This movie is a different backdrop by a similar scenario.

A  psychologically distraught woman is committed to a private sanitarium by the man and woman she witnessed commit a murder.

Mark is in a mental hospital and the abuse started to come up early – Michelle Guertin and the immediate family – 1979 enslavement and abuse of childhood – before 1978-79, they called him “BASTARD” openly to give you a sense of things.  That’s why he didn’t follow the new family unit when his mother remarried.  He stayed with the SMITHS.  She neglected and abuse him as a child many knew (sources verifiable).

Nicole Periard would benefit enormously from being exempt from criminal convictions throughout her life – the list of crimes by Nicole (2014) – never accountable through time – and having confidence “carte blanche” to get on a scene and call cops to report an horrific story lie of violence – frame me – insisting I go to jail immediately (2011).

Never accountable – this is the enslaving of a human being – – – When I met him, I never expected such atrocities – the urgency to re-capture him must be due to some legality set forward when Michelle Guertin in 1992+ had power of attorney perhaps other documents of legal nature where signed on his behalf without his consent – She had consent because she had power of attorney.   This is real folks.

The abuse from childhood to young adulthood came out and was recorded by medical professionals in 2007-2008.  This 1992+ abuse of a patient from medical professionals “body of psy doctors” is most likely also recorded.

IT became urgent to remove me – They’d been trying to get him to bash me in (kill) so he either commits suicide or falls to pieces – incapacitated rest of his pitiful life in jail-hospital and most likely terminated under guise of suicide or terminal illness (which is what they did in December 2018).

They need to get a hand on it.

They had so much trouble killing, incarcerating or simply trying to remove  – – Through the period of cruelty and caged in, they reeled and gauged health decline – seizures, strokes, gagging , vomiting FOAM (poison after few days at his mother/sister – 24-28 April 2018), defecating on self and more.
