BRIEF RECAP

On Sunday 16th, BOUVIER on behalf of CSIS, announced Mark was protected by CSIS – BOUVIER was assigned point of contact.  Why did he need protection?

(BOUVIER was high likely family’s point of contact, established by Spring 2017 when CSIS stormed into Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE’s lives.  Sister & mother – many secrets – blackmailed into compliance.)

• Mark SMITH was a future multi-millionaire –> (fake) inheritance dangled since 2012 by family and then intensely in 2017-2018 by GUERTIN trio  & Terrence LEPAGE (fake P.I.) and after fake suicide of SON (July 2018) >> continued dangling with BOUVIER (CSIS), our last champion  “winner, winner, chicken dinner. . . “

• Mysterious high profile people were after him (which in a way was true but it was them hahaha) – And as if that wasn’t enough, his family now allied with a biker gang were a continuous threat – “Oh no-o, everyone wanted his inheritance including me, a major threat since Fall 2017 and confirmed in February 2018″..

HOW WE/I WAS HOODWINKED

• I thought that the people after him (us) were Knights Templar (Freemason).   In reality, they hid their identity under that cover – made it seem that the predators were Templar (Freemason).

• Then they came in as the Saviors, the good guys and this time they showed us who they were without fear of retribution,.

  Now out of cover, CSIS would protect SMITH, his (fake) inheritance AFTER Court ended. The golden hook-in.
  .
  Even if I had picked up they had impersonated Templar, Mark SMITH would not have believed me – It would have been used against me.  He wouldn’t have been able to process it in mind.  BOUVIER (CSIS) bedazzled him into full trust and why not?  It’s CSIS.

  Throughout 2018, the GUERTIN (forefront mouth piece) often used TEMPLAR as threat agent  – Louis, Michelle and the SON Anton GUERTIN all did it at one time or another.  I thought those that I’ve come to call “New Partners (CSIS)” were TEMPLARS (Freemasons) and not associated with CSIS.

• Example –> LOUIS GUERTIN on 7 APRIL 2018 threatening me and my kids, shouts I’ll send them to deal with me.   On 27 June,  I was told that the Templar were no longer after me “I wouldn’t be killed anymore”.

• The above were some examples when a GUERTIN used the Templar name making it seem they were the secret partners who offered monitoring, protected them, etc.

From 16-20 SEP 2018, the recommended course of action –> BOUVIER (CSIS) insisted it would be better if he went to a a safe house because I was also a suspect hard to control.  After 12 OCT 2017, they profiled me as suspicious and since 10 FEB 2018, a threat to his life – claiming I would have him institutionalized and take everything away from him . . . gee . . . again truths of WHAT THEY WANTED to do – inversion.

Protection was crowned with black helicopters (house walls vibrating) – They looked military grade larger than OPP – In Fall 2018, flyovers were as frequent as in Fall 2017 which lasted 35 consecutive days – In 2018, they flew from 16 SEP 2018 to mid-FEB 2019 – Although he died on 16 DEC 2018, flyovers continued to surveil (me) – They stopped in mid-Feb 2019 after I contacted OPP . . . actually walked in the Clarence-Rockland OPP detachment “face to face”.

About on-demand flyovers –> What reasons could they have dished out to warrant priority fly overs? –> We were most likely flagged as people of interest – dangerous – unsavory –  combat trained. 

I will venture that air command was also duped / tricked unknowing they were participating in a criminal operation.

Chuckles, the commercial farm owners across the street, were convinced these black helicopters were watching the farm  – Two years in a row –> Falls 2017 & 2018.  Fall is harvest season for marijuana.

BY 17 SEP 2018, MARK WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREED TO BE MONITORED 24/7  – HAPPY AND RELIEVED.  IF I HAD  NEGATIVELY REACTED TO MONITORING, I WAS SIMPLY CONFIRMING I WAS INDEED A SUSPICIOUS CHARACTER.

Up until 20 SEPTEMBER 2018, the mind-game was for SMITH to fear/distrust me and agree to leave (safe house).  But it didn’t work because by this time, safe house or not, SMITH was too weak and afraid to leave my house.

Via electronic monitoring they picked up on it and stopped attempt to isolate/grab him.  On 21 SEPTEMBER 2018, they came up with a genius plan.  Clever.

THIS IS WHAT THEY LEVERAGED –> In late August 2018, Mark asked me to take over for him to press criminal charges against the FAMILY and GUERTIN.

• 28-30 August 2018 – Mark Put Me In Charge

But we had a problem –> OPP wouldn’t help us / didn’t want to touch it – Strings pulled above their heads and then we have RCMP who would have referred us back to OPP (full circle)

Since they overheard everything, they were always one step ahead – It was/would have been easy to discredit us with anyone we would contact.  Where we stood –-> stagnation.  

• By 21st, they realized the best psyop was to make us believe that they were going to criminally charge the family – No point going after GUERTIN, Michelle GUERTIN was dead including the SON (2 July 2018) – Two faked deaths.

BOUVIER (CSIS) announced he would represent Mark in Court to fight abuse case against the family, who apparently, were also holding up the release of the (fake) inheritance.

CSIS ANSWERED THE CALL  – The eagle had landed.

KEEP IN MIND, THEY DID GO TO COURT – BUT DID THE INVERSION AND PROFILED MARK SMITH AS A VERY BAD INDIVIDUAL AND ME AS AN INFLUENCER – VERY NASTY.

THIS WOULD BE THE WAY TO DISSOCIATE WHATEVER WAS RIDING OVER HIS IDENTITY – AND THEN TRANSFER TO GUERTIN . . . WITH A GOOD FINANCIAL CUT / PIECE OF ACTION (CRIMINAL OPS) TO NEW PARTNERS (CSIS)  – NEW PARTNERS USED CSIS AS HENCHMEN WHO WERE THEN MOST LIKELY PAID OFF – JOB DONE.

(How do I know the FAMILY went to COURT in Fall 2018?  –> On 20 JAN 2019, PERIARD sent her autistic SON to snoop . . . thinking I had a soft spot for her kid  (big mistake).  It was easy to make the kid talk . . . he told me the FAMLY went to court, also told me that Michele GUERTIN and the SON were not dead, etc.)

As days went by, I wanted to trust Bouvier – I  kept rationalizing:

“If it wasn’t for the flyovers, I wouldn’t believe you. BOUVIER”.

How I perceived it –> CSIS had that level of authority to command fly-overs “on-demand” and I trusted CSIS because I used to work in critical agencies with above Top Secret clearance and CSIS people were inter-colleagues – I believed we shared common values and ethics.   How naïve of me.

Since we were monitored, I didn’t record much as it raised suspicion, they knew when I recorded.  Why would I record, if CSIS is protecting MARK?  What was I up to?  hm?

Bouvier became Mark’s CSIS contact, bodyguard, lawyer, spoke person, the man of the year.   He was a hero and a God – Mark trusted him 100% over everyone else. 

Mark had a special number he could call, he was told never to share it with me – I was not to be trusted.  If CSIS said so, then it must be true.

I kept pushing that MARK needed medical attention.  Running story for many weeks to come >>   “Private hospital in the USA – Stem cells – $273K – 6 weeks recovery – my wife is a doctor“.

And because BOUVIER (CSIS) mentioned that his wife was a doctor, MARK’s eyes closed with full trust.  Mark trusted doctors as if they were gods.

• In Fall 2017 throughout 2018, the SON had also used the doctor bullshit tactic –> “my SON is a doctor.  He knows what he’s talking about & he cares for me, his father . . . you know nothing so shut the fvck up don’t you dare question my SON, the doctor.”

Private hospital in the USA?  –> I remember stating:  “But he doesn’t have a passport and he has a criminal record”. Bouvier assured us the Prime Minister’s office had approved going to the States.  It’s CSIS after all.  Mark believed it.**

• **Mark you will be super rich, different class .  Don’t worry – it won’t be long.  With stem cells, 5-6 weeks recovery in private hospital.  Lyn and the dogs can stay in an adjacent cottage provided for patients’ family while you recover.”

That hospital story ran right into November 2018. BOUVIER (CSIS) told Mark to wait for his signal for hospitalization.

BOUVIER (CSIS) stopped contact on 23 NOV 2018 but Mark still waited for this guy’s approval “no no must wait for Mr. BOUVIER to tell me it’s OK to go” – On 29 NOV 2018, I took over and called for an ambulance.

• As Mark was being transferred in the ambulance (in our backyard), a grey pearl helicopter hovered over the Northside treetops.  Mark saw it and with a comforting smile said “it’s ok BOUVIER knows”.

  Right at that moment, the older paramedic passed a sinister smile like a cartoon villain . . . My heart sank, this guy was with them (it was very apparent) – In addition, that helicopter was first seen on 6 APRIL 2018 and at the time I thought it was the GUERTIN.

Here is the feedback (audio below) and emotional psychological effect it had on Mark after hanging up with BOUVIER who had just given a daily status report.  Apparently people were calling for MARK, asking questions . . . BOUVIER was on the job.

It worked to reinforce trust factor for BOUVIER and that high security was in the good hands of BOUVIER (CSIS) – now the bouncer who would scan calls . . . . piece of crock.

As I mentioned above, I didn’t record much because I was under surveillance.  Recording would have raised more suspicions.  And why would I record?  CSIS was on Mark’s side – if I recorded it meant I was deceptive.

In after-thought, I should have bought a small hand-held recorder that could not be a device on a network (not TCP/IP compliant).  I was using my smartphone (totally monitored).

ABOUT COURT . . .

Mark believed that BOUVIER (CSIS) was representing him for long-time psychological abuse from the FAMILY, more precisely Theresa LAVERGNE and Nicole PERIARD.  In the process, he thought he was DIVORCING the family.

He also thought that BOUVIER (CSIS) had access to the 2007 case file from Treatment Centres.

New PARTNERS (CSIS) hid under the cover of being Knights TEMPLAR  “blame the Templars”.

• Throughout 2018, they made sure that I would think they were Templars.  Each time I would say something positive about Templars, the SON would call threatening me that Templars were coming after me and so did Louis GUERTIN.  They repeatedly enforced my perception that New Partners (CSIS) were Templar (Freemasons).

When BOUVIER (CSIS) was introduced in our lives, I didn’t clue in that they had impersonated Knights Templar –> I thought they were coming in our lives for the first time – In reality they played the role predator under guise of Templar, then savior as who they truly were (CSIS operational henchmen).  They played both roles.

• 29 May 2018 – Log Entry – Misconception Templar Knights E-Monitoring & Protecting GUERTIN as Part of Criminal Agenda – Clueless of New Partners (CSIS) – Throughout 2018, they profiled Templar as the bad guys monitoring us and protecting GUERTIN.

ABOUT CSIS . . .

AM I SURE THEY WERE FROM CSIS?  yes.

I was hoodwinked – I never suspected wrong doing from CSIS until 6 FEBRUARY 2019 – I used to work with these people “inter-colleague”.

On 6 FEB 2019, I called CSIS (general number) and the moment I said my name, the CSIS person immediately answered:  BY-y-YE  (sarcastically and melodiously) then HUNG UP.

I was shocked.  It messed me up for a few days.

That’s when I realized we had been duped.

• 6 February 2019 – Called CSIS – Said my Name – They HUNG UP | 12 Feb: OPP Station Walk-In| SKYPE “What bullsh!t did you CSIS use to command FLY-OVERS?” | Neighbor Thought his Farm Under Surveillance

NOTE:

If you are dismissing the notion that these people were from CSIS, I strongly recommend that you remove that thought from your mind.

That call on 6 FEBRUARY 2019 was very telling.

An organized crime unit COULD NOT openly impersonate CSIS for two years straight and get away with it.

Unlimited access to electronic monitoring technology, satellite feed, infrared, commanding black helicopters on demand, COURT replacing the VIDEO police statement, above OPP’s pay grade.

They came in covertly in Fall 2015 and at forefront in early 2017 starting with Nicole PERIARD – Everyone who called their house were told about it as well as to watch what one said on the phone (bugged).

In May 2017, PERIARD warned me that she didn’t have a choice to give the 13 JULY 2014 email to CSIS  . . . and that I was in trouble with CSIS.  My, my that was a very good psyop to tweak criminal PERIARD into compliance.  They actually were using that email I wrote in July 2014 to go after her – the email was/is  a list of crimes by PERIARD (post link at end of this post).

• They most likely made things go away for her at the expense of getting her on-board to have her brother killed by first having me terminated (as means to isolate him).

Then we have Michelle GUERTIN who without fear of retribution claimed having been an Acting Director at CSIS (which of course wasn’t true).

On 18 APRIL 2018, chance encounter with the individual directly involved in PLAN A (12 OCT 2017) –> wearing a jacket with a CSIS logo – did he ever try to hide his face . . . .stuck in a vehicle waiting for a colleague, right pal?

Next day, Theresa LAVERGNE announcing that two CSIS agents went over previous day (18th) to do a bug check of her house . . . How interesting they felt the need to justify why they were in town.  Would have been better to shut the fvck up because it only confirmed/validated they were on the OPS by associating themselves with Mark’s mother, sister PERIARD and TERRENCE LEPAGE (part of the henchmen team) who’d ushered the SON back in trust.

To close off (for now), I have concluded that BOUVIER (CSIS) was not only Mark’s savior but also Nicole PERIARD’s handler since 2017.  Playing in both fields.

18-20 January 2019 – Pressure from a Freemason I Visit FAMILY Triggered Chain of Events that Opened Pandora’s Box – on 20th JAN 2019, Nicole PERIARD sent her autistic SON to my house to snoop.  He talked too much – He acknowledged knowing good old BOUVIER.

After acknowledging knowing BOUVIER, PERIARD’s autistic SON struck a pose and said “After all we don’t know if it was his SON, a DNA test was never done”.  Holy shit!! where did that come from??!  –> Mentioning BOUVIER triggered the kid to strike a pose and imitate the one he saw say it . . . I will venture it was BOUVIER.

New Partners (above everyone’s pay grade) used CSIS assets and resources to carry out the Mark SMITH operation . . . a deal that GUERTIN couldn’t refuse. 

Keep in mind that since 2009, GUERTIN had been trying to get rid of me via break ups and conflicts not death however they did pull a medical fraud on me on 18 DEC 2009 which failed and 2011 was one hell of a year (post link below) –  So the New Partners came along with lollipops and ponies –>> “Mr. and Mrs. GUERTIN we will remove your problem (me) permanently . . . we are experienced at this”.

• In  reality, could the GUERTIN refuse New Partners (CSIS)?  I will venture refusing would have led to some form of retaliation –  Why?
  .
  Because now they knew some of GUERTIN’s dirty organized crime secrets = God knows what was riding on SMITH’s Identity >> illegal ops like human trafficking?  weapons? drugs? money laundering? pedophilia?  Most likely one or a combination of criminal operations.
  .
  Or did the GUERTIN approach them as if they were clients?  Seeing them as contractors?

Keep in mind, I was targeted well before I met Mark SMITH and GUERTIN.  Targeting would have come from the same circle as NEW PARTNERS.

Last attempt (me) was 2004 and it didn’t turn out too well, it led to exposure.  So when next opportunity presented itself in 2015 with GUERTIN, first choice to isolate SMITH for GUERTIN was by terminating me . . . which went on from 2016 to 2018 . . . and since they didn’t succeed, they put me on a watch list (death list) which we uncovered in mid-FEB 2019 via Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

At the time, due to the nature of intimate details, I got the feeling that these two demonic birds might have sexually engaged – After all, PERIARD openly told people she was bisexual and GUERTIN . . . well, she fvcked a 13 years old while pregnant, the pedophilia was approved by her father . . . let’s leave it at that.  Michelle GUERTIN fostered a relationship with PERIARD early on in Nicole’s late teens.  GUERTIN uses sex to lure.
