30 April-2 MAY 2018 – Setup > Court Order Hospitalization – Game Over | 2 May – > Do Something – I Did >> Drop the Court Order Or Else Recordings Come out – Paradigm Changed

After 26 April 2018, the goal was > > “Don’t let him see court”.

1. 26 April > Guertin Duo kidnap – Failed
2. 27-28 April > poisons suspected – Family (sister)
3. 28 April > Blood clot – physician insists immediate hospitalization – Failed
4. 29 April > I take him out of his sister/mother’s house – I breached No Contact Court Order.
   
5. 30 April-2 May > The Court L’Orignal will mandate immediate hospitalization <- announced by family.  I will most like be charged with abuse.
   
6. 30 April > Men tried to grab him behind my back. Female with a clicker – Mark falters in store.

Since 30 April, we had the COURT to contend with > > immediate institutionalization no court – success > I would probably be charged within few days with some kind of abuse.  Especially if poison was suspected while at sister/mother’s house – I would be blamed as toxology tests would most likely be carried out to support criminal charges – He was at my house since the 29th April – I breached the NO-Contact court order to protect him.

They were relentless.  Now we were cooked – They would use the court system > > mandate immediate institutionalization perhaps using her Power of Attorney still active since 1992.  I expected to be charged with something – breaching the No-contact would play against me

Now we were sitting ducks ”  – – – do something or else goodbye.  Game over.

How? Change the paradigm.  Give them an ultimatum . . So I did, I recorded myself while I voiced out  > > > . Drop the medical bullshit or else the recordings come out – and more.

3 MAY 2018**  > > DAY AFTER THE ULTIMATUM, his mother called all cheerful to announce the COURT was NOT going to mandate institutionalization – However, she announced I was conspiring with recordings – – – that’s how he finds out I have been recording for a while – his sister will assure him that she also has recordings on GUERTIN as a lure to have him return to their house – it doesn’t work and the FAMILY throughout the day explode in frustration and spill the beans -> he went in suicide mode.

Why 26th April must he not see court?  Because on the 24 April, I set up a work operation centre in my house and began the task of listening to each recording (chronologically) – on 26th (AM), I updated the first two pages of the newly created list of recording  > > They saw them and the operation changed to “don’t let him see court – charge her” > > 20180202.0208-extract-22may2018.pdf  – They knew recordings existed but they didn’t know the extent of it.  Organized.  Surprise.

26 April 2018 – They panicked – Led to kidnaps, poison failed & last resort >> falsifying my police statement – I NAMED THEM ALL – HE SHOULD BE ALIVE TODAY – They made Local Law an accessory to premeditated murder

Mark passed away 16 December 2018 @ 04:22am and twelve hours earlier . . .

On 15 December 2018 mid-afternoon, I cut a 6″ (15 cm)  strand of hair – One centimeter = one month which means it would start in October/November 2017 (15 cm = 15 months) – Photo of sample stored away >> 20181215-Hair-Strand-Mark-Smith.png – April poisoning – damage from laser shot in January, stopped smoking cannabis by June, etc.  – The hair strand tells a tale folks.
