19 NOVEMBER 2019

On 19 November 2019, the investigation opened up.  By then, assemblage of recordings and notes were near completion.  I had just spent most of October into November focused on the FAMILY – All points in time involving the family.

And that led to . . .

. . .  Knowing without a doubt the family had been in conspiracy with the GUERTIN in 1979 >> human sale under guise of father-son cover – They were in on it from Day 1 which started in Feb/March 1979 (age 13) sexual engagement with Michelle GUERTIN so that a week later she announced she was pregnant (which she already was)

. . .  and then also the realization the FAMILY was totally invested since 1992 with the sealed enslavement using the psychiatric system and ushering in Michelle GUERTIN as the savior appointed Power of Attorney over his life with Nicole PERIARD (sister) as legal caretaker – They enslaved him using the legal and medical systems well knowing what they were doing – Family on-board – Family point of contact was his sister Nicole PERIARD.

It was a real quick in the head . . .

. . . because up until 19 November 2019, I thought the family had been blackmailed ONLY by 2017-2018 to work in conspiracy with GUERTIN.

Reality –> They were already worked with GUERTIN as early as 2009 (for me because that’s when I came in SMITH’s life).  They were working with them well before I came along.

BUT It wasn’t in my consciousness that they were IN on it in 1979 as it relates to the father-son cover and being paid.  I thought they believed it was his biological SON and then later on (through the years) discovered it wasn’t but never told him “let sleeping dogs lie”.

Then 1992 came together >> I uncovered the 1992 operation >> to break his life by performing psychiatric crimes all to get a legal hold on him releasable upon death (in the future) – premeditated – organized.

Interestingly, the tactic used in 1992 by GUERTIN (mother and SON working together) with Nicole PERIARD was replayed 2-9 February 2018, the period I call Facebook Cheaters Program, a déjà vu  – same triggers, same tactics, same perps as 1992.  Only difference was instead of tweaking me to be enraged (like the fiancée Tanya in 1992), they tweaked him but the plan was the same -> to get him to leave, same trigger song of 1992 in 2018 “Love don’t Live Here Anymore”.

2-9 Feb 2018 – Song of 1992 “Love don’t live here anymore” becomes Trigger during “Facebook Cheaters Program” – A link to the SONG included in this post.  Keep in mind, he’s the guy playing guitar at the start of the video.  This is the guy before they broke his life and agreed to have him psy re-arranged for GUERTIN’s agenda  >> Dr. BOYD and company created multiple personality disorder, addictions, alcoholism and created an individual easily triggered to violence.  He was officially marked as volatile and dangerous – how convenient as means to recapture him later using court – that was key.

But with the ethical treatment received after suicide attempt 15 January 2007 (dry date for alcohol) which was provoked by the FAMILY (Treatment Centre Professional Record exists), many of the psy triggers were removed and that’s why they had difficulty triggering him to homicidal rage in order to kill me . . . Michelle GUERTIN and her SON including Nicole PERIARD were so sure of themselves in January 2018 – It was obvious.  Another thing >> they were displeased that he didn’t drink nor do drugs – Nicole PERIARD had to be watched in case she spiked his beverages.

And like 1992 with the fiancée, Michelle GUERTIN was going to come after me with psychological abuse charges.  This was told repeatedly during 2-9 February 2018 as how she was going to deal with me.  I was also threatened that Nicole PERIARD would come in my house and take whatever she wanted.

By 9 February 2018, he was joining them . . . but the Strategist (new partners CSIS) had them cancel his leave in order to have him kill me “You can’t leave DAD! she’s playing it cool because once you leave, she’s coming after us . . . Da-ad her people are stalking me .  . i’m afraid dad, do something . . . can’t you see what she is Dad . . . please – My mother received Intel reports that confirms it Dad!”  << using the Daddy key to trigger outrage and homicidal rage.

They  (New Partners) were bent on playing out a crime of passion – Seemed important to them that I be terminated.  I was to be New Partners’ kill prize whereas Mark belonged to GUERTIN.

Why use Nicole PERIARD in 1992 and not his mother Theresa LAVERGNE who sold him in 1979?

Nicole PERIARD was/is a petty criminal (Fraud, ID Thief, child, elderly, handicap abuser, tainting food (poison), etc.).   I will venture Michelle GUERTIN saved her arse a few times.  Michelle GUERTIN was a lawyer.

In addition, GUERTIN would have most likely (covertly) set up NICOLE as means to establish an (illusionary) bond “you owe me”.  You know . . . create a crime lure that your target (PERIARD) can’t resist (a form of entrapment) then come in as the Savior – a recurring tactic with GUERTIN.  In 1992, Nicole was 20-21 years old.

In 1979, Theresa (mother) and Jean-Paul LAVERGNE (step-father) were IN on the father-son cover but that was just to get the boy to believe he had to go with the GUERTIN – their prime intent was not the money, it was to not have him live with them – but money made it so that the FAMILY couldn’t come back on them –

Theresa LAVERGNE would have justified it in her mind that he was going with a rich family, proper, sophisticated .. . gee . . what can go wrong – after all, she was selling him at age 1 day (stopped by George Charles Smith).  As far as they were concerned, I will venture they never expected GUERTIN to enslave him and to be slotted for death in the future.

Mark was not a wanted birth – he was meant to be sold at birth.  He was the product of incest – Theresa (14) with one of her uncle Smith (Louis or Gerald).  To cover it, she told Marcel TREPANIER (16) he was the father, he is not -He is the father of the other two siblings, Michael and Nicole.

From an esoteric perspective, Mark is the sacrificial lamb – The boy lost his virginity to demon hag Michelle GUERTIN who will kill  him later on.  From a satanic ritual sacrificial perspective, time is not an issue even if the sacrifice occurs 40 years later – it was sealed the moment he had sexual intercourse with the demonic hag – it’s very symbolic to have a virgin ejaculate over the fetus “the SON”.   

If the SON is groomed to their liking, he will later on play along, be just like them  . . . AND HE DID – generational decadence.  Think of 1992, the SON was 12-13 . . .  Although younger he believed Mark was his biological father, by 1992, he knew Mark wasn’t his father and he willingly agreed to be bait to tweak TANYA (fiancée) in homicidal rage – – – “Mark!, tell her (Michelle GUERTIN) . ..  that your fucking SON  . . . she should have called him Damien!!”  << The kid “anti-christ” in the movie “The Omen”.

The GUERTIN are satanic, knowledgeable in ritual and beliefs in black magick arts.  Early on, I wrote they carried the stench of Satanism, more precisely GOETIA “lesser keys of Solomon” – Sigils of demonic creatures such as Moloch and many others.   Generational.

When Theresa and Jean-Paul LAVERGNE married, Nicole, 9 and Michael 10 moved with them but Mark stayed behind and lived with his great-grand-father George Charles SMITH, who had saved Mark the infant from being sold shortly after birth.  Great grand-father registered himself as the child’s father and named him – the boy didn’t have a name.  The moment he was a registered birth, the doctors and Old Man LAVERGNE’s network dropped the sale.  The old perv LAVERGNE would come back in the picture once Mark’s protector died.

In early summer 1978, George passed away – this photo was taken the eve of his death, click here.  He passed away in his sleep.  After he passed, someone had to take responsibility for the youth (12), Theresa his mother and Jean-Paul (especially) didn’t want the boy to live with them.  The father of Jean-Paul LAVERGNE which I refer to as “Old Man LAVERGNE” was the point of contact with GUERTIN – same circle / same network.   Old Man LAVERGNE ran a house of incest and pedophilia – Warmly greeted Mark to live with him – After a few weeks of hiding from this pedophile monster,  Mark refused to live with Old Man Lavergne  – that’s the guy with Nazi memorabilia.  That’s the short version.

On 20 January 2019, I knew without a doubt that the son wasn’t Mark’s child. When I started full-time investigation on 2 February 2019, I was under the assumption the family had been  blackmailed in 2017-18 to work in conspiracy with GUERTIN.  

You know . . . something like . . . “We will tell him that you knew it wasn’t his child “the SON” . . .  you should have told him later on in life it wasn’t his kid . . .  now we will use it against you if you don’t cooperate by aiding and abetting.”

That’s the ace card Carmen Chenier, late grand-mother) held over their heads in 2007 – That’s why the family admitted/confessed to the other abuse incidents they had done >> 2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt (family provoked) – Grandmother Chenier in  Contact Treatment Centre  – the family protected GUERTIN and themselves from prosecution (medical professional at two Treatment Centres)  I believe if this would have come out, Mark would not have hesitated/stopped the criminal charges the med staff wanted to pursue on his behalf.

Throughout 2019, I stared / examined this photo for several hours many times – I already knew the circumstances around the snapshot and suddenly the pieces fell in place. This photo was a celebratory point in time – Ten minutes or less before it was taken by Mr. GUERTIN, father of Michelle GUERTIN, an envelope of money was given with a Christmas card.   Then excitedly, Jean-Paul gave the small camera to Mr. GUERTIN and ran to the couch to be in the photo.  Mark told me how he felt trapped as if his life was over . . .  and it hadn’t even started yet.

When I realized what they had done, I immediately sent the photo to a few people via email and told them to hold on to it and why.  Also told them, if something happened to me start there – since they monitored they know who I sent it to.  I believed that this might have been the most incriminating piece of evidence I had ever uploaded in SKYPE – uploaded first time on 22 FEBRUARY 2018  during the crime setup program.

On 22 February 2018, shortly after uploading it, Michelle GUERTIN called and in a rushed tone tried to persuade Mark he needed to go immediately to the hospital.  Then his mother called with the same speech.  I remember thinking . . . yes-s there you go . . . look at them panic . . .  I couldn’t tell Mark about SKYPE and the uploads because he trusted GUERTIN and his mother – Saying anything negative about them would trigger Mark in rage, defending them.

Why did I upload this photo on 22 FEBRUARY 2018?  To have online as much incriminating things I could find as means to get them off the  idea to set me up with a crime.  Uploaded it with a message saying to leave him alone.  She is the pedo-handler since 1979, etc.   I UPLOADED IT BECAUSE THEY WERE IN THE MIDST OF ATTEMPT TO SET ME UP WITH A CRIME, ANY CRIME AS MEANS TO FORCEFULLY HAVE ME REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE.  Once removed, they could have disposed of me by doing an organized a suicide scam “she killed herself in her jail cell” . . . you only need one overnight in jail to do it.

Two days later (24 February) was the start of the Full Force kill Program – This program started  20-30 minutes after uploading a short Q&A audio where I asked Mark why did Michelle GUERTIN want  the shipping bag from Thailand (online clothes purchase).

And about organized suicides?  Gee . . . GUERTIN with frustration and impatience repeatedly demanded that I kill myself (24-27 February 2018) – in a tone that suggested they were entitled / I owed them to kill myself – impatient because that’s  most likely what had been promised by the New Partners (CSIS) for the crime setup (16-23 FEB)  but also during 2016.

When it HIT ME they were together from the START, this scene below is the best analogy to express how I felt – For the next few days (20-23 November 2019), I was stunned / I mentally reviewed EVERYTHING that had puzzled me so far  – It wasn’t in my consciousness until 19 NOVEMBER 2019 that his FAMILY would ever do this – pure evil.

Oh, and please thank, on my behalf, the two OPP officers (Lamarche & Laroche) who came to my house on 17 October 2019.  They were pivotal, my motivation to dig deeper and lo’behold a month later – the investigation opened up.

In early October 2019, I concentrated on all points in time involving the family.  On 17 October 2019, I called police to my house to show / to open up a homicide case file.

The first thing they mentioned was how horrible of me to have waited one month to tell the FAMILY that Mark had passed.

That blew me away . . .  Considering we thought Mark had won a family abuse case . . . why would I contact the abusive family?  Right?

A freemason encouraged me to go see the family and tell them >> 18 January 2019 – Encounter with a Freemason (who thought I didn’t know he was) – He asked “Why did you not let Mark go to her Funerals?”

These two constables perceived me as the family trouble-maker . . . just like in summer 2018 . . . what a perfect false flag.

2018-2019 – Character Assassination – False Flags, Isolation & No Help

On 17 October 2019, while they were in my house, I asked if they knew BOUVIER (CSIS) because the FAMILY knew him . . . The two constables, suddenly stood straight like soldiers in alert, looked above my head and without hesitation in UNISON, said “NO!”  – I felt like telling them:  “At ease gentlemen”.  These guys were not good liars.

Another key moment was when I mentioned the laser shot on 22 January 2018.  The moment I did, immediately without hesitation, one of the constables, replied:  “NO!  IT’S NOT TRUE!”

(that blew me away – again not a good liar)

I replied:  “Oh yes it is!”  He immediately replied:  “No! it’s not!” to which I replied:  “YES! IT IS!”

He gave the impression of being guilty . . . either he was on the job (team of 4 men 22 Jan 2018) or that he knew about the job and perhaps some of the men assigned to the job  >> cops, military moonlighting on these special ops . . . hired mercenaries.

And to top it off . . . One of the constables, said with a wave of hand “In addition to your case . . . you claim to see UFOs” to which I replied:  “Yes, in addition to this case, I do” – What was ironic here, was that I wasn’t telling people about it, I was only documenting (handwritten logs not online because I knew they monitored) . . . How would he know?

Quite interesting that a constable would know this and what’s appalling is that most of these UFO (UAP) sightings (star-like objects that would appear a few seconds after I stepped outside “satellite feed on the property”), were done by New Partners (CSIS) or contracted out to those who did these stunts on behalf of New Partners (CSIS) – that was to promote / in prep for the Secret Space Program lure (12 October 2017 & 9 March 2018).

What a way to discredit someone.

Another key date that opened the investigation big time is 14 MAY 2020

I uncovered that the DIRECTORSHIP of the grab SMITH operation was not GUERTIN but came from an overarching governance body, I’ve come to refer to as New Partners (CSIS).  CSIS is the operational aspects . . . online monitoring technology, boots on the ground, grunts, etc.

BOTTOM LINE

To my knowledge, based on information collected, since Fall 2015, the directorship for the Mark Smith operation was New Partners (CSIS). 

By end of August 2017, a Strategist which would also be known as a Psychological Warfare Specialist was high likely assigned to the project “Mark SMITH Operation”. 

The GUERTIN were high likely coached to follow a script without having access to first hand intel from monitoring source – They were fed whatever needed to be said (intel) to get them to buy in, react and perform accordingly.
