False Flag Operation 1992 – How Michelle Guertin got POWER of ATTORNEY in the first place – Same tactic is used in 2018 during Facebook Cheaters Program

TRIGGER SONG set in 1992 – He is the guy playing the guitar.

**Do you know what I see in that video?  The man is not broken yet – no addictions – mentally sound.  This is the man before his life is turned upside down / destroyed.  It  freaks me out each time I watch the video.  A few weeks later, his sister NICOLE PERIARD will deliver him to demonic MICHELLE GUERTIN – they will break him and institutionalize him all in the name of getting Power of Attorney and legal custodianship.  Pure satanic evil females.

In 1992, Michelle GUERTIN organized to have him be part of the video production – The SON, 12-13 years old at the time, excitedly encouraged him using the Dad key as well as his sister NICOLE PERIARD  – Mark follow your dream, my brother the Rock star,  you look like one Mark.

At the time, Mark was living with Tanya his fiancée.  Against her wishes, he left for Toronto for one week to do the video and spent time with Michelle and Anton (SON).

When he came back home, the fiancée was livid.  He had a CD and played it over and over – Tanya was enraged, they had bad flight while the SON continued to call.  Mark irritated that she despised “Mitch” and resented his SON.**

**In February 2018, Mark was still appalled when recounting how Tanya yelled “Tell her (Michelle), your “f&cking son”, she should have called him Damien!”  <– the little kid from the movie The Omen (The Anti-Christ).

They tweaked Tanya to the point where she reached homicidal rage and eventually put a shotgun in Mark’s face.  That’s when MICHELLE GUERTIN and NICOLE PERIARD RESCUED him – got him out of there – He went to live with NICOLE.

In a few weeks time (1992), the man you see in the video would have his life destroyed, on the verge of suicide.  MICHELLE GUERTIN and his sister NICOLE PERIARD sent him to a mental institution.

MARK TRUSTED THEM with his LIFE thinking they had RESCUED HIM from Tanya – He assigned MICHELLE GUERTIN with Power of Attorney and NICOLE PERIARD as his legal custodian.

AT THE TIME, he was running with the name MARK TREPANIER.  The Power of Attorney was issued under that name.  Until post-2001, baptismal certificates were accepted as legal documents for identification.

AND that’s how Michelle GUERTIN got Power of Attorney and legally assigned NICOLE PERIARD as his legal custodian.

NOW LET’S GO TO 2018 . . .

On 2 February, they convinced him I had online affairs on FACEBOOK. 

By 4 February, he went onto YOUTUBE and started to play this song over and over as he was getting  ready to move out convinced as per MICHELLE and ANTON GUERTIN with NICOLE PERIARD lurking in the background.

He would sing to it between calls with them including his mother and his sister  – This would go on at least 3 to 4 times during the day >> while packing his stuff to move out (9 February 2018)  – – –

As if in another time, he’d sit on the sofa and sing along –  then get out and pack, then talk briefly on the phone and go back to it.  The guy was 52 years old and it was as if he was back with the band – 26 years ago. It was disturbing.

Reliving the emotional resolute of when he was leaving Tanya his fiancée 26 years ago.  In my case, I was surprised he had never told me about this video experience.  This is where I learned what happened in 1992.

This song played in my house for one week – By early evening of 9 Feb. 2018, we were all in agreement, that he was leaving the next morning – arranged with the SON and “Mitch”.

Mark was so enraged with me about FACEBOOK that he threatened to have his sister Nicole Periard come in my house and TAKE WHATEVER she wanted. <– That was an insult to say the least.

**These two pages were uploaded first time to Google Drive late evening 25 or just past midnight on 26 April 2018.  The next day, Michelle and Anton Guertin attempted to grab him at Orleans Shopping Centre.  Nicole Periard gave the signal to his location.

After 2001, baptismal certificates were not considered valid legal documents.

POST-2001 >> Another attempt was tried to incapacitate him  (another RESCUE Operation) – if it had worked Michelle Guertin would have come to his rescue and she would have done the appropriate arrangements to get his birth certificate and renewed Power of Attorney.  But it failed.

RESCUE OPERATION >> To summarize, while taking a shower, his estranged wife Cynthia Rosebush and her son hit him with a metal pipe.  Instead of falling unconscious or calling an ambulance, he left.  If it had succeeded, Michelle Guertin would have rescued him from his estranged wife (organized)**, get his birth certificate and secure POA.

But Mark stayed away from everyone.
Michelle Guertin and his own mother played stupid when he tried to find his birth certificate.

**About the wife Cynthia Rosebush, it was an arranged marriage – Cynthia and Nicole are close friends.

Here’s a real clencher >> Mark arranged to have Michelle meet Cynthia – the ladies would have to make belief they did not know one another.  When in fact, his marriage was organized – Michelle, Cynthia and Nicole in conspiracy – Keep him on a leash – Cynthia was paid – apparently got a substantial sum shortly after they married.

In 2018, Mark was still shocked when he recounted how it went down >> MICHELLE and CYNTHIA Fake Meeting for the First time .

In August 2018, the FAMILY were boasting alliance with a biker group called 81 percenters – boasting that CYNTHIA ROSEBUSH was high in the criminal hierarchy of the biker gang – They were coming for Mark.  BOUVIER (CSIS) used it in frequent intelligence reports to FREAK OUT Mark who would get sick for the rest of the evening.

  From 2001 up to 2007 – he could not find his birth certificate – no help.

During Christmas period 2006, he tried to commit suicide by drinking himself to death – On 15 January 2007 he was found by an acquaintance.  Mark got help at a treatment centre. 

In 2007, Mark finally got a hold of his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and discovered his last name was not TREPANIER, it was SMITH.

9 FEBRUARY 2018 – the trigger song and calls in-between were successful –  HE WAS LEAVING – THEY WERE PICKING HIM UP the next MORNING of 10 FEBRUARY 2018.

But next morning (10th), they cancelled his leave and changed the name of the game >> attempted to use me as Kill BAIT – Why? It would be more efficient and easier  if he left HOME to go directly to JAIL or INSTITUTION.

SO LET’S SAY he would have killed me or seriously injured me . . .

IN 1992, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT ONE DAY, 9/11 would happen and change legislation.
