I struggled on how to start this post . . . should I first write what was going on in the background or should I first write about the sighting and body marking? I’ll start with the latter. These experiences were to serve for what was going on in the background – a means to an end.
LET’S START WITH >> SIGHTING and BODY MARKING
I was just about to go bed when I suddenly had the thought >> “Look now KID!” (a man’s voice, rough). It meant launch ISS LiveCAM app on your Iphone and hurry up you’ll see something. Throughout 2017, I experienced several times “Hurry kid! Look now!” moments and have captured most sightings on video (to be made available at a later time).

I chuckled when the ISS Camera crew cut the feed. At the time, I thought it was extra-terrestrial. I sent greetings and wellness and eventually went to bed. Sure made me smile.
Next day, as I was getting dressed, I immediately noticed a triangular marking on my abdomen.

As an isolated incident, the body marking would not have been sufficient to make a psychological impression, but coupled with the sighting before bedtime it sure did. My first reaction upon seeing it? I was insulted. Branded like an animal.
Today I know >> The marking was done by the illegal Secret Space Program working on behalf of New partners (CSIS) who, by 2016 were the lead strategists in the Mark Smith grab operation – They took over for GUERTIN and their first choice to isolate Smith was by terminating me.

New partners had enough clout to have recourse to the illegal faux-space network. Above GUERTIN’s pay grade. New partners used CSIS for assets and resources – technology and henchmen doing their bidding – just like in the movies when they use intelligence agencies (e.g. CIA) to do covert illegal operations. But this was reality not a movie.
The sightings followed by marking next day were to do a psychological impression.
HERE’S THE QUESTION –
DID THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE MARKING ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SIGHTING CAPTURED ON VIDEO?
OR
DID THE ONES THAT DID THE MARKING PIGGY-BACK ON THE FACT THAT THEY KNEW I TOOK PHOTOS/VIDEO OF THE SIGHTING? (They would know because it was on my IPHONE and it’s online)
IN OTHER WORDS WAS THE SIGHTING DONE BY THOSE WHO DID THE MARKING OR WAS IT LEVERAGED TO MAKE IT SEEM THAT THE ONES DOING THE SIGHTING “LOOK NOW KID!” MOMENT WERE ALSO THE ONES WHO DID THE MARKING?
Since I would have these “Look Now Kid!” moment again and in circumstances not to their advantage, one has to think that the thought-form to look at the ISS Cam LIVE might not have come from the same faction who did the marking.
As it relates to other “Look Now Kid!” moments, the next occurrences were on 5 and 7 July 2017, while I had an epiphany regarding Human Prejudice and how that human weakness could be used against humanity to trick us in an alien false flag invasion. BACK TO 31 MAY 2017 . . .
Let’s say the sighting was done by those who did the marking . . . Now you have to ask yourself >> Who manages / has control over dark fleets (lack of better term)? This is not chump change. I suspect it’s part of the illegal group network that Dr. Steven Greer points to.
THE MARKING WAS A MEANS TO AN END >> an escalation of experiences to eventually play out what I call PLAN A, luring me under guise of a legitimate Secret Space Program << the end as means to remove me, make me disappear so that Mark Smith runs to the GUERTIN as his faux-savior as he has done all his life.
Since Fall 2015, new partners were behind the fabrication of anomalous experiences. Sightings started 6 March 2016. For 2016, I documented 148 sightings.
In MAY 2017, I had no idea they were after Mark Smith and I was the one to be removed as means to get him.
I was experiencing numerous sightings and anomalous experiences. For 2017, I counted 227 sightings. Most of these sightings were star-like objects or close proximity flying spheres which would appear a few seconds after I stepped on the back porch, as if in tune with my thoughts and appearing exactly in the direction I was looking . . . night after night.
Spoiler alert >> they had satellite feed on our property. Easy to fabricate what seemed like synchronicity or in conscious contact (telepathy).
By May 2017, sightings and supernatural like experiences escalated. At the time, I thought it had to do with Connecting Consciousness – After all, we had revived it in Canada and I was the National Country Coordinator.
Why did I go to bed so late on 31 MAY 2017 (3am-ish)?
I had just finalized and sent out the first call letter to Connecting Consciousness (CC) members. It was a big thing because CC Canada had been abruptly closed off on 25 February 2017.
Myself and three other members with the approval of Simon Parkes, re-launched it on 15 MAY 2017 – I became the National Country Coordinator. As I mentioned in prior posts, there were two operations independent from one another. (1) close off CC in North America and (2) Mark Smith Grab Operation (step 1 remove Champagne) – what’s the commonality? Lyn Champagne (me).
In retrospect, what are the odds that I decide to become a member of CC – an organization they were already psy mind-warring –> to divide the group, instill major distrust to close it off in North America (N.A.).
This still gets me >> They succeeded operation (1) Close CC in N.A. but the target (me) in operation (2) Mark Smith Grab ops >> revives / kaboshes operation (1) without knowing it. Totally clueless.
These types of experiences started to escalate in MAY 2017 because . . .
They wanted me to think the sightings and the marking were due to Connecting Consciousness. They hid under the cover of CC “shifting the blame / the cause for these experiences”.
CC was a convenience to maintain secrecy and their invisibility – It had nothing to do with CC – smoke and mirrors.
“She (me) will think she is being singled out by Extra-terrestrials which is why the Secret Space Program want her (me) on their team as a valued asset.” Right.
A psychological coup to play with my perceptions. To get me to believe that I should be part of the Secret Space Program. They should recruit me because >> Look! Look! How the ETs want to make contact with me – I’m an ambassador. Flattery – Inflated ego.
HERE’S THE REAL UNDERLYING REASON WHY THEY WERE DOING THESE EXPERIENCES
Keep in mind, this was part of the Mark Smith Operation – The first option was to make me disappear, this is what it was all about.
WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE BACKGROUND . . .
By mid-MAY 2017, they had finally reeled in Nicole PERIARD to agree to play out the same routine as they (GUERTIN) did in 1992. They needed her to re-assume her role as family contact, as legal care-giver which was set up in 1992 with Michelle GUERTIN as Power of Attorney over his life.
The plan was to have the SON come in Mark’s life to foster father-son trust bond – To reach the point >> “My son is my best friend, my child, my son the doctor. By mid-October 2017, Mark was confiding in the SON. My son loves me and wants me in his life.”
Once that was reached, then they would lure me under guise of legitimate Secret Space Program – that was their ultimate PLAN A as means to make me disappear.
The SON started to call by mid-July 2017.
They played out PLAN A “Lure under guise of SSP” on 12 October 2017.
So it took from July to mid-October to gain father-son trust bond which meant once I disappeared (lured), Mark would be in shock and would immediately seek help, assistance and emotional support from the SON and Michelle GUERTIN. Job done.
On 12 October 2017, the individual tasked to reel me in, failed. PLAN A FAILED. They went in disorganized mode . . . no immediate plan B. That’s how sure they were of themselves.
They tried the SSP scam again in early March 2018 – this time they were upfront in the most flattering manner, asking me to join the Secret Space Program. I refused to join anything.
How do I know Nicole PERIARD was on-board by 31 MAY 2017?
The Nicole PERIARD operation (get her on-board) was ongoing since early winter 2017. It made her sick, she dreaded calls from Michelle GUERTIN and those unexpected visits from CSIS agents were a nightmare. In addition, when you called them, you were told their phone lines were tapped by CSIS because of Nicole PERIARD.
In early MAY 2017, PERIARD thought she was giving CSIS the >> 13 JULY 2014 email to CSIS as if they had never seen it before. When in fact, they used what was in the email as means to freak her out. Once she gave them a copy, they told her something like “aha! Lyn Champagne is the reason for your problems”
How do I know she thought CSIS was seeing the email for the first time?
After she gave a copy of the email, she called our house and told us that I was in serious trouble with CSIS. To which I replied, tell your CSIS contact to call me. Of course, they never did.
That was the point so they can claim >> I was the problem in her life, I was the one who got them on her tail. She must have been relieved and emotionally dazzled “in a state of euphoria” when they became her friends – everyone was now on her side. Now she would do what they expected of her.
So the experience of 31 MAY 2017 was in psychological preparation for October 2017 PLAN A “lure under guise of SSP”.
Now imagine the clout and circle of influence of new partners to be able to pull this off.
Also try to imagine, the high financial stake running over Mark Smith’s head. All the time, effort and resources they spent – Obviously, whatever was riding over his head was illegal operations . . . if you have to hide under an innocent’s name, it’s illegal operations . . . . weapons? drugs? human trafficking? prostitution ring? pedophilia ring? money laundering? And since the GUERTIN have no qualms of doing crimes against humanity, I will venture that the illegal operations are of the same nature.
So all to say that by MAY 2017, Nicole PERIARD was on-board to replay “Isolate/grab Mark” and this time, as means to isolate him she was in agreement that I be physically removed via crime setup and death. Without the new partners (CSIS), who came in and took over by Fall 2015, GUERTIN and family were unable to remove me via breakups.
They tried from September 2009 up until mid-July 2014 when I stopped them in their tracks by sending the email on 13 JULY 2014 that listed the past crimes committed by PERIARD. Unfortunately, the recipient didn’t keep the email confidential and it went viral overnight.
New partners (CSIS) were bent on terminating me. Keep in mind, I have been targeted since childhood. I suspect it started with my father.
They tried covertly in 2016 “without getting hands dirty” via suicide programs. It failed. Which led to new plan in 2017 as means to isolate Mark Smith. So the sighting and marking were in preparation once the SON had achieved trust level, then use the SSP lure.
Oh, and remember I said, it escalated? There are more experiences and sightings up until 12 October 2017 (PLAN A “lure under guise of SSP”).
31 MAY 2017 experience was just one of them.
Now imagine all the people who think they are in contact with ETs when in reality it’s man-made.
