On 8 July 2017, I presented  a paper about human prejudice & ET false flag invasion psyop  – One person attended and they eavesdropped.

• Online COM monitoring was detected as early as Fall 2015.

After 8 July, the energy was bad like a constant feeling of doom & gloom –  Heaviness. Dark.

In mid-February 2015, I’d experienced the same heaviness and I would experience it again on 26 August 2017, an important time marker because from that point forward, the energy stayed.  I would mark this date as the day the Directorship of Ops, the Strategist came in full-time.

• At the time, I thought I was targeted because I was Country Coordinator for Connecting Consciousness (CC) in Canada.
  .
• Why did I think it was due to CC?  New Partners (CSIS), which I didn’t know existed at the time, were using the same tactics and neuro-technologies that had been used in 2016 on key CC people to create fear, division and closure in USA and Canada (25 February 2017).

The point here is that we pushed to revive it in Canada. It came back live 15 May 2017.  I was the newcomer who hadn’t fallen for it. The monsters were humans.

• 15 MAY 2017 – A “Look Now!” moment –  video montage >> 20170515_0300-Look-Now-DAY-ONE-CC.CANADA is put back on the map.mp4.  Here’s winking back at you.  It inspired me –> “I love you Terra – We are on the right track.  I’m where I’m suppose to be.”  In this short video, at the end the screen goes grey, they cut the feed.

They listened to all our online conversations which made it easy to fabricate the right thing at the right time to plant false perceptions in the target –> living in a false reality.

They used Connecting Consciousness as a distractor (reason for targeting) when in reality it was the Mark SMITH operation.

27 FEBRUARY 2018 is the day I realized they were after him – Their first choice to get him was by incapacitating me.  They wanted both of us gone.

The ones who targeted CC and those who targeted me had access to the same technologies and practiced the same tactics.

I would think there’s a very short list of people or agencies with unlimited access to these technologies.

MY MINDSET WAS:

“If they are retaliating (targeting me) then it matters, I’m doing the right things, I ‘m where I’m suppose to be.”

I was motivated.

Global initiative –> FOCUS ON EARTH

By 10-11 July 2017, I started to create a global initiative “Focus on Earth”.

Then by 11-13th, we had dangerous car problems.  Mark and I believed it was organized – Luckily, we were getting on the highway when everything stopped. 

• Out of the blue, major mechanical and computer failures, no brakes and unable to use the steering wheel.  We were meant to have a fatal car accident.

WAS IT PROVOKED?  WE BOTH STRONGLY SUSPECTED IT WAS.   SMITH HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS UP TO. HE ONLY KNEW THAT I WAS COUNTRY COORDINATOR FOR AN ORGANIZATION CALLED CONNECTING CONSCIOUSNESS.

About “Focus on Earth”

This global initiative would put Connecting Consciousness back on the map in North America (Canada and USA).  I would share it with international CC chapters and it would branch out world-wide.

We would leverage the 11:11 phenomenon.

Remove the woo-woo that so many have associated to 11:11.

Each time we would see 11:11, we would focus on Earth as a whole, its varied lifeforms including the humans and we would send gratitude, appreciation, love, care and compassion.

We introduced the concept that it is 11:11. 24 times a day “you see the clock?  it reads 2:11 or 7:11? Then strike a pose and focus on Earth because in another time zone, it’s 11:11 and someone is also focused on Earth”.   Using a quantum approach.

Although I started creating it in mid-July, it was finalized by 18 September 2017 in time for the equinox on 21st.

Why did it take so long?

• Because by 2 August 2017, I was compelled to stop and start creating “Focus on WATER”  –> To be launched on 21 AUGUST 2017 in time for North American Eclipse – I had three weeks to do it.

• What I didn’t know at the time –> Two promoters of (fake) Secret Space Program, Corey Goode and a guy named Cobra,  had scheduled a global initiative to occur during the eclipse.
  .
  Their theme was to have people focus one’s emotions (intent) on the moon and ask for ETs to come and help humanity to save us.
  .
  Yes-s you do that (shame on you) . . . To get people emotionally twisted, yearning to be saved.  What a waste of time and energy.  woo-woo deceivers –>> Secret Space Posers (SSP).
  .

At the end of day, the greatest threat to this planet and humanity is thinking someone (else) will save u and fix things (rainbows & unicorns).

Good news is the Focus on Water initiative went viral.  It reached close to 120,000 people worldwide mostly in the USA (how about that).  People chose our initiative over the (fake) SSP people (Goode and Cobra).  It branched outside of Connecting Consciousness.

• “Focus on Earth” was launched world-wide a month later on 21 September 2017.  It went viral because “Focus on Water” had attracted a large following.

. . . WORKING on “Focus on Earth”

On 17 JULY 2017, I was tired,  felt unsupported & alone.

I’d been fighting the bad energy which by now had been  over looming for over a week. I had  worked most of the day on “Focus on Earth”.

It felt like riding a bike against the wind.

That evening, I took a break and started to draw.  In my drawing, at one point, just after erasing, I faintly could see two figures on the paper, I simply traced them in – Once done, in my thought, loud and clear I heard .’KA.“.  Instantaneously, I felt a greeting of wellness, strength, loyalty- a thought-emotion package.

Then out of the blue, in mind >> ““Kid, you are not alone, look now.”

With a sense of urgency, I launched the ISS LiveCAM app  >> 20170717-LookNowKid.mp4  << left side, object near Earth, going down.

After this incident, the over looming energy no longer affected me. 

 

By this time, the SON started to call once, at most twice a week – creeping in slowly.  His job was to foster father-son bond.   Once in a while, Michelle GUERTIN would come on the line. She played the defensive one protecting SMITH.  She claimed to be an Acting Director at CSIS.

When she tried to question who I was, I told her to go to Security Screening Unit at CSIS, they had a file on me because I used to have Above Top Secret clearance.  hehe . . . I even tried to follow up with her to find out if she had done it.  She avoided the question.  I pressed to meet.  They avoided me.

• For the SON –> His calls were very short . . . more like “just touching base” but I can’t talk.  His back story –> Just moved to Montreal, wife and baby boy – Very busy getting settled. New job –> Forensic doctor morgue.  That was his story.

Interestingly, the SON started to call few days after the failed car accident. I’m just saying.

AFTER 26 AUGUST 2017, the SON was calling every day. Director of Ops hard at work, coaching the SON on how to foster a father-son trust bond with SMITH, an emotional dependency and full trust. Getting ready for PLAN A my removal (12 Oct 2017).

Michelle GUERTIN had cancer surgery and was away convalescing until new year (2018).  Faking cancer.  Gee, PERIARD faked cancer often and they dished out a fake cancer diagnosis on SMITH to trick him to agree to go to a palliative centre where he was killed four days later. Faking cancer, right.

BACK to 17 JULY 2017 . . .

After the sighting (ISS Live CAM), the bad energy no longer affected me.  I felt supported.  Inspired.

I felt we had unseen allies . . . After all, who was putting thought in my mind to “Look now! Hurry Kid” and launch ISS Live CAM, you’ll see something . . and sure enough I did each time.

• I doubt it was New Partners (CSIS).  Why encourage me?  Why give moral support?  Definitively not them. And the same goes with the yellow flying orbs, it was not them.
  .
  Whoever they were, they also had access to neuro-technology.

26 JULY 2017 

I wasn’t stopping, I was on a mission.  I started to involve people.  We  often had work meetings on SKYPE.

It must have bothered them (Director of Ops, New Partners CSIS), perhaps it was our enthusiasm because they had a message for me.

Message was delivered via Mark through a STAGED managed lucid dream.  They projected an ET called THOR who had a message for me.

ABOUT THOR  –>  Since April 2017, the THOR ET character would appear in STAGED MANAGED DREAMS only with Mark. There was an escalation here, a series of Staged dreams.  I have documented them.

Discovery on 9 NOV 2017 –> The ET projection was manned by someone using technology. Man-made.

On 26 JULY 2017, THOR told Mark to tell me . . . It went something like this:

• “Thor said to tell you that what you are doing is a waste of time.  We just let you think you will make a difference *snicker*  we let you play . . . *all of you* . . .  but at the end of the day, it won’t matter  “snicker” . . . oh and-a . . . the watchers are coming”

Mark delivered the message with attitude, most likely imitating THOR.  Mark had no knowledge of what I was doing (e.g. Focus on Earth).

To which I replied . . . . (they heard since they monitored in-house as well as online):

• “Oh yeah? Tell THOR that for an ET, he sounds just like a low-life human thug.
  .
  Hey THOR!  If I see you I will grab you by your scrawny neck shake some sense in you – Fvck you Thor.”

At the time, I didn’t know it was technology, that someone, a human was manning / directing these dreams.   As far as I knew, THOR was a tall grey.

ET or not, I didn’t care, not afraid – a low life is a low life.  But I found it odd that a grey would have such a low consciousness.  (hahaha it was a human all along).

• About comment “Watchers are coming” –> Well . . . Satanic oppressors “psychopaths”  tend to announce ahead of time and most often it is cryptic.
  .
  I’ve concluded they were announcing that they would be MONITORING in real-time in near future with a strategist onboard full time to direct the operation.
  .
• I’ve marked 26 AUGUST 2017 as the day the Strategist came on-board full time.
  .
  After 26 AUGUST 2017, Michelle GUERTIN, the Acting CSIS Director, claimed to have come out of emergency cancer surgery and would be away until January 2018.
  .
• THE SON started to call daily, getting cozier, more personal, high likely coached by the new Directorship who monitored and could then guide the SON based on Intel and more.

BACK TO THOR . . .

Mark was offended that I had bad-mouthed THOR.  From that point forward, for many months, Mark no longer experienced STAGED dreams with this character.

It was my fault his friend THOR no longer visited. He silently resented me for it.

Ah! but THOR would return on 9 November 2017  . . . . now folks, keep in mind, that THOR was a projection manned by a human.

In case you are wondering how did I reach that conclusion?

• Mark’s staged dream on 9 November 2017 was based on SKYPE chats from 6 NOV, three days earlier.  They combined it with a scene from a docu-presentation I did in early October 2017.
  .
• I remember voicing >>”Gee Thor . . . you used my online material for inspiration?”
  .
  That’s when I realized THOR wasn’t an ET after all  . . . it was a goddam projection with a low-life human manning the script “the human behind the curtain”.  I had called it right on 26 JULY 2017 when I said it was behaving like a human thug.

Mark knew nothing about my SKYPE chats or uploads but the monitoring station “the strategist” sure did.

THEY HAD ACCESS TO ADVANCED PSY TECHNOLOGY TO EFFECT STAGED MANAGED DREAMS. 

If you think this is sci-fi, you would be wrong >> Scientists Successfully Communicate With Lucid Dreamers While They Are Dreaming

• WITH THAT TECHNOLOGY, THEY CAN PROJECT ANY CHARACTER THEY WANT – THEY CAN EVEN USE YOUR PROJECTION IN A STAGED DREAM TO FREAK OUT THE DREAMER – MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A MONSTER / PREDATOR / SEDUCER.  QUITE THE SETUP ISN’T IT?
  .
• THEY CAN PROJECT EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL SPECIES.  NOW THINK OF ALL THE TIMES, YOU HAVE HEARD PEOPLE WARNING OTHERS OF SHADOW PEOPLE, REPTILIANS AND BAD GREYS IN LUCID DREAMS.
  .
• NOW THINK OF THE PEOPLE IN THE NEW AGE AND UFO COMMUNITIES WHO SWEAR THEY HAD A LUCID DREAM WITH THESE BEINGS.  KEEP IN MIND MOST STAGED DREAMS AND ABDUCTIONS ARE MAN-MADE.

AFTER 26 JULY 2017 . . .

As I mentioned above, I started FOCUS on WATER – It went viral on 21 AUGUST 2017.  It superseded the (fake) SSP initiative also set for that day.

Five days later, 26 AUGUST 2017, a big change was detected.  A BLANKET OF DOOM & GLOOM. The watchers had arrived. 

I’ve marked this date as the day the strategist came in full-time to direct the operation – First step, send Michelle GUERTIN in the background and start coaching the SON.

THE STRATEGIST  MADE QUITE AN ENTRANCE
ON 26 AUGUST 2017.
WANTED ME TO KNOW HE/THEY HAD ARRIVED.
 PURE EVIL.

ON 22 JANUARY 2018, I knew they wanted to kill me but I thought it was because of who I was.  Day before (21st), I uploaded info regarding 14 SEPTEMBER 2016, the day their suicide program became permanently ineffective on me.

• Few days earlier, on 17 JANUARY 2018, mid-evening, I switched (poof) from victim mentality to no fear – no longer emotionally entangled, I C U.
  .
• The moment I switched, I made sure they knew . . . next day (18th), they quieted down.  I thought “there you go it’s finished, they’ve stopped.”
  .
  In retrospect, they most likely stopped calling because New Partners (CSIS) told them to as they would organize the laser shot operation (22 JAN 2018).
  .
  Nicole PERIARD stopped calling with the baby she was grooming to most likely perform at my funerary services . . . that’s how sure they were when Michelle GUERTIN re-appeared on the scene 6-7 JANUARY 2018.

• 15 JAN 2024 >> 15-17 January 2018 – First Journal Entry about the GUERTIN – Day 7 with Psychopaths from Hell – A living nightmare | On 17th, I changed/turned – No Longer Victim Mindset – I C U

27 FEBRUARY 2018 is the day, I knew they also wanted this guy.  As for why?  At the time, I thought it was for the (fake) inheritance.   It just didn’t make sense.  The guy was moving out next day (28th, all packed and ready to go.
