For past few months, I’ve been writing about this.  They have the capability to target you based on your DNA – create bio weaponry targeting specific genes you carry.  Now imagine WEF’s future vision of implanting you with a DNA+Digital Identification (WEF Video) – Imagine what they could do . . . when you don’t comply/behave – perhaps incite suicidal thoughts – perhaps trigger  that MAOA “warrior gene” >> go on a killing spree.  Or how about that hereditary family gene for cancer – – This is not science fiction.  This is reality.

If the GUERTIN and New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP would have had that technology and our DNA, trust me . . . they would have used this technology against Mark Smith and me.  However, in some instances I wonder if they didn’t have Mark’s DNA Signature (time periods before GUERTIN came at forefront >> 15 Feb 2015, 21 June 2016, 22-24-26 July 2016, 26 AUG 2017**, 11 Sep 2017).

26 August 2017 became the date I officially marked as New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP came in permanently to “direct” the Mark Smith Operation -> this was as if a switch turned on and Mark became an ogre just as we were watching a movie and the scene playing was demonic creatures exuding out of human being (movie scene) .  26 August 2017 – The Day they came in – blanket of doom | A year (2016) before, a special day – It unnerved so much that I went outside and stood stationary in the dark (in the forest) frozen on the spot for close to a hour mumbling:  “It’s here . . . it’s arrived . . . it’s here, it’s arrived” <-– what was here? >> satanic demonic energy which I would come to call “Human Satanic Intelligence” <- New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP.

In mid-February 2018, after discovering they were going to set me up with a serious drug crime using a shipping bag I’d received from Thailand – I realized they could use my prints and DNA found on that bag.  At that point, I realized how easy it was to get someone’s DNA.

Guess . . . . HINT >>>  DO YOU PUT YOUR RECYCLABLES at the end of the road at night?  I don’t anymore.  I put it out just before the recycling truck comes.  If I wanted your DNA, I would pick items from your recycling bin.  THINK ABOUT THIS. 

After February 2018, I NEVER EVER again put my recyclables at the end of the road overnight.

WHY DID I PUBLISH THIS THE FIRST TIME ON 25 AUGUST 2020?

It had nothing to do with the C19 pandemic and forced injections.

On 25 August 2020, I uploaded what follows because the GUERTIN use the medical intertwined with legality.  For example,   Court orders for forced hospitalization – They do organized medical crimes – experienced. Psychiatry is one of their strong signatures.

In 1992, Mark Smith was psychologically re-arranged.  I strongly suspect this was to establish a permanent legal medical hook (for life) – the legalized point of enslavement – legally marked as dangerous with multiple personality disorder.

Institutionalizing him in 1992 was high likely for that purpose. He believed they were his saviors, he willingly assigned Power of Attorney to Michelle GUERTIN”mother of the SON”  and at her recommendations, she appointed Nicole PERIARD as his  legal  care-giver.

One has to wonder what did she do after she had Power of Attorney.

The first hook with the GUERTIN was in 1979 when his parents sold him  – The first point of contact with GUERTIN was old man Lavergne (future estate-fake inheritance) – They  made the youth (13) believed he had impregnated Michelle GUERTIN (25).  “Go now with your new family- you are the father”.

But the first hook using medical was in 1965.  Mark was born 12 September 1965 – Old man Lavergne in the picture at the time.

The day he was born, the physician offered $10-15K to the young mother (14) for the one day old infant – it was counteracted by his great grand-father who registered himself as father behind the backs of doctors – covertly and in haste “fear of getting caught“. 

The infant had no name, he called him Mark “on the fly” hiding as he completed the birth registration form (probably in the washroom).  Birth registration canceled the child from being sold  – In child trafficking, unregistered births are the most at risk because the child doesn’t exist legally.

Today, what’s  ironic as I write this (24 July 2022) is that the pandemic and medical coercion “forced injections” and restrictions and mandates    >>  contravene the Nuremberg code globally.  Medical authority with diabolical agenda indeed.

The GUERTIN and New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP carry the signature of eugenics, nazism, fascism and satanism. 

We were human animals to them – when counteracting them they amplified cruelty, as sort of punishment, brutal coercion, intimation “I will squash you for your insolence” as if entitled  . . . and while this was going on, they electronically eavesdropped (in-house voice outs, online, gps, eye in the sky (sat)).  Pure evil. 

They reached levels of crimes against humanity and we were just two victims.

They tried very hard to eliminate me and failed. Mark Smith was killed on medical territory (their lair for crimes – they do medical crimes as well as use the legal system such as crime setups and forging arrest warrants for incarceration). 

By mid-January 2018, I realized if I didn’t start recording and annotating I would never be able to show what they were doing.

On 13 February 2018,  I told them I recorded (by uploading recordings in skype) and also told them I knew they electronically monitored.  They took a step back – I thought they had understood and would stop.

Instead, they covertly started to plan how to frame me for a crime in order to remove me from home – they would have faked arrest and most likely bring me to a compound to torture, rape and eventually kill me.  Why?  well that’s what they said they would do from 10-13 February 2018 which was why I told them I recorded (Skype uploaded).

THEY WERE HEARTLESS and CRUEL as they heard the suffering  – Since they could hear in-house, they would increase by calling sporadically to fuel misinformation with drama >> LEVERAGING SUFFERING TO INCREASE CHANCES THAT HE WOULD BASH ME IN – INSTEAD OF BASHING ME, HE REPEATEDLY WOULD FALL TO THE GROUND IN FULL SEIZURE (11 times)  WHICH EVENTUALLY CHANGED TO RETCHING, GAGGING AND URINATING/DEFECATING ON SELF WITH CONVULSIONS.

On 26 April 2018, they discovered (via e-monitoring) that I was organized and was putting together a list of recordings and notes – they tried to kidnap him 4 times (26, 28, 30 April and 7 May 2018) – The 28th April attempt was done in conspiracy with a physician at the urgent care centre in Orleans, Ontario (following GUERTIN’s orders, his sister Nicole PERIARD aiding and abetting) – For details, please read:

IMAGINE for a moment >> not being able to trust the Provincial Health System . . .

In December 2009, they (GUERTIN) accessed my health records in the provincial health database and leverage test results of the false diagnosis of 2003 – they forged a letter using my former physician’s signature.  The letter dated 18 December 2009 stated that my physician and I had met a few days before.  She was informing me she could no longer be my physician because I refused to follow treatment for my condition  we had discussed (few days prior).  She was URGING me to find a new physician.

ONE PROBLEM >> I did not have a provincial health card – it had expired in July 2008 and I hadn’t renewed it  so I could not have met with a physician even if I had wanted to.

They were urging me to believe the false diagnosis based on test results (RECORDED in the Provincial Health Database) – What it didn’t specify is that the test results were false positive – > in fact were used in 2003-04 to make me believe I had 18 months to live.

The purpose of GUERTIN to forge the letter was to have me get a physician who would leverage the false test results – medical manipulation – get me sick with wrong meds and die off.

I DIDN’T FALL FOR IT.  I DIDN’T RENEW MY PROVINCIAL HEALTH CARD UNTIL SUMMER 2021 when I was going to get my first injection.  Then I realized that the GUERTIN would leverage / know.  Putting me in a vulnerable medical position for next shots.

In Spring 2022, I removed myself from the Provincial Health Database.  I was expected Service Ontario to give me a hard time but they didn’t – Just nod and smile and say you don’t need it – let the clerk make her own assumption and just agree with her – it worked.

I AM NOT IN THE SYSTEM BECAUSE THE GUERTIN WILL HACK MY MEDICAL RECORDS IF NEW ENTRIES APPEAR.

In mid-April 2018, Michelle GUERTIN openly complained she couldn’t find my medical records – any medical files on me  – she was frustrated, venting . . . . incredible.   Now what was she planning to do?  In mid-April 2018, she was acting as if entitled to this information.  Of course, in 2018 I wasn’t in the system since July 2008 – After their forged letter scam in 2009, my intuition strongly said Do Not Renew – Danger.  I was right.

SO I HAVE NO MEDICAL COVERAGE VIA THE CANADIAN MEDICAL SYSTEM.  I DON’T EXIST IN THEIR MEDICAL DATABASE – The RISK IS TOO HIGH – their system is not secure and a danger to my life.
