By 27 August 2018, Mark couldn’t take them anymore – He asked I take over on his behalf – deal with these people including Bouvier until share came in – take the lead Babe.

Mark while moaning in bed, says: “I should have charged those fuckers while I was in treatment . . . They haven’t changed“  **

**He was referring to the time he was in treatment (Elliot Lake)  – in 2007, he was saved from suicide (started Christmas 2006) – On 15 January 2007,  someone called 911 – he was intentionally dying from alcohol poisoning.

 Mark suicide 2007 – Grandmother Contact with Med Counselors – 2007 Family Abuse Charges – Grandmother kept Family in Line and GUERTIN away – When she died, we lost protection

Imagine the things we didn’t know in August 2018.  Like the family  conspiracy since 1979 with Guertin “false father-son cover”.  It wasn’t his son. **

Via Skype, I announced my intentions with recording material.  It showed 2018 abuse from GUERTIN – I hadn’t yet pulled out recordings (End April-May-August 2018) which showed family abuse and conspiracy “in on it all along” – I did in early 2019 which warranted stalkings and more.

Here’s the document I was referring to SUMMARY of EVENTS (date-stamped 14 May 2018).  It was the Summary cover document to List of Recordings (22 May 2018) – these documents are valid today as they were then.

In May 2018, my intention was to submit these documents to the court > second court appearance (9 June 2018) to the 23 April 2018 assault charges – On 9 June 2018, the 5-year jail sentence looming since court 9 May 2018 was reduced to one year probation and $100 fine.

The Summary of Events:

• Elaborates on monitoring detected since October 2017 and elaboration on the escalation that led to the destruction of our relationship.

• How it was achieved through psychological and emotional manipulation from Guertin duo and Terrence Lepage.

• How these individuals were privy to personal conversations and communications.

• How their psychopathic behavior was SATANIC reaching levels of cruelty, chaos and destruction (at scale >> crime against humanity).

• In my police video statement of 23 April 2018, I mentioned a few times they were satanic – even defined the term “satanic”.

Mark was unaware I communicated with them using SKYPE.  He didn’t believe they were monitoring – not putting 1 + 1 together ->  As per Louis Guertin on 4 July 2018  > > my writings on the computer had triggered the son to commit suicide << that’s monitoring.**

**In 2020 (as per continued investigation), I realized electronic monitoring most likely started as early as July 2016 (e.g. Google Drive, Skype, Zoom, Emails, WhatApps, etc.) – confirmed on 26 October 2017 with fly-overs in line with online communications (e.g. timed >> 20-25 minutes after any emails or chats)

By 2021, throughout further investigation, I strongly believe monitoring began in late 2015.

By mid-evening, he was sick.

After this episode, I told him I never deleted the recording material.

After he settled on the sofa, I pulled out the 22 May 2018 List of Recordings and started to review, improve and insert late April recordings.  I was organized.**

**If we were going to push abuse charges, the list of recordings (Jan-Apr 2018) would support the 23 April 2018 police video statement they had falsified on 9 May 2018. The kid was dead but MICHELLE GUERTIN was alive.

It was a list of date-stamped full-length recordings and description – .mp3 clips were not yet extracted.  I hadn’t examined / delved yet into the material other than, in late June 2018, begin 24-27  February which had tripped the son’s fake suicide on 2 July 2018.**

**I didn’t include recordings beyond April 2018 nor alluded having any further recording material.  Recordings after April (May-August 2018) were never uploaded to a network – they’ve been kept local.

Later recordings showed family conspiracy – The latter would be examined / brought out in Spring 2019 – to this day, only .mp3 extracts from full-lengths have been uploaded.

On the 29th, the moment I started to work (10pm-ish), I knew not to stop until it was done.  I could feel them breathing down my neck – oppressive, sense of danger.  Mark retired to his bed by 1am.

30 AUGUST 2018

I worked non stop – the last SAVE was at 03:57 am.  I was done (except I forgot to change the footer date – still read 22 May 2018) >> 2.LIST-RECORDINGS-30-AUG-2018.asd.docx.**

**I’ve never returned to change it – the file is date stamped 30 Aug 2018 @ 03:57am – immortalized because of what happened next within few minutes.  Here are the last entries done before 03:57am >> click here.

Mark was sound asleep but within minutes, all hell broke loose in the house. Suddenly, he woke up and rushed downstairs.  He swore he heard intimate talk laughing flirtatiously teasing and rustling of clothes.  He was so sure of what he heard that he searched inside and outside for the next 20-25 minutes.

That messed him up, he was sick from 5 to 6am.

It was unnatural man-made  – to coincidental that it should happen moments after doing entries for 22 APRIL 2018 that dealt with the point in time when I recited LATIN VERSES laced with EXORCISM passages until 1-2am on 23 APRIL 2018 <– the day I had to call 911.

I saved for the last time >> within minutes, they were able to project a whole scene – sufficiently convincing to wake him up from sound sleep and search the house inside and outside – CONVINCED there were people with me.

I was downstairs it was quiet – I didn’t hear what they projected – Was this some sort of auditory staged managed dream or hallucination while sleeping?.

After he rushed downstairs,  he ignored me and ran outside to catch the people he heard in the house – I started recording.

When he came down, he was in top shape, enraged and totally convinced– a fast-paced step as he exited, decisive and pumped up – he would catch them (imaginary people).   He stayed outside for 30 minutes. . [1]

Then came back inside to announce he was leaving – going to Cornwall Island.

He shut himself in the mudroom and laid down on the ground.

At the time, I was very confused as to what had just happened – The last entry was 22 April 2018 (about exorcism and latin poem) then SAVE – – – and he wakes up convinced there’s  people in the house . . .

I left him there and I went to bed with an ear on him – Sure enough, he began to be sick.

By now it was pass 5:30am – They sat back e-listening to the chaos, turmoil, sickness and suffering – I’m sure it brought smiles to their ugly faces – fuck you satanic ones.  No care for human, their own kind – reveling in the suffering, mocking us.

I helped him to bed.

[1] It is only in Interview 057 we learn he had a lucid auditory hallucination  >> a party in the house.  He could hear the laughing and intimate mood.  In interview 056 he will be very sick (gagging & vomiting) back to being shaky, weak, danger of falling.

On 30 August 2018 – Mark felt he had to do a Will –  It would be the content of the Will Mark asked Bouvier to prepare.

THERE WAS NO INHERITANCE – IT WAS A DANGLING CARROT SINCE FALL 2012 by FAMILY AND GUERTIN and continued with BOUVIER (CSIS)  that’s how they were able to KEEP HIM HANGING ONTO THEM.

On 30-31 August 2018 >>  Inner pressure, we had to press charges against the FAMILY and MICHELLE GUERTIN <— they heard everything – – – We had a big problem >> They were one step ahead of us (Intel monitoring and in position of authority)  – – – I didn’t know who but more so HOW to contact and sound credible ->> the moment I would contact anyone they would know and close it off.  No one would touch us with a 10-feet pole.  Way ahead of us.

For instance, would OPP listen? I hesitated to approach them.**

After all, my 23 April 2018 video statement had been covered with a false written statement – Then I thought of 18 August 2018 when I was shrugged off as a troublemaker to the family – no help.

OPP would not have helped and unfortunately one could not go directly to RCMP . . . I actually tried – there is a command order – – – OPP first.  That was a great barrier “firewall”.

**About OPP LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT in this case – In conclusion . . . From a criminal intelligence perspective > How do you wish the OPP to behave? 

We were profiled as erratic irrationals criminals troublemakers – abounding in perversion and criminality – we were character assassinated with local law enforcement.

If the OPP believed it, it meant Intel information came from a known intelligence source.

Among other things, OPP was ensnared in cover-up of 23 April 2018 false written statement – entrapped not enticed – not initially part of it – after – entrapment is  tricked.

Here’s what I means:

Police officers are not going to side – be in conspiracy with criminals or ride dirty on a false story-line to pursue a criminal hidden agenda. 

OPP were fed what was needed in order to get desired behavior in line of command and final outcome.  By time, it’s known, it’s too late – keep your mouth shut because even if one tried, he/she would be closed down.  No point losing employment when it won’t even make an impact.  Shut up.

Unless people unite.  So simple – part of humanity’s future evolution and saving grace – united we are strong <– universal state / natural law / common sense.

And anti-dote to divide** and conquer.  Keeping us weak and prejudice, unwell,  emotional tormented mind  “dis-ease”.

**The “divide” was achieved via disinformation tailored to fit each party (Mark, me, OPP, family, Guertin, etc.) so that the party or target in question does what they wanted them to do to achieve desired reaction to action – each party is playing on a different DISINFO reality stream – And is the conquering.

“quite the puppetry artform -< manipulating several parties/targets simultaneously to create a whole reality move an operation” 

With such psy ops experience >> One would have to check one’s ego for demi-urge complex, hm?  What an art when the grand master exudes the qualities of a full-fledged satanist.

. . . . Time was running out – Pressing charges on my mind 24/7 (like a puzzle – I couldn’t find a way – Monitored COM and satellite intel on location even when phone closed/left behind.

Days were slipping by, I was losing momentum and they knew it “24/7 monitored”.

That’s where we stood in early September 2018.
