GUERTIN revolves around the medical world – Medical Crimes – A strong signature and their killing ground.  Nicole PERIARD (Mark’s sister) also revolves around medical crimes  – an accessory, aiding and abetting.  Also has the poison & tainting food signature – will make you have to go to hospital >> many will attest to it – known cases.

1992-93 – POA Acquisition – They (Guertin & Periard) brought Mark on brink of suicide then rescued him – sent away to a mental hospital and for his “imaginary” safety, he assigned Power of Attorney to Michelle GUERTIN and legal custodian ship to Nicole Periard.

18 December 2009 – NEEDED me in the MEDICAL health system – forged letter URGING me to see a physician for an imaginary condition  – failed

Early on, they tried to get me out of his life when they realized I was not a manipulative female in relationships >> 2009-2010 Welcome to the Family – Get rid of her – can’t influence her to be an enslaving female like us – she protects him – she’ll find out soon enough about the abuse – I did.

30 October 2010 – Carmen Chenier, grandmother dies – we LOST PROTECTION against Family and GUERTIN – Guertin could not come in the picture until Carmen Chenier passed away – She died of stomach cancer.

Mark attempt suicide 2007 – Grandmother Contact with Psychiatric Professionals (case file) -> 2007 Pending Abuse Charges against Family – “Carmen Golden Card” >> 1979 false fatherhood – kept Family under control & Guertin away – RIP 30 Oct 2010 – Mark lost protection

2011-2012 – Jean-Paul Lavergne’s UNNATURAL HEALTH DECLINE – dies 6 June 2012 – timed to die before his ailing old mother, Mrs. Lavergne – July 2012 – Release of the Lavergne Estate

2013 – Two events that would resurface in the future:

(1) Citibank scam – Guertin, Jean-Louis Lavergne and Nicole PERIARD make believe that she had impersonated her mother at Citibank to request a loan of $100k using promissory note that stated she was getting a large inheritance from the Lavergne Estate.  They made it so that Mark would report her as replacing her mother (Identity thievery).  Then Jean-Louis LAVERGNE called to thank Mark for reporting PERIARD and as a result, she had lost her share – she was cut off.  We believed it.  Why would they do this?  So that Mark would not suspect PERIARD had incentive to be after him.

On 13 July 2014, this Citibank Story-lie came back to bite her.  Her landlord believed it was true and gave them a two-week eviction notice.  She was chased out of Rockland, Ontario.  This 13 JULY 2014 email was sent to a cousin who made the mistake of  forwarding it to Bobby Lavergne.  He sent to everyone who despised PERIARD and included the landlord in the TO: list.  This email kept them at bay  us up until 2015, when new partners (CSIS) took over the criminal agenda.

(2) PERIARD “emergency” intestinal surgery  – She came to believed I had cursed her to need a “out of the blue” operation – Affixed with a fecal bag for life.  WHY would she think that?  Two weeks earlier, I had told someone “Nicky is full of shit – for once she needs to regurgitate her shit” – The person told her then she was told she needed emergency surgery.  Who would convince her that I was responsible for this?  Michelle GUERTIN . . . how interesting the GUERTIN do medical crimes of such nature – what a coincidence – It’s a crime against humanity in this case Nicole PERIARD, victim.

Between 26-30 January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN accused me of cursing PERIARD for that 2013 operation.     She accused me of witchcraft even insisted I be criminally charged.  She wanted me so much to assume responsibility “sinister persistence – unnatural” – She had intimate details – too personal – using 2013 language and more.  She seeped involvement / having something to do with that “out of the blue” operation – not good.

2013 – Marcel Trepanier and Candy – UNNATURAL SUSPICIOUS DEATHS – Both died on the GUERTIN medical territory – 3 weeks apart – SAME CIRCUMSTANCES – CANDY was investigating HOW COME Marcel died and she got too close – they killed her off.
Poisoned cocaine – Marcel after 4-5 days in the hospital suddenly dies . . . wow . . . he was recuperate what happened?

Candy the girlfriend was blamed – the entourage attacked her blaming her.  Well well, she didn’t take it too well and started to poke her nose here and there (investigate) – Within three weeks, she also was victim of tainted cocaine.  In her case, they didn’t fuck around, she died the next day at the hospital.

These were seasoned users.  Candy got too close and as a result, was killed (same way as Marcel).  I am convinced they were murdered.  Keep in mind that this is before New Partners (CSIS) came on board.  This is high likely a GUERTIN medical crime.  Also, you must know that Marcel would have been in the way – He high likely suspected that the SON wasn’t Mark’s child.  In 2011, Michelle GUERTIN tried to set Marcel up just like she did in 1983 >> False Flags 1983 & 2011 GUERTIN Fraudulent Warrant.

Since Mark had returned in 2008, the family was abusive now it included me.  In 2014, I stopped them by writing an email that listed the crimes by Nicole PERIARD (his sister) – please read the following to know how that came about.  It stopped them until 2015 when the new partners who used CSIS allied with them.

2016

It was a year full of unexplained phenomenon which started after I joined a spiritual online community called Connecting Consciousness (CC)   Was it because I joined it?  No.  They or affiliates (same network of perps)  were already targeting people in that group.  So they got the idea when I joined . . . you know, something like >> “hey let’s use psy-based technology on Champagne and Smith”  and they did.

If one didn’t know any better, you would think that Mark had bouts of demonic possession.  Just like a On/Off Switch.  I came to call it “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” syndrome.  Those bouts coincided with activities surrounding CC – I came to realize through investigation that they tried to hide behind this organization in order to make me think I was experiencing supernatural activities because of CC.  When in fact, it was just a matter of gathering INTEL (online activities) and then make supernatural like incidents synchronize.  None the wiser.

We were monitored online as well as in-house discussions.   COM interceptions is a golden weapon for INTEL gathering.  Then you instigate experiences using psy-based technology.  The target will think it’s supernatural and in synchronicity with current activities.

By fall 2016, they implanted suicide thoughts in me in sync with Mark’s spontaneous bouts of rage.  I told I should be killed “Mark personality change on a dime coinciding with events which he knew nothing of”  which made it seem supernatural, more specifically “demonic possession”.  When that didn’t work they focused on my son to commit suicide – It almost succeeded but it was suddenly stop in mid-November 2016 when I sent an email for help (which wasn’t immediately read by the recipient) – they stopped using psy-based technology on him.

It’s unnatural for them to have stopped.  Just a few more days and my son would have high likely killed himself.  In addition, they should have amp’d up for my insolence of describing in an email what they were doing “teaching me a lesson”.  So what gave?  I strongly believe they were forced to stop by an external body.  Or, perhaps there was a risk of being uncovered “invisibility and secrecy” compromised.  However, I lean more toward being forced / denial of service  “lost access to psy-based technology”.

Suicide seems to be a popular crime signature from the new partners.  They brought my son to the brink of suicide by making us believe he was seeing demonic apparitions.  The moment I sent an email to someone and described what he was experiencing, it ceased immediately

In 2016, I witnessed over 140 UAPs which would appear once I stepped out on the back porch – they had an eye in the sky on us.  I documented each sighting which appeared as amber orange dots that did acrobatic moves in the sky.  They are man-made, not off-world.

EACH OCCURRENCES SINCE 2016 HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED – handwritten because online is compromised.

This would be eventually used against me as a means make me seem like a flake – here’s an incident with a local OPP constable on 17 October 2019 – with unease and looking away, he said:  “yeah but with this case . . . ahum . . . you see ufos . . . “  right.

So I sent him various photos of experiences I had >> 17 October 2019 – A Cop said “you see UFOS” – Sent him photos/videos of UAP sightings (included herein) – I Called Police because Investigative Material showed Family (Guertin in background) Abuse as early as 2009 – He had to remain single

On 13 November 2016, I send an email to someone to ask for help for my son (brink of suicide).  In the email, I provided additional information “too much information” –  The operation changed to use me as KILL BAIT.

That’s the reason for pushing and pushing gauging amping sickness WHILE ATTEMPTING TO HAVE HIM ATTACK ME – after relentless gas-lighting him, he would collapse in seizures – they were hoping he would kill me “I was bait” – the purpose was to get him on their medical territory via hospital and/or jail to hospital. 

After all, that’s where they killed him in December 2018 – When we thought we had won the family abuse case and we thought the GUERTIN were DEAD.  we thought hospitals were safe.

Just to give you a sense of danger, each time there was a 911 call for a Mark TREPANIER or SMITH, NICOLE PERIARD was informed.  She would then call all local hospitals to find out where the patient was admitted – The clencher?  She never called us to find out if it was the right Mark – We usually learned from outsiders who would call us to warn us what she was up to.

911 Central hub is compromised – GUERTIN is a threat in the MEDICAL world – they commit medical crimes as well as LEGAL Crimes (that’s another document).  But the medical is very evil at level CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

They have the same signature as NAZI medical signature – “medical trials NUREMBERG – Dr. Joseph Mengeles”GUERTIN is part of the dark side of the medical world – physical and psychiatric.

And folks until they are stopped, I, today refuse to go to hospital or make an appointment with any physician – For example, a first jab would be fine if I showed up unannounced – but the second one requires an appointment which gives them time to manipulate.

26-30 January 2018 – Worthlessness Program – FAILED

26-30 January 2018 >> this obsession she had (Michelle GUERTIN) that I assume responsibility for emergency surgery on NICOLE in 2013 . . . persisting I take responsibility “as if I had cursed Nicole with a life condition that required immediate surgery” . Interestingly, in 2013 NICOLE spread the rumor I had cursed her with that condition.

Folks, I strongly suspect they (GUERTIN) did that UNNECESSARY SURGERY on NICOLE in 2013 -> two weeks after, I said to someone “Nicole needs to regurgitate her own shit for once” .  Nicole was creating chaos among family members, sitting back and reveling on the relationship destructions she had instigated again.

The person who overheard me told Nicole and within two weeks, she was called by surprise for an emergency intestinal surgery which left her with a fecal bag attached to her body for life – rectum sewed. GUERTIN MEDICAL CRIME.  Another crime against humanity.

What was odd at the time, MICHELLE GUERTIN knew all the intimate details of 2013 and more.  That’s when I started to call Michelle Guertin >> “La petite file dans le film The exorcist”  aka “Exorcist-Girl”.  Enraged persisting that I assume responsibility, a mentally insane demonic creature.

2 – 9 February 2018 – Facebook Cheaters Program – SUCCESSFUL but cancelled.

For that program, they – Michelle, her SON and NICOLE used psychological trigger songs they had embedded in him in 1992 as means at the time to enrage his fiancé -> she reached homicidal rage and they FAKED RESCUING HIM to then institutionalize in in a mental hospital – Mark clueless they had provoke the “bad situation at home”, trusted then because they saved him.  The two songs used in 1992 were Lips of an Angel and Love don’t live here anymore.  In 2-9 February 2018, they used “Love don’t live here anymore”

The 1992 false flag operation was used to secure Power of Attorney and assign his sister Nicole PERIARD as legal caretaker.  During his stay at the psychiatric facility, he was experimented a lot.  This was confirmed (by mistake) in front me on 10 August 2018 by a Dr. Boyd <– very nervous man in my presence, so nervous that at first impression I thought he was impersonating a physician.

By 9 February 2018, they successfully convinced him to leave – his sister was scheduled to pick him up the next morning (10th) all his belongings were packed  . . . but wait a minute . . . the man was not sick – he was independent – they would have no hold on him >>  THEY NEEDED HIM TO GO from HOME TO MEDICAL institutionalization – either mental hospital or jail-hospital. SO THEY CANCELLED his LEAVE.

2 FEB 2022 >> 2-9 February 2018 – “Facebook Cheaters Program” – Causes Mark many Seizures – Departure 9th Cancelled >> Because your Uncle discovered she’s coming after us once you get your money

HE WAS LEAVING – AGREED on 9 FEBRUARY 2018 – THEY CANCELLED HIS LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING . . .

SO THEY MADE HIM TURN AROUND and pushed with horrific disinformation  to have him assault me or kill me <– that was to be my fate  “one knows when one is highly going to be killed”  . . . So I started to record diligently – – – if he had succeeded, he would have been seized immediately (psychiatric hospital – jail-hospital) – he would have called MICHELLE and the SON who would have then faked RESCUED HIM – a means to an end.  The end is the need to very like renew that Power of Attorney, to do a transference from Mark Trepanier to Mark Smith (legal name since 2007) – then unlock what was in the Lavergne Estate since 1992.

We believed it – but I still did not delete the recordings – death is not a cure for innocence and MICHELLE GUERTIN was still alive.

26 July – 2 September 2018 – FAMILY + BOUVIER Scare Tactic Program – they had replaced the GUERTIN at forefront.   The goal was to get him sicker (gauging e-monitoring) hoping we would go to the hospital -> game over.  FAILED

On 26 July 2018 – he was convulsing “seizure” on the floor of his apartment and people kicking him while on the ground – I removed him – he moved back home permanently – away from danger >> his family – and potential grab attempt.

In August 2018, Nicole jumping up and down, calling all local hospitals when people named Mark Trepanier or Smith come up on the 911 central hub – But never checked with us to see if the right person – people “outsiders” would warn us about her.  “watch out for Nicky, ok babe?  don’t call 911 behind my back ok?”  – RIGHTLY SO.

17-19 August 2018 – Louis & Bouvier convinced Mark to leave – I’d be going to jail (2nd attempt as elimination) -> I used SKYPE to report suspicious death of 2 cops and Barney (FAMILY Secrets) – IT cancelled their game plan (Jailing me)

One evening (10-11pm), I was working on website development, a site about global consciousness of humanity.  I had just discovered this perfect quote and it would be on the front page of the site.  So I did – I was super pleased – just the perfect quote.

Perhaps 4-5 minutes later, DRING! DRING!  Mark answered “Hello?”   It was an individual claiming to be a CSIS operator – – > “Mr. Smith?”  yes.

“Mr. Smith are you safe right now.  We have a safe house ready for you – we can pick you up tomorrow at 7am . . . Are you sure Mr. Smith? . . . . Where is the female right now? . Are you sure Mr. Smith . . . ”

I always wondered if they were inspired by the quote I’d just inserted on the front page of the new website. . .  you know . . .  the word “Save”, “Safe”.  It blew my mind “were we dead stuck in a trans-dimensional loop of horror?” 

CASE OVERVIEW II – Part 5.2 – 22-27 AUGUST 2018 – Bad Intel Reports turned Mark wary of BOUVIER – He replaced the GUERTIN at forefront

That sent Mark on a downward spiral for the rest of the evening.  I had to care for him and help him get in bed – I usually massaged his legs and feet – try to get him relaxed and calm . . . too often he would get up an hour later to retch, vomit – I had to clean & change him (clothes) and get him back to bed – clean vomit.

And to think they were sitting back and e-listening, mocking . . .  “we were the human-animals in the proverbial demonic dungeon”.

By 25-27 August 2018, Mark was wary of BOUVIER, and started to close his phone in the evening to avoid BOUVIER Intel Reports.  They only served to make him SICK.

29-30 August 2018 – MARK WANTED TO PRESS FAMILY ABUSE CHARGES pending since 2007 (Treatment Centre Case file) + Material gathered throughout 2018 – Family in conspiracy with Guertin (3 May 2018)  – on 29 AUGUST 2018, THEY DISCOVERED I HAD NEVER deleted the recording material (Bouvier pressured Mark that I should delete the recording material so  I faked deleting everything in early August 2018).

On 29th, I started to work on it around 10pm and was nearly done  by 4am next morning (30th) – After entering  this entry >> “22 April 2018 – Recited a LATIN poem peppered with exorcism passages”, I pressed SAVE (30 August 2018 03:57am) – -Within few minutes “BANG” >>  Mark woke up, stormed downstairs swearing he heard intimate conversation between a man and a woman – – – He was so convinced that he searched the whole house including the outside perimeter for over 20 minutes.

By 5am, he was convulsing on the floor and retching.

On 30 August 2018, we were ready to push charges.  ONE PROBLEM >> Since we were monitored, they anticipated our every moves, whoever we would contact and counteract us / close us off.  We had the material but nowhere to go and no one to help us.

4 September 2018 – Michelle GUERTIN Death – SUCCESSFUL

We believed she was death.  We were relieved especially Mark >>  “the demonic witch was dead” – Later that day, an individual claiming to be OPP called to ask if we had any comforting words for the family – Instinctively, I responded:  “Good Riddance!” – The officer warned I could be charged . . . to which I replied:  “Please sir give me your email address.  I will send you a copy of the List of Recordings Material to show you the level of cruelty and suffering this woman created in our lives”.  The so-called officer desisted and hung up.  2.LIST-RECORDINGS-30-AUG-2018.asd.docx (date stamped 30 August 2018 @ 03:57am)

5-12 September 2018 – LOUIS GUERTIN – Funerary Service Attendance Program – FAILED

Case Overview – Part 6 – 1-14 September 2018 – Must press charges – Michelle Guertin Killed Off – Pressure Attend her Funerary Service “Grab attempt”| Bouvier’s Intel Family & Biker Alliance Threats

After announcing her death, Louis called 7 days in a row, insisting Mark attend her funerary service – After day 5, Louis was passive aggressive and Mark noticed – I discouraged him to go and he listened.  They were vetting he would leave and they would do the GRAB.   Louis Guertin lured as means to capture Mark – A Louis signature also in March 2018.

This was last attempt by a GUERTIN at forefront.  All the GUERTIN burnt their bridges – two were killed off >>  Stupid people who incriminated themselves to the point of no return.  Without their allies they were at lost “screwed”.

The new partners took over from this point forward – with a new strategy.  Since both GUERTIN were presumably dead (we believed it), BOUVIER (CSIS) came in our lives with aerial flyovers posing as our SAVIOR.

15 September-23 November 2018 – Protection / Family Abuse Court Case Program

Case Overview – PART 7 -16-20 September 2018 – Constant Aerial Surveillance for our Protection – Claims of Contracts on his Head – Mark agreed to 24/7 Surveillance under CSIS Protection

While at home waiting to go to the hospital SAFELY, they were having another COURT case >> Dissociating/divorcing him from the family – cutting him off legally from them.

While we thought BOUVIER was representing Mark in court fighting the FAMILY ABUSE CASE pending since 2007 including what they did in 2018.

Case Overview – Part 8 – 21 September-December 2018 – Psychological Journey to Successful Operation – Intentionally misdiagnosed with Cancer – Meds led to his death – I was black-listed in criminal databases

29 November – 11 December 2018 – Hospital MARK Convalescent – Stable & Recuperating – Successful but terminated by making him think he was dying – sent away to die

12-16 December 2018 – MEDICAL CRIME -> Misdiagnosis “terminal cancer” – transferred to a palliative centre  “you’re dying Mark” Program – success

13 December 2018 – As he grabbed the nurse’s wrist, the syringe flew in the air, fell flag on the blanket – “you!!  no you don’t!!”  he turned to me:  “Babe! Take me out of here now!”  Take me out please! I want to leave now please!”

The nurse’s calm smirk angelic smile still haunts to this day.  She reported it after I left.

15 December 2018 – Doctor calls me to announce he was dying – He was in a comatose state.  I cut 6″ strands of hair (made sure to not contaminate – properly stored to this day 21 November 2021)

He died the next day.

Question that nurse she was high likely in on it.  He resisted her and was strong – I had to pry him away from her.  Very strong and insistent we leave.  I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED.

They provoked sickness  – would listen and call to increase the sickness – demonic cruelty at level “crime against humanity – making so sick in the hope we would call an ambulance to get him to their medical grounds – the GUERTIN do medical crimes and seem to have great influence in our health care system – Going to a hospital would be a death trap . . . and it did become the death trap – they tricked us we thought they were dead – sending him to the hospital sent him to his death.

They reached scale level of CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY against two people: Mark Smith and Lyn Champagne
