BOTTOM LINE:  The first choice to ISOLATE SMITH as means to grab him was by terminating me.  That became the modus operandi when the new partners (CSIS) took over by Fall 2015.

The plan was that once, I was terminated, removed, disappeared, suicided >> He would fall to pieces, he would run to his owners, the GUERTIN.  JOB Done.

What’s glaring here is that they had their MAN on 9 and 28 FEBRUARY 2018 – But they canceled his leave, turned around and attempted everything possible for him to kill me.  When I exposed recordings in SKYPE on 13 FEBRUARY 2018, they went quiet and attempted to frame me with a crime setup.  I counteracted them by uploading more incriminating material in SKYPE and that lead to amping up the ante to kill me.  The GUERTIN were so impatient that they demanded I kill myself repeatedly . . .as if they were entitled .. . as if they had been promised I would commit suicide . . . . and they were made that promise in 2016 . . . but it failed.

By February 2018, they were frustrated and impatient DEMANDING that I be terminated and chuckles . . . to do them a favor and kill myself . . . demanding it as if they were entitled that I commit suicide “maaaaa tell her again to kill herself, come on kill yourself” –  Astonishing.

Crimes against humanity – we were the human-animals in the dungeon, no privacy, monitored from all angles.

The golden tool of this crime operation was all communication monitoring including satellite “eye in the sky” on the property and by mid-September 2018, infrared to see body movement in the house.

SO YOU KNOW . . . . I’ve been targeted well before I met Mark Smith.  I strongly suspect it started with my father . . . . They always go after the ones you love as means to get to you.  For my father, they destroyed his wife (my mother) and my younger brother. 

I am the only one left.  They leveraged the death of my father (31 Dec 1998)  as means to get to me by kidnapping my son for execution (the perps told him flat out).

The perps who were hired to execute him, tortured him for too long . . . As day 3 was dawning, they  fell asleep.  Over night my son had loosing the straps.  I managed to escape as they slept. Caked with feces and blood, he ran naked in the snow to a full-pack Tim Horton coffee shop and threw himself behind the counter in fetal position.

He is alive today because the perps got off too long on torture instead of executing him immediately.

So now you can appreciate why in 2016, when the suicide program targeting me failed, they turned to my son “When they have difficulty getting at a target, they turn to the loved ones of the target” just like they did for my father.

When I wrote this post on 29 September 2021, I had not realized yet that they had been trying to eliminate me since summer 2016 – They used covert tactics with the GUERTIN lurking in the background without our knowledge.

The New Partner(s) who used CSIS/SSP were the directors of the operation from 2016 to 2018.  Different tactics were used throughout that time period up until 12 October 2017 (attempt to lure me away – kidnapping – clean removal of me – it failed).

So the question:  Why was killing me the option? It became apparent to me in February 2018 >> He was leaving end January, 9 & 28 February 2018  he was leaving “we were in mutual agreement” << is not the right question.

The Right question is >> Why did/does new partners (CSIS) want to terminate me? This has been ongoing for many years well before I met Mark Smith who was already targeted by the GUERTIN.

What are the odds I should meet / live with someone who was also targeted for termination. It baffles me as to how two targeted individuals should meet and come together.  The universe works in mysterious ways.

THEY PLAYED OUT FIVE DIFFERENT GRAB STRATEGIES.  Once they would have had him, their containment zone was the mental hospital – Psychiatrist was part of the crime circle.

Their first GRAB strategy which ran from June 2016 to 23 April 2018 (23 months) was by terminating me, make me disappear and make it shocking.  Once Mark would be alone, falling to pieces, he would have ran to them for protection – The GUERTIN were his saviors throughout his life by creating problems then solving them – repeatedly playing out “predators / saviors” psyops.

When new partners (CSIS) uncovered the GUERTIN.  They saw the perfect opportunity to terminate me under the cover of Mark Smith’s termination (GUERTIN agenda).   The Guertin doing New Partners (CSIS) bidding.  Hiding my death behind Smith’s death.

In 1973-74, I experienced the 3-second organized grab – I was kidnapped off the sidewalk. The last attempt was in CUBA in December 2004, using the Cuban Secret Service – the order very likely came from a Canadian source – high level in position of power. 

They missed and stupidly exposed the Canadian source – their failure and exposure was perceived as insolence from me – so, it was just a question of time . . . and lo’behold the GUERTIN agenda was perfect as a means to try to terminate me again – try again – they really put the effort – this operation cost them a lot.

Now that they’ve missed (2017-2019) and that I’ve done this website, believe me, my insolence has not gone unnoticed.

29 September 2021 – – – – By cancelling his leave on 9 February 2018 – to turn around and bash me  would be operationally efficient because on 9 February 2018 he was not sick enough to be contained but . . .

They would have had to do the next step without using me at KILL/BASH bait – more work – was more efficient if from HOME then to mobilization (e.g. jail or institution) <– I can almost hear Michelle and Anton GUERTIN . . . . “Mark! Dad! you killed her””  let’s secure your position and renew Power of Attorney to protect your Share to the Lavergne Estate”.  <– that would have worked.

If he would have left, they would have had to deal with him on their own.  How do you get him to hand over Power of Attorney using valid name “Mark Smith”.  well . . .

By making him turn around on the 10th – making him reach homicidal rage, the chances of him killing me or at least render me unconscious (ambulance >> hospital trap >> she died due to her injuries?)  would be more efficient.  The odds of success were so high that I recorded and uploaded to SKYPE, letting them know that if they did not stop he would kill me.

10-15 February 2018 – “Reliable Source” Program – Gang Leaders & CSIS Intel > Lyn Champagne Dangerous to Mark, Son & Michelle Guertin – Triggered Gangster Personality | 13 FEB – Recordings Stopped Gangster & Reliable source becomes LEPAGE

If he had succeeded, he would be charged and immediately contained.

Michelle Guertin would then come to his rescue as his defending lawyer and make him believe that by re-issuing Power of Attorney under the LEGAL NAME >> Mark Smith would protect him / secure his (fake) share to the Lavergne Estate.

16-23 February 2018 – Bashing me changed to setting me up with a crime – this strategy would also have worked to trick him to re-issue Michelle Guertin Power of Attorney – Protect him from me -> dissociation from the convicted criminal Lyn Champagne.

24-27 February 2018 – Back to full force bash me now a priority – Same outcome as period 10-13 February 2018 – tricked protection from Michelle Guertin by re-issuing her Power of Attorney under legal name Smith.

19-23 April 2018 – Again – Back to bashing me and convinced him I was the one abusing him all along.

I was a means to an end to re-issue Power of Attorney (POA) to Michelle Guertin – 1992 POA was invalid since post-2001 – a period where they attempted to trick him which was organized with legal wife Cynthia Rosebush – it failed.  For many years, he could not find his birth certificate, Guertin was feigning ignorance (as a lawyer) including his mother.

In 2007, he finally discovered that his great grandfather (George Charles Smith) registered himself as his father.  His legal last name was SMITH – When he got his birth certificate in 2007, it put a big damper because the 1992 POA was under the baptismal name “Mark Trepanier” – > his legal name was “Mark Smith”.

Let’s go back a few days period 2-9 February 2018–
They had their man Mark by 9 February 2018

but cancelled it out to start the process of him bashing me (10-13 Feb 2018) – 20180213-Handwritten-note-WITH-drawing-done-CUBA-2004-on-the-back-of-the-note.pdf – an uncanny coincidence Cuba and Feb 13 note (date stamped in SKYPE).  After this message, they changed to staging a crime for removal.

News Flash -> 17 September 2021 –

I might have been a means to an end for an efficient grab operation – too healthy on 9 February – but if he bashed me in then he would be directly going from home to mental institution – Michelle Guertin would renew POA –  Break up and Rescue operational efficiency – read Part 10 – Why did they want to GRAB Mark Smith in the first place?  Why did grab & kidnapping change to premeditated homicide after mid-September 2018?

In early August 2018, they thought I’d deleted the recordings – the son fake suicide (son cover dissolution) and no more recordings.  By mid-August, they were openly aggressive – the family at forefront had replaced The Guertin DUO  – – –

They were sure they were safe, the kid committed (fake) suicide and Champagne had deleted the recordings – ex-cel-lent.

Subsequently, they amp’d up to become openly aggressive – BOUVIER giving the worst status reports on me as being a very suspicious individual – with late night calls from operators “Mr. Smith are you safe?  we will pick you up tomorrow at 7:30am.  Where is the female right now?  Are you sure Mr. Smith?”  It made Mark very ill – The sickness period ITEMS 22 to 34 shows the trail in

List-sickness-to-death.pdf.  What they didn’t know is I was recording all through that period.

On 29 August 2018, they discovered (via I-SPY) I did not delete the recording material – And in early 2019, they discovered I recorded extensively throughout AUGUST 2018 – those full-lengths have never been uploaded to Google Drive – only mp3 extracts – they have no idea of content for those full-length recordings.

After they discovered recordings existed (29 Aug), a few days later, they faked Michelle Guertin’s death (4 September 2018).  BOUVIER from CSIS came in like the calvary to be our counsel on the abuse charges to be laid on the immediate family and mention of Guertin although (we thought) they were dead (that’s bad) – they faked their deaths.

And the worst part, they thought the recordings they thought deleted were the only recordings – little did they know I recorded throughout the violent and open hatred period of August 2018 – the period they let loose including BOUVIER from CSIS – they thought no more recordings?  Gee, I recorded their demonic dealings once they thought the recordings (first batch) didn’t exist they pounced like demons including the individual who openly said was associated with CSIS  – Bouvier you are a disgrace to our national intelligence service.

Why am I still Alive?

This material and working on it is what keeps me safe for now.  Until it’s resolved, I am at risk. 

T  In mid-November 2016 a certain incident occurred which brought attention – I was detected to put it mildly – Information is a commodity  – By end November 2016, they (Body in Power) decided to go ahead with the agreed strategic plan of using the 2014 Confidential email (List of Crimes by Nicole Periard) I sent to one recipient (13 July 2014) – point of entry for two kills – the surface one is MARK and the underlying one is Lyn Champagne.  a COVER TO COVER another kill package under the one (SMITH) that is the surface one.

THIS IS WHY THIS MATERIAL IS HERE and I must bring it forward to the right people so that I am released from being eventually killed – it is just a question of time.

After he died I was stalked (type D.E. in Search box) – I hadn’t touched the recording material since 30 August 2018 when I pressed save at precisely 03:57am – he woke up from sound sleep, swearing he heard group of people talking laughing in the house – he even check outside (we have audio recordings)

18 January 2019 – I decided to announce Mark had passed to at least one immediate family member. I was thrown out of their house.  Nicole Periard call the police – police came over to confirm he was dead – NIcole the cop caller ( we recording when constable comes to house)

And the last free voluntary comment he says before leaving is : “A DNA test was never done to prove he (Anton) was his son”

The Question I had just asked was:  “If he knew BOUVIER?”  he said yes

then volunteered information – the BOUVIER CLOSURE he heard when the family agreed to that was the closing statement if someone asked about the SON.
