“go see them (family) and use the excuse you are coming to announce Mark passed away – go check . . . go” <- advice from a Freemason.

In early evening, I went to Michael Trepanier’s house to announce Mark’s death (his brother).

He freaked when he saw me at the door.  At first glance, he thought I was coming over to his house to shoot him – He did not know nor suspected Mark had passed away.  In fact, they thought I was lying when I announced it and threw me out of their house.

Why would he think I was coming over to shoot him and I was lying about Mark’s death?

During summer 2021, I met several times with Michael Trepanier and learned >>  In August 2018, Nicole Periard warned Family and entourage if I saw Michael including others,  I would shoot them on sight.

Running story from Nicole Periard >> I was a police officer who was forced into early retirement for being trigger happy – bad mental meltdown – I was dangerous and unstable and in possession of firearms – A good match for Mark who was also branded for possessing firearms.  Between both of us, we were fully loaded at home.  Dangerous.

THIS IS HOW MICHAEL LEARNED MARK DIED (you heard the recording) – he was very upset and called NICOLE immediately.

NICOLE PERIARD AND THERESA LAVERGNE MADE BELIEF THEY DIDN’T KNOW. 

So to cover they knew and their involvement in his death, they called the police and sent them to my house to confirm Mark had passed away.

Nicole is connected with the hospital system.  By calling police it officialises / validates “she called police she was horrified”  and the call is logged in the system << This is important because it was added to my profile in police databases – When my name comes up  – it can be used against me to substantiate I victimized the Family -**

**Here’s what I mean >> Same tactic applied on 21 December 2011.  By giving me a trespassing ticket, it put a report with my name in the system – when in fact the family concocted a false story – But it makes it seem as if I was trespassing and can be twisted “it was horrible she came at us brandishing a baseball bat . . .”  right mom?  –   The family portrayed themselves as victims of abuse when in reality it is a total inversion of facts.

Official police call gives a sense of OOMPH validation >> THEY HAD JUST LEARNED IT “you see?  our brother died and it took a month and two days to find out”  <– a story can be twisted to portray a false reality.

The call was to put a marker in time – – -the cop found it “awful” that they would learn a month later.  In addition, it helped to support why I was blacklisted.  Part of the character assassination profile picture shown/discovered by clueless law officials.

Nicole knew everything that went on at the hospital as it concerned Mark.  It was one of Mark’s BIGGEST fear to go to hospitals (Nicole Periard and Michelle Guertin).

 VERY common, guilty people mirror what they are or what they are doing (secretly) then slap that mirror onto others. Here’s an example . . . . Nicole and her son Richard told Michael’s daughter that I had cameras in the house and some in the hospital to view Mark’s decline up to his death – keeping tab.

You can’t run Nicole you are guilty of conspiring to commit murder.

She had that access (without cameras) to hospital updates – she knew from the moment he was admitted to Montfort right into getting him to Bruyere (he was recuperating in Montfort) – up to his death.

PROBLEM IS >> To have told the family he died would show she was part of the conspiracy — don’t say a word until further notice <– so (they)  SHE thought.

That was a mistake >> She went out of her habitual behavior – Anyone called Mark Smith or Mark Trepanier was always flagged / report to Nicole >> “You see Babe my sister is connected with the hospitals, she’ll know . . .”

If she had been innocent and unknowing of the premeditated incapacitation operation >> She would have reacted the moment she discovered he was hospitalized let alone dead.

This statement >> How awful Lyn Champagne told the family one month later after he passed <<< this is a lie – because . . .

How HORRIFIC a lie that Nicole Periard and Theresa Lavergne knew and what they did.

They were part of the conspiracy to eliminate both of us – they succeeded with Mark “premeditated homicide”  – NICOLE committed FRATICIDE – Theresa committed FILICIDE. They participated in my character smear campaign – contributed to have me in police databases <– I can just imagine what Bouvier (CSIS) team added to command Official Military & OPP Flyovers – I do not have a criminal record.

I believe Theresa was in no position to back out of this situation – Risk to her livelihood.  Nicole is the main FAMILY contact in this premeditated homicide and has been conspiring since 1992.

AND WHAT DO KILLERS OFTEN DO?  THEY come back to the crime scene OR they approach those affected by the death of their victim and they talk too much.

and that’s what Nicole did . . .

ON 20 JANUARY 2019

Nicole sent her son to my house “to pay their respect for Mark’s death” – And sure enough, he talked too much.

They sent the one that they thought was most innocent looking – Anthony Bedard-Trepanier-Periard is slightly Autistic –  he can’t lie too well when queries are asked in a non-intrusive way –  His autism is due to Nicole Periard abusing him “excessive shaking” when he was an infant (Child Protective Services documented case file).

Here are the questions I asked him:

1. QUESTION: “Do you remember when you said you had the same made up recurrent dream like Grandma and Anton?”HIS RESPONSE: Slightly flushed, his ears turned red – He guiltily looks down nodding affirmative.   I assured him it was ok – forgotten. Not your fault Anthony “poor boy”– He had the look of a victimized child >> “They made me do it” **** The recurring dream was dished out every morning for 3-4 weeks by Theresa Lavergne and Anton Guertin – They would call one after the other and with drama and horror inform Mark they had the dream again.  That would set the mood for the day in the house.

   Then one day, Anthony Bedard-Trepanier-Periard got on the phone and said something like:“Uncle Mark, it’s so awful, last night I had the same dream as grandma  . . .  I almost took the veil off – when I know who it is  . . . ”  Then he went on a rampant of obscenities as to what he would do to the lady in black.

2. QUESTION: “They died you know . . . hum . . . the mother and son from France” – *sniff* – – then I looked in eyes, slightly chuckled & grinned as if  I was “in” on it “part of the conspiracy”.HIS RESPONSE – he looked up at me and chuckled, eyes darting from one side to the other – I chuckled with him – he conveyed that they’d just talk with them most recently – his coming over was planned / known.Hahahaha.  I know. I know Anthony “i’m in on it too”  shhh . . .  And as he was about to leave, I hugged him and told him I loved him – Then in a matter-of-fact manner proceeded with the next question.
3. QUESTION:  “. . .  So nice to see you, oh about the courts . . . .you all went to court, right?”  For split second, he was like a deer stuck in headlights – Quickly, I smiled reassuringly as if I already knew  – he felt it was safe.HIS RESPONSE: “Huh-Huh (while nodding affirmative), they went to court by I know nothing about it”.Smilingly, I nodded conveying how silly why would you know anything about it – Then quickly slipped in the next question.
4. QUESTION:– “Ahhhh so you know Mr. Bouvier then?” softly as if I trusted and admired Bouvier.
   
   HIS RESPONSE – As he nodded affirmative he said “Oh Yes, Mr. Bouvier.”  We chuckled together.

He should have stopped there – not say a word but . . .
Just as he was about to step out, he turned, looked at me with debonair  expression and with suave wave of hand, said:

>>> “We don’t know if it is his son, a DNA test was never done.”  <<<

We said goodbye – he left.

His last statement was triggered by the “Bouvier” question.

He mimicked verbal and body language of the one
who had said it in front of him.
(common for some with autism)

Thank you ANTHONY BEDARD TREPANIER PERIARD, son of Nicole Periard – – – you acted like a grown up and told AUNT LYN what she needed to know on 20 January 2019 to start investigating the premeditated homicide of your UNCLE MARK.

DNA TESTING . . . . When the deceased is cremated, we loose the chance to do DNA testing or forensics  –  On 15 December 2018, I had the foresight of cutting 6″ strands of hair 12 hours before Mark died >> 20181215-Hair-Strand-Mark-Smith.png. 

How odd no one asked me what he died from – I didn’t specify when the police came over on 18 January 2019. She never asked the police to ask that question.

But after the police call, Nicole Periard faking just learning about his death, announced he had died of stomach cancer just like Lil’Nanny (Carmen Chenier) then with time it alternated to lung cancer <– two running cancer story-lies – – (this is discovery first-hand information in June 2021).

One should question >> Nicole, one problem, it was not announced on 18 January 2019, but she dished out the stomach cancer excuse “just like Lil’Nanny” who died on 30 October 2010 – Nicole is quite the impressive dramatic liar who stumbled in her lies – ahead of herself.

The false cancer diagnosis was the perfect excuse (right Nicole?) to send him to a Palliative Centre and subsequently feed him terminal cancer pain medicine which caused respiratory failure to his death. 

Interestingly, NICOLE has faked having cancer several times.  One should watch what they use to deceive because often it comes back and bites you. 

Nicole you faked it so many times – the odds of you getting “real” cancer are very high.  Good luck with that.

. . . . considering you have become the weak link – The SIGNATURE of your conspiracy handlers is MEDICAL CRIMES.  You should think about that Intestinal operation you had in 2013 . . . 2 weeks after my comment “For once, Nicole needs to regurgitate her own sh!t” – then for Michelle Guertin to use it 26-30 January 2018 to accuse me of inflicting that predicament on you using witchcraft – how much Michelle Guertin so much tried to have me assume responsibility – it was so odd that it pointed the finger to THEM as most like responsible for that “unnecessary” procedure.

I believe you would most likely be a victim under GUERTIN’s MEDICAL CRIME signature.  And now, you have become the weak link, how do you feel?  I heard you had serious medical problems with your pancreas.  Are you sure you are not being terminated?

After all you are gullible when it comes to MEDICAL issues – they know it. They would remove you using their MEDICAL SIGNATURE.  Don’t think for a moment you are equal – you were an accessory to them, they tolerated you and you fell for it like a “human-animal”, a good pet  – – Now you have become the weak link.

Let’s go back to the start of the month that led me to 1he 18th . . .

2 January 2019

Mark had died 17 days ago. . .
On 2nd January, I still thought Mr. Bouvier was going to contact me until . . .
I was stalked in a store (first outing since Christmas holidays)  – 20190102-dubious.encounter.pdf**

INITIAL THOUGHTS after the STALKING

• Recording & notes material (January-April 2018) caused stalking?  

• I hadn’t touched the material since 30 August 2018 – Since Bouvier (CSIS) had come in with aerial cavalry in mid-September 2018 – No need for recordings Bouvier our hero took charge and subsequently represented Mark in Court for long term Family Abuse since childhood right into 2018. (so we thought – he died believing he won his abuse case – Bouvier the hero).
  

• Michelle and Anton Guertin were dead – recording material (January-April 2018) was mostly about them.   Why stalk?

• Recording & notes material for period May-December 2018 had never been uploaded (online) nor mentioned “out loud” – they most likely didn’t know I had continued recording and annotating beyond April 2018 – and if they did they most likely did not expect me to be “organized”.
  
• In January 2019, I didn’t remember what I had recorded after April “how much material I had” – Throughout May and beyond, I recorded, saved locally (preserve date-stamp), removed from IPhone and moved on.
• In early January, recording material beyond April 2018 was the furthest thing on my mind. 

Deductions made over week

• HIGHLY suspected the family had gone to Court including Jean-Louis Lavergne because of slip-ups from family circle >> things said over the telephone which pointed they had most likely gone to Court.
• Mark did not win Abuse Case against Family.  There were no such case – they did something else.
• HIGHLY suspected Family knew character Bouvier and CSIS was long standing in their lives because too openly often  said / mentioned CSIS since early 2017 – A criminal faction impersonating could not get away with it.  CSIS would have arrested them for impersonation as early as 2017 – impossible – they were using electronic monitoring networks without fear of retribution not for a day or a week but for years by January 2019 – THEN all those flyovers <– military and OPP black helicopters (for our protection, right?) .  “If it wasn’t for the flyovers I wouldn’t believe you Mr. Bouvier” <- frequently voice out post-September 2018.
• Assumptions >> Flyovers were for our protection -In late Feb/early March 2019, discovery it was not so – I was listed as a threat agent.**
• I deduced it was inside/tied to CSIS – do I think CSIS is corrupted? I think CSIS has serious internal vulnerabilities putting Canadian citizens at risk – using the organization to commit crimes against humanity.

**Interestingly, I‘ve realized the “Flyover for our Protection” scam might be inspired “copied”  from 2017 >> When the son would call to rile Mark / Mark would start conflict / I knew if I sent an email to anyone about anything >> within 20-25 minutes I would get a flyover (26 Oct/29 Nov 2017).

So I would send an email or text then not say a word, wait for it . . . . 5-7 minutes before expected flight, I would tell him ” you better stop because they are going to fly over and check on me – they can hear you Mark “- – – and sure enough 5-7 minutes on the dot, we had a black helicopter flyover over the house very low (vibration) –  I used the “Flyover Protection” scam in 2017 – they high likely figured it out and wly flyovers stopped on 29 Nov 2017.

High likely, BOUVIER / CSIS connection took over in September 2018 because they assumed responsibility for the delay in the Mark Smith Incapacitation Operation  (January-February was their initial target date) – The delays were caused by unsuccessful attempts to eliminate me.

Delays put GUERTIN and Family in vulnerable position of exposure – For instance, 23 April 2018 with my OPP video statement <– one example then we have the recordings and annotations through time.  To think Guertin and Family were confident the job would be done in January 2018. 

• In January 2018, while GUERTIN was crashing our lives, I can still hear in the distance “it’s FIN” says Nicole to her toddler grand-son (son of Richard)  – The word “FIN” was a trigger for the baby who would excitedly shout out FIN FIN FIN when he heard my voice (telephone).
• How touching in time for my scheduled January 2018 funerary service.  She stopped the daily routine by 18 January 2018 – – perhaps when decision to laser shoot/post-hypnotic plan was being coordinated <– takes time to plan out.
• Satanic symbolism >> Make it happen when I started remote protection of people in India cleaning satanic symbology (22-30 January 2018) – Date selection would be for the psychopath on the top floor.  Too exhilarating to pass up.  I know I would.
  
• September – December 2018 – very obvious >> financial and homeland (Military, OPP, CSIS) resources and assets were readily available to get the job done at all cost – it’s the least they could do.  They did – they went all out.  It had to be for important financial gain –

• Why else help GUERTIN?  Because he’s a grand master of a Freemason lodge?  Give me a break.
• It’s money and perhaps a stake in profitable ongoing operations such as gun trafficking, human trafficking, prostitution, drugs, merchant of war materiel, financing covert projects (adverse to humanity) including technology, etc.

9 JANUARY 2019

At wake up, I realized sitting at home speculating was futile – I decided to go out – I chose a Jazz venue in downtown Ottawa, Ontario.  A few hours before leaving, via SKYPE, I announced the time and location.  I got there later than scheduled.  Full house on a Wednesday night.

It was a reconnaissance outing – It paid off >>  I discovered people – 20190110-double-encounter-associations.pdf**

**the stalker of 2 January 2019 was re-encountered >> but more impressive was to re-encounter the individual who I saw in the Court waiting room on 9 May 2018 (Mark’s first court appearance)  – – – the individual performed in May 2018 – Highly bringing the false written statement – he made sure I noticed him (very confident and too cocky).  I nicknamed him “Prince Cockatoo”  << his arrogance in both encounters made him stand out / recognized at the club. In turn, I took notice of the people he associated in the club.

Where would I go from here?  I didn’t know what to do yet to stimulate . . .

Nine days later . . .

Mark had won his abuse case against his Family, right?
No, there was no such case that took place in fall 2018.

So, I followed the advice of someone  (a Freemason) who strongly suggested / urged me >> “go see them (family) and use the excuse you are coming to announce Mark passed away – go check . . . go”.

And I DID on 18 January 2019.

We knew the Family already knew Mark had passed – in fact, Nicole Periard knew the moment he was admitted to the hospital on 29 November 2018 including his transfer to Bruyere Palliative Centre on 11 December 2018 and why they transferred him  – updated right up to his death on 16 December 2018.

Why did we know Family knew Mark had passed away?

Nicole Periard is part of the hospital underground gossip circuit – A critical reason why Mark did not want to go to hospitals especially after 3 May 2018.  Day we discovered Family was in conspiracy with GUERTIN all along.

For instance, in August 2018, someone called Mark to let him know his sister Nicole was calling local hospitals because someone called her to report that an ambulance for a “Mark Smith” had been dispatched (911 call centre?).

She was calling hospitals trying to locate him instead of calling him to find out if it was him or not. Not in a position to call him.  He didn’t trust her if he ever went to a hospital – > grab with Guertin.

Mark didn’t want to go to hospitals well knowing she was connected with the underground hospital network – I remember Mark “See Babe? my sister knows everyone in the hospital system . . . I told you Babe”  — I remember telling Mark “why don’t you call her to tell her it’s not you?”  – He chuckled “let her call everywhere.”

So the Family was high likely updated daily the moment he was admitted on 29 November 2018  – it strongly reminds me of old Mrs. Lavergne in 2012 – Nicole and Theresa received daily updates when in fact, they had not been in contact with the woman for many years.  Jean-Paul Lavergne did not have contact with his mother – she abused him as a child.  In fact, mentioning her name was a taboo subject around Jean-Paul.

Another point to bring up (found in case overview part 8), on 10 December 2018, a family member was waiting for me at the Montfort Hospital.  The woman wanted to tell me something but then got very nervous and fidgety – Since I thought Mark had won the Abuse case against his Family, I misinterpret her behavior and eyed her with a stern challenging look – why is family spying on me?  Today, I know the woman wanted to tell me something but then got afraid and retracted – I scared her off.  I reported it to Bouvier >> 20181210-D.E.-montfort.jpg.

Next day (11th),  Mark was transferred to Bruyere Palliative Centre – They told him he had  terminal cancer – He willingly accepted the diagnosis.

Mark was too healthy looking – regaining strength with the antibiotics (at Montfort Hospital) – If he had cancer, he would have been in very early stages – We have DNA samples 6″ strands of hair collected 12 hours before he passed on 16 December 2018.

On 2 February 2019, I started full-time investigation

Mark was killed – It was premeditated.
They tried to eliminate me in the process and failed.

What I knew and what I did not know:

• Michelle & Anton Guertin were not dead.
• Anton Guertin was not his son.
• I knew the Family knew it was not his son but what I didn’t know was they knew since 1979.  I thought they’d learned later in life – just never told Mark through the years. Now it was too late.
• I thought the Family had been coerced to work in conspiracy, to go along with it
• I knew there had not been a Family Abuse Court Case – Mark won nothing – it never happened.
• The Family went to Court and did something else – I did not know what they did in Court.
• The Family knew character Luke Bouvier – he existed.
• There was no inheritance however there was a tie to the Lavergne Estate because they used it / dangled it from 2012 to 2018.  And why he had contacted Michelle Guertin on 25 October 2016 to help him get his share.  He trusted her – He did not trust his family.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

In late September 2019, I was working on points in time of abuse against ME from the FAMILY – I was so distraught that on 17 October 2019 I contacted the OPP.  They shrugged me off – not taking me seriously – siding with the family – and bringing back 18 January 2019 stating I had taken one month to contact the Family to inform them of Mark’s passing. <– you see what police reports can do? 

On 17 October 2019,  I called police (OPP) to show the family abuse:

17 October 2019 – A Cop said “you see UFOS” – Sent him photos/videos of UAP sightings (included herein) – I Called Police because Investigative Material showed Family (Guertin in background) Abuse as early as 2009 – He had to remain single

The OPP visit propelled me to further investigate which led to discover  on 19 November 2019, Jean-Paul and Theresa Lavergne knew in 1979 that Mark was not the father of Anton GUERTIN.  They had abandoned him on the front porch in fall 1978 – he had just turned 13 – Now a problem of parental negligence over looming – They sold him to the GUERTIN just to get the kid out of their hair.

In early 1990s, Nicole Periard early twenties, a petty criminal (fraud, ID thief), became the point of contact with GUERTIN – which led to 1992 incapacitation operation all in the name of securing Power of Attorney (Michelle Guertin) and legal care taking (Nicole) <– which they brandished in 2018 – Michelle Guertin on 3 March 2018 and Nicole Periard on 3 May 2018.

Nicole has been protected throughout this ordeal – she’s the Family tie.

The family was abusive to Mark since childhood  – in my case, since I started to live with Mark in 2009.

Nicole Periard you are guilty of conspiracy to attempt to eliminate me by having me killed and jailed (false crime setup – framing an innocent) in the name of elimination.  Very disturbing.

You the reader can probably now appreciate why I’ve taken the last 2 1/2 years of my life to bring this case in the open -> Full time investigation start date 2 FEBRUARY 2019.

Another fact obtained through first hand information >>  Nicole told people in the family circle that Mark had to change his last name from TREPANIER to SMITH because he had major drug debts and had to go in hiding.  In reality, Mark’s last name was not changed – SMITH is his real last name on his birth certificate <– which they hid from him. 

In 2007, with help of ethical professionals, they were able to discover the truth.  George Charles Smith, great grand-father, registered the infant to protect him from being sold at the hospital within few days of his birth (12 September 1965).
