FIVE Kidnap Attempts – 1 April to 7 May 2018 – Photos and audio included

On 1 April 2018, the SON succeeded to convince Mark to leave home and go to Ottawa to catch a bus for Montreal.  When he got to the Rideau Shopping Centre, he noticed men pointing at him >> “IT’S HIM!” – He hid in alleys and behind bushes and call me to pick him up.

On 23 APRIL 2018, I called 911 – I gave a video interview with police and a no-contact order was issued until first court appearance on 9 May 2018.  NICOLE PERIARD was called and Mark was sent to live with them in the viper’s nest.

On 26 April 2018 past midnight, they discovered I was organized. I had preserved the recordings and was creating a list with descriptive – here’s what I had uploaded >> 20180202.0209-extract-22may2018.pdf – my goal was to be ready for 9 MAY 2018 court day – The list with my video statement including a flash drive with recordings was SUFFICIENT evidence to SHOW who were the perpetrators.

Since they monitored, they saw the 2 pages I’d uploaded to Google drive.  Did I know they would intercept it?  of course I did.  I wanted them to see I was organized.

26 April 2018 >> GUERTIN Kidnap Attempt – MARK Testimony to Events (rec AUDIO included)

So the kidnap had failed and Mark returned to his sister’s house.  They ignored him as he tried to explain what had happened.  Then he started to go down hill health wise – shaky, unable to stand up for more than a few minutes . . . . his sister suggested that he sees a physician.  So they went to an urgent care clinic in Orleans, Ontario (near PERIARD’s home).

The physician was in conspiracy with GUERTIN and PERIARD.  He claimed that he was on the verge of dying – told him he had a blood clot lodged behind his skull and . . . get this >> it had increased in size.  Here’s the problem, in February 2018, the SON as a doctor, told Mark he had a blood clot behind his skull.  Increased?  Gee. The story lie was started by the SON in the first place.  That physician’s job was to scare Mark and be carried away by ambulance – the physician insisted, made a dramatic scene but Mark refused.  Why?  Because GUERTIN was the danger – they use medical protocols as means to entrap.

We strongly suspected he was slightly poisoned sufficiently to make it seem as a normal downhill health decline . . . to get him to agree to see the physician who had been selected by GUERTIN.

On 29 April 2018, without notice, I removed him from PERIARD’s house.  I had strong foreboding if he stayed he would die.  Mark had NEW SYMPTOMS, regurgitating/vomiting FOAM and acute abdominal pains (that sounds like poison to me).

Next day, his mother announced that the court would mandate that he be institutionalized.  This was the end of the end, so we thought.  Done – fini. In the afternoon we had a stalking which was meant to scoop him away behind my back. It failed.

So now they were back to square one . . . I was his bodyguard – don’t even fucking think of touching him or even look at him . . . .  I protected him with my life and I didn’t give a shit how big or tall they were.

On 7 May 2018, I drove him to GIANT TIGER in Rockland, Ontario.  Then I left the parking lot, suddenly I got the urge to return and simply park and watch the doors.  Due diligence in my role as bodyguard.

Lo and behold I stopped a kidnapping.  The female in charge saw me, eyes wide like saucers she gave the signal to the white van to leave immediately!  The female was the same person as on 30 April 2018 grab attempt.

From that point forward, I kept him closer to me . . . never told him about the Giant Tiger incident.

SO LAST RESORT for COURT?

They falsified my video statement by replacing it with a written statement.  Then they threatened to arrest me if I even ever dared tried to enter the court room.  They ordered me to leave the premises.

I parked a few blocks and waited over four hours for court to finish.  When Mark got in the car, he handed me the false written statement.  They had apposed the truth confirmation document signed by the constable and me on 23 April 2018 . . . so they forged over forgery.

The constable was not in court that day.  I searched for him.

MARK WAS FACING 5 YEARS in JAIL.

I contacted the court administrator who was present during the court session.

This is how the 5 years in jail scam was cancelled out.

Imagine if I had not been there to greet him right after court.  He would have most likely run to PERIARD . . .

SO THAT COURT FORGERY FAILED to CAPTURE HIM. There was no one we could turn to to help us.

ABOUT MY VIDEO STATEMENT OF 23 APRIL 2018 – I named them.

What’s most ironic is that they falsified my statement by replacing it with fraudulent written statement on 9 May 2018 Court (crown attorney in conspiracy R. Feldstein, L’Orignal, Ontario).

A means to get him to face 5 years in jail – it failed.  Although I was expulsed from Court premise on threats of being arrested, I waited over four hours for him  – – I got to see a copy of the fraudulent written statement, the one-pager truth confirmation document with constable and my signature and in addition, I called the Court administrator the next day (verifiable information).

At next court appearance, it was reduced to $100 fine and one year probation.  Small consolation, considering first court appearance with my video statement including a flash drive with recordings WERE OUR LIFE-LINE – Perhaps actually most likely Mark Smith would be alive today.

What’s very insulting is using the one-pager about TRUTH that we signed and slapping it on top of the horrible false written statement.  They used our signatures to validate the authenticity of the false written statement.  (it was written by a female either PERIARD or GUERTIN or both together).

The Crown Attorney aided and abetted in the murder of Mark Smith.  I wonder how many lives have you ruined and/or brought to their death.  Fucking monkey with hoity-toity attitude.  You are a low-life criminal in position of power and should be charged accordingly.  How many were never able to come back and rectify the chaos and destruction you caused – ramifications to children and families.

A dangerous fool in position of power.  Remove it.
