10 AUGUST 2018

I accompanied Mark to a doctor’s appointment – We met Dr. Boyd, a new physician – Mark’s former physician had recently retired.

First impression at consultation?  I thought this man was an impostor “not a real physician” – something awry as if limited knowledge for a general practitioner “general medicine”.  He would nervously leaf through the big medical book, then leave the room and come back with an answer (3 times) – Then Mark showed me the camera in the room – we were observed.

At the end, as we were leaving, Mark says to him:  “I’ve been experimented a lot, hey Dr. Boyd?” 

I thought “Mark! it’s a new doctor!”   I was embarrassed.

Dr. Boyd with familiarity, smilingly responded: “Yes you have Mark”.

They already knew one another from the past (mental health)  – Not general practice which explained his seemingly limited knowledge (e.g. renewal of blood pressure & heart pills, general medical inquiries, etc) .

Dr. Boyd was a psychiatric doctor during period 1992+ when Michelle Guertin acquired Power of Attorney attached to his medical file at the mental health hospital (Royal) in Ottawa, Ontario — refer to 1992-Mark-Smith-Recovery-Tactic.  The Power of Attorney she held solidified her (financial) holdings / her grip right into 2018.

By 10 AUGUST 2018 – Recordings Deleted

I deleted the original Google Drive folder where recordings (Jan-April 2018) were stored.  I did it in front of Mark while voicing out my actions – Delete all? yes – in Trash: Delete Forever? Yes.  But, on 6 July 2018, recordings were backed up to another location – nobody from the monitoring team had taken notice.**

**On 30 August 2018, they will discover recordings were not deleted – a few days later, they will kill off Michelle Guertin – RIP ->  4 September 2018 at 04:44am.  Louis Guertin will pressure Mark to attend her funerary services until 12 Sep 2018 without success – he became sinister insistent.

The new game after mid-September?  Bouvier will represent Mark on abuse charges against his family – the Guertin duo are dead (we believed it).  Charge them with long-term abuse and divorce his family while Mark waits at home in need of medical attention  “wait Mark it won’t be long – you will be airlifted – you will be rich and privy to special care in a private USA hospital”

 Mid-August 2018 – Son was dead & recordings deleted.

• Name of the game:  GET HIM TO LEAVE home or ISOLATE HIM by removing me – GRAB HIM – Job done

14 AUGUST 2018

Mark had a horrible phone altercation with his mother > > > He was appalled by her vulgarities – Pressure for him to leave and go live with them – he refused. Out of frustration, she called him a bastard and eff-ing retard – angry he would not leave.  If he had, the operation would have been completed – seized and incapacitated.

Shortly after -> next caller is Luke Bouvier with Intel report – 10pm-ish – Apparently, Bouvier “good guy” had monitoring Intel from his sister/mother’s house – he was looking out for Mark  – Bouvier’s report supported the call from his mother “bad guy”.  Mark was sick for the rest of the night.  Please read:

17 AUGUST 2018 – wanted to leave – got sick – stays

Early afternoon, Louis Guertin and Bouvier scared Mark sufficiently that he wanted to leave – the night before we were talking marriage.

That day, I was scheduled to meet someone to pick up over 20 sigils — they advised against it “tell her not to go”.  Mark sided with them, ready to go, it caused bad conflict – I went anyway.

He didn’t leave instead he got sick – He stopped me from calling 911 – if I had, they would have seized him at the hospital.

18 August 2018

Everyone was worried we would get married.  Another altercation with his mother on the phone – called me a whore, etc. – over her dead body – they announced they were going to contact Michelle Guertin to stop us and have Mark committed.  In the following recording, we think they don’t know Michelle is institutionalized (of course, she wasn’t).

Then we got a call from Michael Trepanier (Mark’s Brother) – Six people at the Rockland Water tower who wanted to beat him up – I was told to shut up, I deserved a shot in the face with a baseball bat.

Mark called local OPP – the cops shrugged us off – claimed Mark was with the biker gang called 81 percenter – The cop said since I’ve been with Mark I’d only caused trouble for the family **– please listen to: 20180818b-3-3.19-OPP-NO-HELP-Lyn-Champagne.mp3 – we were on our own.

**they were also running with the false claims of 21 December 2011 when Nicole Periard replaced a witness and dished out a false story of violence – trying to have me charged for criminal violence >> 20111221-FAMILY-Call-POLICE-on-ME-FALSE-ALLEGATIONS-to-have-me-arrested – -the cops didn’t believe it – no charges.

• Once on site, Nicole called the cops and dramatically dished out a horrible story of violence. – We have two witnesses who can confirm what happened on 21 December 2011 – The constables picked up on the play – someone else, Jen (2nd witness) told them before they knocked on the door.  There was also a child on site (M-A – 7 years old).

OPP LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT – Conclusion

From a criminal intelligence perspective > How do you wish the OPP to behave?

It was key Mark and I be character assassinated > > Lost of credibility > > final outcome “not taken seriously more a nuisance – societal undesirables >>  No help.

I believe the OPP officer believed what he was doing/saying.

We were profiled as erratic irrationals criminals troublemakers – abounding in perversion and criminality – we were character assassinated with local law enforcement.

If the OPP believed it, it meant Intel information came from a known intelligence source.  Police officers are not going to side – be in conspiracy with criminals or ride dirty on a false story-line to pursue a criminal hidden agenda.

OPP were fed what was needed for get desired behavior in  line of command and final outcome.

Character assassination >> Criminal sociopaths >> Lost of Credibility >> No help.

There are more audios for 18th but the ones above highlight our situation.  WE WERE ON OUR OWN – No protection from Law Enforcement and Hospitals. No one – we were hunted.

After altercation with Michael, Mark alluded to a crime Michael and late Marcel Trepanier committed several years ago.  It concerned their involvement in the  death of two police officers while in the line of duty.  This incident came on my path three times – this was the third time.

The first time was in 2007 before I knew Mark. Michael Trepanier was one of my tenants – When Michael drank, he became a different personality – One beer was sufficient >> with cockiness, he told me how him and his father (Marcel) were involved in the death of two p0lice officers – Few minutes later, Michael threatened to pull out a gun and shoot me.

Michael always thought I was a police officer – Although I tried several times to convince him I wasn’t, he never believed me << even to this day (2021 he shrugs it off as it doesn’t matter anymore).

I worked in security jobs in Federal Government organizations >> Department of Justice (2000-2005), Canada Revenue Agency (2005-2006) and Canada Border Services Agency (2006-2008).

Marcel Trepanier protected his boys – don’t touch Marcel’s boys, he will hunt you down –  but was bad influence (e.g. drugs and crime complicity).

If Marcel had been alive in 2018, he would have retaliated against Theresa and Nicole – Had he known it wasn’t his real son (Anton Guertin) there would have been trouble – but I believe with the LAW manipulation, they would have set Marcel up for jail time.   Would not be the first time -> just like in 1983, please read: 1983-CRIME-SETUP-Marcel & Mark at 18 years old – gets criminal record – Michelle Guertin the Defending Lawyer.pdf

I strongly believe Marcel was killed via bad batch of coke he injected.  It was so uncanny that his girlfriend (Candy) was under suspicion by entourage – It caused her to start probing in his untimely death.  She died the same way three weeks later – Both were seasoned users – – Who cares right?  Junkies.  Right.

Marcel about me?  One day, he grabbed me by both arms >> “I don’t like ya but I like ya because you’re good to my son” then he hugged me.  Like Michael, he thought I was a retired police officer.  Chuckles.

19 AUGUST 2018

I had a strong sense of obligation to report those deaths to Bouvier – I did using Skype, please read: Michael and Marcel Trepanier’s involvement in the death of two police officers.**

** I am the mother of a police officer – my daughter.   When one is parent to a cop, one feels parental kinship for police officers – our sons and daughters.

I asked Mark to follow up with Bouvier – He gave vague excuses – shrugging me off – Impatiently, Mark asked me to drop it – Bouvier was fully aware.  Stop because it might cause delays to get his share.  I was causing trouble.

By mid-evening, Bouvier informed Mark it was in his best interest to leave in order to  protect his life.  (1) Family rallied with Bikers.  (2) me – Bouvier convinced him to go in hiding.**

**Ironic isn’t it?  I’d reported possible involvement of Michael in the death of two police officers – – now I was a threat to his life – like I used to say “I was punished with bad Intel reports” – I might have pushed too much that something be done – The family is in conspiracy with the lot of them and I’m asking BOUVIER do something.  Right.

They threatened to arrest me** – Bouvier  convinced him I was a threat – a danger to his life – insidious character.

He feared me – he stayed in his room safe until departure next morning.

Bouvier had finally convinced him – Mark was leaving next morning – pick up at 7:30am.  Done deal.

20 AUGUST 2018

Around 4am Mark woke up and said he had a stroke.
I would call 911 – it would be a risk – He refused.  He was sick until 5am.

Against Bouvier’s threat risk assessment of danger to his life and recommended course of action > Mark’s agreement to leave, he cancelled his 7:30am departure – He stayed, I took care of him. **

** They e-monitored – heard everything >> They knew he was sick from 4am onward – he thought he’d had a stroke and they e-heard the argument we had about me wanting to call 911 and Mark strongly against it.

When Mark contacted Bouvier to cancel departure, he didn’t tell him he thought he’d had a stroke – no health details.   Pushing hospitalization would have been ineffective and triggered alarm bells “seeds of doubts”.

Grab operation failed.

NOTE:

I always wondered what could they have told Michael Trepanier for him to be so hostile and angry in 2018 – we used to be close – we were family apart from Theresa Lavergne more specifically Nicole Periard “the dangerous one”.

What did they tell him that would have changed him overnight? Angry and hostile toward Mark and me in summer 2018?

On 1 June 2021, I got first hand information from Michael Trepanier.

Nicole Periard told him I was a former cop, trigger happy thus why I had to retire early from the police force. <– a running rumour.

In 2018, the disinformation from Nicole Periard was:

I was telling everyone if I saw Michael, I would shoot him on sight and Mark was on my side.

(I was never a police officer nor have I ever handled a firearm in my life)

** NOTE:  Threats to arrest me . . .

21 April 2018 was first time, Mark was convinced to have me arrested for abuse -> Apparently, I’d brainwashed him.  In fact,  Mark didn’t trust them since 2-3 April 2018 (attempt grab 1 April 2018 at Rideau Centre shattered father-son bond). 

They’d lost total grip by 8-10th April – the son no longer calling – in fact no one except Louis Guertin on 12th tripping on his story lies.  Mark was clear minded – called the kid a f***’ing clown.

Only trusted character was Terrence Lepage, a so-called private investigator hired 13 February 2018, the day I told them I recorded and knew they monitored.**

** Uploading recs on 13 Feb 2018 changed the game – I had no choice they would have succeeded in getting me bashed in.  Two days later (15th) Terrence Lepage reported someone was after him big time >> Audio:  20180215-01-1-152-On.phone.Lepage.Alarm-Update-Report-[Mark.someone-after.him-big.times].mp3  <– It would be validated on 23 April 2018 >> I was the one all along who was the threat.  After 15th, they were attempt to set me up with a crime for jail time (refer to 18-23 February 2018 >> 18 February 2018 – Told them I knew they were planning to set me up with a crime (Drugs) – they didn’t care – I had to shake their cages until they reacted to fullforce kill on 24 February)

On 19 April 2018, LEPAGE paved the way for the son to come back in our lives – The son was chucked off as a weak & spoiled child under the control of his evil mother (Michelle GUERTIN).

The son was back in our lives.

On 21 APRIL 2018, the son convinced Mark, I’d brainwashed him, for the past weeks, keeping him away from his son.  Mark was now waiting for the definitive INTEL REPORT to  come on 23 APRIL 2018 – finally trusted LEPAGE would know who was the person causing trouble in Mark’s life.

23 APRIL 2018 – Lepage announced I was the problem in his life – Mark enraged ran after me to the washroom and with vehemence and hatred in face  “You think you are a Goddess???**  I could break your neck like a twig!”

**Goddess of what?  Pornography was my first impression because they had accused me in February 2018 of running a pornographic website – doing live shows while Mark slept.

In February, I was developing a website for Connecting Consciousness Action Group, a spiritual community aimed at help humanity.

On 23 April 2018, he attempted to grab my IPHONE – I had a USB flash drive connected to the phone – I was trying to upload recordings in a WhatApps group of 3 people -> ( 3 Military Police & me).  I never had the chance – I pushed him aside and ran to the forest to call 911.

On 23 April 2018, at the OPP police station, I named them as responsible (video OPP police statement) – The recordings support my video statement – On court day (9 May 2018), they barred me from Court premises and replaced my video statement with a false written statement – Mark was facing 5 years in jail based on the forged statement.

**Terrence Lepage may well be the same character played by Luke Bouvier.  It is easier to impersonate multiple characters on the phone when imitating foreign accents.  LEPAGE had a slight British accent.

Other times, threatened to be arrested for psychologically abusing him – coaching him to stay away (specifically the son):

• 15-23 February 2018 (Guertin and partners linked to Bouvier from CSIS – “(framing me for drug smuggling from Asian country) crime setup in progress halted on 24 February 2018“)
• 24 February 2018 (Michelle Guertin shouts “she’s going to jail! not her!))
• 3 March 2018  (Michelle Guertin “Mark forceful removal & guaranteed I would loose everything” she told him she still had Power of Attorney acquired in 1992+)
  
• 30 April-2 May 2018 (Michelle Guertin, Family, L’Orignal Court court-order “Mark institutionalized & abuse charges on me”)
• 21 April 2018 (Anton Guertin (fake son) convinced Mark – “Abuse charges on me – brainwashing – keeping him away from his son”)
• 19-20 August 2018 (Bouvier convinced Mark “abuse charges on me”)

By LATE AUGUST 2018 . . .

Fear intensified – consuming Mark – weak and afraid. Bouvier dispensing fear via Intel reports – not protecting.

One evening I was working on the Connecting Consciousness Canadian website – I had just found a great quote from Robert Shaw – it read:  “The greatest threat to this planet is thinking someone else will save it for us.” and I added:  “… and save us from ourselves”

Within a few minutes, DRING DRING – -Mark answered “Hello?” – It was an operator claiming to be from CSIS:  “Mr. Smith?”  yes, it’s me  . . . “Mr. Smith are you safe?  Are you sure?  we have a safe house for you,  we can pick you up tomorrow.  Are you sure Mr. Smith?  Where is the female right now?

It sent him on a downward spin for the evening – weak in the knees, flushed and clammy, a need to lay down.

NOTE:

Another discovery 3 JUNE 2021 by telephone conversation with  Michael >> Michael Trepanier (Mark’s Brother – 2 years younger) thought Anton Guertin was Mark’s biological son and as Michael put it >> with that (older) woman Michelle Guertin.

In 1979, Theresa and Jean-Paul Lavergne knew young Mark (13) wasn’t the father  – they got paid – December 1979, day this photo was taken.  The infant boy “Anton” was born a few weeks earlier.

From Theresa & Jean-Paul’s perspective, the father-son ploy was to get the young Mark out of their lives but there was a hidden agenda they were not part of –> The point of entry – orchestration came from Old Man Lavergne (Lavergne Estate).

Jean-Paul Lavergne, his son was the new husband, the step-father to Mark, Michael and Nicole – Theresa did everything over her children’s head to please the man – a bully king with Mark and Michael – not with Nicole nor Robert (Jean-Paul’s bio son) – The two young boys had one another especially since “papa” (George Charles Smith) had died in early summer 1978.

Another discovery 3 June 2021 – Michael confided Jean-Paul Lavergne diddled him when he was a young boy.  Also, Jean-Paul would beat them up – Then one day in fall 1978, Mark defended himself.  Jean-Paul freaked out – the boy had grown over the summer and Jean-Paul realized he would no longer be able to bully the child.

After pushing the bully-king away, Mark went out and when he came back home (school day), the door was locked and his clothes in a garbage bag sat on the porch.  They threw him out, he had just turned 13 (12 September 1978) – he knocked for a long time “Mo-om, i’m sorry, Mo-om ….” to no avail.  He headed for the streets for shelter with the homeless.

After Christmas 1978, Mark (13 years old) was smoke dope, no school, delinquency, living on the street. Theresa & Jean-Paul were soon to be on the radar with Children Protective Services.

In early Spring 1979, the organized GUERTIN father-son scheme came into play.  Michelle Guertin was already pregnant – as Anton screamed on 15 February 2018 >> “My my my father is a generational templar . . . huffing puffing” >> audio clip – Mark repeats Anton’s message to me >> 20180215-01-7-To-tell me From-ANTON- his father is a generational templar, a real templar – affirmation.mp3

The 1979 photo was uploaded in SKYPE on 22 February 2018 – Two days later the Full Force Kill Program started (24-27 February 2018).
