DEATH of my FATHER

30 December 1998 – Mid-day –  I was uploading some of his musical compositions to a website – I called him to tell him it was done. Last time I would ever speak to him – I said: “I’ll see you tomorrow.  I love you. Bye” and hung up. For past ten years we spent every Christmas and most New Year’s Eve together.

31 December 1998 – Around 9am – My brother who had been living with my father since summer 1998, called to announce an ambulance was on its way.  My father was found dead in his bed – estimated time of death 6-7am.  He had a stroke.

As Executrix, I took charge.  I contacted key people >> close friends, contacts and family members.

I was able to reach my daughter but unable to reach my son.  He lived in Montreal.

On 2-3 January, my father was cremated and his funerary service held Friday, 8 January 1999.  I still had not reached my son.

Where was my son?

My son was held captive by a group of 3-4 men.  They told him he was to be killed but first, they would toy with him. They boasted he was not their first one  – They would torture him before they killed him and disposed of his body (dismemberment).

The torture lasted 3 days and 2 1/2 nights.

He was tied up to a bed and sodomized repeatedly.  They made him eat feces and drink urine.  Aggravating open wounds – Bleeding from everywhere.

As the third day was dawning, those who kept guard had fallen asleep at the kitchen table.

During the night, my son had loosen restraints but not showed any signs of it – He started to simulate in his mind how he would escape.  When they fell asleep, he escaped.

He ran naked in heavy snow, caked with blood and feces.

He rushed to the busiest place he could see . . . Tim Hortons – He opened the door, ran behind the counter and crashed on the floor in fetal position.

What always triggered it was planned “organized” >>   My son was told ahead of time the reason for kidnapping  He was to be killed but they would torture him before they killed him.

ORGANIZED.

. . . Six months later, he started to feel sick.
On 23 December 1999 @ 2pm, my son announced he was HIV positive.
He was 21.

It broke my heart.

Fall 2003

In mid-October 2003, I consulted with my physician complaining of chest pain.  She sent me for tests.

On 31 October 2003, my physician announced I had 18 months or less to live.  Test results showed myocardial ischemia.   I would be gone by February 2005.  I left her office with prescriptions.

As we drove back home, I turned to my husband and asked if he would take care of my son after I died.  He replied:  “Yes he would” – Then I had an epiphany, I had time to emotionally heal my son – I had 18 months.

I suddenly experienced a sense of relief. – nothing else mattered.

That day, I made a conscious decision to leave my husband in order to take care of my son full-time – Get him up to par “better equipped” before I died.

I took prescribed medication for a week then stopped entirely.  My husband thought I had a death wish – He monitored the level of pills in bottles – Every day, I went through the motion of taking the medication but then would  flush them down the drain.

On 12 December 2003,  I moved into a new apartment unit with my son.  Went to work as normal and never told my employer (Department of Justice) of my medical condition. I was Chief IT Security – I had a Top Secret SA clearance – reporting to a former CSIS Senior Director.

Since the MIT government security framework program post-9/11, we were working on sensitive projects such as deploying PKI (two-factor authentication)  to Crown Agents and RCMP Integrated Proceeds of Crimes units located across Canada.

And also working on classified projects dealing with WITSEC systems including WWII database systems of individuals in CANADA tied to War Crimes.

My son returned to school and would eventually become a certified carpenter.

By Labor Day in September 2004, we discovered through series of independent tests,  I  had been misdiagnosed.  It took 11 months to discover I was not dying – “no condition to be treated nor in need of medication”.

WAS IT JUST A MEDICAL MISTAKE?  Most likely not — we will get back to this later in this document.

TWO MONTHS after learning I was misdiagnosed  . . .

My son was befriended by a character called Hugh Boyle.  The man told my son he was offering me a free trip to Cuba for one week to an all-inclusive 4 star hotel.  Mr. Boyle was apparently an executive at Westjet airlines.

Apparently >> I deserved it.  I found it puzzling this man should suddenly be familiar with me.

I did not want the trip.  I refused several times until Mr. Boyle became pushy – This man finally succeeded by  making my son feel hurt that I would not accept the free trip – that’s how they got me to go.

Over a week of back and fro >> “thank you but not interested“.   He preyed on my son’s emotional perception as if he was the one offering the free trip in appreciation for what I had done for him.

This individual Mr. Boyle manipulated my son  – Knew personal things about me – He refused to take NO for an answer.  Persistent.

Departure: 24 December 2004  – Return:  31 December 2004.

We were in CUBA during the Tsunami in the Philippines >> 26 December 2004.

WHILE IN CUBA, I EXPERIENCED TWO KIDNAP ATTEMPTS BY CUBAN SECRET SERVICE.

1. #1 – 28 December 2004 – A Clandestine Operation – late at night – failed
2. #2 – 31 December 2004 – at the airport – failed

1. Two kidnapping attempts involving Secret Service police
2. One brutal beating

His last trip was a kidnapping – he was incarcerated for several days – no phone calls allowed until Canadian tourists heard his screams and went to see where they came from – They were going to contact the Canadian embassy.  Then suddenly, Mr. Westjet with one call, was able to get my son released before the Canadian tourists alerted the Embassy.

This man was alerted about the tourists and immediately my son was released.

In 2004, my son accepted Jesus as his Savior – he became a Reborn Christian.  His experience was very intense.

Shortly after, he announced that Jesus had clearly and firmly told him:  “STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION NOW”  very insistent – like an order loud and clear.

My son had been diagnosed with HIV in December 1999 – He started to take AZT a year or so later.

In 2004, he completely stopped. 

Many in the family shook their heads in disbelief, thinking he was disillusioned – Right . . . Jesus spoke to him and was insistent . . . .  They scoffed, saying behind his back that he was mentally unstable – hypocrites.

I was neutral.  I believed him but I did not know Jesus’ plan here “what’s up J?” – My faith kept me neutral because I’ve come to learn in life that sometimes things are not what they seem to be.

NOW LET’S GO TO 2021

 By Fall 2021, Dr. Tony Fauci was exposed for recommending / authorizing AZT to be given HIV patients – the only medication for HIV. 

When the drug is taken over a certain period of time, it was found to induce AIDS like symptoms >> over 11,000 people died because of it.

This is factual information – One of several medical crimes under FAUCI list of crimes against humanity.

For example, right now with COVID-19 . . .

There are deaths from the government-directed COVID treatments. For remdesivir, studies show that 71-75 percent of patients suffer an adverse effect, and the drug often had to be stopped after five to ten days because of these effects, such as kidney and liver damage, and death.

Remdesivir trials during the 2018 West African Ebola outbreak had to be discontinued because death rate exceeded 50%. Yet, in 2020, Anthony Fauci directed that remdesivir was to be the drug hospitals use to treat COVID-19, even when the COVID clinical trials of remdesivir showed similar adverse effects., Remdesivir causes kidney shut down and other adverse effects  – the patient deteriorates and will likely die.

Skewed statistical death to validate COVID-19 deaths “false positives” – skewed statistics.

Creating a “National Pandemic Emergency” provided justification for such sweeping actions that override individual physician medical decision-making and patients’ rights. The CARES Act provides incentives for hospitals to use treatments dictated solely by the federal government under the auspices of the NIH.

These “bounties” must be paid back if not “earned” by making the COVID-19 diagnosis and following the COVID-19 protocol.

The hospital payments include:

• A “free” required PCR test in the Emergency Room or upon admission for every patient, with government-paid fee to hospital.
• Added bonus payment for each positive COVID-19 diagnosis.
• Another bonus for a COVID-19 admission to the hospital.
• A 20 percent “boost” bonus payment from Medicare on the entire hospital bill for use of remdesivir instead of medicines such as Ivermectin.
• Another and larger bonus payment to the hospital if a COVID-19 patient is mechanically ventilated.
• More money to the hospital if cause of death is listed as COVID-19, even if patient did not die directly of COVID-19.
• A COVID-19 diagnosis also provides extra payments to coroners.

NOW BACK TO 2003 . . .

About the misdiagnosis . . .

It was very likely LEVERAGED – also playing my physician “Dr. Sylvie Brulé” at the time.  Opportunistic to create test results that would show myocardial ischemia – few months to live.

So what’s the wrong test to skew medical test results?

I have a left bundle branch blockage (LBBB) – But it is not a disease, it’s a heart condition – No medication require if one maintains a healthy life style “Body, Mind, Spirit”.

LBBB (in lame terms) >> The electrical system heartbeat works on the principle that my right side compensates for the left side symbolic to breaking your heart in two.

Although it’s a heart condition, I’m not dying.  However, you cannot do a normal ECG – it immediately spurts out wrong results even during the test  – Very obvious from a clinician point of view as it would seem as if the machine is not working properly or your testing a half-dead person  >> If the patient on the thread mill is energetic while the ECG machine is showing results for a dying human, as a clinician you would immediately notice.

. . . and that was the clencher –>> so you have dead woman walking on a tread mill or is your machine broken?  The clinician knew it would give a false reading >> test results would show terminal heart disease.

When a patient has a bundle branch block condition, a different test is done >> A toxic compound is injected while the patient lies down and undergoes the cardiac test >> the equivalent to an ECG on a treadmill.

Since the injected compound is toxic, the patient at the end of the test MUST BE injected with an anti-dote.  That’s how an ECG is done when the patient has a LBBB / RBBB heart condition.

31 OCTOBER 2003 – 1st test result showed I was dying – 18 months or less to live.

By March/April 2004, my physician realized something was not right – I was to energetic, felt great, no more chest pains.

She had figured it out and was not too nice about it . . . she ordered an ECG using the compound and anti-dote and sent me to the same place for testing.

2nd test was conducted in April 2004 at the same medical centre (Bank Street South).  They were not very nice with me – arrogance.

They did the test right the second time but did not want to give the anti-dote. I asked for it and the clinician with attitude and smirk on his face, responded I did not need it and he quickly left the room.

I got dressed and left.  I was violently sick while driving.  I almost passed out, it took all my mental strength to keep my wit and I had to eventually park on the side of the road and regain focus.  I was seriously sick for two days  .  .  . the time it took to flush out the toxic compound from my body.  I was listless for one week.

That clinician was the same individual during the first test – a thug face “criminal eyes” – was it retaliation?

Honestly, if someone had poor health including a bad heart, chances are one would have needed to be hospitalized – this could likely kill a person.  I meditated myself back to health – I was able to take sick leave to recuperate.

The SECOND test results clearly showed the LBBB heart condition which he should have picked up the first time at the start of the testing.

My physician was livid when she heard they refused “said it was not necessary”  to give the anti-dote.  Livid.

SO MUCH LIVID that she requested testing from a TRUSTED SOURCE >> DR. LEMAY at the CIVIC HOSPITAL.  She had worked under his tutelage for several years.  These are ethical physicians and medical specialists – trust worthy – the real thing.

While waiting in the hallway of Dr. Lemay’s office area, I overheard them.  Seems like the testing centre on Bank Street South is renown / has a bad reputation of playing stupid on purpose with some patients.  Never again she vowed she would allow one of her patients to be tested at that Centre.  Not even for an ingrown toe nail.  Nothing – not to be trusted.

In June 2004, the THIRD test confirms the LBBB but no other anomalies.

Before Labor day weekend, she formally announced I had been misdiagnosed – Although I had a LBBB, I was healthy.   By September 2004, I had seven months left to my death sentence.  The 18 months to live sentence was lifted.

In 2009, GUERTIN forged a letter dated 18 December 2009 using my physicians signature.  Here’s an excerpt:

“in reviewing your medical record, as you and I did the other day, it has become evident to me that you are unwilling to comply with the medical advice that I have given you for the treatment of your condition. it is extremely important that you continue this treatment.”

“I urge you to find another physician as soon as possible . . .”

I had not seen my physician since 2005 – I was not in the Provincial Health Care system since July 2008 – What the hell was GUERTIN up to so early on doing a medical forgery?

They very likely knew about the Heart condition and I believe access to the FIRST SKEWED TEST that showed myocardial ischemia.

LEVERAGING the MISDIAGNOSIS?  MOST LIKELY but how would they know?

In 2009, I was not in the provincial health care database.  They very likely  had access to my test results archived at the Ottawa Cardiovascular Centre on Bank Street in Ottawa.

From 2003-04 to 2009  – – – Now, let’s go to November 2017 . . .

In November 2017, I started to put together a docu-presentation that narrated events of 2003-04 when I was diagnosed with 18 months to live.  I would come to call it >>  “Mending a Broken Heart” .

It’s quite the story . . . as to  how it came about . . . you know, why did I decide to to do this document in Nov 2017?

The moment I completed it and sent it via email to Kate Marsden at MUFON, black helicopter flyovers frequent and daily low over our house since 26 October 2017 COMPLETELY STOPPED.

For the longest time, I thought it was because it rang too close to their doing (not GUERTIN but the new PARTNERSHIP group).

The next time we would experience daily frequent black helicopter shaking house would be MID-SEPTEMBER to DECEMBER 2018 >> Bouvier and the aerial calvary – BOUVIER THE SAVIOR who commanded fly-overs on demand  FOR OUR PROTECTION.
