In the Mark Smith case, Canadian Intelligence Agency joined GUERTIN to complete the operation. 

They offered access to illegal surveillance technology.  They took over the operation as early as 2016 playing out various psyops strategies.

Their first choice to allow GUERTIN to capture Mark Smith was by eliminating me.

This grab tactic stopped after 23 April 2018 because I had recordings, SKYPE messages, involved other parties (make sure other people knew), etc.

If I hadn’t done that, I high likely would not be here today.

After mid-September 2018, Canadian intelligence agency personnel took over the operation and came up with a new strategy as means to deliver Mark Smith to the GUERTIN.  Mark Smith was killed off on 16 December 2018.  And in my case, since they couldn’t kill me, they black marked me in criminal databases and I remained under surveillance.
