BACKGROUND SUMMARY

From the time we started to live together on 29 MAY 2009 up to 13 JULY 2014 (5 years), specific family members (working for GUERTIN) were abusive and dangerous. 

GUERTIN and FAMILY needed to isolate this guy (grab him). But were unable to remove me or get him to leave.  I was the obstacle. 

On >> 13 JULY 2014, I did something that kept them away. They became afraid of me and at the same time, what I did protected Mark’s nephew and niece (Michael’s children) from Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE who for many years, pulled setups so that Michael and his life partner would lose their children.  Pure evil.

Since 13 July 2014, GUERTIN with FAMILY were screwed. 

• Why did they want this guy?  I believe GUERTIN in 1990s, when they acquired Power of Attorney over his life, would have established illegal operations over his identity.  The way to release these illegal assets was by terminating him.

• The 1990s psychological rewiring was a means to control him and a means to coral him back to them –> he was officially listed as mentally ill (multiple personalities “their doing”), dangerous and volatile.  Michelle GUERTIN had Power of Attorney and appointed his sister PERIARD as legal guardian.

In FALL 2015, a change was detected.  GUERTIN formed a new partnership.  Throughout this site, I call them “New Partners (CSIS)” .

They brought neuro technologies and full-blown monitoring tech to the game.  They became directors of the SMITH Operation which involved permanently removing me as means to get their hands on Mark SMITH. Full of promises the job would high likely be completed in 2016.

FALL 2015

In Fall 2015, we started to have an up rise of unexplained phenomena, uncanny synchronicities.  At the time, I didn’t know these incidents could be man-made.  It also wasn’t in my consciousness that we were electronically monitored / targeted.

In December 2015, family’s behavior and lies are what pointed to being electronically monitored.

SOME CONTEXT

Since 2009 (for me), the family had been abusive, conflict instigators, toxic.  The reason for gaslighting and conflicts was to have him move out, detached from anyone he trusted – isolate him.  They were not trying to have me killed, they just wanted him to move away.

That end-game to contain this guy was being played out well before my time (2009).  Last time (2007), they lost grip on this guy when Family provoked suicide and it failed 15 JANUARY 2007, he was saved by a stranger.  Through investigation, I concluded it was ok, perhaps less overhead that he died – No need to grab him then kill him.  Suicides are clean cut.  No comebacks.

In 2011, Michelle GUERTIN forged her 1983 case claiming SMITH had not done the last two weekends in jail (yes-s 28 years ago) – Details in post below, family aided.  When they realized they couldn’t blame me, they let him rot in jail – He did wrongful time in jail for a forgery to serve GUERTIN’s agenda.  She was supposed to come in as his saving lawyer. By end December 2011, Nicole PERIARD gas-lit police as means to set me up and get me arrested.

2011 – GUERTIN w/t PERIARD – Organized Operations – Forged Arrest Warrant & 2 Attempts to Set Me Up

FALL 2012 –> FAMILY ANNOUNCED THAT MARK SMITH WAS ONE OF THE BENEFACTORS TO THE LAVERGNE ESTATE – APPARENTLY A LARGE SUM.  THIS WAS CONFIRMED IN MY PRESENCE BY HIS MOTHER.  The false inheritance is how they, FAMILY, GUERTIN and NEW PARTNERS (CSIS) kept him hooked in right to his death (2018).

BY 2013, Nicole PERIARD attempted to make it seem she was cut out of the LAVERGNE Estate for her inheritance – yes the false inheritance claim they were dangling since Fall 2012.  Jean-Louis LAVERGNE, son of old man LAVERGNE (Estate) was involved.

Also in 2013, I believe / strongly suspect that GUERTIN were behind the suspicious deaths of Marcel TREPANIER and Candy his girlfriend.  Marcel most likely knew that the GUERTIN SON was not Mark’s child.  If the GUERTIN pushed too much, Marcel would have blown their cover which also included Theresa LAVERGNE and Nicole PERIARD.  Marcel wasn’t one to messed with, shut him down.

Marcel TREPANIER, non-biological father of Mark SMITH ingested or shot up tainted cocaine.  Entourage blamed his girlfriend – I wasn’t paying attention – Didn’t think she was responsible.  Then when she started to investigate what had happened, she died the same way 3-4 weeks later.  Now I was paying attention while the entourage went back to sleep (idiots).

Although Marcel Trepanier was PERIARD’s biological father, he didn’t trust her – this was well known.  PERIARD most likely knows what happened to Marcel and Candy.

They had to get rid of him – they tried in 2011 with the forged warrant psyop that partially failed.

2014

On 13 JULY 2014, they were stopped by using fear through an email I wrote that listed crimes by PERIARD.

After mid-JULY 2014, Mark SMITH’s family, mother & sister. stayed away from us. Everyone was nice. They left us alone.

• I would later learn that when my name was brought up in company, his mother and sister would slightly pause and change the subject as if they hadn’t heard.  Behavior was odd enough for some people to tell me.

No one bothered us anymore.  It was peaceful.

THEY WERE SCREWED – AT A STAND-STILL.

But it didn’t last . . .

2015

By late 2015, as per investigation, I strongly suspected GUERTIN had allied with a new partner and gave them directorship of the operation – I refer to the new partners as New Partners (CSIS).

• The new partnership had access to technologies, resources to manage the operational side,  henchmen for surveillance, helicopters on demand, satellite feed on property, infrared in house suspected after mid-September 2018.

These technologies were gradually introduced.

• By February/March 2017 period, New Partners (CSIS) used some of the content of the JULY 2014 email to blackmail / scare Nicole PERIARD into submission – aiding & abetting when required.  When I would disappear and SMITH was done, there would be no comeback from the family.

By  2017, online monitoring, in-house monitoring and satellite feed on the property were active.

ONE HAS TO WONDER IF THE GUERTIN SOUGHT THE NEW PARTNERSHIP.
Did they make the first move?

Perhaps they did, but here’s a plausible theory:

What if New Partners (CSIS) discovered the GUERTIN agenda and inserted themselves – They came in with promises of success, experienced, plenty of resources.  First choice remove the obstacle “Lyn Champagne” – Make it attractive with conditions and incentives.  GUERTIN agreed.

The GUERTIN would not have been in any position to refuse as they were likely running illegal operations using SMITH’s identity –  GUERTIN did a human trafficking sale and pedophilia in 1979.  Like old man LAVERGNE, they knew the circuit. Scumbags.

New Partners (CSIS) would have scrutinized the GUERTIN from top to bottom well before approaching them.  Knowing many dirty secrets.

• Picture this scenario –>  GUERTIN:  “Oh hi, yes we do illegal shit, oops you caught us.  We own the human called Mark SMITH we need to do him –  very lucrative business . . . . What?  oh you want to take over the job to help us capture SMITH and then a cut?  No thanks we are ok.  : – ) ” and everyone goes on their merry way.

I don’t think so.

Whatever was at the end must have been very lucrative considering the time, effort, frustrations, delays, resources and costs it took to complete the job.

New Partners (CSIS) wanted a piece of the action.

FALL 2015

LASER SHOT SUSPECTED

On 21 November 2015, Mark SMITH was laser shot for the first time.  His mother talked too much.  The second time he was lased was on 22 January 2018, the start of seizures and accelerated health decline.

LEVERAGING TELEPHONE CALL & ONLINE SEARCHES – Electronic Monitoring Detected

They made mistakes  –>  A major one was to include Mark SMITH mother & sister to participate on minor psyops.  They gave it away on 13-14 December 2015.

• 13 December 2015 – My Online Searches on Shadow People – Next Day Family Claimed Shadow People Visited with Dire Warning – Mark’s mother said it was an OMEN – | Shadow 2016 & Suicide of my Son | Shadow 2017 Family Involvement Again

An escalation in monitoring.

SIDE NOTE:

In Fall 2015, other “high strangeness” occurred.  These experiences / incidents were not included in this post.  I felt they would distract from the relevant pieces tied to the Mark SMITH operation. 

(1) 19 October 2015 – Hologram of dragon tail  – I was standing no more than 1 1/2 to 2 feet away at eye level  – it looked 3D solid – I took the time to examine it (scale size (dragon), iridescent colour, texture, dimensions).  I felt if I touched it it would likely disappear.

After close to 4-5 minutes of examination, I decided to touch it and when I did it disappeared.  I immediately documented – Drew diagrams.

• For the record, I did say DRAGON – Please do not confuse this with reptilian or alpha draconis extra-terrestrial species. It is not related.  It was tied to Ancient Egypt based on what I was doing at the time.  Nothing to do with online either.

(2) 28 November 2015 – Acquisition of an old silver Egyptian medallion with sticker in the back –> 1967 – Egyptian Baptist Hospital, Gaza.  (store away since 1967) –  I didn’t choose it per se, it chose me. Quite the story.

Acquisition of medallion was likely organized.  During investigation (post 2018), for a long time, I pondered if it was the doing of New Partners (CSIS) – But I’ve concluded, it is high likely not from them but from another source.  Post in progress.

(3)  2 JANUARY 2016 – “Abram on the Wall”.  I will cover these incidents in a separate post as I believe Abram ties with the acquisition of the medallion and possibly the holographic incident.

Since 28 NOVEMBER 2015, I always wear the medallion.  As strange as this might sound –> I was genetically scanned on the 14th and 28th of November 2015 (physical scan – quite the experience).   I know how it sounds.

SUICIDE FAMILY PROVOKED 2007

• 2007 – Family Confess to Abuse After Mark’s Suicide Attempt – Grandmother Chenier Contact Treatment Centre

Once Carmen Chenier passed away (30 OCT 2010), the GUERTIN came out of the woodwork.

They feared Carmen because she had been in a position to blackmail them (2007) –>  “NOT YOUR SON MARK! Your mother and Jean-Paul were paid, they sold you to GUERTIN – They tricked you to believe you were the father of her son!”.  Carmen didn’t know half of it . . . she thought it was abuse of the past – She thought GUERTIN were no longer in his life – Reaity was –> Michelle GUERTIN was in the lives of Nicole PERIARD and Mark SMITH.

In early 2017, New Partners (CSIS) used the content of email dated 13 JULY 2014 to blackmail PERIARD and his mother into submission – Once I would be terminated and SMITH taken over, the family would never contest –  blackmail was powerful enough in their minds to go along with our demise.

What was in the email?  List of crimes by Nicole PERIARD.  

• 13 JULY 2014 Email Becomes Future Pay Off in 2017 for New Partners (CSIS) to Blackmail Criminal Nicole PERIARD Into Obedience BEFORE SON Crashed In Our Lives

His mother would also have blackmail material pending over her head such as case file 2007 when counselors at a certain Treatment Centre urged SMITH to press abuse charges onto her and more.

2009

In December 2009, GUERTIN targeted me using the medical system –> 18 December 2009 forged medical letter – They tried to scare me to believe I needed to find a new physician for an urgent medical condition. GUERTIN’s crime signatures (of influence) were legal and medical organized crimes.

GUERTIN had unauthorized access to my medical record stored in the provincial health database.  They leveraged false test results stored in my medical file unknowing they were false.

• 18 December 2009 – Forged Medical Letter – Leveraging Terminal Disease Test Results as means to get me in the medical system -> GUERTIN organized crime territory – Copy in post.

• In mid-April 2018, Michelle GUERTIN, as if entitled, complained she couldn’t find my medical record.  (Thanks for confirming you had unauthorized access).
