At the time (6-9 APR 2018), I thought GUERTIN had access to first hand intercepted / monitored data from our in-house conversations and online.  High likely they did not.  They were fed second-hand data from their “trusted” New Partners (CSIS) contact.

So the ones with first hand raw intel data can be selective. weave and tell GUERTIN whatever they wanted in order to get GUERTIN to react / behave in a certain way.  Give them the illusion of choice “tell them what needs to be told so that we control them better.”

So playing with their beliefs, superstitions and fears (at spirit) might not have worked as expected as it reached the monitoring team who then well . . . as I said tell GUERTIN whatever needs to be told . . . right?  Right.

After 3 April 2018, Mark was out of denial.  The son and “the mother” both GUERTIN were no longer trusted.  Since we were caged in, I decided to use the monitoring to my advantage and play with their spiritual fears, beliefs and superstitions.

6 APRIL late morning, I stopped them to ever be able to use again the fake recurring dream that had been going on for the past 3-4 weeks.  Identical dreams narrated every morning by Mark’s mother and the SON (Anton Guertin).

The dream was about  a veiled woman dressed in black laughing as Mark laid in a coffin. 15 March – 6 April 2018 – Fake-Son & Mark’s Mother > IDENTICAL Recurring DEATH dream with the Lady in Black – Fed DAILY for future blame factor > “Lady in Black” > Me

By 6 April 2018, both narrators were about to remove the veil of the lady in black . . .

Mark’s mother even included a third party, one of Nicole Periard’s son (Anthony) who stated having the same dream that night, now there were three people  >> “Uncle Mark, Uncle Mark, I also removed the veil of that f&cking b!tch . . . and when I do . . . “.

I though >> OH NO YOU DON’T!  >>  I knew where that was leading.  In coming days, they would say I was the veiled lady in black.

So I stopped the belief in the recurring dream scam – it was the time because Mark did not trust the SON  – one had to be careful because crittizing or saying anything negative about that SON impostor was risky.  But Mark believed me and that stopped them from ever using that scam again.

THE SON who had lost the father-son TRUST BOND on 1 April 2018, tried to regain sympathy and trust using that dream scam again – – – Theresa (Mark’s mother)  in conspiracy calling also on 6 April 2018 and including her grand-son (Anthony)  – three people on 6 April 2018 narrating the identical story – clearly showed FAMILY was in conspiracy.**

**on 20 January 2019, Nicole Periard sent her son Anthony Bedard-Trepanier-Periard to my house to snoop by offering (fake) sympathy for Mark’s death.  Her son talked too much  . . .  among other things I asked him why did he participate in the dream scam with grandma (Theresa) and Anton Guertin – he put his head down in shame.  PART 9 – January 2019 – 18th – NICOLE calls police to my house – 20th NICOLE sends her SON (ANTHONY) to my house >> Involuntary Info Slip-ups and QUESTIONS opened full-time investigation 2 February 2019

They could not use it again as it would compromise the SON even more. Closed off.

Mark did not trust him since the failed grab on 1 April 2018 (Lure Program).  IT would also compromised Mark’s mother who participated with the SON since mid-March 2018  – Incriminating isn’t it?

RIGHT AFTER CABOSHING the HORRIFIC DREAM SCAM . . .

. . . Well knowing they monitored.  I went to another room, uncovered the video camera,  and I did a dramatic ceremonial performance using Enoch language to scribe who was elected my Substitute >> It was/is the HEARTLESS ONE known as Michelle Guertin was branded my substitute.  Total inversion of  “the one with a Heart” known as Dragon Heart (me)  <– as I said, I rendered a dramatic performance.

The veiled lady in the dream?    There you go, THE VEIL IS REMOVED . . . it’s MICHELLE GUERTIN the lady in black, the HEARTLESS ONE laughing beside Mark laying in a coffin.

 

The sentence in Enoch language reads:
MICHELLE GUERTIN IS MY SUBSTITUTE

After writing the name of the substitute – What are the chances this happens > > A raven fell down the fireplace – in 9 years of living in my house this will be the second time – I don’t believe in coincidence perhaps neither did the Guertin because the next day, Louis Guertin called upset and threatening my children. Oh and the raven or is it the enochian message, got a flyover.

THEY REACTED . . .

It warranted a fly by from a distinct pearl grey helicopter – at promenade speed.

I would see it again the day Mark is transferred from the gurney to the ambulance on 29 November 2018 (my heart sank) and again, on the one-year anniversary of Mark’s death 16 December 2019 – how insulting.

BACK to 6 APRIL 2018 . . .

Michelle Guertin called and referred to my children as “FUCKING KIDS” – we have recording and I messaged her in Skype.

7 APRIL 2018 >> Michelle Guertin was in a panic state and LOUIS ANGRY WITH FRUSTRATION –

Louis Guertin threatened my life and my children then announced he would send the Templars to deal with me.

Is he insane?

 Since THE GUERTIN were fed second hand intel, relying on their monitoring team contact (those who had first hand access to raw incoming monitoring data from us), what where the GUERTIN REALLY TOLD IN ORDER TO GET LOUIS GUERTIN SO UPSET?

AND as LOUIS huffed  & puffed says >> DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?  (was he ever upset) –

• My comeback should have been:  “I know WHAT you are . .  a pompous, lying human of satanic intelligence”.

When asked why he was so angry?  He responded I was the delay for the release of Mark’s share.  Right . . . I was the delay to their operation which required them to eliminate me in order to grab Mark.  I made it impossible for them to GET TO HIM.

“LOUIS was most likely frustrated because the LURE PROGRAM had failed – all that time wasted being nice since 6 March 2018 and more so since he agreed to join on 16 March 2018 and here we were 7 April 2018. 

All that work gone to waste.  And, to make matters worst, the son and Michelle Guertin out of favor with Mark.

Mark openly called the son “a fucking clown”  – I called him “Dr. Death”.

SO WHAT WOULD THEY DO NOW? 

• They would have to rely on New Partners (CSIS) – – – New partner who used CSIS at forefront who, I believe, followed orders from an assigned Director or “Strategist”.

New strategy planned out by CSIS contact on 18 April 2018, how do I know?

Because I recognized the guy who stalked me on 12 October 2017 – This time on 18 April, he was wearing a jacket with CSIS logo – He dramatically (which made it worst for him)  –> tried to hide his face as I stood 4-5 feet away from him putting gas in my car.   He was stuck in a car waiting for his colleague (who was in the convenient store).

They high likely came to town to strategize a new tactic that had taken effect / was being played out since earlier that day:

This was gift of knowledge.  Next day?  They got Mark’s mother to call and say that TWO CSIS Agents showed up unannounced at her house and offered to do a bug sweep of her entire house.  (wow what a service).

Chuckles, when I asked “so did they find anything?”, SMITH’s mother responded “yes, but they don’t know who was electronically eavesdropping.”

• In Spring/Winter 2017, the family was telling everyone to be careful when calling them because their phone was tapped by CSIS because of Nicole PERIARD. The time period when they were tweaking her to come eat out of their hands (blackmailed).

It would have been better not to say a word – To not involve his mother Theresa LAVERGNE.  

It only confirmed I had indeed encountered two CSIS Agents on previous day and that they were all in this together.

That was a mistake.
