It was the one year anniversary of UPLOADING this photo in SKYPE (22 February 2018) >> Guertin-1979.jpg >> I made sure it was known by writing in the descriptive zone of the .JPG stored in Google Drive.

I’ve encountered the female on 30 October 2018 – – I was pushing to get the video statement out to show it to Mark – – – put that to rest – – – He believed me that I hadn’t done a written statement but I felt in my heart HE DESERVED TO VIEW THE VIDEO STATEMENT – – – BOUVIER never delivered of course.

BUT I GOT STALKED – the woman on 22 February 2019 was the same one as on 30 October 2018.  At the time, I was pressuring Bouvier (CSIS) to show Mark the OPP Video Statement dated 23 April 2018 <– they replaced it with a false written statement on 9 May 2018** – He was facing 5 years in jail – they suppressed my statement (where I named them) and denied access in the Courtroom.
