In May 2018, Mark rented an apartment in Rockland.  We were living apart but in contact every day.  He kept away from his sister and mother since 3  MAY 2018 when we realized they were in conspiracy with Guertin.**

**He trusted his brother Michael Trepanier – His sister and mother didn’t include Michael in the conspiracy circle – By late July, Michael became openly hostile based on false assumptions fed by sister/mother.

Mid-June to 4 July 2018 – Interpol fake arrest – Blamed for SUICIDE of son |  Family and Bouvier (CSIS) replaced Guertin duo at forefront | E-Spying Intel >> intensify horrific news – sit back – do it again | August 2018 urinating/defecating on self

2  JULY 2018

I posted pieces for period 24-27 Feb 2018 – parts where I asked for help from the son. Also had copied pasted screenful of “Please help me” hoping someone would do something – no one ever did – it was a shot in the dark (February 2018).

In Late June 2018 up until 2 July 2018, I was working on pieces of the worst time where I was sure to be killed >> period 24-27 2018 which I called Full Force Kill Program.

24-27 Feb 2018 – FULL FORCE KILL in Effect – audio & Skype screen included – This Material first published 2 July 2018 is reason for faking suicide – Blamed for suicide of his fake son – Mark resentful died thinking his child committed suicide because of me

WHAT’S IRONIC ABOUT THE FAKE SUICIDE EXCUSE OF 2 JULY – IS THAT I WAS PUBLISHING ON 2 JULY 2018 MATERIAL ABOUT THE PERIOD WHERE THE SON AND HIS MOTHER (MICHELLE GUERTIN) WERE DEMANDING THAT i KILL MYSELF “TELL HER TO COMMIT SUICIDE”  . . .

24-27 February 2018 – She’s Going to Jail! Not Me! said GUERTIN – Do Something! As per Intelligence, she will hurt our SON | Dad! It’s a Trap – She’s Evil, Tell her to KILL HERSELF

4 JULY 2018

Mid-day, Louis Guertin announced the son had killed himself on 2 July 2018 – his drug addiction and my online writings had triggered suicide (he cut his throat in the bathtub – a gruesome excuse for a faked suicide).

Exasperatedly, Mark asked me again to get rid of everything – his son killed himself – I was in part blamed for the suicide of his (fake) son.

And his mother Michelle Guertin was institutionalized which is why she wasn’t in contact with him (Mark the grieving father – they shared a child together).

We believed it.

Yes,  the son killed himself but death was not an exoneration to the events that took place – they tried to kill us.  As a result, I would not delete the recordings.

6 July 2018

But, out of respect, I stopped working on recording material – before I did, I made a full backup in another Google drive location and left it alone – do not go back.  The original Google Drive they knew about remained untouched – archive storage.  Those were recordings up to end of April 2018.  All recordings from May 2018 onward were never uploaded to Google Drive.  In early 2019, they discovered they existed.

ON 6 July 2018, I suspended working on recording material as well as stopped writing messages to them and do voice out out loud in the house messages – although monitoring continued.

7-9 July 2018

We started to question who was going to take over his legal file?  We thought she was Mark’s lawyer – and now she was institutionalized.  Louis advised he would come back to Mark on this matter.

Luke Bouvier – Introduction

Within a few days, Louis Guertin referred Luke Bouvier who would claim to be affiliated / work with CSIS in several capacity – a Lawyer and Law man.  He would take over and protect Mark’s interests.

Mark trusted Louis Guertin and took immediately to Luke Bouvier.  He would come to hang onto Bouvier’s words and advice – explicit trust factor 100% over me – anyone else.

MID-JULY 2018

Mark was living in Rockland and getting along with Michael his brother – and a new friend called Cody Barrett.  Mark was fine and believed the people around him were friends not foes.

20-21 JULY 2018

Around this date, he announced he was moving back “home” – They thought, since he was at ease, the apartment was his home – they thought they’d lulled him into staying but in fact he healed and was ready to come back by September 2018 (two months notice).

AND THIS IS WHEN > > immediate family started to come out of the wood work. It became sinister and hostile.

26 JULY 2018

His brother Michael and friends started to taunt Mark in his apartment – he began to convulse on the floor – they pushed and kicked him around as he was having a seizure.

He said he laid unconscious on the ground for a while – I took him out of the apartment the next day.

27 JULY 2018

By afternoon, his brother called our house repeatedly stating people were in his apartment – ransacking and vandalizing.

After each of calls, Mark was weakening, vulnerable, vomiting anxiety attacks – it escalated  he was afraid of them > > short audio clip:   20180802-1-Damage.at.apt.open.hatred.mp3 – in this audio he mentions “the lawyer” <– that’s Luke Bouvier – Mark thought they were after his share from the Lavergne Estate.

So instead of waiting for the next family call, I decided we had to go to the apartment and secure the place – here’s a recording where I go in first and check the apartment >> 20180727-1552-Marksaptbreak-in.mp3 – drawers were emptied, tables turned and chairs strewn around.  His copy of the false written statement (court 9 May 2018) was removed.

He didn’t trust Michael anymore – like his sister and mother – however Michael was running another program > > Michael thought Mark had a share coming.  Unknowing about the GUERTIN and sister/mother in conspiracy.  They used Michael – reeled him up out of greed and envy.

Mark moved back in our house on 27 JULY 2018 and severed contact with any family member.

End July – Start of August 2018

Mark Divorce papers – Luke Bouvier “the lawyer” takes care of it.

We were talking of marriage – But Mark had to divorce Cynthia Rosebush – Luke BOUVIER took care of it. Mark signed / served papers and Luke Bouvier announced Cynthia had signed them also – they were divorced.

I believe the divorce was necessary to detach / remove any claim from former spouse on any financial gain tied to Mark “Trepanier” Smith.  Through divorce, former wife was legally out of the picture.

But with the turmoil that would ensue throughout August >> family openly aggressive, Bouvier protecting Mark’s interest .  .  .  I was turned into a suspicious character “not to marry”.

2 AUGUST 2018

He had moved back home on 27 July, a few days later (2nd) while we were at the Post Office, his brother and friend confronted us while we were sitting in our car.  I recorded the encounter – they walked away when they saw me recording > > short video  clip: 20180802_130216.mp4**

**In the video, I told Michael the Russians were coming because a few years ago, Michael stole $40,000 from a Russian business man in Montreal and ran away to Rockland to hide from them.  Since then, Michael was always looking over his shoulder – worried the Russians from Montreal would find him.

8-9 AUGUST 2018

After much pressure to delete the recording material, I deleted them in front of Mark while voicing out my actions > > > Delete all? OK – – and in Trash > > Delete Forever? OK. 

I had deleted the original storage area of all the recordings they knew about – spanning from January to April 2018 – it didn’t include May 2018 and beyond.

ONCE THEY THOUGHT THE RECORDINGS WERE DELETED . . .

It was a chaotic violent period – for instance, threats such as she (me) deserves to be bashed in the face with a baseball bat, etc.  and Bouvier dishing out bad intel report such as > >  threats on Mark’s life from bikers who were affiliated to his former wife and now in alliance with the family.

Other reports were about me – sufficient to make him sick for the rest of the night.

In early August 2018, the bottom line was (1) the son was dead (2) she was institutionalized in France and (3) I had deleted the recordings that incriminated both mother and son.

From that point forward, they let loose.

That’s where we stood after recordings were supposedly deleted – I still had a full backup in Google Drive (done in early July 2018) – no one knew about it.

THE RECORDINGS THEY THOUGHT DELETED WERE FOR PERIOD JANUARY to APRIL 2018.  The following full-lengths were not known/discovered until early 2019.
