By 7 April 2018, Louis GUERTIN out of frustration threatened me and my children – – – his excuse?  I’m the delay for the release of financial gain –> the so-called “inheritance” that didn’t exist.

What was the hold up for Louis to get SMITH? My removal.

Get it right LOUIS –> Delays were caused by New Partners (CSIS) who became obsessed with removing me by doing that crime of passion (9 Nov 2017 to 23 April 2018).

On 7 APRIL 2018, one has to wonder what was really up Louis’ arse?  What did New Partners (CSIS) tell him to freak him out angrily and lash out? This was the first time Louis GUERTIN showed anger.  He always played the “good” guy until that fateful day.

The delay was caused by New Partners (CSIS).  GUERTIN had their guy on 10 FEB 2018 (100%) but the Directors canceled it, turned around, amp’d up to have me killed.  GUERTIN complied (forefront puppets).

It was as if New Partners (CSIS) wanted their prize (me) before the GUERTIN had their prize (SMITH).

After 13 FEB 2018, it became harder and harder as I was counteracted, documented, recorded, even talking to them via SKYPE – By 27 FEB 2018, I knew they WANTED SMITH by first removing me (termination).  They wanted him dead or alive – dead better (less overhead).

By 3 March, Michelle GUERTIN was permanently distrusted.  On 1 APRIL 2018,  they had botched a kidnap, the SON was no longer trusted but regained trust 18 APRIL –> Again, New Partners (CSIS) attempted to play out a crime of passion but it failed because I called 911, gave a police statement.  Eight days later, 26 APRIL the SON was permanently distrusted – Him and his mother assaulted him at shopping mall parking lot.  PERIARD gave the signal to his location.

That’s the thing when one is getting second hand intel information like the GUERTIN, not privy to the first-hand monitoring data –>  Since 2016, New Partners (CSIS) were Directors of the Operation.  King of Intel, able to tell GUERTIN whatever needed to be told to get them to react how they wanted them to react – Dance and prance GUERTIN and they did.

Louis was frustrated because I wouldn’t die?  –> That was my first thought.  What a presumptuous little man.

For the  GUERTIN trio, what a horror it must have been to see this website (as early as 2020) – SURPRISE SURPRISE.  I bet they learned many things – lies by the Directors exposed.

Michelle GUERTIN showed mental illness.  A psychopath criminal insane individual.  She came out of her skin, demonic – a demon-hag to say the least.

The GUERTIN psychologically prostituted themselves for the Directors of Operations.  False reality as much for them as for us the targets.

The ones with first hand intel were/are KING.  Do you trust them?

JULIE PHELP and HUSBAND’s SUICIDE

He killed himself in front of her by cutting his throat.  This couple was harassed, lased, psyop’d by same network as those involved in the SMITH Operation.

This impulsive suicide occurred a few months before the SON faked his suicide – Who coached / decided to use FAKE SUICIDE?  -> Director of Operations, New Partners (CSIS).

HOW did he commit (fake) suicide?  >> As per LOUIS GUERTIN, the SON cut his throat in the  bathtub.

New Partners (CSIS)’s network – lack of originality used this method that was used a suicide they genuinely provoked.

After the suicide of her husband, Julie in shock cozied up to the impostor Secret Space Program folks.  They became her handlers.  By Fall 2019, she moved out of Canada in order to get away from them.
