BRIEF RECAP

Online monitoring was detected in Fall 2015 and after 24 December 2016, I truly believe monitoring included in-house conversations.  See posts above.

In this post, I go in details why I believe on 6 MARCH 2016, Satellite feed on the property was activated.    Following months into years showed it was likely the case – Each occurrence was logged.  Full details how that started is found below.

I also show how they likely were inspired (took the idea) from online material dated 14 APRIL 2016, and two years later in 2018 on same day, they pulled a mind-warp experience.  In April 2018, the SON and his mother Michelle GUERTIN were distrusted, unable to call and gaslight.  They were screwed until New Partners (CSIS) would come up with a new plan on how to get the SON back in Mark’s trust.

Also in this post, starting 31 December the family came back in our lives (chaos) but it was diffused three days later on 2 JANUARY 2016 – I believe if I hadn’t done what I did,  it would have been worst.  By 21 JUNE 2016, the family will return without fear of retribution (next post).

During this period, New Partners (CSIS), Director of Operations, likely took the time to plan out what was the best strategy on how to take me out (terminate) without contact.  Killing at a distance

A clean kill. Open / shut case. That would be suicide.

By mid-May 2016, I truly believe they used neuro-tech such as V2K to implant thoughts in my mind to commit suicide.

FAMILY BACK IN OUR LIVES — GASLIGHTING & CHAOS

After 18 months of no contact, Nicole PERIARD was back in our lives with lies and deceit (14, 24 & 31 December 2015) like the past.

Last contact with PERIARD had been 13 JULY 2014, the day I did something which kept them away from us and also protected Michael’s children. 

Since mid-December 2015, family’s behavior had changed. Something had happened.  No idea what it was. Just knew it wasn’t good.

They were back in our lives, full of bravura, cocky and vulgar with no fear of retribution.

31 DECEMBER 2015 – New Year’s Eve

In late morning, Theresa LAVERGNE (Mark’s mother) announced Nicole PERIARD (sister), in the middle of the night, was rushed to the hospital.  She was hemorrhaging, related to her colonoscopy operation, blood everywhere.  Very alarming.  Nicole was still at the hospital as we spoke.

Few times during the day, Theresa would call with updates.  Sometimes, Mark would call to check up.

I genuinely empathized.  I felt slightly guilty because after 24 December 2015, I openly voiced out a few times that she hadn’t changed, she still needed to regurgitate her own shit.

The first time I had said that same comment was in 2013, someone heard me and told her –> Two weeks later, PERIARD was rushed out of the blue for a colonoscopy operation.  It’s before New Partners (CSIS)’s time.

• In 2013, Nicole had pitted people against each other, fights ensued, children in distress, afraid – chaos. Then we discovered it was one of her creations.  Create chaos (false flagging), sit back, act innocent, then call the cops and watch the show – A Nicky Special.

1 JANUARY 2016 – New Year’s Day

That morning, Theresa slipped up (talked too much).  We learned they partied until wee morning hours.  Nicole had a blast.  Everyone was hungover.

I found this very offensive.  She had mocked us, abusing our compassion and feeding off our empathy under false pretense of sickness and hospitalization.  Feeding us with fake updates to keep it going.

In 2013, PERIARD’s out of the blue operation, was high likely a GUERTIN organized medical crime to sync with my comment “Nicky for once needed to regurgitate her own shit!” said two weeks earlier.   The GUERTIN fed the rumor that I was responsible, apparently I was a witch  . . . Nicole PERIARD was made to believe I was  responsible.

THEN -> On 31 December 2015, they leveraged the same condition sync’ing it with the same comment I had voiced out in 2013.

What a coincidence or is it?

In late January 2018, Michelle GUERTIN out of nowhere accused me of cursing PERIARD for that 2013 operation and then threatened to have me arrested for it.  

• As she tried to get me to accept responsibility, she talked too much.   She knew intimate details.    She wanted me to assume blame for what she did.  It became apparent.

On 31 December 2015,  Michelle GUERTIN likely came up with the idea to use that story-lie as a sort of replay  (same comment –> same problem) —  Keep in mind, New Partners (CSIS) would NOT have known details of 2013 events. 

Up until Spring 2017, Michelle GUERTIN would have been the middle man between New Partners (CSIS) and Nicole PERIARD.  After Spring 2017, I am convinced that BOUVIER (CSIS) became PERIARD’s CSIS contact, the Handler for PERIARD and SMITH (July-November 2018).

Nicole PERIARD was Michelle GUERTIN primary family point of contact.   Their relationship was solidified in early 1990s.  With time, PERIARD got access to perks such as pills, legal breaks, medical privileges.

PERIARD was on the dark inside of hospital gossip, workarounds and procedures.  She trusted doctors no questions asked – She never suspected that on day she would be a target.  PERIARD to GUERTIN was just a means to an end.

Michelle GUERTIN “Handler” not only enslaved Mark  SMITH but also his sister Nicole PERIARD to serve the SMITH Agenda.

AFTER 24 DECEMBER 2015, I TRULY BELIEVE THEY, NEW PARTNERS (CSIS), LISTENED / INTERCEPTED IN HOUSE CONVERSATIONS.

AS WE STARTED YEAR 2016 . . .

Monitoring now included in-house conversations, with already online activities including use of debit card at any store in person and vehicle geo-location.

HERE’S WHAT I THINK

They leveraged my in-house comments and conversations to pull off the sickness scam on 31 DECEMBER 2015. 

Once monitoring team told Michelle GUERTIN what I was saying or made her listen to it – she remembered the comment that led her to organize PERIARD’s operation –> I bet that Michelle GUERTIN came up with the idea on 31 DEC 2015.

Keep in mind, the psychopaths lacked imagination, they tend to re-use what worked previously – In this case, matching 2013 and 31 DEC 2015 then pushing responsibility onto me in 2018 . . . that  was a mistake.

2 JANUARY 2016

BUT IT DIDN’T END THERE, PERIARD WAS ON A ROLL

THIS “KAREN” REALLY THOUGHT SHE COULD COME BACK LIKE PRE-JULY 2014. 

I had a big house with many rooms.  Most evenings, I hung out in the front room whereas SMITH spent his evenings in the central room watching TV.

In early evening, I removed all holiday decorations including tree from the front room.  Clean up and put things back to normal – Re-arrange furniture in the process.  Get an antique standup lamp out of storage, find a bulb, turn the lamp on.

Then . . .

The phone rang, it was Nicole PERIARD.  She asked what I was doing (WTF?! why her sudden interest in me?) to which Mark replied I was putting all decorations away including the tree.

She exploded, acting outraged defending SMITH, then she started to gaslight SMITH how bad it was that I was ALREADY, day after New Year, clearing all signs of Christmas.  How awful . . .

PERIARD gaslighting, persisting, cocky (paraphrasing here) –> “Look what overbearing Lyn Champagne is doing!  She controls you!”  She was purposely triggering SMITH for resentment and anger.

• Interestingly, from 7 January to 3 March 2018, Michelle GUERTIN would play out similar phone tactics.  PERIARD and GUERTIN might come from different social classes, but at end of day, they are made from the same dirty cloth.

There she was, back at it just like the past. 

As she was on the phone, she could clearly hear me  –> “Hey Nicky!  Each time you lie, you will gain 3 pounds.  If you can stop for an entire month you will loose 5 pounds, you better start now.”

• Nicole PERIARD was very sensitive about her weight – it was a taboo subject in the family because –>  For several years, Nicole was anorexic and went to therapy to overcome her eating disorder – She was afraid of ever becoming obese like her mother, like the females in her family (genetics).

Mark SMITH gasped.
I had just leveraged one of her deepest fears of self-worth, her self image . . . years of therapy down the drain?.

it was a psychological gut punch . . .  She hung up.
Did I premeditate this?  No.

So lying and gaining weight lodged in Nicole’s psyche.  She had a lot to hide, to lie about.

Six months later, by June 2016, she had gained over 60 pounds. From afar you could not differentiate Nicole from Theresa, her mother, who was already very obese.

PERIARD told people I had hexed her.  She believed it, she already thought I had psychic abilities and now she regretted taunting me.  It was all in her mind but it worked to my advantage –> “stay the fvck away don’t even say my name”.

It made such an impression on people that some (outer) family members would tell me they had stopped lying and had lost weight. (source verifiable) . . . how about that.  Power of suggestion – Ancient psychology 101 in action.

Back to 2 JANUARY 2016 . . . 

After she hung up, I stormed to my front room swearing up and down.  Told SMITH to shut up and to get out my way.

• We were not romantically involved, we were friends – We didn’t sleep together.  He didn’t have an  emotional hold on me, like many do in couple relationships (as if entitled, ownership “you are mine”).

If you’ve already read events (posts) for 2017 & 2018 you can appreciate why they twisted his mind with sex – They needed our bond to go beyond plain friendship in order to effect a Crime of Passion, New Partners (CSIS)’s wet dream.

As I got in the room, I made eye contact with the figure who had appeared on the wall with the antique standup lamp I had turned on before storming out the room to deal with PERIARD.

Projection of a face on the wall.  We made eye contact and in mind I heard –>  “your temper will cause you problem, you will implode!”  Immediately felt as if I was being scolded, the figure was disgusted with my behavior – disapproving.

THE NAME THAT IMMEDIATELY CAME TO MIND WAS  –> ABHRAM
I would come to refer to him as “Abhram on the wall”

And, yes, I know how this sounds.  But it happened.

AFTER 2 JANUARY 2016

This figure had some sort of consciousness.  Abhram coached me on how to control my fiery temper.  How to become sovereign of my thoughts and EMOTIONS.  Detachment.

I learned how to meditate.  How to be the dispassionate observer doing the right thing at the right time.  Rise above the chaos.  Practice critical thinking.

My journey to better self-awareness and self-control, to becoming sovereign of self started 2 JANUARY 2016. 

After 2 JANUARY 2016, PERIARD might have taken a slight step back – In retrospect, I think if I had not scared her (psyche), she probably would have been more in our face.

Keep in mind, she already feared me.  In 2013, PERIARD was made to believe by Michelle GUERTIN that I was somehow responsible for her out of the blue emergency colonoscopy operation.  One of GUERTIN”s crime signature is organized medical crimes.

The rumor spread I was a witch.  Mark and his family were superstitious, they believed it and I leveraged it.  Unfortunately, the only way I could keep these people away was by using fear – make them fear me using their beliefs and superstitions.

–> What I have/had going for me was strong intuition, good at reading people’s hope, desires, fears and lies mixed with an uncanny memory (IQ 164).

One day, Nicole said I was a witch (said it as a compliment trying to butter me up) to which I replied:  “No.  A witch is at the bottom of the food chain, I’m a chaos magus.  Do you know what a chaos magus does?”  She nodded no, not wanting to hear more but I ignored and continued : “A chaos magus, puts order where shit disturbers have created chaos”.  My my look at her squirm, her so-called compliment had backfired.

In retrospect, the family was a practice run when I compare them to what was to come in 2018 with GUERTIN as forefront puppet mouth-pieces under directorship of New Partners (CSIS).  Once GUERTIN mother and son burnt their bridges (distrusted), they fake suicided the SON and BOUVIER (CSIS) replaced them.

BOUVIER (CSIS) played same tactics, same signature (same coach) – It led me to say this >> 20 September 2018 – Oh, Anton where are yo-ou, you should call now || Don’t you talk against my dead son! I’m calling Luke BOUVIER! 

2 FEBRUARY 2016

A month later, I decided to draw Abhram by placing a canvas on the wall to project the figure onto canvas and just trace.  It took more or less an hour.

This would be first of many drawings to come.   He didn’t look like Abram.  Name that came to mind was RESHIN  (translates to Ray of Fire).

Why am I including this experience in this post?

Because the SON GUERTIN on 26 JAN 2018 would tell us that his infant son is called RESHIN. A sad story for sympathy.

And that was said three days after, the EX-CON persona they triggered on 22 JAN 2018 to effect a crime of passion, was removed next day.  When it left, SMITH had a seizure.

It was supposed to work. They didn’t expect failure.
They didn’t call for three days. 

–> First caller was the SON.  He acted tired & worried. He told us his infant son was sick.  That Mark’s grand-child was called RESHIN and his wife was from India. 

And to gain more sympathy, he would tell us that his mother Michelle GUERTIN doesn’t approve of his wife who he met while he was stationed as a doctor in India – It sadden him.

And again more sympathy, he would tell us that as a doctor in India, he had spent $40,000 in water bottles to be distributed freely among the poor Indian people.

Awww the good Doctor GUERTIN which by February 2018, I would openly call Dr. Death.

“India” –> Since 22 JAN 2018, I was in contact with a good friend who was part of a group traveling to India.   

24 FEBRUARY 2016

• Two years later, on 24 February 2018, the Full Force Kill Program started  – The GUERTIN gave it all they had to trigger homicidal rage >> 22-24 February 2018 – Trigger that led to Full Force Kill Program Is A 2:47 Minute Audio Uploaded to SKYPE (included herein).

  In addition, for next three days, as if entitled, the GUERTIN demanded with impatience that I kill myself.  Keep in mind, since mid-May 2016, they had been promised suicide at a distance.  Now (2018) GUERTIN were most likely frustrated.  In 2016, they were full of hopes and promises and here we were two years into it.

2 MARCH 2016

WHAT FOLLOWS IS OF HIGH STRANGENESS but it happened.

Since 27 February 2016, when I would go in meditative state, I felt compelled to focus my mind to pilot a symbiotic craft by merging my consciousness with the ship.  I could feel/see myself sitting in a special chair and both hands resting on hand pads.

Was this a common thing for me?  No, a first and last time. It never happened again.

For first few days, I was alone – solo piloting.  Then by 2 MARCH 2016, I was with two other ships.  We were a formation of three ships.  We would sync our minds (3 pilots) and we were doing various formations “sync’d minds” like a choreographed aerial dance.  Apparently, I was in “learning” mode.

6 MARCH 2016 – Start of star-like UAPs

I was standing looking out the patio window while eating a cup of yogurt.  I noticed three stars in a row  – same distance, perfect alignment.  I didn’t think it was unusual but they were well aligned, ah! what are the odds so I thought.

At the time,  I thought they were stars. I didn’t think they might be UAPS or hologram projections (I’m just saying).

• The first and last time I had witnessed a craft had been four years earlier on 13 NOVEMBER 2012, when a TRIANGULAR craft came to the house, stopped, gently lowered itself perhaps 25 feet away from Mark SMITH and myself.  Then it interacted with my thoughts, and stayed 4-6 seconds more and left.  It emitted a ticking sound (tick tick tick) with a hum (like electricity) in the background.

I finished eating then continued looking out.  Within a few seconds, the left-hand star moved up (slight curve) and stopped at the top to form a TRIANGLE,  then paused and traveled southbound.

FIRST THOUGHTS:

1. They were showing me one of the formations we were practicing on 2 March – Similar to the formation I had difficulty performing (No. 11).  I was wow’d.

2. The FALL 2012 folks are back (23 SEP 2012 Visitation in my room & 13 NOV 2012 Triangular craft –> the moment I thought “it should have a red light” – the red light came on same time I thought it not after thinking it.)
   .
3. The Fall 2012 folks were behind the flight simulation exercises (27 FEB – 2 MAR).
   .
   Why did I think this?  Because on 13 NOV 2012 when the triangular ship responded to my though (at the same time I think it), I was convinced that on 23 SEP 2012, they had done something to me (psionics). which is why I was able to pilot a craft using my consciousness.

TODAY, HERE’S WHAT I THINK:

They, New Partners (CSIS)’s network were most likely behind the flight simulation exercises.  Perhaps via V2K “Voice to Skull” technology and I emotionally agreed “compelled to do it” unknowing it was V2k generated (just a theory).

• V2K works on the principle of THOUGHT insertion in the target’s mind –>  that triggers INTENT EMOTION (wanting to do it) –> which leads to ACTION (doing it whatever it is).

In addition –> By 2 March 2016, YouTube videos about people who had similar experiences appeared in my YouTube Recommended Feed right after or just before I’d go in these focused states piloting the craft.  I didn’t talk about it, I didn’t do online searches – At the time, I felt it was organized by whoever was encouraging me to do this.

Since I used my SMARTPHONE to take notes, they read them –> ONLINE monitoring.  Then I will assume it took them a few days to ORGANIZE approval coordinate setup SATELLITE FEED ON THE PROPERTY.

6 MARCH 2016 IS THE POINT IN TIME WHEN THIS MONITORING TECHNOLOGY WAS LIKELY  INTRODUCED.

Table below shows the total number of sightings for 2016 – Suicide program targeting me started in MAY and stopped in OCTOBER 2016.  Notice the increase during that period.

In addition, I started to have yellow flying orbs and an increase in star-like sightings THAT WOULD OCCUR within few seconds to a minute of stepping outside – I would usually look up, send respectful greetings then boom! They usually appeared in the general area where I was looking.

All of these sightings have been documented.  In 2017, I would count 228 sightings.  As time went by, I got better at documenting what I was doing before, during and after in order to give context.

By 2018, I realized these were man-made (not ET) but I didn’t think they were tied to the GUERTINs until after mid-September 2018 because of a slip-up by BOUVIER (CSIS) who would tell me that when I went outside I was CALLING them including black helicopters and drones.  That BOUVIER statement was a mistake.

Before I knew they were man-made, during very intense periods of in-house chaos instigated by the SON or Michelle GUERTIN, I would step outside, immediately clear my mind, send greetings, breathe in calmness, wellness & gratitude (“gratitude” is a powerful emotion), then I would return to the chaos feeling empowered, clear minded, detached.

So imagine that (hehe. . . ) they were appearing because movement on the property was detected.  These sightings were happening under deceit (SMITH Operation) but at end of the day, they allowed me to clear my mind, remain in my sovereignty.  Gee, thanks.

• There are so many experiences with sightings and anomalous events that I can’t even fathom writing about it  all –> We are talking yearly binders after binders of log entries (2 inches thick).

Although I came to realize they were man-made, I didn’t care, the way I saw it was that it was another consciousness and I continued to send greetings and much wellness.  Be well within whoever you are human.

• Mark SMITH came to fear flying orbs after one of them (tennis ball 3d yellow) appeared out of nowhere and came straight at him like a fast pitch – He tried to dodge it and tripped – He stayed quiet for the rest of the evening (there you go “the SON”).  He was wary of them to say the least.  We have a recording when he swears at them.

14 APRIL 2016

WHAT FOLLOWS WILL BE USED IN 2018, SAME DAY –> 14 APRIL

ON 14 APRIL 2016, in early evening, as I was in a meditative state, I had a vision – I didn’t / don’t have visions each time I meditate but this one was so bizarre / unusual that I noted it ONLINE.

In my mind’s eye, I had Men dressed in Black coming to the forefront (head to shoulder) then moving away and the next one would appear – I saw three men in black.

I had created a MS-Access database to log such incidents because for past two years, there was an influx of high strangeness.  Here’s  my log entry for 14 APRIL 2016 narrating the experience with these three Men in Black:

NOW LET’S GO TO 14 APRIL 2018 . . .

Many thing were going on in April 2018.  Most importantly, Michelle GUERTIN and the SON were distrusted.

In 2018, on this day, we went to Walmart, it was a Saturday.  As we turned into an aisle, there was no one but this guy coming towards us, dressed in epoch suit wearing a fedora hat (1940s style).  The guy was grinning and staring  as he was coming towards us.  Mark immediately whispered “it’s a Man in Black”.  He was scared.

I immediately got in front of SMITH and as we crossed path with the MIB impostor, with a pirate smile I said –>  “BON-JO-OUR”.  The guy didn’t respond.  I wasn’t afraid, I remembered 2016 experience (just didn’t know what day).

• Here’s an interesting tidbit –> A week or so later, I was out shopping by myself and was followed (normal in 2018).  One of the stalkers, looked at me and said –> BON-JO-OUR” with a crooked smile. I would re-encounter this particular stalker a few times . . . I came to recognize them.  Thanks for confirming the MIB impostor was part of your team pal.

AFTER I acknowledged the MIB impostor, Mark was all shook up “Shhhh! what are you doing!”.  As for me?  I started to follow him in the store leaving SMITH alone with the shopping cart.

The moment we made eye contact, I didn’t let go – locked eyes and smiled showing teeth as I continued fixating him in the eyes.  I think it unnerved him, he dropped his grin and soon after left the store.  (that’s the short version).

When I got home, I searched for my online notes in the MS-Access database and to my great surprise,  it had occurred – SAME DAY, TWO YEARS APART.

I never told SMITH because he was too scared.  I could never talk about it again.

MORE ABOUT 14 APRIL 2018

On 14 APRIL 2018, New Partners (CSIS) and GUERTIN were screwed, unable to call and gaslight.

HOW COME?  –> After botched kidnap on 1 APRIL 2018, the SON was distrusted – SMITH was calling him fucking clown”  they heard.    As per MARK >> “he’s just like his mother!” –> Michelle GUERTIN was distrusted since 3 March 2018 (due to arrogance, she burnt early).

ON 14 APRIL 2018, why did they do a MIB impersonation?  Perhaps because of what I was doing previous day (13th)  and it also involved a star-like sighting (it was them). 

Also on 13th, I WROTE TO THEM IN SKYPE >> 20180413-SKYPE-SCREENSHOTS.  I wasn’t nice.   

Do you think they shared the SKYPE texts with GUERTIN?  

GET THIS –> Michelle GUERTIN between 3-5am, was leaving voice messages and texting one liners quoting the Bible.

She would pull that stunt for a few nights (12-14 APRIL 2018). At the time, I wondered –> Why were these people up at that time of night?  Cocaine, meth, alcohol, groovy pharmaceuticals?  incoherent messaging?

• Keep in mind that those with first-hand monitoring data are KING – They can tell whatever they want to those in second position (like the GUERTIN).  Twist them into false reality of comfort or twist them into panic mode.

Michelle GUERTIN was panicked & scared, she sounded like a mentally ill person as she mumbled incoherence most likely out of desperation. 

One has to wonder what did New Partners (CSIS), at the time, tell GUERTIN to get her so reeled up?

• Perhaps something like >> “The operation is failing BECAUSE of you! Both you and your son can no longer call because of your stupidity and arrogance.  You are in trouble Mrs. GUERTIN, it’s very serious . . .”
  .
  I would venture they, New Partners (CSIS) shifted blame onto GUERTIN – Also they high likely had blackmail material over GUERTIN’s head.  Dance and prance GUERTIN, bend over like baboons and they sure did.  They psychologically prostituted themselves.

To close off about MIB, they HIGH likely used my ONLINE notes of 14 APRIL 2016 to effect the MIB stunt same day in 2018.
