December 2015 an incident occurred which highly points to monitoring and use of my online information to influence things – it seemed supernatural at the time as it involved shadow form projections.

In mid-December 2015, after seeing shadows before bedtime – the next day the family recounted in distress shadow people visited overnight – they dished out an elaborate horrific encounter – what are the odds that it should occur at same time I had shadow projections in my house.

Their story was so elaborate that it seeped exaggeration and lies.

Two weeks later (21-22 December 2015), they insisted I attend their Christmas Eve Family Gathering – I did. 

I have come to believe the purpose of getting us to leave the house and go to their Christmas gathering was a lure to come in our house and install listening devices.

After that Christmas Gathering (24 Dec 2015) – Nicole was back like before – Evil and dangerous.

WHY no longer afraid of us?  Because the New Partner who used CSIS allied by fall 2015 and came to their aid for the GRAB MARK SMITH.

Then deception incidents by Nicole PERIARD occurred between 31 December up to 2 January 2016  – – because of her aberrant behavior, I vowed to never again attend gatherings with Theresa, Nicole, Bobby Lavergne:

Ironically, those who monitored had a hand in 2015 and also in 2016 when my son was brought to the brink of suicide (13 Nov 2016) – 

The family carried on with story-lies right into January 2018 – in fact, Nicole PERIARD would put her grand-son (a toddler) on the phone daily to get excited when she would shout “it’s FIN!” it stopped on 17 January 2018 a few days before the laser shot (22nd).

There is more to 2016 than narrated in the docu-presentation “in the shadows” – Here is a handwritten log entry dated 16 October 2016 (which I discovered mid-Jan 2021 – that was an eye opener to say the least)  – It high likely provided some of the inspiration for suicide – perhaps the first try in late September/early October was “for my suicide” then changed after a phone conversation with my son read on: 20181016-handwritten-note.pdf .

On the phone back and forth with my son on 11-12 November  (monitored)-

By 13 November 2016 my son was on the brink of suicide and I outreached for help (EMAIL to Simon Parkes and Canada Coordinator)- for the past 5-6 weeks my son was attacked by demonic apparitions “holograms”. 

He thought Satan was attacking him and for the past months was living in a world of banishing imaginary projections of demonic creatures.  By 11-13 November 2016, he was exhausted and ready to kill himself.

WHY DID THEY STOP?

They were almost done, my son was just on the brink.  Another day or two. 

I pondered on this for a few years.  For a long time, I believed it was the content of the email. 

But today, I highly/strongly suspect they were forced to stopped –   Their instinctive reaction should have been to  increase / amp up oppression.

So high likely they were forced to stop and that’s why they resorted to start a new strategy.  They could have resorted to that strategy and still continue oppressing my son – which ever comes first – it’s about efficiency.  They lost access.

Visons pour l”efficacity, hm?

But this time I would be the bait – terminate me as the means to get Mark Smith for institutionalization to his death.  The GUERTIN follows a medical crime routine.  Experienced.

But I was to be removed/terminated to get to him.

This case had a double agenda – two terminations. 

The new operation started in new year 2017 and this time they (new partners CSIS) would put the GUERTIN and Family at forefront.

The PLAN A was “Kidnap/Terminate Champagne”  >> (1) Getting Family on-board (2) get the SON back in Mark’s life to foster / kindle father-son trust bond/closeness and once that’s done (3) Kidnap CHAMPAGNE (me)

(3) failed.

Mar-June 2017 – Get Nicole On-Board to go along with Father-Son Trust Program – They did a successful False Flag Operation

July-October 2017 – Father-Son Trust Bond Program – Successful | 12 October 2017 – LYN CHAMPAGNE >> KIDNAP (CSIS) – Failed

October 2017 – Disorganized – Retaliation using Sex Perversions and Black Helicopters for 35 days

November-December 2017 – Mark PSYOP’d in prep for January 2018 | E-Monitoring leaked Family Involvement as early as 2015 into 2017

After 19 June 2016, Mark had what looked like being possessed “Mr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” syndrome.

The last time that had happened was 15 February 2015 – a few days after I had posted a comment on Youtube that read “Prejudice Blinds” – the video was about Anunnaki, hybrids and other off-world races.  I’ve come to realize they have a beef with Anunna-ki “interesting” as if they want us to fear and distrust certain off-world races – “anunnaki” is one of them (anu, enki, enlil, inanna, abzu, apsu, tiamat).

In fact February 2015, was the first time I perceived the satanic energetic gloom that would be pervasive in our lives by 26 August 2017 “the day they came in permanently in our lives – Stench of Satanism“, click here for 26 August 2017 events –

It had the same Stench as in February 2015. 

And I have come to wonder if this is not how they discovered the GUERTIN Agenda <– my fault.  What I mean is . . . after posting my youtube comment, they checked me out and discovered Mark Smith which led them to discover the GUERTIN operation.  There’s a significant FINANCIAL gain involved (illegal operation? money laundering?).  After all, the New Partner who used CSIS spend many resources to get the job done – they took over in September 2018 – Cost was not an issue.  Black helicopters on demand and more. 

It because a full time job because the GUERTIN had failed by 12 September 2018.  Last call was LOUIS GUERTIN attempting to lure Mark to attend MICHELLE GUERTIN’S fake funeral – they had faked her death on 4 September 2018 and LOUIS called daily for the next 7-8 days INSISTING Mark attend her service.  It failed.

The GUERTIN had lost.

Without the New Partner who used CSIS, GUERTIN would have never been able to pull it off . . . compliment of Lyn Champagne.

After 19 June 2016, Mark had what looked like being possessed “Mr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” syndrome.

21 June 2016 – “I should kill you”  – he was protecting his sister after I made a comment how dangerous she was – she had instigated a fight among people and then call police and sat back to admire the chaos and vileness she had caused.

22 July 2016 – “I should kill you”  — it was the sacred day of Mary – I prayed that day for wellness to humanity – was a sacred day.

24 July 2016 – “I should kill you” — I had just opened the email “New Membership to CC” and also the day I had just learned the smearing being done to Simon Parkes – – – oddly after realizing it was a smear campaign, another voice projection happened. 24 July 2016 – 2nd Voice Projection “We Don’t Lie”  <– I believe this one was NOT from New Partner who used CSIS.  Came from another source.

26 July 2016 – “I should kill you and the dogs”  <– now that one hurt.

Here are events of 26 July 2016

On 26 July 2016, I opened an email entitled “Welcome New Connecting Consciousness Member” – I replied / sent an acknowledgement.

After sending the email, I headed outside.   I witnessed an unusual aerial display – An helicopter flew overhead and took pictures of me standing on the back porch.  With the helicopter were two amber orange aerials synchronized with the apparition of the helicopter.

5-7 minutes after pressing SEND?  I was already on the radar.  Too quick.

I believe I was covertly monitored before July 2016.  And perhaps the aerial display was to formalize association to CC –  it would legitimize including me in the CC monitoring target pack (other CC members)?  At least make it seem so.
