Since mid-July 2014, Family and GUERTIN were at a standstill.  I had been able to stop them by sending a confidential email that listed the crimes by Nicole Periard.

This confidential email dated 13 July 2014 was meant for one recipient.  Unfortunately for Nicole, the person sent it to Bobby Lavergne, Nicole’s brother.  Although the email was marked “Confidential – Do not distribute”, Bobby out of spite, sent it to several people.

Most of the people who got the email despised her.  Someone even sent it to their landlord (Nicole and Theresa were living together) – they were evicted with two weeks notice.  They lost face in the community – I told Mark:  “Gee, OPP police should expect at least 20-30 calls less annually”.

GUERTIN did not have the GULL to revise the SON cover to gain Mark’s trust and use me as KILL BAIT to grab MARK . . . not until they allied with the new partnership who use CSIS at forefront.

BY EARLY WINTER 2017, THE 2014 EMAIL BECAME A MEANS TO AN END.

 

They needed NICOLE PERIARD to be ON-BOARD to

1. Go along with the FATHER-SON COVER –  By using the cover, the purpose was to integrate the SON in MARK’S LIFE – FOSTER FATHER-SON TRUST BOND –  As per Mark >> “My son doesn’t see me as a fuck-up anymore – my SON loves me”  and from the SON >> “Dad you will be one of us.  Being so rich.  I’m looking out for you Dad”.
   
2. The SON would create the conflict just like he did in 1992 (when NICOLE AGREED with the agenda to have Michelle GUERTIN appointed with Power of Attorney and herself as legal custodian).  In 1992, the SON was pivotal – he was 12-13 and willing to destroy the man he once thought was his father – Nicole knew it was not his real SON.
3. The end being to GRAB MARK under guise of PROTECTING him >> After he committed a crime of violence or murder > using me as “THE BAIT” >> “Help me Mitch, I killed her . . . ” She would have come to his rescue as a SAVIOR like she’s always done and then  >> “Mark we need to renew the Power of Attorney to protect your interests . . .”   “yes Mi-itch . . . thank you Mi-itch” with head down like a little boy being scolded.Then, Mark would gladly comply to anything Michelle would ask.  He trusted her with his life up until 3 March 2018 when she shouted she would use her Power of Attorney to have him forcefully institutionalized.  Then he freaked – never trusted her again.

WHY WOULD NICOLE AGREE TO THAT?

HERE’S HOW THEY GOT HER TO AGREE . . .

In early Winter 2017, Nicole PERIARD was being investigated by CSIS – sure felt real, right Nicole?

She was freaked out.  Their landline was tapped – In fact anyone calling was warned “our line is tapped by CSIS . . . . Nicole in under investigation”.

They were using the items listed in the confidential email dated 13 July 2014.

CSIS PLAYED BAD GUYS > > >CSIS WAS RILING HER – THEY WOULD SHOW UP UNNANOUNCED AT THEIR HOUSE – Often after they left, she would be sick in bed or go to the clinic.

GUERTIN PLAYED THE GOOD GUY > > Michelle Guertin would act like a stressed out lawyer trying to help her client “Nicole Periard” – SAVIOR – scolding Nicole – – – – Nicole dreaded Michelle’s calls. *

**how do I know?  because Theresa everday at chit chat with Mark, told him everything going on in her house and the topic du jour was Nicole and Michelle’s freak-outs over the telephone scolding Nicole and making it seem she was saving her from one situation to another (based on the content of the confidential email).

So CSIS played “bad cop” and Michelle Guertin, counsel “good cop”.

By Spring time, Nicole was over stressed – And CSIS asked her (something like) >> “Gee, can you think of anyone that would be meddling in your affairs and reported you . . . does Lyn Champagne mean anything to you? . . . we are trying to figure it out . . . so, do you know her?”.

THEN NICOLE SUDDENLY THOUGHT OF THE 13 JULY 2014 EMAIL. 

SOMEONE HAD SENT HER THE EMAIL A LONG TIME AGO (2014) AND SHE HAD ALWAYS KEPT IT IN HER INBOX.

SO SHE FORWARDED THE EMAIL TO HER CSIS CONTACT – THEY TRICKED HER TO THINK THEY DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE EMAIL . . . .

THE PURPOSE WAS TO GET HER TO BE CONVINCED I WAS BEHIND ALL THE TROUBLE SHE WAS EXPERIENCING WITH CSIS – – – “what a coup”.

NICOLE thought she was the one who was giving the 2014 confidential email to CSIS – THEN SHE CALLED US at HOME . . .

Nicole Periard called Mark to let him know that she didn’t have a choice, she had to give the email to CSIS.  Then she says . . .

“Lyn is in trouble with CSIS now . . . CSIS knows she was Tony Savage.  SHE IS WHY I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS MARK!  IT’S LYN’S FAULT.  She’s in trouble now Mark”.

I told Mark:  Tell her to tell CSIS to call me.

No one ever did.

NICOLE SIDED WITH THEM – SHE FELT THEY,  CSIS AND GUERTIN WERE ON HER SIDE – AS THEY BLAMED ME FOR HER LEGAL TROUBLES.

ALSO, SHE WOULD HAVE FELT EMPOWERED  BY THESE PEOPLE WITH POSITION OF POWER  “NO RISK – IT’S GOING TO WORK . . . .

PLUS >> SHE HATED ME  – RETALIATION AND REVENGE WOULD FEEL GOOD “get Mark to kill b!tch Champagne – good riddance”  – – – – GUERTIN and CSIS PARTNERSHIP AGREED.

At the end of the day, she was in full-blown conspiracy.
In agreement to use me as bait . . . as planned from get-go.

NO ONE HAD EVER DONE ANYTHING to NICOLE WITH THE INFORMATION ON THE EMAIL SINCE 2014 – NO REPERCUSSION other than being evicted from their rental house within 2 weeks.  That’s all.

The email was used by rogue CSIS as the means to rile her up / gas-light her to go along with the FATHER – SON COVER – get that trust bond between father-son –  the intent was always to have him seriously attack me as the means to grab him.

Mid-summer to Early October 2017  – FATHER-SON FOSTERING TRUST BOND

“Dad i’m back in Canada . . . I called you as soon as I could . . . ”  – FOSTERING TRUST was SUCCESSFUL.

AFTER Mid-October to December 2017 – Mark listened to SON –  “my son the doctor” – The SON instigated conflict by pressuring for sexual activity – the means to an end – To create a close relationship of intimacy between Mark and I so that by January 2018 – the SON could gas-lit using the Lover’s Betrayal key – Get Mark enraged with jealousy and deep cutting sense of betrayal – they very likely were aiming for a crime of passion in the new year.  But it failed.

Why?

Because I stayed away from Mark sexually – the conflicts in Fall 2017 were all about me refusing to be sexually engaged.  The SON who claimed to be a physician, dispensed sexual therapy advice that Mark believed true.  My refusal to sexual engage triggered conflict >> “Dad, she doesn’t want to engage sexually because she’s playing you . . . once you get your share, she’s going to come after you with financial demands”  . . .  “Dad if she wasn’t lying, she would have sex with you . . . Dad how come you don’t see it, come on dad open your eyes . . . “

January 2018

THEY COULD NOT USE THE LOVER’S BETRAYAL TACTIC – INSTEAD MICHELLE GUERTIN CRASHED OUR LIVES accusing me to be a FOE “out for his share” because we were not close from a relationship perspective.  We were friends not lovers before they came along – a platonic relationship since 2012.

AND AS DAYS into MONTHS ROLLED BY, IT ESCALATED TO:

“DAD do something . . . . She’s evil . . .  She is developing a dating site . . . She does live porn shows when you are sleeping that’s why she goes to bed late . . . .She wants to hurt me Dad  . . . . She is the leader of a network of people waiting for you to get your share  . . Dad Dad once you do they are coming after us – Dad, mom has received intelligence report . . . if you only know Dad was that woman is capable of . . . Dad why can’t you see it.  Do something Dad . . . F&ck Dad tell her to kill herself.”

MEANWHILE, Nicole lurked in the background waiting for the job to be done while Michelle and the SON GUERTIN were at forefront  oppressing, cruelty and suffering – escalating sickness through horrific gas-lighting to  get us to call 911 (get him to a hospital <– their medical territory – the trap) >>  List of Sickness Progression by Date.

Since 2015 >> the new partners offering unlimited electronic monitoring including in-house discussions – monitoring the progress of the operation – getting first hand intelligence on the targets and how GUERTIN were faring at forefront  – analyse progression and change tactics as needed . . . as I said all COM points were monitored.

8 POSTS THAT COVER PERIOD 2015 <– many faked supernatural experiences  – I have not had similar experiences since that time and very few before 2015 nothing as intense as these experiences.  Theiy were man-made – not some supernatural force at work.

We became the human-animals caged in the proverbial dungeon.  Nowhere to hide – no privacy.  Lost of freedom  – relentless at level crime against humanity.  Gauging conflict and sickness in order to escalate it – no outreach <- trying to outreach, they would counteract before we could get help.

Monitoring Intelligence always one step ahead of us.

After 2018, I remained monitored.
