During week of 15 OCTOBER 2018:

1. Mark’s health marginally declined due to provocations of shock and fear – BOUVIER (CSIS) was directly responsible.
   .
2. BOUVIER (CSIS) announced I was going to be profiled in COURT (Friday 19th).

1. MARK’S HEALTH DECLINE

BOUVIER (CSIS) freaked him to believe that family members were going to do a home invasion (fear) .  His call followed the call of Mark’s brother (shock) – one call after the other –>  shock and fear.

BOUVIER (CSIS) announced the COURT case would be done by Friday (19 OCT 2018) – it was a sure win.   Hang on Mark –> 20181016-5-trying.reassuring.Mark.mp3

By October 2018, I was taking care of him 24/7 on demand night and day.

• SICKNESS –> Laser shot (22 JAN 2018) brought the sickness and they leveraged it. They repeatedly shocked him days in, days out, hitting him over and over again with shocking disinformation and extreme gas-lighting “you are unfit you need to be hospitalized, we will put you away.”  Pure fear.

  GUERTIN gave the perception they were after the (fake) inheritance – greed. That’s why they acted the way they did.  (great cover)

• After 9-10 months of living this, starting day after laser shot (23 JAN), the best analogy to describe his descent is  –> Like a boxer who has been hit too much in the ring and who, by Round 7, can barely stand up. 
  .
  By 10th month and after 11 seizures as well as vomiting, gagging, chest pains and overall weak & afraid, he was crying and urinating/defecating on self – I washed him as he cried – They broke his spirit – fvcked him up.
  .
  And that folks, is very hard to witness – To be standing by and there’s nothing you can do about it because the victim SMITH is trusting the wrong people over and over again and shutting out the one who cares (me).

Meanwhile, they were sitting back, electronically listening, gauging what to do next (call again?).  They had no compassion – Actually, I will venture they were pleased the operation was going as planned  –> Especially when we  consider they had been at it since 2016, 2017 was a wasted year for them and, then in full force since January 2018 convinced it would be done in a few weeks.

2.  PROFILING ME IN COURT

Profiling me in COURT.  They smeared me as an undesirable dangerous character – Entered in law enforcement databases listed as a person of interest.  Black helicopter surveillance and more.  Put on a watch-list (death list).

At the time, BOUVIER (CSIS) made us believed that it was just a formality, I didn’t have to be present in COURT and that I had passed with “flying colours”.

In mid-February 2019, thanks to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), I discovered what they did – I was shocked – bad.

ME TO BOUVIER (CSIS):

“Let him see the police video statement.  Let him be at peace with this. Come on BOUVIER show him!”

I convinced Mark that he had to view it. 

• On a daily basis, Mark started to hound BOUVIER (CSIS) to view my police VIDEO statement done on 23 APRIL 2018.  Mark became insistent.

BOUVIER (CSIS) had many excuses and narrations to circumvent this demand.  Since Mark trusted him implicitly, he believed everything BOUVIER dished out – would start making excuses for BOUVIER (CSIS).

One thing to point out here is that BOUVIER (CSIS) acknowledged it was a video statement – They blamed the false written statement stunt on Michelle GUERTIN who was now (fake) dead.

“She was behind the 9 MAY 2018 COURT fraud (false written statement).  Let it go Mark, you can’t prosecute the dead.”

• About the police VIDEO statement done 23 APR 2018 –>  That stunt was organized by New Partners (CSIS).  My VIDEO statement never saw COURT – To avoid exposure in COURT  (9 MAY 2018), they barred me from attending my COURT case (complainant) and in my absence, REPLACED my VIDEO statement with a false written statement of horrific disinformation (interestingly they projected what they are in the fraudulent statement) – It was suppose to shock to the extent that he would RUN to GUERTIN convinced I had betrayed him by “writing” a statement full of lies (it failed) >>  9-10 MAY 2018 – Infamous COURT Day – Last Minute Strategy Avoid Exposure – What Kind of Human are you? 30 OCTOBER 2018

I just couldn’t understand why he couldn’t go to a hospital – – He needed medical attention.  BOUVIER (CSIS) what the fvck is wrong with you?  it’s CSIS give me a break – Hospital would be safe.  My words fell on Mark’s deaf ear >> BOUVIER (CSIS) 100% trusted over any living human being.

By 31 October 2018 (photo below), he looked haggard, thin, loss of muscle mass, hunched, walked with cane – A 12 year old could beat him up.  He was afraid of most everything – By this time, any sliver of stress could easily trigger sickness.

I remember at the time, how he reminded me, looked like his great-grand-father George Charles SMITH, the one who registered himself as his father in order to save the infant at age 1 day to be sold (human trafficking).

Mark’s biological father is one of Mr. SMITH’s son – One of Mark’s great uncles.  Here’s a photo taken the eve of George’s death.  This was taken before he went to bed, he died in his sleep (heart failure), click here – You will quickly see the resemblance.

AUDIO – 30 OCT 2018:

There is no words to express how powerless it felt to see someone go down and there’s nothing I could do about it.

• START OF SICKNESS –> On 22 JAN 2018, they were aiming for his heart but he got up just as the laser shot hit him – it hit the bottom of his left lung – X-Ray 29 NOV 2018, clearly shows the marking (banana shaped, crisp, in focus, well defined), it looked like this, click here.

  THE LASER SHOT WAS HIGH LIKELY TO CAUSE A HEART ATTACK.  Each time I brought up the X-RAY marking as high likely the cause (trigger) for sickness, everyone at the hospital disappeared, unreachable –>  “the laser marking was the dark elephant in the room”.
  .
• Why not go to the hospital earlier? –> On 27 February 2018, as he was having his 4th or 5th seizure, we BOTH knew hospitals were GUERTIN traps.  They not only wanted me dead but also him.
  .
  It was confirmed on 3 MARCH 2018, when Michelle GUERTIN, frustrated by the delays to get this guy, decreed she was making legal arrangements to have him forcefully removed from home and hospitalized – She showed her cards and so did the SON “Dad! you are unfit!” – It confirmed EXACTLY what we highly suspected.  That’s the day, Michelle GUERTIN was no longer trusted.  He hated her.

  After 4 September 2018, we believed Michelle GUERTIN and her SON were dead, so why not go to the hospital?  –> BOUVIER (CSIS) made Mark believe he had to wait until his COURT case was over – BOUVIER (CSIS) had Mark’s full trust over everyone else (me).
  .
  Mark’s key downfalls were (1) coveting that (fake) inheritance and (2) trusting the GUERTIN (The SON  “my son the doctor”)  and once the GUERTIN permanently burnt their bridges (26 APR 2018) –> LOUIS GUERTIN carried the trust torch until he introduced BOUVIER (CSIS) in July 2018.
  .
  They did everything possible to make sure Mark SMITH didn’t trust me – It was key – The way they did it was by convincing him (1) I was after his (fake) inheritance.
  .
  Then (2) I was going to trap him via psychiatric institutionalization >> They projected onto me exactly what they wanted to do to him.  Once they would have hospitalized him, they would quietly kill him – And that is exactly what they did in December 2018 (with a slight variance).  The FAMILY was in on it.
  .
• ABOUT (FAKE) INHERITANCE –> IT DIDN’T MATTER HOW OFTEN I VOICED THAT I DIDN’T CARE ABOUT IT  – I SUGGESTED THAT I SIGN LEGAL PAPERS TO LEGALLY DISSOCIATE FROM THE INHERITANCE.
  .
  Perhaps if SMITH had not been psychologically rewired (*GUERTIN clan 1990s) perhaps he would have been clear minded = Would have picked up on the deceit game.
  .
  He had an unnatural trust fixation for GUERTIN (installed in 1990s).  After mid-September 2018, trust fixation was transferred to BOUVIER (CSIS) who claimed CSIS was protecting him and they would go to COURT on his behalf for the abuse from FAMILY and the release of his (fake) inheritance.

BACK TO 30 OCTOBER 2018 . . . 

On this day, I pushed a lot “argued” for the release of the police VIDEO statement – LET HIM VIEW/SEE IT – But Mark sided with BOUVIER (CSIS) believing any given excuses.

In early evening, I went for errands and was stalked and surveilled in the store.

When I got home and settled, I documented the stalking.

THEN I told Mark to ask BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see my stalking report.

BOUVIER (CSIS) said yes.

• Maybe at that moment,  he felt sorry for me after that audio recording?
  .
  On second thought, nah, it’s a psychopath, no compassion, no feeling of love for humanity unless it serves his arse but he sure can fake it . . .
  .
  After all, this perp was in the background early on in 2017, he wanted me to die, he wanted SMITH to be caught or to commit suicide – – – this is a piece of shit.

I electronically put together events of the stalking/surveillance that occurred on 30 OCTOBER 2018 and sent it to him – this is what I sent him:

On 22 FEBRUARY 2019, I would encounter the stalking lady again – as we crossed path, she tried to intimidate me –>  “Big mistake fat one, put your ugly fvcking head down, don’t even try me, hahaha. . . ”  – She immediately changed attitude when she saw my predatory smile (showing teeth with a twinkle in eyes – it most often unnerves them) – By 22 FEB 2019, I had had enough considering that 10 days earlier I had discovered they had fraudulently smeared me in police databases (again thank you OPP for bringing this to light – you are appreciated.)

She ran to her partner and I hunted them down “hey! hey! you both! turn around, strike a pose, so I can take a good snapshot of you!”  I hounded them in the store, took a series of photos.  They headed for the exit – most likely called their handler to indicate they were busted.  They would be part of the New Partners (CSIS)’s team.

Here’s a montage – you will notice a fat blond woman trying to block me from seeing them – that blond woman was often seen following me throughout 2018.

Reason for this stalking is most likely because of what I was working on at the time and just before leaving to run errands I had uploaded the 1979 photo when GUERTIN had finalized the sale of Mark SMITH with the family >>  22 February 2019 – SURVEILLANCE- after uploading 1979 Photo & Draft Document Part II (included herein)

Why did I uploaded to SKYPE the 1979 photo on 22 FEB 2019?  –> because one year earlier on that day, I had uploaded it to SKYPE to shake their cages, during that period they were planning to set me up with a crime as means to forcefully REMOVE ME from home ->> 22-24 February 2018 – Trigger that led to Full Force Kill Program Is A 2:47 Minute Audio Uploaded to SKYPE (included herein)

31 OCTOBER 2018

BOUVIER (CSIS) didn’t react to the 30 OCT 2018 stalking report.  He was nonchalant about it “awwww”.

So I asked BOUVIER (CSIS) if he wanted to see another stalking report.

He said Yes.

On evening of 31 OCTOBER 2018, I worked to put together the events of 12 OCTOBER 2017 – yes-s the infamous PLAN A as to how it went down and failed.

1 NOVEMBER 2018

On this day, I had the report electronically ready and sent it to him.

WOW . . . HE FREAKED.  HE SCOLDED ME.
SAID >> “Tell her to NEVER send this kind of stuff again online”

WHAT?!! That baffled me.  Why would this guy BOUVIER (CSIS) NOT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT 12 OCTOBER 2017?

Through investigation, we know today, that it was PLAN A – what they had worked so hard to do – a lot of time and effort went in to organize this.  They started in FEB/MAR 2017 – Took 9 months.

They were so confident that PLAN A  (my removal) would work that they didn’t have a contingency plan (plan b).

NOW WHY DO I THINK HE WAS UPSET?  I think he might have been the perp on 12 OCTOBER 2017 who failed at his job but then told a different story why he failed.

Now it was known to the whole monitoring team including his handler, right BOUVIER?

“Hey BOUVIER, did you lie to your handlers as to why it failed on 12 OCT 2017?”

If so, here it was now in the open as to how it had gone down.

12 OCTOBER 2017 – IF PLAN A HAD SUCCEEDED . . .
(perhaps by now they would have found my body)

In 2016, they ran suicide programs on me and my son.  It was abruptly stopped when I emailed someone about it (a long email 13 NOV 2016) –  Since that person was in UK and we already knew he was monitored (MI-5? MI-6?),  I am convinced they (in Canada)  were FORCED to stop using neuro-technology.

Now they had to use the long way home to remove me as mean to isolate him – (FEB to OCT 2017) – Nine months in the making down the drain – PLAN A failed.
