29 June – 4 July 2018 – Let it go They Are Gone, You Won’t Be Killed – But I Didn’t Stop & Targeted the SON So They Fake Suicided Him & Blamed Me for Triggering It

On 4 JULY 2018, LOUIS GUERTIN announced that the SON, two days earlier, had committed suicide – Apparently, I triggered it because of what I uploaded on the Internet.

I had not destroyed recordings as warned by so-called Interpol (22 JUNE 2018) – ON 27 June 2018, they announced I was no longer in danger to be killed – get rid of those recordings – Mark sided with them.  I felt betrayed and in danger.

>> I started to deep dive in the material – I focused on period Full Force Kill Program (24-27 FEB 2018).  Since they could hear in-house, I vocalized/monologued as I worked – I targeted the SON from 29 June-to 2 July – I wasn’t nice – post link above.

• Mark >> “you just couldn’t let it go . . . fvck babe, get rid of those recordings, look what happened, my son killed himself.”

After the suicide announcement, I decided to stop.  I felt empathy and respect for Mark.  He’d lost his son to suicide.  As for blaming me for bringing to light the perversions and suffering this individual had caused? Really? >> Expected retaliation behavior from psychopaths from hell.

Told him repeatedly that he should kill himself like he and his mother had done between 24-27 FEB 2018,. during the Full Force Kill Program – Demanding it impatiently as if they had been promised suicide, as if entitled.  Malicious and Cruel.

As for his suicide which we believed at the time, my view was –> One less dangerous & oppressive person on the planet who won’t be able to destroy anyone else. This guy, for several months, gave it all he he had in order to get me killed.  I had no remorse nor guilt.  In fact, relieved.   Good riddance.

Would I destroy the recordings?  No.
Just stop working on it (deep diving in certain periods) in respect for Mark for the loss of his (psychopath) SON.

BUT THEN  we wondered –> If the SON was dead and Michelle GUERTIN was under house arrest in France, who was taking care of his (fake) inheritance?

So LOUIS GUERTIN came back with this story-lie >> Apparently, she was a drunk and mentally ill. The problem was that she had spread the large sum (inheritance) in various accounts which only she held the codes. It was complicated. (in retrospect, what a convenient excuse).

LOUIS GUERTIN announced that he would find someone trustworthy to look over his inheritance.    Since it involved law enforcement, he would have to consult and come back to MARK in a few days.

LOUIS the trusted one, successfully conveyed false sense of security – They bought time to reorganize.

MARK continued to live at his apartment approx. 12km away from the house.  We were in contact everyday either via phone, text or would spend a few hours at the house daytime (summer – 15 acres of land).

6 JULY 2018

On this day, I had a sense of urgency >> I had to do a full backup of everything.   Premonition that the day would come when I would be pressured to get rid of recordings – There were over 40 recordings (Jan-Apr 2018) on Google Drive as well as photos and screenshots (Skype) – At least three people and more by July 2018, had access to folders  – Word documents like the List of Recordings and Summary of Events, clippets, etc.

I created a sub-sub-folder called it something like “z-archive” and did a full back up and made a point not to return.  Out of sight, out of mind – I was banking they hadn’t noticed – didn’t realize what I was up to.

• And sure enough, by early August 2018,  BOUVIER (CSIS), became the conflict instigator, gaslighter, replacing the GUERTIN duo.  He became front-man and he was pushing that recording material on Google Drive be deleted.

• By mid-August, I would delete “everything” and in the process, made a big thing out of it, a performance >> 27 MAR 2023 >> 10 August 2018 – Delete Recordings and the Inheritance will be Released
  .
  As I had hoped on 6 JULY 2018, no one had noticed the backup.  Let it be.

MID-JULY 2018

Here comes the con, here comes the con,  featuring the one and only LUKE BOUVIER (CSIS) introduced by brilliant monsieur LOUIS GUERTIN who must have been relieved to step away.

• LOUIS didn’t like to be involved at forefront – He doesn’t like playing the role of conflict instigator – Liked to play the good guy – reassuring voice.  Keystone Louis, the trusted one, the patriarch.

Me >> “Wow MARK! It’s someone from CSIS”

Mark >> “Well yeah babe, after what she did, it’s in the hands of CSIS with INTERPOL in Europe.”

In early August 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) started to perform – Three weeks later, by 26 AUGUST 2018, Mark no longer wanted to deal with this perp, trying to avoid him which was difficult since they could hear our in-house conversations. They knew. Could hear SMITH say things like: “I’m closing my phone don’t want to talk to this guy”.

On 27 AUGUST 2018, they retaliated because of SMITH closing his phone to avoid BOUVIER’s calls.

While Mark was living in town he made friends, he also spent time with his (late) brother Michael Trepanier – It was actually quiet – perhaps the perps were taking a break, away on vacation?

• After all, this job was suppose to be done in 2016 with suicides “killing at a distance” – no one gets their hands dirty (oh, how the GUERTIN must have reveled excitedly). Ahhh but it failed, so they had to take the long way home – do it the old fashioned way – It took 9 months (Feb to Oct 2017) – Nine months to effect the infamous PLAN A my removal (12 Oct 2017).  2016 and- 2017 were wasted years for them.
  .
  Early 2018 within 4 months both Michelle GUERTIN and her SON permanently burnt their bridges (26 APRIL 2018) – The FAMILY (his mother, sister) were exposed in conspiracy with GUERTIN (3 MAY 2018).  GUERTIN and FAMILY crashed.
  .
  Then we have those incriminating recordings and SKYPE screenshots, etc.  Hey! They had their prize by 10 FEB 2018, but canceled it just to turn around and attempt to terminate me.  That’s when things went from bad to worst not for us but for them by leaving footprints, being digitally exposed.

And by uploading to GOOGLE DRIVE and purposely using SKYPE, one the most monitored platforms, other monitoring factions started getting curious.  That was not to their advantage.

I noticed that each time I involved a specific person from the UK, who I knew was monitoring 24/7,  it influenced their course of action to my advantage.  I truly believe they didn’t like the fact that UK intelligence services knew their affairs.  I could do a post about this.  Redirection of course of actions were detected and documented.

21 JULY 2018

On this day, MARK announced to his entourage that he would be moving back to the house on 1 SEPTEMBER 2018. He gave notice to the landlord.

The moment he did, things turned bad.

• It’s about the same time PERIARD started spreading disinformation with Michael Trepanier (Mark’s brother).   His mother (Theresa LAVERGNE) would substantiate the claim  “It’s true Michael”.
  .
  What was it?  He was warned to be careful because the word on the street was  –> if I saw him, I was going to shoot him and Mark had sided with me.  (I only found out in 2021)
  .
  There was a need to divide & alienate the brothers  Make sure Michael knows nothing.
  .
• Michael became openly disrespectful and aggressive as well as other members in his entourage.  Open hostility.
  .
  The biggest weakness here is that people did not communicate – so you tell one party one thing and the other party something else and both parties don’t communicate and it creates the perfect storm.
  .
  In 2021, Michael and I had many face to face conversations.  PERIARD started the false narrative  – warnings he was in danger –>– I wanted to shoot him and Mark had sided with me.  His mother had confirmed it was true.  Pure evil.
  .
  Brother betrayal was a deep cut as they were close – All their lives, it was these two boys against “them”.  Mark died thinking Michael hated him and he did but it was based on lies for the SMITH operation.  That’s a good example of wickedness.

• And they had weaved a background story –>  Apparently, I  was forced to retire early from police force because of mental issues –> Trigger happy, killed people in the line of duty.
  .
  Summer 2018 – False Flag – PERIARD Warned Michael Trepanier (brother) >> Lyn will shoot you on sight >> as per face to face conversation with Michael in 2021.

PEOPLE to PERIARD >> “What’s wrong with MARK?  Why is he siding with her?”

PERIARD >> “He’s siding with her because she brainwashed him – She’s a witch and he’s sick because she gave him AIDS.”

(that was the narrative to explain away why he was frail, hunched over, fearful.  How insulting to claim I would have given him such a disease.  Taint my reputation in the community to serve the death agenda of these demonic pieces of shit – pure evil)

People in the community stayed away from me.  At the time I didn’t understand why people feared me – I just couldn’t put my finger on it why they stayed away from me – wide berthing me when they would see me.  Holy shit, PERIARD and Bobby LAVERGNE spread the rumor I was AID infested.  That still pisses me off today (2025).

PERIARD spread many rumors.  It depended on who asked.

• For instance with my young niece Mary-Ann (13-14), she warned her to watch out for me because I had been psychologically re-arranged at Area 51 as a super soldier and that POINTS  the finger at New Partners (CSIS) to come up with such bull crap.

  (Gee Nicole  . . did your CSIS handler, Luke BOUVIER tell you to dish out this crap?)

  She scared my young niece claiming I worked with reptilians (again New Partners (CSIS)) and was into witchcraft (GUERTIN bull crap).  Interesting isn’t it?  In addition, my young niece believed I was out to shoot her dad.

The name of the game was to divide the circle of trust between us and others – no outreach.  No help.  Pitting them, everyone against us.  I was the evil one who had subjugated SMITH.

26 JULY 2018

In mid-evening, Mark at his apartment called me.  He had just recovered from a seizure – He was alone, people had just left the apartment.   While he was convulsing on the floor, these people pushed him around, kicking him, moving him around with their feet.

At first, he started getting sick when they began to bully him – Escalation led to seizure.

• Mark didn’t drink alcohol (dry date 16 JAN 2007) nor did he smoke cannabis since early MAY 2018 and he wasn’t on prescribed medication.

Who were these people?  His (late) brother Michael, a twenty-something guy called Cody Barrett who had befriended Mark in May 2018 (few days after moving in the apartment) and perhaps one or two more individuals (cannot confirm).

I was shocked that Michael had done this – Baffled.  A few days later, Mark contacted police – They didn’t want to take the call.

• Since 21 APRIL 2018, the relationship with his brother and new friends had deteriorated. That’s the day Mark told people he was moving back to the house.  Keep in mind, he was electronically monitored while living at the apartment – they heard everything there and at the house.  Both locations.

After the seizure, I got him out of there.  He slept at the house.  Safe.

He couldn’t stay at his apartment until 31 AUGUST 2018, it was too dangerous.  Next day, we would start the moving process.

• He was back at being weak, afraid, paranoid, whimpering, depending on me to protect/shelter him.   

Last time he had had a seizure was 3 MAY 2018, the day we uncovered FAMILY (mother, sister) were in conspiracy with GUERTIN.

The FAMILY started to perform at fore-front in a kind of panic frenzy by end JULY and intensely in AUGUST right into early SEPTEMBER 2018.  Since 3 MAY 2018, we knew they were working with GUERTIN. They could never again come in as trusted relatives.

I suspect their CSIS contact, most likely BOUVIER (CSIS) with GUERTIN were putting pressure on them.  The GUERTIN duo couldn’t come back . . . 

Whatever blackmail material they had on Nicole PERIARD and Theresa LAVERGNE must have been dangled in their face  “do this or else” –

 They were openly hostile, nasty phone calls, screaming obscenities, demanding he leaves the house – yeah . . . the real “safe house”, my house.

Like all the others, they gave the perception they were after his (fake) inheritance and would forcefully have him institutionalized.

MARK –> “they want to put me away  just like my SON and Michelle”.

27 JULY 2018

We started the moving process.

When we got back home (first or second load), Michael TREPANIER started to call, claiming people had broken into his apartment and they might still be there as we speak.

At first we ignored Michael’s warnings.  But he kept calling and amp’ing – convincing – They wanted to beat up Mark – Waiting for him – Who are they? huh?!  Why?

Mark was clearly agitated  > was going to vomit again, he was afraid, weak. He could barely stand for more than 2 minutes without faltering.

I suggested we call the police to meet us there. No!

Then, I suggested we go to the apartment.  He didn’t want to go – Afraid, confused, just focused on why was this happening . . . whimpering.

I assured him that it would be fine.  It was day time.  I would lead.  He hid behind me.  I was the protector since 27 FEBRUARY 2018 – when I made conscious decision to be so.  When I finally realized they not only wanted me dead but also him.  He was the prize.

So I decided we were going on location to assess what was going on . . . the damage, what was stolen.

Why did they want to beat him up? Who were they?  They might still be there . . . so what am I going to do? Do something.

• Since he depended on me to protect him and I was making the decision to go there, I wore loose pants with many pockets and good footwear – I wore two chain belts easy to unclip/remove – I actually practiced quickly removing them – be fluid like water – simulated being attacked – simulated facing someone with a gun.
  .
  I also carried a small high pressure can of hair dye which looked like a can of mace.  In addition, I carried several jagged rocks and nails in some pockets.

I was ready.  My advantage was no fear hence no hesitation, instinctive, quick.  Not a fool.  No bravado.

When we got at the apartment, in the parking lot, I began to audio record.  I entered first as he waited outside.

I checked all rooms, the apartment was empty but ransacked. Safe. I called him in.

The apartment was in disarray – Objects were tipped over such as a stand-up fan which had been positioned on a cushion and other things.  Some items were missing – selective items >> like family coveting this or that trinket. It looked staged.

Then I noticed all dresser drawers were emptied on the ground  – Someone went through his papers and that’s when we realized his copy of the false written statement  (9 May 2018) was taken.

How interesting that they would remove this document . . .  It points to the SMITH operation perps.

• If they thought this would make it seem there was no longer proof the false written statement ever existed, they would be wrong.

• Two different crews most likely ransacked the place.

The first crew came in to locate the false written statement and remove it.

The second crew were family members who had staged things (e.g. fan on the cushion, coffee table turned over but the centerpiece bowl with knick-knacks was carefully positioned on the floor – staged).

As I was outside, putting things in the back of the vehicle, Michael life-partner and his daughter arrived on the scene.  We had a good talk outside.

• Mark’s niece started talking about shadow people and showed me a photo she’d taken of what seemed like a face peering out of her bedroom closet.  Immediately I told her  >> often shadow people start appearing when a new harvest is coming.  New harvest?  yes-s pregnancy, new humans “babies”.

  And we left it at that.
  .
  A few weeks later, we would learn that she was pregnant (14 years old).  Keep in mind, PERIARD “the emotional vampire who grooms kids” had taken under her wing.

  PERIARD is an enslaver of youth, steals innocence out of children.
  .
  She applauded the pregnancy (13 years old Mary-Ann).  Young niece had to be taken out of PERIARD’s clutches to have an abortion.  PERIARD was disappointed.
• In 2018, she was in the midst of enslaving the youth (13), making her have the baby – enslaving the niece and the infant.  This is another signature from PERIARD, the poisoner-enslaver-abuser-groomer.

  Today, Mark’s niece is an adult.  After 2018 escapade (there are other things), she severed contact with PERIARD.  To this day, she has stayed away from this creature.

SO MARK MOVED BACK AT THE HOUSE ON 27 JULY 2018.

FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, FAMILY AND BOUVIER (CSIS) WOULD OPENLY BECOME THE OPPRESSORS – FAMILY hostile, demanding he leave immediately.

On 10 AUGUST 2018, once they believed the recordings were destroyed, they had no qualms to be openly aggressive even in public.  As for BOUVIER (CSIS), he became the number one conflict instigator – he would dish out on regularly basis nasty so-called Intel report about me . . . . making Mark SICK.

So much that by 26 AUGUST 2018, Mark didn’t want to take his calls.

• 10 August 2018 – THEY THOUGHT RECORDINGS WERE DESTROYED – FAMILY OPENLY VIOLENT and BOUVIER (CSIS) GAS-LIGHTING

After 10 AUGUST 2018, Mark started getting calls from people who claimed to be from CSIS. With formal  tone, would freak him out, attempting to get him to agree to go to a (fake) safe house.  Safety away from me, who was branded suspicious and dangerous, right BOUVIER (CSIS)?

• Here’s one (post below) of several times  –> “are you safe Mr. SMITH?  Are you sure?  Where is the female right now Mr. SMITH?

  • .August 2018 – Monitoring INTEL Inspired by this statement to lure Mark Smith to a (fake) SAFE House – Greatest Threat to this Planet and Humanity is Thinking Someone will Save Us

Just to give you an inkling to the level of gaslighting for conflict, the family and BOUVIER (CSIS) surpassed the GUERTIN as it relates to triggering SICKNESS.

By third week of AUGUST 2018, after shocking intel from BOUVIER (CSIS), Mark would start defecating on self.  I had to wash him as he cried. Loss of dignity.

They heard everything >> in-house conversations / ongoings. Delivered shocking intel, then they sat back and reveled on the suffering and misery they caused.

Could you do it? days in and days out . . . they could.

PURE EVIL.

UPDATE – 29 JULY 2024

BOUVIER (CSIS) surpassed the GUERTIN as to the number of days at forefront with over 110 + days. Last contact was on 23 November 2018. 

The fake inheritance was the golden carrot they dangled since Fall 2012 – The hook-in reason to stay in contact / the link that kept SMITH in the game.

After the GUERTIN burnt their bridges (26 APRIL 2018), the only tie was the fake inheritance claim (Lavergne Estate).

Bouvier had always been lurking in the background.  He was most likely part of the operation since New Partners (CSIS) had taken over (2015).

I truly believe BOUVIER was also Nicole PERIARD’s CSIS point of contact “her CSIS handler”.  On 20 January 2019, PERIARD’s son, got excited when he confirmed he  knew “Mr. BOUVIER”. 

• After mid-September 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) bragged that he had impersonated the BELL IT SEC Supervisor (phone) on 4 MAY 2018. Why did he tell us that?  >> To make it seem that CSIS had been keeping an eye on Mark (protection) since early 2018.
  .
  He was perturbed when I sent him ONLINE how PLAN A (my removal) went down – After sending this, he scolded asking that I never send him anything like that again.
  .
  1 November 2018 – Hey Bouvier do you want to see narration of another stalking? Sent 12 October 2017 PLAN A, he was clearly upset after reading it – Next one that should have been sent was 4 MAY 2018, after mid-September 2018 he bragged impersonating Bell IT Supervisor

I wonder what they would have done if early on MARK had told them to keep the inheritance and shove it up their arses. 

• Problem is that they presented the inheritance claim – THEY (FAMILY) brought it up and continued the charade “sand castles”.  He trusted his mother until the trust was broken on 3 May 2018.

LOUIS GUERTIN carried the torch until BOUVIER from CSIS took over by mid-July 2018 as front-man.

Mark went to his grave with this false perceptions:

1. Admiring and trusting LOUIS GUERTIN and BOUVIER (CSIS).
2. Anton GUERTIN was his biological SON.
3. Michelle GUERTIN was dead so was his SON (suicide).
4. I had trigger the suicide of his SON.  My fault he killed himself.
5. His brother Michael hated him.  They deprived brothers to be together.  Michael took Mark’s death very hard.  Hating him in death until summer 2021, when I burst that wicked malicious lie.  Michael passed away in December 2024, he died knowing the truth.
