QUICK RECAP

15 MAY 2018 – A RCMP (impostor) called Mark SMITH to announce Michelle GUERTIN had been detained.  They had found all kind of disturbing stuff in her house related to SMITH and more.

Soon after this call, LOUIS GUERTIN called to validate it was true.

Day before (14th), I had uploaded to Google Drive, a supportive document prepared for COURT (9 JUNE 2018 – 2nd appearance).

• On 9 MAY 2018, 1st COURT appearance, they barred me from COURT premises and in my absence, replaced my police VIDEO statement with a horrific written statement – Told SMITH he was facing 5 years in jail – I had deeply betrayed him.  He was suppose to run to FAMILY and GUERTIN.  It was one of their last attempts to have him turn against me (distrust fear betrayal).  Read the post dated 9-10 MAY 2018, link above.  It failed.

After 15 MAY, LOUIS GUERTIN continued to weave, keep up the false narrative of Michelle GUERTIN’s situation with RCMP.

Perhaps they expected me to stop getting ready for 2nd COURT appearance? 

• Although, Louis GUERTIN came off as a good guy and we believed the RCMP false narrative, I continued to work every evening to finalize everything.  Be ready, flash drive in hand, printed copies, get Mark SMITH and myself to testify in COURT.  In my mind, I was going after the GUERTIN – No notion of New Partners (CSIS).

I was on a mission to complete everything for second court appearance scheduled 9 JUNE 2018.

DONE! COMPLETED!  READY! 

This was a joyous day or rather evening – it was done.  I was free (in thought-emotions).  It had taken me 29 days to complete.  I had started the day after I called 911.  Started on 24 APRIL 2018, and here I was done!

I still remember the sense of accomplishment and liberation.

Why did I not start with 22 JANUARY 2018, the day of the laser shot and altered personality with false memory?

• Because I didn’t want to lose the audience, my credibility –>  “sure lady, Mark SMITH shot by a laser then becomes a different person, an ex-con killer personality . . . su-ure”  << that’s why.   Also keep in mind, it’s the first recording found in the whole recording collection.

• By starting with 2 FEBRUARY 2018, we get right into it with the GUERTIN – they tried to replay the same routine they did in 1992 with his ex-fiancée – the difference is that they were tweaking him into homicidal rage whereas in 1992, they tweak the ex-fiancée and rescued him from her – But it was the same routine with the same players as in 1990s –> Michelle GUERTIN, the SON bait and Nicole PERIARD his pick-up ride by 10 February 2018.  They so much put confidence in that same routine that they even used the same TRIGGER song “Love don’t live here anymore”.

• 2-3 FEBRUARY 2018 – GUERTIN enraged threatened to destroy me – Start of FaceBook Cheaters Program & Sickness They Will Leverage
• 4-9 February 2018 – TRIGGER SONG 1992 Gives Momentum to Leave & Join Them – Successful But Then They Canceled his Leave to Come After Me for The Kill

 

Just to give you a sense of 22 JAN 2018 laser shot and personality change . . .

On 17 OCTOBER 2019, when I mentioned it to an OPP Officer, without hesitation, he responded:  “NON c”est pas VRAI”  (no! it’s not true!).  To which I replied:  “YES IT IS!”  again, he immediately retorted “NO! It’s NOT TRUE!” to which again, I strongly replied “OH YES IT IS!” – He desisted but didn’t want to hear more about it.

He responded too quickly, reactive to say the least.  It felt as though he knew about it and was covering – He knew about it.

I concluded that either he was part of the 4-man team on 22 JAN 2018, moonlighting; or, he knew some of the guys that were part of the team.  

Not a good liar.

Afterwards, I asked both Officers is they knew BOUVIER (CSIS).  To which, they took a soldier stance, looked above my head and in unison without hesitation responded “NO!”

Again, not good liars.

As they stood in alert and without hesitation shouted in unison “NO!”,  I almost felt like telling them “At ease gentlemen, at ease”.

• Afterwards, one of the officers, said “Yeah but huh . . . huh in addition to what you say (murder of SMITH), huh huh . . . you see ufos . . . ”  to which I replied:  “Yes, in addition to this case”.   again trying to discredit me.  It would have been futile to tell him >> “yes-s and most were likely fabricated by the perps”.  Name of the game is to belittle and discredit, like this cop was doing.

All to say, I would deep dive 22 JANUARY 2018 later.  To this day, I remember 22 JAN very well – they were aiming for his heart but as the shot was sent he stood up and got hit below left lung.  The X-Ray taken on 29 Nov 2018, showed the mark very clearly.

The laser shot was followed by a phone call – It triggered an alternate personality of a killer recently out of a long jail sentence – he had false memories and BLAMED me for being the informant who had sent him away for a long time – I had betrayed him – the perfect storm for a crime of passion.

The purpose was for him to kill me then most likely commit suicide.  Why did it fail?  Because 18 hours later, I broke the hypnotic psychological spell – when I did, he had his first seizure and I called 911.  (There’s a call in archive for 23 JAN 2018, 2011 Joanisse Road, Hammond, Ontario – mid-afternoon).

Let’s describe 22 MAY 2018 . . .

These are from my handwritten long entries for 22 MAY 2018 (3am-ish):

• “As I was about to go to bed (night owl), I had the urge to launch ISS Live CAM app on my phone. My goal at wake up was to finalize the first cut of the List of Recordings – a chronological listing after listening to each recordings (painstakingly horrific) – but they had falsified my statement – PUT MY SIGNATURE TO LIES – “painted me black and perverted just like them”  (projecting onto me what they are).

So 3am-ish –> I had the urge to launch the ISS Live CAM (on my phone).  Those urges came with thought in mind that was  “Hurry look now Kid!” – I’ve had a few of those and I will list some at the end of this post.

 

Then . . . 

• The LIST OF RECORDINGS was officially done by 7pm.  It was exhilarating to say the least. For the past 29 days I had been on a mission to complete everything . . . think of the COURT scams they pulled then think of the kidnap attempts . . . having to extract him from his sister/mother’s house, etc.
  .
  I FELT FREE.  IT WAS DONE – Fvck you GUERTIN was my stance  . . people might be afraid of you, but I AM NOT.  I’m coming for you you fvcking demonic sub-creatures, hoity toity low-lives << that was my stance.

Around 9-9:11pm, I was outside reveling on how good I felt “liberated, it’s done – complete – finito”  – Then I noticed a face in cloud (I know how it sounds) – The moment we made visual contact, I got a tinge at solar plexus (similar to roller coaster sensation) and suddenly I was bombarded with hundreds upon hundreds of orbs that seem to emanate from this particular cloud.

I must also add that I felt an overwhelming sensation of support and love.

Then at 10:45pm . . . 

3 SIGHTINGS – EXCERPT MY HANDWRITTEN NOTES:

• I was reminiscing how today was such a good day – I felt FREE within crystal-clear free – I hadn’t felt
  this level of freedom in such a long time. That RAW carefree feeling many human beings haven’t
  felt since childhood. like the sun shining, the birds chirping, you can almost see the grass grow …. Damn Yeah.
  That kind of inner freedom.
  .

• I VOWED TO NEVER EVER ALLOW ANYONE TO MANIPULATE AND CONTROL ME or ANYONE IN MY CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE (E.G. FAMILY, FRIENDS).

• AT END OF DAY, WHAT A GREAT LESSON TO UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF PSYOP’ING.  EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING INDEED.

• . . . .After 2 sightings – clear mind and this thought said>> You’ll see a third ship.
  I did. – 20-25 minutes later.

28 MAY 2018

By 28 MAY 2018, a thought that I hadn’t encountered since June-Mid-September 2016 invaded my mind “out of the blue” and it was:  I WANT TO GO HOME – and the only way to leave is via suicide.  << Not my thought that’s for sure.  A déjà vu experienced in 2016.  Sorry perp, that will never happen – 14 SEPTEMBER 2016 life changing experience rendered V2K negative thoughts ineffective.  Get lost pal.

It was so unusual that I logged it in my journals.  The thought had no effect on my emotional state because it was not my thought.

How did I know it wasn’t my thought?

In 2016, their suicide program became ineffective on 14 SEP 2016, but they continued up until mid-OCTOBER 2016.  It’s during that window that I got to see the difference when thoughts are not mine.

In my notes of 28 MAY 2018, I wrote how I was puzzled as to why that thought would re-appeared – keep in mind at the time, I had no idea that GUERTIN was allied with people who had access to neuro-technology >> Able to effect suicides (killing at a distance) – Open/shut case >> suicide.

• 2016 (June to 14 September) – Suicide Program #1 of 2 – Target: Lyn Champagne – V2K & Voice of God Technology?.

• After mid-October 2016, they concentrated on my SON – it started with my SON having intrusive thoughts “out of the blue” such as >> “Your mother is dead” . . . then it escalated.  By 12-13 November 2016, he was on the brink of killing himself.  It was abruptly stopped when I sent a long email to someone in the UK asking for help.

• The email was intercepted . . . I think they were forced to stop . why stop if the kid was about to kill himself?  hm?  Right.  Forced to stop.

• 2016 (Oct to 13 Nov) – Suicide Program 2 of 2 – Target: My SON – Holograms, V2K & Voice of God Technologies

AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED, ON SECOND COURT APPEARANCE >> 9 JUNE 2018, I WAS GOING TO GIVE A FLASH DRIVE AND  PRINTOUT OF THE SUPPORTIVE MATERIAL TO THE CROWN ATTORNEY – TO BE ENTERED WITH MY VIDEO STATEMENT.
