By 7 MAY 2018, in past week, three abductions had been attempted – 26, 28, 30 APRIL 2018. When that didn’t work out, they threatened to use COURT to get SMITH admitted in a psychiatric hospital  – GUERTIN organized.  My Court case canceled.  

But it failed – canceled 3 May 2018.

On 9 MAY (Court), Mark SMITH would plea NOT GUILTY.  I would present -> recordings, supportive material, two witness testimonies (SMITH and me) with my VIDEO police statement recorded on 23 APRIL 2018 with OPP.

Court appearance was in two days (9th).  Time was running out.

7 MAY 2018 –  KIDNAP ATTEMPT #4

Mark SMITH was in the store. I was parked outside watching the exit/entry doors of the store. A woman stuck her head out of the entry door and nodded to the guy in the white van. It was the female with the clicker seen 30 APRIL 2018 with the five guys. Then she saw me, freaked and immediately gave an ABORT signal.  The white van left. I took photos.

HERE’S HOW IT WENT DOWN . . . 

In late afternoon, I dropped MARK at the Giant Tiger store in Rockland, ON and I left.  Mark lived one block away, a short walk home.

So I left but when I was two blocks away, on impulse, I turned back. I would just park and watch the doors.

So I entered through the back parking entrance and parked two spaces away from a guy mid-60s, gray curly hair, full head, who was standing next to a grey car with a little dog. The parking lot at back of the store was empty – And I  decided to park next to this guy for a good view of store doors.  He had no qualms showing me how he felt about it – hostile grimaces as he stormed into his vehicle and sat there, obviously waiting.

Within a few minutes, a white van no side windows slowly drove by – Then stopped, with window down, driver nodded to the man parked 2 empty spaces to my left.  I was in between this guy and the white van.

Then the white van slowed away and parked in line of sight of store doors (entrance) – The guy stopped the engine and waited.

(I think Curly was with the female,  her ride to the store – The nod was to say, all was playing out as planned, she’s in the store.  Perhaps he called her to let her know the van had arrived.)

So I decided to park directly facing the doors (prime parking space what were the odds).  At this point, I was clueless something was about to go down.  My goal is to watch the doors to make sure SMITH got home safe.

Perhaps 5-7 minutes later, the same female seen on 30 APRIL 2018, stuck her head out of the entry door and nodded to the guy in the white van.

I immediately recognized her.  Then she noticed me and freaked –> fear – getting caught.  She immediately gave an abort signal to the guy in the white van.  I could see the guy mouthing some profanity in French Canadian as he rushed to leave.

On 30 APRIL 2018, the female with the clicking device –> When she clicked it next to SMITH, he faltered, I heard it and returned just in time to catch him.  The female and her 5 bald henchmen left the store.

I would strongly venture that the abduction planned on 7 MAY 2018 was going to be following a same routine.  Once he would have faltered they would have taken him out of the store into the white van.

I crashed the operation.  Incredible . . . and to think I almost didn’t turn back. Wow.

Mark SMITH made it safe and sound to his apartment.

I never told him how close he came to being abducted that day.

I, to this day, still shutter thinking how close this came to be the end for SMITH.
