Four days after Mark SMITH’s death,  I was stalked – The stalker looked scruffy and at the time, I matched him with the family – I was most likely wrong. He would be part of New Partners (CSIS)’s network.

Then I was stalked again, 2 JANUARY 2019 and that’s when I realized something was terribly wrong.   This stalker was obviously from same outfit of stalkers encountered throughout 2017-18.

Although SMITH was dead, I continued to be electronically monitored, followed, surveilled by air.

I DECIDED I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING – ANYTHING SO . . .

ON 10 JANUARY 2019, I announced via SKYPE where I would be at 9pm that evening.  I knew they would come that was the plan.

It paid off . . . The guy who hand-delivered the forged handwritten statement to Court on 9 MAY 2018 that replaced my police VIDEO statement, showed up and more.  Just like in May 2018, he made it a point to perform.  Cocky. Bravado attitude. (drawing composite in post link at top).

So that would come to confirm that this guy was part of New Partners (CSIS)’s network.  I would venture GUERTIN did not have the clout of influence to sway the Crown Attorney and Judge to go along with it (presenting the forged statement in COURT – Inversion – Deep horrible smearing of SMITH – Plan was for him to go to GUERTIN and me portrayed as the Evil One has had always been told  “you see Mark, we told you so . . .”  – It failed my fault.

In addition, the 2 JAN stalker also showed up on 10th.

8 days later . . . 

18 JANUARY 2019

Scheduled meeting at the Bank to close Mark SMITH’s accounts.  The gentleman at the bank (closed office):

“go see them (family) and use the excuse you are coming to announce Mark passed away – go check . . . go . . . “ then he ended with  (paraphrasing here) >> “you have time to investigate ” – 

He was persistent.  I remember at time sensing, this guy knew something.

From his office, I went directly to Michael (brother) house to announce Mark’s death.

At the time, I strongly suspected this gentleman was Freemason.  No problem.

Few months later, this assumption was confirmed.

In March/April 2019, I pulled out a collection of audio recordings for MAY & AUGUST 2018 which involved the FAMLY and BOUVIER (CSIS).  Of course, I let them know but I didn’t upload them to Google Drive (not that batch).

After announcing rec discovery, I started to be followed again.  One day, I was in a McDonald’s, with a “watcher” who followed me in (no order) and sat in the back – He was from the same network as 2017-2018 during the SMITH Operation – same people – As odd as this might sound, 95% of them were bald.

Suddenly, the gentlemen from the bank entered. I saw him as he opened the first set of doors.  I saw him before he saw me – I watched him.

When he entered, I saw him discreetly nod at the guy in the back – they made eye contact of recognition – I saw them. Then he put on a smiling innocent face mask, then with a resolute pace he stepped up to me, very close in my personal space “touchy feely” as if we were old friends, with “oh my! what a surprise! what a coincidence”. 

He insisted we make contact in near future.  Gave me his card.  So insistent that as he held both my hands, squeezing with certain words, he made me promise, the promising dialogue went back and forth.

Suddenly, this guy who is friend, a brother to the watcher sitting in the back, was honey potting – Bad Actor – Glaring red flag.

Was that a lure?  Setting the net?  Were they still trying to remove me although SMITH was dead?  Was it the recordings?  Or was it something else?

I never contacted him.

About “Watchers” (Stalking, Following, Surveillance) –> At the time, I saw them as GUERTIN’s henchmen because Louis GUERTIN boasted being a high-ranking generational Knights Templar (Freemason).

Reality was –> They were high likely reporting to the Directorship of New Partners (CSIS)  not GUERTIN.

Why not GUERTIN? –> Since 2009, they had been trying to get rid of me – I never saw watchers until New Partners (CSIS) took over.

BACK to GOING TO MICHAEL (BROTHER) OF SMITH . . .

We thought Mark had won the family abuse case with BOUVIER (CSIS).  I didn’t expect to be well received.

Since summer 2018, Michael was aggressive towards us especially after 22 July 2018. 

In summer 2021, Michael and I had several face-to-face conversations.  We both discovered many truths >> Summer 2018 – False Flag – PERIARD Warned Michael Trepanier (brother) >> Lyn will shoot you on sight and Mark siding with her.

They isolated us from everyone – They separated the brothers. I was the primary menace and Mark had sided with me. I had brainwashed him.

Then for (late) Michael to discover 3 years later –>  your brother died thinking you hated him and you did at the time. Nicole PERIARD well knew what she was doing.

When he saw me at the door, he freaked.  He didn’t know Mark had been run to the ground for over a year span – Michael knew nothing.  When I announced he had passed away a month earlier on 16 December 2018, they called me a liar.  His daughter even said she had seen Uncle Mark a week ago. Lots of shouting.

Once I left, he called Nicole PERIARD.

Nicole PERIARD called police to have them confirm Mark had passed. To distance herself while in reality she and Theresa (mother) knew same day as me.  They withheld it from the family.

Nicole was part of the crime circle, as family point of contact with GUERTIN and perhaps BOUVIER (CSIS) posing as “her CSIS contact”  –   By calling police it officialises / validates “she called police she was horrified”  and the call is logged in the system << This is important because it was added to my profile in police databases – When my name comes up  – it can be used against me to substantiate I victimized the Family -**

**Here’s what I mean >> Same tactic applied on 21 December 2011.  By giving me a trespassing ticket, it put a report with my name in the system – when in fact the family concocted a false story – But it makes it seem as if I was trespassing and can be twisted “it was horrible she came at us brandishing a baseball bat . . .”  right mom?  –   The family portrayed themselves as victims of abuse when in reality it is a total inversion of facts.

Official police call gives a sense of OOMPH validation >> THEY HAD JUST LEARNED IT “you see?  our brother died and it took a month and two days to find out”  <– a story can be twisted to portray a false reality.

The call was to put a recorded marker point in time – – And it did,  on 17 October 2019., when two constables alluded to the fact that it had taken 4 weeks to discover Mark had passed.

So to this day, this is high likely in the system and anyone reading it would NOT know the real story behind it.  Clever.

AND WHAT DO PERPS OFTEN DO? 

They come back to fish and sometimes they talk too much . . .

Two days later, on 20 JANUARY 2019, Nicole sent her son to my house.

They sent the one that they thought was most innocent looking, my favorite nephew – slightly autistic. Anthony. 18-19 years old in January 2019.

I invited him in.  We sat.  Get comfortable  and started to gently question him as part of a conversation – cautious not to close him off:

1. QUESTION: “Do you remember when you said you had the same made up recurrent dream like Grandma and ANTON (the SON)?
   .
   RESPONSE: He put his head down, his ears turned red and guiltily nodded affirmative.   I assured him it was ok – forgotten. Not your fault Anthony “poor boy”– He had the look of a victimized child >> “They made me do it”**** The recurring dream was dished out every morning for 3-4 weeks by Theresa Lavergne and Anton Guertin “the SON”  – They would call one after the other and with drama and horror inform Mark they had the dream again.  Dead in a coffin with a veiled woman laughing – That would set the mood for the day in the house.
   .
   Then one day, Anthony Bedard-Trepanier-Periard got on the phone and said something like:“Uncle Mark, it’s so awful, last night I had the same dream as grandma  . . .  I almost took the veil off – when I know who it is  . . . ”  Then he went on a rampant of obscenities as to what he would do to the lady in black.

1. QUESTION: “They died you know . . . hum *chuckle* . . . the mother and son from France” –  – – then I looked in eyes, slightly chuckled & grinned as if  I was “in” on it.
   .
   HIS RESPONSE – he looked up at me,  surprised! and chuckled, eyes darting from one side to the other – I chuckled with him – he conveyed that they’d just talk with them most recently – his coming over was planned / known. Hahahaha.  I know. I know Anthony “i’m in on it too”  shhh . . .  And as he was about to leave, I hugged him and told him I loved him – Then in a matter-of-fact manner proceeded with the next question.
   .
2. QUESTION:  “. . .  So nice to see you, oh about the courts . . . .you all went to court, right?”  For split second, he was like a deer stuck in headlights – Quickly, I smiled reassuringly as if I already knew  – he felt it was safe.
   .
   HIS RESPONSE: “Huh-Huh (while nodding affirmative), they went to court by I know nothing about it”
   ..
3. QUESTION:– “Ahhhh so you know Mr. Bouvier then?” softly as if I trusted and admired Bouvier.
   .
   HIS RESPONSE – As he nodded affirmative he said “Oh Yes, Mr. Bouvier.”  We chuckled together.

He should have stopped there – not say a word but . . .

Just as he was about to step out, he turned, looked at me, debonair and suave wave of hand, said:

>>> “We don’t know if it is his son, a DNA test was never done.”  <<<

We said goodbye – he left.

 

His last statement was triggered by the “Bouvier” question.

He mimicked verbal and body posture of the one who had said it in front of him.

NOW I KNEW . . .

The SON wasn’t his SON and the FAMILY knew.

ANTON GUERTIN and MICHELLE GUERTIN had faked their deaths.

The FAMILY went to Court in Fall 2018 – inverted the abuse case – legal dissociation to FAMILY  releases whatever was tied to LAVERGNE and MARK back to the family – they had been waiting for this release since Fall 2012 because this is the time period when the FAMILY told Mark he had a large inheritance coming from the LAVERGNE Estate.

They knew BOUVIER (CSIS) who also highly posed as Nicole’s CSIS contact.

The FAMILY worked with the GUERTIN leveraging the Father-SON cover – BOUVIER (CSIS) was part of the circle.

The death of Mark SMITH was premeditated. 

And while in the process, to capture this guy, I became the obstacle to eliminate – it became first choice to get this guy.  Pure evil.

That’s where I stood on 20 JANUARY 2019.

On 18 JANUARY 2019, the guy I met at the Bank triggered a chain of events
that would lead to key discoveries and subsequently to full-time investigation on

On 6 FEBRUARY 2019, I FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL CSIS.  WHEN I SAID MY NAME, THE OPERATOR IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED SARCASTICALLY –> BY-y-YE AND HUNG UP.

It messed me up for a few days – A week later, I walked in the OPP police station.  I learned a lot.
