Since 16 SEPTEMBER 2018, we believed CSIS was protecting Mark SMITH.

They dispatched black helicopters to fly-over several times a day for weeks into months.  At first, most of these flyovers were sync’d with BOUVIER (CSIS)’s calls or or related in-house conversations – The goal was to give the perception they were “protecting” him (us) until his (fake) inheritance was released via COURT.

Last attempt to trick SMITH to leave the house was on 19-20 September 2018. click here  – A safe house lure –>  They would grab him and send to a medical institution (most likely psychiatric)  –> Think of Dr. B.A. Boyd who attempted a “meet & grab” on 10 SEP 2018, click here.  For years, he was likely on stand-by for GUERTIN.

On 21-22 SEPTEMBER 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS) announced he would represent Mark SMITH in Court to criminally charge the family for life-long abuse and in the process divorce them.

After 1 NOVEMBER 2018, my biggest pre-occupation was his health.
I took care of him 24/7 on demand.

Since late September 2018, Mark was instructed by BOUVIER (CSIS) to wait for his OK to go to the hospital.  I questioned it a lot and was shut out.  BOUVIER had SMITH’s trust 100%.

• Why did BOUVIER not want SMITH to go to the hospital while fraudulent COURT proceeding was in progress?
• 23 November 2018 will be last contact with BOUVIER – From that point forward, BOUVIER no response, no contact. Done..

8 NOVEMBER 2018

BOUVIER announced MARK had won his case!  The long awaited release of his (fake) inheritance. Permanent legal dissociation from his ex-family.

The announcement evoked great emotional relief, overwhelming release, it was over finally –> MARK was legally FREE from the FAMILY (abusers/tormentors since childhood), they were found guilty – NO MORE TIES –  – And the GUERTIN were DEAD – He was SAFE, these tormentors COULD NEVER again caused harm,  have legal control of his life – Legally dissociated from the FAMILY.

 Immense sense of psychological freedom. The (life) battle was over.
That was our reality – That’s where he (we) stood.

I truly believe they did the reverse.

After this life changing announcement,  BOUVIER explained he needed to rest, claimed to be very sick with influenza.  BOUVIER dished out a convincing story  (paraphrasing) “ . . . the family contaminated the Court Room, even the judge was sick (said with an indignant tone). . .  just a few days rest . . . my wife is a doctor.”  

What about medical attention for Mark? Mark brushed it off, he was actually feeling much better – Elated by the good news.

• It’s ok  –> BOUVIER and CSIS had fought hard  – CSIS did a great job protecting him from the sky with numerous black helicopters (that’s what convinced me BOUVIER was not an impostor).
  .
• The we had satellite view on property – full monitoring including infrared in house (suspected)) that was the level of protection Mark had agreed to after mid-September 2018.

We expected BOUVIER would get better over weekend, he claimed his wife is a doctor – Then we’d meet face to face – legal documents, release of inheritance, what happens with the FAMILY now,  etc.

After the weekend, BOUVIER still claimed to be seriously ill– Mark didn’t dare bother him.

Questioning was a sign of disrespect toward BOUVIER and his health, such as:

• — Why couldn’t Mark be rushed to a hospital as we were told in September 2018 when the Court proceedings started – “you will be flown to a private hospital Mark after you win your case”

• — Why didn’t someone else in BOUVIER’s office take over while he was sick?
  .
• Why all the secrecy?

BOUVIER (CSIS) avoided direct contact with me.   

In earlier days, when I seeded doubts, he would call and instigate conflict by pinning me as a suspicious character as per recent reports.  It led to sickness.   

If you misbehave, we’ll make him sick.  

By 15-16 NOVEMBER 2018, BOUVIER would dish out that his wife “the doctor” gave him a flu shot.

I questioned well knowing that a flu shot while you have the flu is totally ineffective – In fact might make you sicker (w0w).    But eh! Don’t question because his wife is a doctor, she knows what she’s doing!

It annoyed MARK that I didn’t trust BOUVIER like he did.  Perhaps BOUVIER was right and I was a suspicious character – not to be trusted.

How dare you question BOUVIER’s integrity and intelligence.

Another weekend came and went.

I became pushy,  trying to get MARK to wake up and realize something wasn’t right.  Just the thought the notion that BOUVIER might not be what he appeared to be, was perceived as blasphemy – made him more suspicious of me.

I STARTED TO HAVE A SINKING FEELING BUT KEPT PUSHING IT ASIDE.  RATIONALE WAS –>  IT’S CSIS . . . THEN WE HAVE THE BLACK HELICOPTERS, GOVERNMENT ASSETS AND RESOURCES.

HOW CAN IT NOT BE TRUE, RIGHT? RIGHT.

By 20-21 NOVEMBER 2018, BOUVIER announced that his wife “the doctor” gave him a second flu shot and that’s when I realized something was wrong here.

I kept pushing the thought aside, rationalizing that CSIS was OPENLY involved since 2017 >> starting with Nicole PERIARD – The family told everyone who called that their phone line was tapped by CSIS because of PERIARD . . .

Logically, you can’t impersonate CSIS for 2 years and not get caught, then think of the unlimited access to MONITORING technology? And how about those timely fly-overs?  come on now . . . If it quacks like a duck, it walks like a duck and looks like a duck, it’s a goddam duck.  It’s CSIS so it’s real.  I trusted CSIS up until 6 FEBRUARY 2019.

Mark sided with BOUVIER, clearly annoyed with me.  In fact Mark would go to his grave admiring and trusting BOUVIER 100% as well as LOUIS GUERTIN.

23 NOVEMBER 2018 was the last time BOUVIER (CSIS) ever contacted MARK.  

Days went by, Mark patiently waited to hear from BOUVIER.  Mark wasn’t frazzled, he trusted BOUVIER, convinced he had good reasons for not communicating – no worries.

THREE DAYS LATER . . . 

On 26 NOVEMBER 2018,  I did a test – I sent a short message using Mark IPhone asking him to check out who called us – It sounded like Nicole PERIARD’s son “Anthony”.

In the past, BOUVIER would have called almost immediately.

“For LB” = For Luke BOUVIER
MS = Mark SMITIH

This time not a peep while Mark was still patiently waiting, still making excuses for BOUVIER’s silence, shrugging me off, getting annoyed with me. They were sitting back listening – how they must have reveled when they heard Mark defend BOUVIER.

What was most appalling was to see MARK waiting on BOUVIER in order to get medical attention.  They were sitting back listening to sickness, trust delusion, the overall decline of another human being (days in, days out for months) and who was waiting for this guy to call – total psychological enslavement.

I strongly suspect that in COURT they did the inversion of Mark being victim of FAMILY Abuse – They most likely turned it around and made the FAMILY the victims.

Now that they had what they wanted, I strongly suspect they expected him to die at home.

If that would have happened (dying at home), I am convinced, the FAMILY with GUERTIN’s help and high likely CSIS (new partners), they would have criminally charged me with neglect – charge me for his death (how ironic is that for twisted).   

In addition, it would have been supported by the COURT profiling they did on me on 19 October 2018 – support the character assassination claims.

THREE DAYS LATER . . . 

On 29 NOVEMBER 2018, I overrode BOUVIER’s command and called 911 for an ambulance.  Mark had no say in the matter.  He was going to make it.

As Mark was being transferred in the ambulance, a grey pearl helicopter hovered low on the North side of the property.  Mark saw it and immediately turned to me with relief >> It’s OK Mr. BOUVIER knows.

Wow . . . I recognized the helicopter from 6 APRIL 2018 and at the time I thought it was GUERTIN.

• Since 1 April 2018, after the botched kidnap attempt, the SON was no longer trusted.  Michelle GUERTIN was distrusted since 3 March 2018.
  .
• On 1 APRIL 2018, both mother and SON GUERTIN had burnt their bridge.
  .
• 6 APRIL was a failed attempt to regain SON trust using the recurring dream scam – seeking pity from Mark.  In late afternoon, the “pearl grey” helicopter flew by.
  .
•  Next day (7th), Louis GUERTIN called with threats claiming I was the delay for the release of Mark’s (fake) inheritance. Threatened to send the Knights Templar after me.

And while Mark showed relief and mentioned BOUVIER (helicopter), I noticed the expression of the older paramedic.  An expression we see in movies that tell us who’s the bad guy. This paramedic was with them.

(1) The older paramedic and (2) The grey pearly helicopter.

I pushed the thought away with . . .

• The GUERTIN are dead right?  So hospitals are safe. The FAMILY is no longer in the picture, they lost in COURT, they are powerless, right?
• It’s going to be ok. right?
• Yes, push those thoughts aside, I’m just paranoid, right?

29 NOVEMBER 2018, at the hospital they X-RAY’d his chest – And we could clearly see the laser shot marking located at the bottom of his left lung.  That laser shot on 22 JAN 2018 is how sickness began.

They were aiming for his heart but just as the shot was about to hit him he stood up.  I will strongly venture it was suppose to provoke heart attack – call 911 (there you go job done).

The laser mark (lower left lung) became the dark elephant in the room.
