2016 Kill me to get their man would have impress the GUERTIN – A show-off as to efficiency of new Allies.   The ones with Online Intel Gathering (E-SPY) and access to suppressed technology.  In 2016, no one had to get involved at forefront, it was all about provoking suicide at a distance “no one gets their hands dirty, right?”

But the suicide program was halted on 13 NOVEMBER 2016 after I sent an email to someone in the UK asking for help as my son was on the brink of suicide.  After sending that email and although the recipient didn’t read it immediately, the suicide program onto my SON was stopped. I strongly suspect, they were forced to stop.  Read the posts above for details.

GUERTIN and family at a standstill since 13 July 2014 because of the “List of crimes by Nicole Periard” confidential email.  SHOW how efficient and experienced  when dealing with such matters.  Above GUERTIN pay grade – in big league now.  The ones who would come to take over the operation – the real masters.

HERE WE WERE end of SUMMER 2018 . . . The GUERTIN now incriminated with recordings.  On 2 July 2018,  they had killed off the fake son via suicide (when they realized I hadn’t destroyed the recordings – On the contrary, I worked on the material focused on 24-27 February 2018 period I called Full Force Kill Program.  On 4 September 2018, they faked her death (insane in a hospital bed) when they discovered I’d never deleted the recording material (29-30 August 2018).  So both faked their death, recordings were the common denominator.

Misrepresentation kept us in false security – bought time two fold – his health decline but the family is not at the forefront – we are fighting an abuse case against them with BOUVIER while I take care of Mark.  While in reality they are creating a case to prepare the way – they expected him to die under my care and protection.\

I did say “protection”-> 27 February I realized we were both slotted to be eliminated one way or the other. Then the kidnappings four (1 on 1 APR – then 3 attempts between 23 APR – 9 MAY – last minute they do a false written statement) and 27 JULY 2018 was an urgent removal from the apartment (we have rec) – he had a seizure on the 26th and pushed around while semi-conscious on the ground.  Got him out.

Whatever they used in court to smear me is something false – WHY AM I NOT PRESENT when profiled?  WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE CONTENT?

BACK TO NOVEMBER 2018 . . .

By 23rd November 2018 ultimate goal was just let him slide down & die under my care & protection – helicopters and drones continue – she thinks it’s safe – NO MORE CONTACT by 23rd and 26 November 2018 NO RESPONSE –

They expected him to die in the house – who would believe the danger to the hospital?

IF HE DIED IN MY HOUSE, THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY WOULD POINTED THE FINGER AT ME AS THE MURDERER THROUGH NEGLECT AND ABUSE.

THE CASE THEY’D DONE BEHIND OUR BACK WOULD SUPPORT.

Elimination of both of us – independently from one another seemed a priority – non-negotiable.  When they realized hard to kill then incarceration.

The grand plan after mid-September, let him die in her house (reeling and harassment the trail of sickness since 27 July 2018) he needed medical attention – let him die.

Make the family look good <– Oh we can’t help him <– I have him under my control.  We have enough evidence such the 23 APRIL 2018 written statement she did (read how horrific it is) then we have the incident of 21 December 2011  right mom?  she came in brandishing a baseball bat – – – then we have the doctors we have letter saying she must continue her treatment for her condition – a registered letter was sent in December 2009, Your Honor.

They fabricated a letter and apposed the signature of my physician “cut & paste”   – – My physician is not aware of the existence of the letter and the letter forgery of her signature.

The forgery is poorly done – – I am versed in Information security, fraud and cybersecurity.  The content is a red flag as it indicates we had met just the other day. I haven’t consulted this physician since 2004.  Records would show, the health system database would have no entry for 2009.

One can just imagine what was tabled for Mark – I bet the medical file pick and choose from the psy-stuff they did on him in 1992 – the psy experimentation = they portrayed him as mentally challenged.  This guy had a credit score of 741 – a loner, responsible, non-alcoholic since 16 Jan 2007, a good guy.

WHY TWO people to be eliminated?  Why both?  It won’t go away – trust me.  Relentless bidding one’s time – just a question of time.  Won’t let anyone they target to get away with it.

4 September 2018  – LOUIS GUERTIN ANNOUNCED MICHELLE GUERTIN WAS DEAD** But now the family was the biggest danger hurdle.  The abuse was the pressing point so HE COULD GO SAFELY TO A HOSPITAL until then it was a goddam trap.

**I remember emailing some of the contacts who had access to the Google Drive – both were dead – I recall someone said:  “are you sure?”  I replied:  “Of course I am”  wow was ever wrong “not in my consciousness people would do that”

MID-September 2018 – HERE COMES THE CALVARY – WITH HELICOPTERS AND CALLS and TAKING OVER to carry us through with the ABUSE CHARGES AGAINST THE FAMILY- – BOUVIER from CSIS with fly-overs – several times a day in fact timed with HOUSE discussions and worries – – –

THEY WERE FLYING OVER TO PROTECT US** – FINALLY WE WOULD GET THE HELP WE NEEDED – Thank you Mr. BOUVIER from CSIS.

**I was very grateful and I made it a point to salute them most every time – imagine they were not protecting us – I was listed as a threat agent and would only find out by March 2019 – From September 2018 until 2019, I thought we were on the same side (HOAX C-46, 283.11) –

Sometime during winter 2019, I was talking with my neighbor, I mentioned the fly-overs during fall 2018 period to which he replied:  “My dad was pissed off he thought he was being surveilled . . . Since Michelle Guertin (alive) was the blame factor for delays for release of his share, who was the contact if she was dead?

LOUIS: “Mark it’s complicated – she took your share and spread it in different accounts using different passcodes  .  .  .”

LYN: “Wasn’t she was working for a firm, right?  the money would be in a “In trust” account and not under her ownership. . . we have to move forward with this and our ABUSE case – vito presto the rest will follow (share) –

WHY DID THEY KILL HER OFF?  Let’s back up for a moment – we must start this narration at end of AUGUST 2018 – Firstly where did we stand in August?

The kid was dead (suicide), recordings deleted early August, false statement removed from his apartment on 27 July – > They went violent ballistic whole August 2018 – immediate family and BOUVIER (CSIS) – did they didn’t realized I recorded but this time kept quiet about it – local (no online) and told no one.

IF they did know I recorded, they probably thought I was disorganized because I wasn’t following the norm -> upload to Google Drive nor Skype them anymore – I would remove them from my IPhone and record more so on and so forth – I never talked of it.

By 28-29 August 2018,  Mark was at the end of his emotional & mental rope – they were the direct provocateur and get this > > > >  they E-SPIED and could hear our discussions and so would know our worries – use it as Intelligence in order to apply the right dark provocation at the right time – such as nasty CSIS Intelligence reports by BOUVIER about me then 2 hours later (always late evening)  a call from a CSIS operator > >  “Mr. Smith are you safe? where is the female?  we will pick you up tomorrow at 7am – you must go to a safe house – Do you understand Mr. Smith?”

He would say no no it’s ok – then be flabbergasted and get sick what is going on here?  He was having a quiet evening and BA-BANG.

What was I doing most of the time in the evening?  I was working on a website for Connecting Consciousness Global group – I remember one time, I’d just written a great slogan on the HOMEPAGE of the site I was so glad it was:

“Greatest threat to our Planet is thinking someone else will save* it for us
– save* us from ourselves”

then . . . DRING DRING  – – – – > Are you safe* Mr. Smith? Where is the female right now?

*Was I in some experiment or what?  look at the slogan and then the call ensues.   It blew me away at the time.

He would get sick and I had to care for him for the rest of the evening. this was a recurring theme.  At one point, I wondered if they didn’t have a TIFF against Connecting Consciousness – a world-wide non-profit group of people who work at helping humanity.

29th AUGUST 2018, they discovered the RECORDINGS still existed – the ones they thought I’d deleted (period January-April 2018) – That evening I worked non stop until the List of Recordings document was updated – it incriminated the GUERTIN duo (Jan-April 2018)

When I pressed SAVE at 4am – out of blue, he woke up swearing he heard many people in the house – we were having a party – he rushed downstairs and searched the house  as well outside.  (we have the full-length recording for that moment in time – it was chaos for 1 hours (until 5am – recs) and he got violently sick – imagine you swear you can hear a bunch of people in your house, it wakes you up and there’s no one.

HOW?  I believe via his IPHONE which he kept under his pillow.

When the son was killed off via suicide story early July 2018 – I was blamed because of my recordings and continually working on them – I stopped  – The suicide was my fault.  Read the following sentence:

“My son committed suicide because of Lyn Champagne.” 

How come?

I didn’t listen – You see, on 22 JUNE 2018, INTERPOL agents accompanied by a OPP,  announced GUERTIN duo had been arrested and extradited to France (wow) – – – no longer a need to keep the recordings – keeping them would be a sign of ill-will – I was no longer monitored.

I didn’t believe them – “predators now turned savior”  you smell . . .

I continued to work on the material (Jan-April 2018).

My uploaded material had triggered the kid to cut his throat in the bathtub.  I WAS BLAMED BECAUSE I CONTINUED TO WORK ON THE RECORDINGS and did not delete them as prescribed by the INTERPOL agents.

FAKE SUICIDE when the FULL FORCE KILL period I was told repeatedly to KILL MYSELF  – – do us a favor KILL YOURSELF useless bitch – over a three day period.

30 AUGUST 2018 – So now they knew recordings existed (Jan-APR 2018) – I would take over for Mark – What was I taking charge of?  MOVING FORWARD with ABUSE CHARGES against the immediate family and Michelle GUERTIN the recordings would show what they did – the kid was dead (it didn’t matter) she was alive.

We have recording > > > Mark stating he should have gone ahead and charged them at the time – “I knew it! I knew it!”  and that when I started to understand what happened in 2007-2008 when psychiatric medical professionals were pressuring him to charge the family.  He forgave them and showed up with gifts on 23 December 2008 – – – Remeber mom when you locked the door on me at 13 – – I knocked and knocked it was cold hey Jean-Paul you remember?

And these people just nodding affirmative with “hm hm yes hm hm yes”and Mark thinking they have come to terms continues with “It took grandma two weeks to find me, right mom?

Back to end of August 2018  – within a few days . . .

4 September 2018, Louis Guertin called to announce she had passed away.  An OPP called later in the day asking if we had any final words for the family – I retorted:  “Yes, tell them GOOD RIDDANCE”

The Officer immediately stated with authority > >  “I could be arrested on the spot for stating such a comment – go to jail”  to which I replied:  “Sir, let me send you the recordings and document that show the trail of chaos this evil woman has done through time – let me show you” – – – Amazingly, the Officer immediately dropped it and hung up.

From 5 to 12 September 2018 – for 7-8 days,  Louis Guertin pressured Mark to attend her funerary service – – 

By the 6th day, Louis was passive aggressive – sinister tone as he persisted up until mid-September 2018 – in fact by Mark’s 53th birthday (12 September) – One cannot fake a funerary service pass 7 days – it won’t ring true.

Mark shouted one day – “Louis I hated her !”

I discouraged him to go – – WHY NOT HIS SON’S funerals – the fake son who apparently had committed suicide?  Why her. They knew it as they E-SPIED in-house all the time.  We were caged in.  Only way to be out of ear’s reach was to go outside and leave IPhones in the house.  Don’t even talk in the car (just in case).

As we rolled in SEPTEMBER 2018 – – – – We had what we needed to  push ABUSE charges for past and recent psy-emo torture which included me – now they killed off both GUERTIN – the recordings would be meaningless (Jan-Apr)  – they didn’t know we had MAY to AUGUST 2018.  They would find out only in SPRING 2019 after their court case to smear us to death and jail.

In September I had a critical problem:   I was unable to move without being targeted – they were ahead “toujours en avant des coups” -> I-SPY all encompassing voice outs, online, telephone, gps, photos, videos taken, chats, emails, driving to somewhere and just showing up “I’m the nut-bar” – they’ve already smeared me and rumors abound – must be true.

The false statement was a seed “and a half” –it’s not true but it’s like the game of 10 people – Player 1 cups hand over ear of player 2 and says:  “they apparently faked her statement – it said satanic, eats squirrels, closet whipping – not it’s not true – it’s the family – life abuse”.

Tell me now. . . how does it sound by time it reaches player no. 5 – – – imagine what player 10 branches out.  “grin”  as time passes it takes a life of its own. . . .  reputation smearing how about that.

Even the OPP spreading rumors based on false allegations from NICOLE on 21 DECEMBER 2011  (we have recording 17 AUG 2018 – not published) – OPP no help.

** We have two witnesses (the person who left the scene and the person who witnessed the swap – both persons spoke before Nicole arrived on the scene and called the cops with the made up a story – the children (at the time they were below age 10 would remember that day).  The person that left told the person that stayed outside that Nicole was coming over and was calling the cops.  That’s why she was leaving (she had stuff in her purse).

Yes, it will include Lyn Champagne. My catch phrase at the time was:   “the right people, at the right time at the right place”

– I asked him to hurry up please he needs to go the hospital – DO SOMETHING.

Bouvier replied:  “Don’t worry my wife is a doctor at the Civic – Mark you will be rich – for $273,000 stem cells will save you and you will recover within 6 weeks – private hospital in the USA.”

LYN:  “Yes, but he is on probation and cannot leave the country !!”

BOUVIER:  “Oh don’t worry, the Right Honorable Justin Trudeau will approve his passage to the USA to get the medical attention he needs – hang on Mark it won’t be long now”

BOUVIER is with CSIS WHY WOULD I DOUBT HIM??? RIGHT?

The fly-overs and drone for which reason? I bet they did.

Why ground security?  Because we would get calls late evening – – alerts from BOUVIER – apparently individuals are expected to attempt to break in tonight into wee morn hours “hyper vigilance”– – – GREAT trigger for sickness – I would go outside and inside to secure the perimeters.

WEEK 15-19 OCTOBER 2018 – BASH LYN WEEK “period family contesting”

I was bashed for a week and on Friday, 19 OCTOBER 2018 apparently I PASSED with flying colors.

19 OCTOBER 2018 –  I WAS PROFILED IN COURT and because I was taking care of Mark I didn’t have to be there – “making belief they had compassion – stay with him no need to be there dear” – how evil.

We were winning as per Bouvier would state and then the “c’est effrayant – how horrible” tone of voice > >  LOOK AT ALL THE ABUSE THEY’VE DONE especially to MARK.

We have recordings for that time period – where we talked about the court profiling on me after a week of bashing me – in fact Mark was hoping we would get married  IF I PASSED – I remember choosing a wedding ring on the 20th – this is recorded (date-stamped) – then BOUVIER called with bad information – subtle – I passed but . . .

Interestingly, when we got the call that I passed with flying colors that Friday late afternoon, a trolley of helicopters South side west bound paraded.

A black helicopter flew over the house – when I saluted the helicopter rocked “as if I was taking a weapon out of my shirt” the pilot’s reflexes swayed the chopper.

That puzzled me for a long time. Why did he reflex?  Today I realize the pilot thought I was pulling out a weapon .

I was conveying “KA be well – you see I am one of yours – “she’s one of us boss”.

I voiced out to BOUVIER that I had a D.E. that day – indicated it was most likely because of pushing to release my video statement to cabosh the false statement (written most likely by Nicole Periard) written by a female – multiple pages.

I asked if he wanted to see it?  He said he did.

So I put it together and uploaded it – sent to Mark’s txt msg. 20181030-walmart-encounters.pdf

Then I ask if he wanted to see the first one I ever had?  HE said yes.

So I prepared it and uploaded it the next day (1 nov)

After he saw it, he asked / demanded / scolded “tell her NOT to send me anymore of those documents ok Mark? Make sure she doesn’t send them anymore”

Mark was serious and pointing a finger with frown – He didn’t even see it.

I got scolded by Monsieur Bouvier because I put together:

Just before mid-November the case was over – WE HAD WON!

OK HURRY THEN.

Then BOUVIER says that the family infected everyone in the court room with influenza virus – he was very sick and his wife was tending to him – that lasted for one week.

The following week I BEGAN TO QUESTION – – you might have the flu but this man is dying is you don’t move your arse – I didn’t care if they were insulted (VOICE-OUTS)

“GROUILLE TON ESTI DE CUL CALICE”

Bouvier calls and says it’s worst and here folks is the clencher > > > “I am so sick that my wife gave me two shots against the flu virus”

that was around the 21-22 November 2018.

LAST COMMUNICATION WITH BOUVIER – STOPPED RESPONDING AND CALLING – DEAD AIR – 23 November then once on 26 November 2018 –

26 NOVEMBER 2018 – I sent him a text (to LB = Luke BOUVIER) – I informed him that someone that sounded like Anthony Bedard (son of Nicole) called  – 20181126-Lyn-2-BOUVIER-by-Txt-Mark-phone.mp4

NO RESPONSE – MARK IS STILL TRUSTING AND WAITING.  DON’T WORRY.

29 NOVEMBER 2018 – Mark is still is asking I wait for BOUVIER

I called 911 without asking Mark

We got him in time – He should be alive today

When he was being transferred from the gurney to the ambulance (back yard)  – the distinct grey pearl helicopter flew in fact hovered over the North treetops – it was the same one as on  6 APRIL 2018 after writing a message using the language of Angels with the Raven in the fireplace.

That was a bad feeling.  Mark looks at the helicopter and with assurance says:  “you see babe, all is going to be ok”  one of the paramedic was fishy the other one clueless.   the bald older paramedic made the mistake of showing conspiracy knowledge – his emotion of knowing seeped. Big time.

That helicopter will be seen two more times – next will be on the 1-year death anniversary of Mark passing > 16 December 2019.  Another time was the day I wrote in a Google Drive Description area:  Wrongful Death, Survival Action (it was a bad rainy day) – the chopper made it a point to make itself known.

Back to the 29 NOVEMBER 2018 – he was rushed to Monfort, ICU -they took chest x-ray –

AND THERE IT WAS . . . The mark where he got hit by the laser.  this is what it looked like: Lung-29nov2018-1.JPG.  I believe it caused damage greater than just a marking on a lung – it affected surrounding internal organs.

This shouldn’t be NEW knowledge – others have been also shot.  What ensues is already known.  IT provoke seizures to begin – first one on 23 January 2018 – 911 record would exist – 2 – 7 – 27 February 2018 including 3 May 2018 are intense vibratory seuzures – But the first one was the most inorganic one even experienced – android reboot – the next ones were very intense but more flexibility in the joints “pliability”.

That laser shot provoke the beginning of sickness – there was none before the laser shot.

At the Monfort he was put on antibiotics intravenously  – he regained color the next and began to stabilize after a few days.  Able to walk, talk, stay awake and NO NEED for oxygen – just the intravenous.

I visited everyday and on the 10 December 2018  had an encounter with a lady who could have passed for THERESA LAVERGNE’S sister.  Since I thought we’d won our abuse case against the family – I was wary.  I uploaded the fact that I had been followed/surveilled: 20181210-D.E.-montfort.jpg

When I showed the next day, Mark was in the midst of being transferred to BRUYERE.

HE accepted anything the doctor told him.  Each time I would come around, the doctors were never available – always somewhere else.  I was avoided.  SInce Mark was coherent, he was convinced he was to be admitted to Bruyere.

11 December 2018 –

he was doing fine until 13th – no anti-biotics since the 11th.  He returned to the state like home very quickly – on the 14th December, he held the nurse’s wrist so that she wouldn’t shoot medication in the monitoring box (intraveneous fed) – He held her wrist and demanded that we go home.  I had to loosen his grip on her wrist and dissuade him I could do that because he would die in the house and I would be charged.

I couldn’t Mark.  I’m sorry. On 15 December 2018, he was comatose – hard breathing – I cut a piece of his hair.  He died at 4:20am on the 16th.

10 January 2019 (same guy 9 MAY) > 20190110-double-encounter-associations.pdf – today the relationship I saw then between the guy at the table and Prince Cockatoo (9 May) seems like “teteux de cul”  today it is more:  CLIENT relationship – Prince Cockatoo is with CSIS henchmen.

Then I decided to let the family know he had passed – 18 January 2019 – I didn’t know anymore what had really happened in FALL 2018 – We’d won what case?  no case at all.
