4-14 September 2018 – Michelle Guertin’s Death – Final GRAB Attempt Operation with Louis Guertin at Forefront – Failed

By 30 AUGUST 2018, Mark Smith was ready to press Family abuse charges including against Michelle Guertin. 

As far as we were concerned, the SON “Anton Guertin” had committed suicide on 2 July 2018.

MARK wanted to pull out his 2007 medical file from treatment centres (Elliot Lake / Cornwall Island) <– when the medical professional had strongly recommended he push charges against his family for abuse since childhood.

And now we also had documented and recording to show what GUERTIN had done throughout 2018.  The discovery on 3 MAY 2018 that FAMILY was in conspiracy with GUERTIN.

Time was of the essence . . . but we had nowhere to turn.

We were heavily monitored and followed.  At this point, OPP believed the family stories – We had been character assassinated.  If we tried to contact a lawyer, it would have been intercepted and closed off . . . and days were going by – we were loosing momentum.

4 SEPTEMBER 2018, LOUIS GUERTIN ANNOUNCED MICHELLE GUERTIN HAD PASSED AWAY that MORNING at 04:044am.**

** We had a tremendous sense of relief – the witch was dead.  Pure evil. May God have mercy – Ouch.

5-12 Sep 2018 – last GRAB attempt >>For 7-8 days, Louis GUERTIN called daily to convince Mark to attend Michelle GUERTIN’s funerary services.

By 5-6th day, Louis became sinister and Mark noticed.  Why not when his son died . . . Not her!  I persuaded him NOT to attend –  he listened.

THEN on 10 SEPTEMBER 2018 >> 10 September 2018 – Dr. B.A. BOYD Former Psychiatrist Greets Mark in Last Attempted Grab Operation >> his former psychiatrist from 1990s was high likely ALWAYS part of GRAB operations – you see. . . once you abduct him then you need to store him somewhere . . .  mental hospital – former psychiatrist Dr. Bryan Alexander BOYD.

The 10 September 2018 grab operation with BOYD at forefront failed because for once, I decided to walk in the appointment room – it’s quite the story.

By 12 September, Louis stopped and removed himself from the scene.  Within a week, BOUVIER (CSIS) would announce Louis was destitute “lost everything” because of Michelle & Anton Guertin’s action – both were dead.

STILL DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCEED TO START FAMILY ABUSE CHARGES – no one would help us.

14 September 2018, a day or two before the aerial cavalry and BOUVIER (CSIS) come in under guise of protection . . .

The Next day – BOUVIER (CSIS) and aerial calvary came in > > > for our PROTECTION – BOUVIER WILL GO TO BAT FOR US IN COURT.  It a

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL BEHIND THIS . . .

FINALLY SOMEONE WOULD HELP US – – – AND IT WAS CSIS … wow, right on we thought.  And we HAD PROTECTION from MILITARY and OPP SOURCES ** – – FINALLY we THOUGHT because frankly we had no idea how we could bring our CASE TO LIGHT.

** Meanwhile our neighbor across the street, a commercial farm, was freaking out thinking the helicopters were surveilling his land – we talked about it in January 2019.

It felt like at the end of a nightmare movie . . . you know, when the saviors come in, and the victims are sitting behind the ambulance with a blanket over their shoulders . . . . helicopters whirling everywhere . . . .  that way, my friends.

THEY PROJECTED THE PERFECT FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY.

When I questioned or had doubts?  We would get a low over the HOUSE FLYOVER (BLACK HELICOPTER) and a call from jovial Mr. BOUVIER from CSIS to re-assure.

I STOPPED RECORDING because I thought they were GOOD WILL.  And I knew they electronically monitored so they would know when I recorded.**

**I recall Mark in conversation with BOUVIER . . . Mark giving consent to be electronically monitored – including our movements in the house – being relieved that we were watched 24/7.  Poor Mark we were already monitored.

I’d often voice out:  “If it wasn’t for those flyovers, I wouldn’t believe you Bouvier”

Then most often, a flyover would occur and a “hahaha” call from Bouvier.

When he made belief he was representing Mark in Court, he would call and give daily status on Court Proceedings.  The family would sometimes call with hostility giving the impression they were loosing.

From end September until 29 November 2018, I took care of Mark 24/7, right Bouvier?  Bouvier making him thinking he could not go to the hospital UNTIL his case was won – until he gave the word.

On 29 November 2018, Mark was still waiting on BOUVIER to go to the hospital.  Against Mark’s wishes,  I called 911 for an ambulance thinking it was safe . . . had he not won his case?  right?

Then to my horror, when Mark was being transferred into the ambulance, there was that Distinct Grey Perl Helicopter – Mark nodded in assurance and comfort “you see?  Bouvier knows, it’s ok”  – – – that helicopter was first seen on 6 APRIL 2018 (GUERTIN).  My heart sank.
