I strongly believe after Mid-February 2015, the GUERTIN’s agenda was either discovered by an influential governance body “cut in the deal” OR the GUERTIN sought assistance for a price – after all, since mid-2014, GUERTIN/family were at a standstill.

Mark “Trepanier” SMITH  > > Owned unknowingly since 1979 at age 13 – Tagged with an expiry date to live – Power of Attorney (POA) since 1992 but now void since the legal name change from Trepanier to Smith in 2007 – the POA needed to be re-issued under “Mark SMITH” to get to whatever they put in place after 1992.

That’s also good blackmail material wouldn’t you agree?

Who is the governance body – who are they*? 

High likely above CSIS’ pay grade.  Perhaps a close tight circle of powerful people – a cabal.  I refer to that body of governance as SHI Satanic Human Intelligence

By March 2017, CSIS Law Representatives entered the family circle with frequent visits – Nicole Periard was targeted under investigation.  Family phone tapped – common knowledge – openly talking of CSIS frequent visits and phone tap (2017).

In 2016, signs of monioring in our household (doc’d)  > well before CSIS representative are on the ground as front men.

One has to wonder :

Where important financial portfolios running under this name? Especially since 1992 when she got Power of Attorney over his life? They broke him – He legally gave power over his life to Michelle GUERTIN the mother of his son < < fake cover story since 1979) .

Important financial gain under incriminating circumstances of pedophilia and life enslavement – tagged at age 13 year old boy in 1979 –  “what a trap“.

Cash-out at death or institutionalization?

This operation took years and in 2018 costly to achieve – In our lives > > First-hand CSIS representation in our daily lives (March and I) from August -November 2018 inclusively – Daily helicopters and other aerials  involving simultaneous calls from the CSIS rep namely LUKE BOUVIER – this individual was able to provoke/push Mark’s health close to death (29 November 2018).  When the operation became too difficult to achieve CSIS Reps stepped in to finish the job cost and use of resources was no issue.

The only thing that would drive to finish the elimination is Money.  The operation encountered delays – Although they had their man “Mark Smith”, they made the effort to attempt to elimination me also – caused delays and events such as “calling 911”.

The dual elimination operation was scheduled for completion in January 2018 – The operation was going side way by July 2018 – after faked suicide of the fake son “Anton Guertin” (2 July 2018).
And it escalated by end of August, they had to kill her off (fake death) so that CSIS representative  takes over the operation as if CSIS was our saving grace.

Who knows what other compromising agenda involve the GUERTIN  . . . LOUIS Guertin who claimed to be so important would have a lot at stake  – – –  I remember very well:

 7 APRIL 2018 > > Louis outraged – threatening my life and children – stating I was the delay for the release of shares (wow)  Then huffing-puffing > > “Mark! Does she know WHO I AM? – she has no idea who she is dealing with!?” then claims of Grand mastery in the Knight Templar which actually is Freemasonry – those on the dark side of it.

I believe I would have been left alone – I was targeted for elimination because of Mark Smith situation with GUERTIN.  On 9 February 2018, the GUERTIN and MARK were in agreement to be picked up the next day.  The agenda changed overnight and the deadly game to have Mark commit a violently crime began –

SHI governance would have been the one(s) to order to do this – Not CSIS nor GUERTIN – however the latter parties complied and were the legs on the ground – the puppets.

2015+ > New partnership – back on track now with super partner who in fact took over – the ones with access to resources such as Electronic monitoring, Intelligence and covert technology are the Real Master at the end of day – a body of governance overseeing atop – CSIS are not in the Ivory Tower.

Several organized faked supernatural accounts occurred throughout 2015-2018 – Such as Staged Managed Dreams are powerful lucid dreams.  They are often used to emotionally sear ideas, false conclusions and obsessions in the targets psy-emotional core – Steer the target in a certain direction, etc.
