BRIEF RECAP
End of August 2018, we wanted to press criminal charges of abuse against Michelle GUERTIN and Mark’s family – It would include the past 2007 abuse case file recorded at two Treatment centres as well as what they did in 2018.
But we had a problem –> no one would touch us / help us.
Few days later, on 4 SEPTEMBER 2018, they faked Michelle GUERTIN’s death. The SON was killed off with fake suicide (2 JULY). Each time we wanted to press charges they killed one off – a recurring pattern.
After they killed her off, for next 6-7 days, Louis GUERTIN pressured SMITH to attend her (fake) funeral. He almost did. I talked him out of it.
Meanwhile, SMITH was set to meet his new physician (e.g. blood pressure, etc.). His former psychiatrist (GUERTIN 1990s), impersonated being the new physician – this was a meet & grab. It failed because for the first time in 9 years, I decided to go inside.
If I had not entered that room, SMITH was putty in this perp’s hand. Mark acted like a child, seeking his approval. This perp (Dr. B.A. BOYD) slipped up admitting SMITH was experimented on “a lot”. I was floored. Refer to post 10 September 2018 link above.
THEN ON THE 14th, BOUVIER (CSIS) claimed that someone had reported me to CSIS For abuse. Was I ever ever insulted.
I WENT ON SKYPE and wrote to them.

From that point forward (15th), they went quiet. I would venture, the Director’s team (New Partners CSIS) likely had a meeting in the war room. Troubleshooting / planning next step, coordinating.
Next day on 16th, they came in with a bang.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
16 SEPTEMBER 2018 – Day 1 – New Psyop
BOUVIER (CSIS) came in as Hero-Savior with calls sync’d with black helicopters flying directly low above the house – lots of action – In our minds, finally reinforcement had arrived – CSIS would be protecting him from this point forward.
Apparently he had many enemies now that he was going to be super rich, many people were after him. Who were they? FAMILY and mystery people.
Why would SMITH believe it? Easy –> Since February 2018, they shocked/gas-lit him in fear of people being after him. For a long time, I was prime suspect – then I wasn’t and then I was again – I was kept on the list of suspicious characters – Nasty intel reports, etc.
–> His FAMILY, as per BOUVIER (CSIS), Theresa LAVERGNE, Jean-Louis LAVERGNE (Son of old man Lavergne and Estate Executor) became the enemies blocking release of his (fake) inheritance claiming he was unfit.
- Since 3 MAY 2018, SMITH distrusted his Family – He thought they were after his (fake) inheritance. Then they became openly violent in August.
Before FAMILY and mystery people, it was Michelle GUERTIN and her SON. We believed they were after his (fake) inheritance. The GUERTIN became reckless, stupid because of arrogance (ego). The duo was exposed and fully distrusted when they attempted to grab him on 26 April 2018.
BOUVIER on behalf of CSIS came with the aerial calvary who would protect Mark SMITH the future multi-millionaire.
EXAMPLE OF CONVERSATIONS
- BOUVIER (CSIS) – (I’m paraphrasing) –>”Mark – you will be very rich – Different social class – You’ll be able to buy a private jet. That’s how rich you will be. Many people are not happy about this . . . Don’t worry Mark, we’re protecting you. Oh and helicopters will fly by to check on you – One should fly by in a few minutes.”
. - MARK –> “Ok ok Mr BOUVIER “sigh of relief” yes yes the helicopter is coming we can hear it. . . . right Babe?”
. - LYN –> “Mark needs immediate medical attention. If the GUERTIN are dead and CSIS is protecting, then hospitals are safe . . . Tell BOUVIER (CSIS) you need to go to the hospital asap.”
. - BOUVIER (CSIS) – (I’m paraphrasing) –> “It’s complicated but don’t worry, you will be flown to a private hospital in the States – stem cells – $273,000 – 6 weeks”
. - LYN –> “He needs a passport but has a criminal record – he can’t cross the border.”
. - BOUVIER (CSIS) –> “No worries. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will sign appropriate documents so that he can cross – He will be rich, he can do almost anything he wants. but we have to wait until COURT is over – Mark you will win, we have a 6″ thick file and they have a 1″ thick file – a real joke. They have no case.”
There was a lot of action and I had many questions – Logically, if CSIS was here to protect him then they should immediately look into these incidents – – Here are audio extracts from recording dated 16 SEP 2018.

What instructions or rather how did they profile us for black helicopters to fly within minutes over and over again for several months?
They most likely profiled us as persons of interest, non-investigative subjects? Terrorists? Whatever it was it wasn’t good – Certainly not to protect us.
My neighbor, a commercial farm, thought he was being surveilled for growing marijuana – Fall is harvest season. He was convinced they were watching him two years in a row -> Falls 2017 and 2018.
In February 2019, my neighbor discovered flyovers were for us –> Mark SMITH. This neighbor will ALWAYS remember Fall 2017 & 2018. He lived a false reality, worried, paranoid and pissed off. In a dark twisted way, it’s funny.
Here’s something to think about . . .
Canadian taxpayers paid for this organized op of enslavement and premeditated homicide by using resources such as communication technology, helicopters, satellites, personnel, pilots, staff, etc.
The operation over-extended –> It was supposed to be done in 2016, then confident in 2017. Then super sure by JAN 2018 which dragged into DEC 2018 (wow) –> COST A LOT $$$ including time and effort.
I wonder how many times we, Canadian citizens, have paid for organized crimimal operations. What a mockery . . . “Shhh! Shut up human-animal or else you will be dealt with.”

Mark agreed to be watched inside the house (for his protection – CSIS the saviors)
How it went down –> I was in the kitchen at the counter making myself a coffee. He was on the phone with BOUVIER (CSIS) who was telling him what I was doing in the kitchen.
And as BOUVIER (CSIS) was telling him . . . Mark was giggly and confirming what BOUVIER was saying as to what I was doing in the kitchen.
Mark was tickled pink, comforted and relieved that the house inside and out would be surveilled 24/7. BOUVIER from CSIS was his SAVIOR. Anything BOUVIER (CSIS) said was trusted 100%.
Infrared highly suspected “oh thank you Mr. BOUVIER ” he says with a sigh of relief and all emotionally fuzzy cozy . . . . awwww, there you go Mark.
What the fvck just happened? Now they could see me in the house and SMITH just agreed to it?! Hey dude, we’ve been monitored since 2016 –> online, in-house and satellite feed on the property and now the ultimate (complete) >> infrared viewing of movements in the house (e.g. toilet, shower, anything you do inside no matter where you are?. . . wow)
If I had disagreed, I would be, again, profiled as a suspicious character, courtesy of BOUVIER (CSIS).
MARK >> “Why babe? What do you have to hide? It’s for my protection. Why don’t you want me to be protected? What are you up to, hey? Mr. BOUVIER told me to watch out for you.”

At one point, BOUVIER (CSIS) to re-assure that CSIS was watching out for him for past few months, bragged that he was the one who had impersonated the Bell ITSEC Supervisor on 4 MAY 2018.
He says (something like) –> “hahaha I do a great paki voice, hey Mark?!” and Mark, all fuzzy cozy laughed answering (something like) –>> “you sure do Mr. Bouvier hahaha”
At that moment, I had a “holy sh!t” moment because on 4 MAY 2018, BOUVIER (CSIS), the impersonator had kept Mark on the phone for over 20 minutes likely as means to locate and send one of his henchmen to stalk/harass – I ended up taking snapshots of the perp. On 4 MAY 2018, I was very alert because the day before (3 MAY), we had uncovered that FAMILY was in conspiracy with GUERTIN.
- 4 May 2018 – Aggressive Stalking After We Uncover Family Are With GUERTIN Then In SEP 2018, BOUVIER Referred To This Day – Inserted Himself (photos included) – On this day, I acted like a bodyguard (don’t get me started). I was fearless – On 17 January 2018, I lost any fear I had and saw them as demonic sub-humans – low-lives. crass.

I had too many questions. Something wasn’t right. The need for medical attention was obvious, I just couldn’t understand BOUVIER (CSIS)’s logic. It’s CSIS for crying out loud, what the hell . . .
Then any questions I had about LOUIS GUERTIN were dismissed.
- Story for LOUIS who they sent in the background –> LOUIS was a poor destitute frail old man, ejected from the Knights Templar (Freemason) organization. Lost face because of the psychopathy of Michelle GUERTIN and the SON who were both dead. The SON’s suicide brought disgrace.
I don’t have empathy for demonic crass. Parasites to humanity. Waste of space.
MARK indignantly, huffing & puffing, siding with BOUVIER and LOUIS (again) –> “Leave Louis alone! He’s suffered enough!”
Poor LOUIS had to sell the Chateau in France, a generational heritage “how awful, poor Mr. Louis” – The new owner, a rich Arab was generous enough to let Louis and his brother Daniel live in the . . . . wait for it . . . wait . . . >> SLAVE Quarters because his ancestral family at one time or another in history, had slaves and serfs- fiefdom*.

But here’s the thing (funny but not) –> They may have been inspired by my in-house voice-outs and online things –> Every day (end August into September) I would listen to the song “Jim Crow Blues” (embedded at end of this post) . . . And I would pause it when the image of the KKK appeared and then I would talk to them –> they heard.

Whatever BOUVIER (CSIS) said shocked Mark “put the fear of God in him” because he wanted to leave . . . . yes-s another SAFE HOUSE Lure.

Considering they had been at it since 2016,
“hard to control” is what kept me, us alive up to this point in time.

Since day before (19th), we were reliving the same situations as was instigated by the SON and his hag mother Michelle GUERTIN.
If I didn’t know better, I would say they were alive . . . and they were but at the time we believed both psychopaths were dead.
It felt so much like the past that in this audio clip (below), I blurted out: “O-oh Anton where are you? It’s time to call now . . .” .
Since we thought he was dead, it was seen as disrespectful – It instinctively came out of my mouth.
It offended Mark so much that he threatened to call BOUVIER (CSIS) to report me >> uh-oh Mark would call the special phone number like he was told to do if he had trouble with me.
- Yes-s by-pass genuine law enforcement to get me removed. Come on Mark just call that number if you have problems with her (me) don’t hesitate.

Since 19th, BOUVIER (CSIS) encouraged SMITH to leave (safe house) but he didn’t because he was too weak. When intel reports were too shocking, he would crumple to his knees, cry and defecate on self – he stayed at the house, his refuge.
Gee, BOUVIER (CSIS) you sat back, able to listen to suffering and leveraging it. You have over 110 consecutive days in our face, at forefront since early July 2018, listening to someone going down in despair.
But this guy BOUVIER was in the background likely since 2016 and definitely since early 2017, so we are talking over 600-700 days.
Mark developed a trust fixation for this CON – He went to his grave admiring/trusting BOUVIER (CSIS) and LOUIS GUERTIN.
BOUVIER (CSIS) is quite the piece of work . . . just like the GUERTIN but more experienced.
You the reader, could you be at a monitoring station, and listen to suffering and misery for months on end where your job is to make sure you use the monitoring intel to progress the criminal operation?

From SEP to NOV 2018, the new psyop was led by New Partners (CSIS). All GUERTIN were gone in the background. They made him believe they were in COURT fighting for him – I also believed it – tricked.
It was successful.
Then, in DEC 2018, hand-off to GUERTIN – premeditated homicide.
