Since 23 April 2018, after my 911 call, Mark was living at his sister/mother household – a no-contact was issued until court appearance on 9 May 2018.

On 26 April past midnight, I uploaded to Google Drive the start of the List of Recordings (started the previous day).

Although I started to record on 22 January 2018, it is not in the list – On 25 April 2018, I didn’t know how to process it – here are the trail of events for January 2018 with the demonic GUERTIN duo >> 1-30 January 2018 – 1st MONTH with DEMONIC GUERTIN DUO

From that day forward, the plan changed back to KIDNAP HIM “don’t let him see COURT” and they needed him for whatever they had riding under the Lavergne Estate – but now they COURT to contend with “make it go away”.

The last kidnap attempt had been on 1 APRIL 2018 <– no Court, just GRAB HIM for the agenda (release Lavergne Estate).

Since the 1st April attempt, he didn’t go anywhere without me.  NOW he was living in the viper’s nest, his sister/mother household.  I couldn’t protect him.

From 26 April up to 7 May 2018,  (a) three kidnaps were attempted, (b) one poisoning to lure him to them (via ambulance to a location of their choosing) and (c) one attempt to use the Court to issue a order to hospitalize.

I stopped two kidnaps and was able to counteract them from using the Court to issue a Court order for hospitalization.

These attempts (a) (b) (c) all failed and are detailed below –  and so their last resort was to falsifying my police statement, bar me from attending Court – A surprise move at the last minute – They replaced the my police video statement with a horrific written statement – he was facing 5 years in jail.

26 APRIL 2018 – PAST MIDNIGHT

UPLOADED past midnight , I knew they monitored – they would read it . . .

I will venture they had a “holy shit” moment and panicked because by afternoon the two GUERTIN tried to grab him – – – LOUIS GUERTIN was involved and on the phone when the grab didn’t work.  He was saved by his uncle Marc Trepanier.

24 APRIL 2018 – During the day, Theresa confided finally she would tell him who was his real father.  She claimed it was Marc Trepanier (Marcel’s brother) – both men are not his father.

She told him >> That’s why we called you Mark.  (a story-lie)  – FOR THE REAL STORY when he was born “he was slotted to be sold at birth” – he was called Mark “on the fly” by his great grand-father, full details >> click here  – Great grand-father saved the infant from being sold (human trafficking not adoption in 1965).

26 APRIL 2018 – MID-AFTERNOON

MICHELLE and her son tried to kidnap him at the Shopping Centre – Nicole Periard called them to give the signal when he left to go to the mall.  Marc Trepanier (his uncle) was sitting at the kitchen, overheard her and left to tag Mark – he saved him from behind grabbed by these two clowns.

Mark Smith hadn’t seen them for over 15 years.

He said to me they didn’t look right.  She looked like a prostitute – wearing stilettos (she was 65-66 years old)  ->   cheap looking, plastic surgery, fish lips, tight clothes trying to look younger . . .  she burned him on his hand with her cigarette and hit him in the face with one of her stiletto shoe.  As to the SON >> whitish complexion – small man and sickly looking – bald – wearing an ill fitting disguise, psychosis, bad energy “drugs?” –

The last time he’d seen the SON was early 2000-2003 period – that was over 12 years ago by 26 April 2018.

Mark said to me:  “he looks nothing like me babe . . . babe, you could kick his ass, beat him up no problem”  . . . chuckles of course he wouldn’t look athletic or rugged because he wasn’t Mark’s son after all.

I would only find out on 28 APRIL 2018 that they tried to grab him -> He calls me because no one was paying attention (sister/mother) – and he’s falling everywhere – health decline worst than few days ago <– sister high likely poisoned him.

He was going to die if he stayed there.  I would take him out of there on the 29th without notice.

Back to the 26th . . .

So I find out two days later – – but on the 26th I had a sighting with a mental download in mid-evening > > “the female and her son are incarnate demons”  > > 26 APRIL 2018 – Mental Download with Sighting in the Sky -> Female & Son are “Incarnate demons” Assault & Grab Failed same Day.

I didn’t believe in demons per say but after spending time investigating and putting the material together and reviewing.  I agree. That’s why you will see them often represented as demonic creatures through this site.  They had no compassion, remorse or second thoughts on what they were doing and what they did.  They carry the stench of satanism and nazi ideology.  I stand by that statement today (2022).

Mark ALWAYS WOULD THINK they were money hungry after his share – going through all this trouble for his share.

By the 28 April 2018, he was falling everywhere, unable to stand up for more than a few minutes . . .

Nicole Periard, sister slightly poisoned him sufficiently to have him agree to consult a physician “chosen by GUERTIN and his SISTER”  the physician was in conspiracy with them and tried to get him to go to a hospital >>> claiming he had a life-threatening blood clot behind his skull – the physicians overly insisted it was urgent that he be transported by ambulance (“death trap” because the GUERTIN had the influence to redirect the ambulance to a location of their choosing).  Mark refused.

When he returned with his sister/mother household, they showed disappointment and that’s why Mark breached “no-contact” order and called me to tell me about the failed grab attempt by Guertin two days and about his experience at the doctor’s earlier that day (28th) because no one in his sister/mother household wanted to talk about it “acting strange as if he was invisible”.

. . . If he stayed at his sister/mother household.  Without notice, I took him out of there.

From that point forward their mission was to grab him. . .

TO NEVER LET the COURT see the recording material supporting my police VIDEO statement. 

Their first choice was to kidnap or incapacitate him which they tried on 26, 28, 30 April 2018  THEN they tried to issue a medical COURT order (30 April – 2 May 2018) to have him immediately institutionalized – then last resort was falsifying statement (8-9 May 2018) – last kidnap attempt was 7 May 2018.

I truly believe once they saw what I was doing, they tried everything to ensure the material would never see Court – When they were unable to grab him they falsified my statement by replacing it with a written abomination.

When he went to stay at their place (23rd in the evening), they never anticipated I would be organized, they didn’t know I had kept the recordings and was putting it together for COURT on 9 MAY 2018.

They threw me out of the court waiting room – threats of arrest – And I WAS THE COMPLAINANT – Criminals above the law – – – wait a minute . . . they are the law – – – holy shit.

I worked on the list of recordings while in a battle zone – 26 April-7 May 2018 > >  3 kidnaps, threats of court order for institutionalization / abuse charges on me.  Mark very sick (poison suspected), suicide (Mark 3 May),  running for our lives ONLY TO BE FACED / to be cheated by the court system who protected psychopaths at forefront and in position of power.

On 9 May 2018, the list wasn’t complete but I had a  USB flash drive for the Crown Attorney – I was blocked and barred from court’s premise – I was ordered scornfully to leave or else I would be arrested – it reminded me energetically of SS in CUBA  -> attitude of brutal – hatred – violent – bash  you bitch – disrespectful – inhumane – ugly.

– It was done while in the war zone – mocked and laughed at by the ones who tried to kill me then when it became too hard, it changed to crime setup for incarceration – same as in 2011 > > Post-18 February 2018 – Danger of Crime Setup –  21 DECEMBER 2011 > > Nicole Periard attempts to get me arrested – she placed herself on a scene as a false witness  – She called the cops and dished out a story of violence (included herein) – TWO WITNESSES would attest under oath (2011).

More than ever I was on a mission to complete the LIST OF RECORDINGS for 9 MAY 2018 first court appearance.

Imagine being in the Court waiting room flash drive secured ready to support my video statement – and the clown that brings the false written statement sits next to me, makes eye contact, gets up with attitude and performs a pirouette (too sure of himself – mocking) – Facial composite included. Then I was barred from the court premise with hatred an scorn – or else I would be arrested.

Since 24 April 2018 . . . fending off these motherfuckers to be faced with this reality on 9 May 2018.  I waited by the highway, when he got in the car,

“so did you see the video?  🙂 :)”

then he says:  “fuck man it’s a written statement and he hands it to me . . . . I’m facing 5 years in jail.”

They apposed the one pager we signed before starting the video interview.

They replaced my police VIDEO statement with a false written abomination – he was facing 5 years.  As I held their false written statement in hand I scanned through it, female handwriting.

They substituted my video statement for a false written statement – Constable Marc Leblanc and Sylvie the Court Administrator on 9 MAY 2018 would attest to this truth.  Both are victims of circumstances and are not in conspiracy.
