OTHER POINTS IN TIME WHEN THEY DID COURT / LEGAL FRAUD
—> In 2011, Michelle GUERTIN fabricated documents to issue a warrant for his arrest on 11 March 2011 for two missed jail weekends in a case SHE defended in 1983 . . . 28 years earlier which also involved Marcel Trepanier.
In 2011, she was suppose to come in as the SAVIOR LAWYER but she didn’t because I was suppose to be blamed as well as Marcel Trepanier. Since it failed, she let him do excessive jail time and made herself unreachable.

—> 9 MAY 2018 Court – 266. Assault charges onto Mark Smith. They falsified my video statement by replacing it with a false written statement – We have two witnesses that would attest to this (Court administrator Sylvie Labonté and the constable Marc Leblanc).
Falsifying my statement was their last resort to avoid prosecution. After calling 911 on 23 APRIL 2018, I did a video police interview and named them. In addition, I had in hand for the Crown Attorney a flash drive with recordings as well as a document describing the recording content.

(3) Fall 2018 – Fraudulent Court Case involving Mark Smith’s Family – Operation managed by CSIS (Luke BOUVIER) – Profiled me as a suspicious character (19 October 2018) – Most likely as means to legally dissociate Mark Smith from the Family “cut him off” so they turned the tables around. Here’s what they were running away from – CSIS aided and abetted as well as Michelle GUERTIN.
(4) Mid-February 2019 – DISCOVERY that CSIS had marked me as a non-investigative subject as means to close me off from getting help / to close off this EVER being investigated as a homicide and what they did.

Threats to mislead justice
(4) 30 April 2018 – attempt to use the court to mandate a medical court order to institutionalize Mark Smith and avoid 9 May 2018 Court (police interview video and flash drive with raw recordings accumulated secretly throughout January – April 2018.
(5) 3 March 2018 – Michelle GUERTIN threatening to use her Power of Attorney status to forcefully remove him from home and institutionalize Mark Smith
ON 3 March 2018, both GUERTIN pressured that he be declared mentally UNFIT to take care of himself – That came about, a few days after they had played out >> Full Force Kill program (24-27 Feb 2018) – They most likely thought we would have called 911 for ambulance on 27th. We didn’t because we knew then that they wanted both of us DEAD – it was real.

(6) 16-23 February 2018 – attempt to set me up with a crime high likely drug smuggling from an Asian country (Thailand). Fabricating evidence.
24 February 2018 – I uploaded a small audio asking why she wanted my shipping bag from Thailand, >> click here to hear it. Twenty minutes later, they called and turned it against me. I was a snitch, I wanted to see her in jail, I had people stalking the SON and more. This period lasted three days (24-27 February 2018) – it was one of the most dangerous times – I call that period “Full Force Kill Program” – In addition, they repeatedly demanded that I kill myself. I wrote screenful after screenful of “please help me” hoping perhaps someone at the monitoring station or maybe a janitor or IT person would see it and do something independently. It was a shot in the dark. Indeed.

(7) 17-19 August 2018 – BOUVIER (CSIS) threats of arresting me – it was the means to trick Mark to go to a safe-house. It was canceled out after I reported three suspicious deaths with family involvement.
