4-10 May 2018 – Kidnap attempts – False Statement tabled in Court

BOTTOM LINE >> On 9 May 2018, they tabled a false written statement.  They pulled it off by barring me from COURT –  The Constable that took my VIDEO statement on 23 APRIL 2018 was absent.  The false written statement was so horrible that Mark was facing 5 years in jail. 

Although I left Court premises, they didn’t expect me to wait for him at the other end of town (I waited approx. 4 hours) – The false written statement was supposed to shock him so much that he would never get in contact with me again . . . he would run to his family and back to GUERTIN  – IT WAS A GRAB OPERATION.

But by waiting for him, I was the first person he saw after Court.  He brandished the false written statement, I held it in my hands and I saw the one-pager the Constable and I signed confirming the statement was the truth (forgery).  The false written statement was multi-pages in a woman’s handwriting.

This was suppose to be the means to remove me from his life but it failed.  It was a grab operation again using me as blame factor.  They didn’t anticipate I would have waited all those hours for him.

On 10 MAY 2018, I contacted the Court Administrator.  Her name is Sylvie Labonté.  The constable’s name is Marc Leblanc.  Both would attest that a false statement was tabled on 9 MAY 2018.  The Crown Attorney (Rafael Feldstein, L’Orignal, Ontario) aided and abetted “allowed this to happen” – I will venture this guy has blackmail material on his head and he is owned by new partners (CSIS).  Why do I strongly suspect this?  before being barred from Court premises, I was sitting in the waiting room.  A guy came in sat three seats from me and performed with cockiness before getting up and going through the Court’s restricted doors.

They tried to kidnap him on 26 April, 28 April, 30 April 2018.

On 3 MAY 2018, we discovered the FAMILY was in conspiracy with GUERTIN all along – it sent him on a suicide spin – took 4 hours to snap him out of it. 

4 MAY 2018

Relentless – – – day in day out day in day out. Now going on 4 may – are you counting how many days?  They had been at it since Fall 2017 and chaos/destruction in our face since January 2018.

On 4 MAY, he would have to watch himself – We could not take the chance that he stayed at our house because of the “no-contact” court order until first court appearance (9 May 2018).

On 4 May, he would sleep at his apartment – A very dangerous time until his first court appearance.

4 MAY 2018 – will be about intimidation.  By whom? CSIS FOREFRONT (BOUVIER) not Guertin nor family – they didn’t expect me to barge in the bank . . .

He slept at home and next day we went for errands as I’m driving he decided to call Bell Mobility to find out about Security requests he’d made a while back to check if someone was listening on his line – This is the most bizarre situation because, at end of day, he made his request with acolytes of MED-CORPUS

The moment he mentioned who he was, what he wanted to know before he cancelled his service provider – he got transferred right away.  This process began at corner of Trim and Innes Road – still on hold and transfers until we reach Jeanne d’Arc and Innes – then long enough to enter the bank do ATM and sits visitor bank area to continue the hold with Bell dude.  Mark had the IPhone on Speaker as he held it close.

Meanwhile, I’m in the vehicle parked and waiting for him – he is still on hold and decided to sit in client area.

He’s in the bank, I’m in the car.

I saw an individual enter the Bank who looked like those who were associated to GUERTIN.  Immediately I got out of vehicle and entered the bank – this guy comes in – directly stares at Mark as he walks to him and Mark with IPhone on Speaker –  – – the Bell dude starts playing what was recorded off his phone . . . but they were conversations from the house (not phone) – Mark noticed the individual.  He was about to sit next to him and say something but a teenager (unknowingly) sat next to Mark immediately  – what a coincidence of chance.

Then I entered – The kid thought I was a body guard of sort – I stood between Mark and the individual with my hands behind my back – staring at the individual.  He desisted.

I stayed neutral and eyes on the dude until oddly now the Bell dude had completed his job.  He said a woman had recorded me saying “I feel pregnant”  that was 24 January 2018 – No use of IPhone for anything he replayed – he was basically telling us they could hear our voices in the house as early as January 2018.

In September 2018, super agent BOUVIER (CSIS) boasted it was him on 4 MAY 2018 doing an India accent impersonation  – – and says:  “I’m good hey?”  yes you are I bet you also did the Aid from India.

KEEP IN MIND . . .

When I took photos with my IPhone and when I said to Mark we would wait for the individual to come out of the BANK, they heard us.

When he came out they knew I would take photos – – It took a while for him to come out.  It was just a question of time.

7 MAY 2018 – We had spent the afternoon together at the house and I was drove him back to Rockland – I dropped him off at Giant Tiger (Laurier/St-Joseph).  His apartment is one block away on Laurier.

I turned back – I thought:  let’s just park at the end of the parking lot and make sure he goes home safe.

What were the odds >> I CRASHED A KIDNAP ATTEMPT

The lady popped her head out of the ENTER doorways of the store to give the  signal to the white van to get ready – suddenly she saw me – eyes like saucers – She signaled to the white van to leave – – she freaked when she saw me.  I do not have photos of her but would recognize her.

It was the same female with the clicker in hand on 30 April 2018 – the female and the people on 7^th are local outfit thugs  – – – while on the 30^th the female  with the clicker was with 5 individuals that looked like the person (photo taken) on 4 May 2018. The clicker is a PSY device of sort? Must be because he buckled when she clicked (30^th)

I DID NOT TELL MARK about it at the time – his first court appearance was in two days – it would have sent him in spin of sickness.  I never had the chance to tell him before he died.

8 MAY 2018 – I made him sleep at the house – we would leave together for court the next day.

Wince he had been away from his sister/mother household (29 April). I had convinced him that I named them in my VIDEO statement – PLEASE plea NOT GUILTY – a sure dunk – I would be there – I was the complainant – I had a flash drive in hand – By 8 MAY 2018, the list of recording was coming together and crown attorney would see/hear it – supporting my video statement.

9 MAY 2018 – I WAS THROWN OUT OF THE COURT WAITING ROOM as if I WAS A CRIMINAL LOW-LIFE – If I did not leave, I was threatened to be arrested?!

So I left and since Mark did not have a ride to go home, I waited elsewhere for several hours. When he got to the car – I said  “So? Did you hear the video statement? “

HE looks at me with profound sadness, “There was no video statement” and he hands me a written statement – many pages – NOT MY STATEMENT – he says to me:  it is because and he shows me the front page – the one pager with my signature stating the statement is the truth – – – the one pager the constable and me signed to say/confirm that the video statement (interview) was the truth – – that goddam single sheet was attached to multi-page bullshit – – – IT LOOKED LIKE NICOLE PERIARD’S HAND WRITING – NOT MINE.

I stayed away from reading it and then being consumed by helplessness (THAT IS WHAT IT WOULD HAVE DONE to ME)

I asked Mark the following questions – He answered NO to each one:

1. Does it mention Michelle Guertin, Anton Trepanier (her bio son) and Terri Lepage (CSIS)?
2. Does it mention the Knight Templars (Freemasons)?
3. Does it mention Pedophilia?
4. Does it mention it was due to these people? Does it mention how people have caused conflict and life endangerment because of your share to the Lavergne Estate?

They didn’t anticipate I would offer him a ride – That I would wait for him at the end of the highway.  They were banking on him never talking to me again – the content of the false statement was horrific.  They took the loose one-pager, Constable and I signed to confirm the statement was the truth – they slapped it on the false written statement.

The falsification?  very ironic . . . just before the video statement started, I commented on how much time the Constable spent explaining the importance of TRUTH >> 20180423-Start-Statement-Lyn.jpg.

10 MAY 2018 – I called the Court and was assured my Video Statement was not lost.  The Administrator was angry (fuming under her collar – yes we know who it is so does the constables).

Mark was scheduled for a second appearance on 6 June 2018 – The no-contact still in place – and now he was facing 5 years in jail.

I WORKED NON-STOP EVERY EVENING AND DAY ON THE LIST OF RECORDINGS.  It took mee 29 days to complete the first list of recording material – I hadn’t inserted 22 January 2018 – I just didn’t know how to process it after 23 April 2018 – 2.LIST-RECORDINGS-22may2018.docx.

Mark is living in his apartment and stays pretty much inside – he walks around town not much and good (fake) Samaritans came on his path –  The Reverend of the United Church on St-Jean and his so-called son named Cody Barrett – – the Reverend becomes keystone where he knows about his SHARE (and apparently he has papers relating to his share in the Church’s safe.

Meanwhile, they give him pieces of furniture and “the son of the preacher man” babysits Mark. And one day, I come impromptu, the dude is wearing mascara and has his eyebrows done – he looked like the boy in the movie “Meet the millers” Cody-barett-lookalike-with-cleanedup-eyebrows-mascara.JPG – this guy was his servant without asking – The guy is bisexual – Mark is not but not homophobic.   Cody Barrett would bend over backwards – taking one’s dirty clothes and go to the coin wash without asking.

Mark began attending weekly mass (Sunday) – by the 4^th time I announced I would join the congregation for that particular Sunday.  NO one wanted me to attend – the Reverend saw me at Walmart and he gave me the same look of hatred and intensity of squish the bitch. I was flabbergasted – it’s a freaking REVEREND.  Christianity – what the hell (exactly what HELL rock does this false preacher crawled out  from) –hatred equal to “you deserve to be hit in the face with a fucking baseball bat” or better yet, since prevalent in this area, KKK signature big time.

More about the Reverend – a situation in 2013 that lead to madness on 31 July 2014 as the last move truck load leave for good – – who’s truck load?  Nicole and Theresa moving out of Rockland – they got evicted – 2 weeks notice after the Tony Savage Confidential Email went viral – courtesy of Bobby Lavergne.  The Citibank lie stint ricochet – the landlord insulted they used photos of his house making belief they owned it (Citibank 100K fraud) – NOT EVEN TRUE – – a story-lie that got them evicted  – never to return to Prescott-Russell.
